Canton Charge

I usually go to the Q for Cavs games but took advantage of seeing the Charge for the first time at the last home game & had a blast. For fans that can't afford the cost or travel to Cleveland this gives you a taste of what the game on a bigger stage is like & the best part it's in our own backyard! Loved it & the interaction with the fans, the low cost of concessions, & the close up meet & greet with the players after the game is even more wonderful. I bought tickets to the 1st playoff game that night sitting in the stands when they announced they were available. Be there MONDAY!

Enjoyed this game with a friend from work. The seats we had were great and only cost $25. As we watched, we noticed that there didn't seem to be a bad seat in the place and it will be a great family outing for our children and grandkids. The team extended its winning streak to 12 in a row and the players were exciting to watch. The mascot is actually entertaining and appeals to all ages.

What a fun time for Grandparents and 4 Grandsons! - The game was exciting, the activities during the game fun & exciting, and the staff members & volunteers were fun too! We all enjoyed ourselves to the max!

Great venue; great parking; super game! Good value for the money and good family entertainment.

So sorry that the Charge lost at their home opener but the event was still a total blast! The Cav's administration brought down the same attitude and excitement that they maintain in Cleveland during the NBA games. Very much looking forward to following this team and enjoying many more games!

it was a great setting for the city and the fans, good game but we obviously need more rebounding and second chance shots, I am a huge CAVS fan and might add watched every game last year, so I stick with a team that is building and moving in the right direction.

Had to wait in line a long time with a couple hundred other people, ticketing was not well organized, should have offered "print at home" option. Concessions were limited. Half the sound system cut out during the second half. Home team lost by 20 points. On the bright side, parking was cheap.

It was a fun environment without having the volume up to hurt your ears. Safe, fun family entertainment. The team played with all out effort the entire game. Even thought they lost, their effort was appreciated.

It was nice for my son and I drive 15 minutes to the BB game. The seats were great! The speed and play of the game were really awesome. It was nice that they had discounts on the the Cleveland cavaliers clothing. I got my son a practice shooting shirt which he really likes. The parking situation could not have been any better. First time we went to a Canton Charge game. Hubby and I are retired and plan on doing more local venues. Enjoyed the game even though the Charge "lost their charge" after the first quarter. Hot dogs were great as was the popcorn. The negative review were the seats. Got them thru ticketmaster and it looked like there was a whole lot more of better seating in the upper deck of midcourt. My hubby is 6"4" and weighs 280 and had a really tough time fitting in the seats. The man in front of him had knees in the back of his head the whole evening. Next time we will have to check the seating chart to get him a seat on the end where he can stretch his legs. Also, we noted there were no hand rails on the upper stair aisles so it was difficult for people with bad knees and legs to feel safe going up and down the steps. Aside from that we will return for more games with family and our "girls nite out" club (with our bubbies)...about 18-20 of us. Looking forward to more fun night themes

Great basketball enjoyment. Friendly staff, great hotdogs, lots of crowd activities, all at a good price. Lots of great seats. I've gone twice and each time we plan our return trip.

Always a good time. We go several times a year. Excellent value for the price. This was cabs night so cavs girls and Sir CC were there getting along with charge girls and several cabs .

We had a blast! Fun filled with entertainment and great action on the court!

My entire family & surprisingly large number of co-workers & a lot of other familiar faces have shown up at CHARGE games. The people who promote the games are constantly TAKING CARE OF US along with a wonderful evening, it's a super time saver & cost saver. I can't think of a better "value per dollar / value per time invested" than a Canton Charge Game. Plus: they TRY HARDER.......EVERY GAME. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!! It's just more personable than the NBA can be.

What a great time we had! Entertainment was awesome and Canton Charge was great. Of course they won. Would definitely go again.

Seats were midcourt. Great view. Not a bad seat in house. Fast pace game.

The game was good , players all played with heart and hard . They played for the love of the game

If you have younger ones it is the place to be. The Cavs orginization is first class and they showed it with the support at the game. I'll be at many more games and take younger kids.

All I have to say is: Great event, Great seats, Great price, Lots of fast action, $1.00 hot dogs, and My team won!! I just wish that more of the Canton Charge Fans would show up for the game!! This is a nice Family event and it's not that expensive!!

Wednesday, April 4th, 2012, was the 2nd Charge game that my husband and I have attended. It was also his birthday, so we went to celebrate. Had a lot of fun during the game. Will go back again. Go Charge!

we had a very enjoyable time at the game Sat evening. We had not been to a Charge game yet & were happily surprised. we will definitely try to go again.

A friend told me about great tickets which included a food voucher. However, the ticket sales counter informed us those tickets are only available on a pre-sale basis. Next, we headed to grab some food and drinks and I was astounded when I was informed none of the food vendors take credit cards. There is an ATM on site. Sparse, unenergized crowd (weeknight). Charge did a good job with entertainment/action during time outs, half time and such -- tried to keep things moving and crowd engaged. Didn't experience any loudspeaker issues as others have noted. Surprised by number of turnovers at this level; higher scoring game than expected (defense?). Seats in mid-tier price range were more than acceptable. Charge won!

The Charge looked like the guys got together on the playground to play basketball(and I use that term loosely). What a disappointment.

The Canton Charge basketball game at the Canton Civic Center was very fun! The entertainment experience for the price is unbeatable! You are close to the action...the Charge has some talented players...and the special mid-quarter entertainment keeps everyone involved.

Good event and a good time. Be sure you are very aware of where your seats are located in the stadium.

This is the best entertainment value in the area!! Great playing by the team. Lots of activities during the breaks. Reasonable prices on food, drinks and parking. Some great places to eat in downtown before of after the game.

The best value for pro basketball. It doesnt get any better than watching pro players battling it out to make it to the bigs. The front office people are exceptional, the venue is perfect for upclose action.

Level of play and closeness to the floor was well worth the price of ticket. Easy in and out of arena.

Great event!! This will be a interesting event for the city.

It was like being at the Gund! Total Cavs experience here in Canton!

Had all the Cavs game atmosphere. Inexpensive. Hoping it keeps up for future games. Speakers did go out on one side of the arena.

The debut of the Canton Charge was a relief to all that was going on with the NBA. The Civic Center was comfortable and my $10 seats were great. The $1 hot dogs were a Big Plus. Thanks for the event - I'll be back!
