Summit League Basketball

The event was great. But since many of us attending worked until 5p we went straight from work to the event as tip off was 6p. I was looking from 5:45p-610p to locate an actual meal like chicken and fries, pizza. Went to pizza vendor had 5 pizzas cooked behind him but he had only one piece to sell as the others were purchased by people in the suites or waitresses section. Both of these vendors have locations in town which they should/could be abld to have a driver dedicated to run from Center to business as the indoor business supplies couldn't keep up. I had to settle on popcorn and a pretzel as I won't eat a hot dog. Make sure that when you are opening more seats that the businesses can place more people on their schedule. I know the pizza guy was making them as fast as the oven would run. But he told me I'd have to wait 45-1hr to get a piece as he'd already cooked all pizzas he had for his supply; thus the business had to bring more dough or toppings to even make more. Of course, like all events the cocktails/beer never stopped flowing; yet those who need food aren't supplied. Get your vendors more prepared if attendees work until 5 and game starts at 6 we will need something to eat, be it pizza, chicken, turkey legs,wings, just something more than popcorn or pretzels.

The Summit League Basketball Tourney was AWESOME. Great to have the new venue. That being said, our seats sucked! Too far from the court and behind the basket made it difficult to see the action. Another problem was game times. Received and email two weeks before the Tourney saying the Championship game times would be different from the times on the tickets. Women's game to start at 1:00 and Men's at 8:00. Day before Championship, the announcer stated 8:30 as start time for the Men's game. Game started at 8:00. Would like to see 7:00 start time as people have to get up for work the next morning.

Great Seats 5 rows up. Any lower and team bench is in the way.

The new arena is easy access; seats are comfortable; food/beverage selections good; excellent viewing for event.

Great ball games in a fantastic facility. The only thing that would have made it better is one more basket by the Jackrabbit Men.

Basketball game was great, was easy to park and they had staff there to help find my seats. Very well managed.

We look forward to this event each year and was another great year of basketball. Too bad the Jacks Men came up a point short.

The tournament was fun - except for the final game, which didn't go our way! The facility was very nice - but there was a long line at the men's bathrooms; the food wasn't that great for what you pay; the line for the Philly sandwich was long and only one person working to make one sandwich at a time and the line was confusing at both sides of the kiosk. The pulled pork was served on a bun that got soggy very fast, the sweet potato fries needed salt, which couldn't be found and there was no Ranch dressing for the fries. The best deal was the popcorn- popped fresh with a $2 refill. It seems like there should be more stairs for exiting the building - very congested. The Summit Lounge was very nice and handy to take a break. I think all the seats should have cup holders - I would think it would help with spills. The announcers always say they would like to thank the sponsors - if they would like to, they should - Just say Thanks goes to our sponsors..... The escalator squeaks a lot - needs to be checked into.

I'm mobility limited. The venue was perfect for me. Line of sight was great. Ability toreach vendors was super. End rersult - super

Very nice place to watch basketball. Liked all the restrooms. Seats were great and would recommend to others to go to events at center.

I was very impressed with the facility. The most work was getting the tickets on line (sorry ticketmaster) . The facility is great, good food choices for the most part. Would be nice to have more ushers as although we had the tourney passes, many people coming for one event were struggling to figure out where to sit. The AA seats (on the floor) were difficult for people to figure out. The lighting in the area that we sat (Section 122) was poor-it made it difficult to read the program and not a great spot for photos.

The tickets were too expensive for the level of collegiate sports and where the seats where located.

Watching games at the Premier Center was great! All of the seats seemed to offer good views. Had wonderful amenities!

the seats were fine, ballgame was good. went to both sessions. first time in this venue, very impresive.

Absolutely amazing venue for basketball. Court and arena are beautiful and all the arena staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our family enjoys the Summit League tournament every year. This year has been great, with some great games and an amazing new location at the new Center.

Your new facility is beautiful. Seems like there isn't a bad seat in the house. I don't think you can beat having the Summit League games in South Dakota. You have the best fans in the World :). Loved the whole experience. Thank you. NOTE: Our daughter Jennie #31 played for the Jacks in 2008-2012 and I must say it was the greatest times. She not only received a great education at SDSU she also grew up fast and learned many wonderful skills. We have met so many awesome individuals and treasure their friendships. It means so much to be able to come to your new facility and share in these wonderful times in the students life.

Great way to spend 4 days. Hope all fans who want tickets but can't commit 4 days or afford all session passes push the SF Sports Authority to open up more seats. This tournament, for many people in SF, was a big reason that the new building was built and supported by public funds. Basketball fans in the area deserve a chance to come and see this event. The Sports Authority has said they are not going to open the upper level unless there is significant demand for those tickets. We need to prove there is demand. Show up. Call. Buy tickets. Sioux Falls has taken the Summit League to a new level over the past several years, it's time to make it even bigger. Go Big! Go Blue! Go Jacks!

The Summit League Tournament is a blast. I've been a Jackrabbit fan for years, and the excitement at this tournament is wonderful. Go Big! Go Blue! Go Jacks!

The summit at the falls was excellent once again. Thanks to the summit league and people of Sioux Falls for putting on a great show of college basketball year after year. Gonna miss that old barn.

WHAT A GREAT TIME! AWESOME GAMES!! THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER WAS TO HAVE AN SDSU TEAM IN THE FINALS.

The event/game was fantastic but our "best seats available" were terrible! We sat in section P row 30, last row...had 3 camera men with hugh cameras on an elevated platform right in front of us, could not see half of the court! I don't think it was ticketmasters error. I think the Arena should have held back those seats and not sold them. Another problem is that my husband's seat was broken. After the 6:00 game, we went down to the ticket office and complained about the seating. We finally did get moved down below the camera men and enjoyed the second game.

It is a fun event. The only disappointing part is seeing all the unused seats that were better than the ones I purchased year in advance.

I like to watch the South Dakota State University teams compete. Unfortunately both teams lost. The Sioux Falls Arena is a excellent place to how this tournament. The new event center will be better. All in all it was quality basketball.

With a 7 team tournament, not enough games Saturday. For us it just wasn't worth the cost for 6 tickets for the whole tournament.

We decided Monday evening after SDSU men won we decided to come to the Championships. I easily purchased tickets for the Women's game but the Men's were sold out. We decided to come anyhow and after the Women's game we scored two free tickets to the Men's via my sister in law's boss. Great seats. Great game. Great Outcome times two!! We intend to come again next year with friends.

The excitment from the crowd was wonderful!! :) The teams played well and very good sportmanship from the players.

We were in the upper deck and still had great time. Fun atmosphere for a championship.

Not a bad seat in the house!!! Stayed at the Ramada and they shuttled me to the front door. Short walk back to the motel! Great location!!!

Exciting Event. Great Basketball. The place to be in early March.

Exciting game, what an environment! South Dakota is fortunate to have such a great venue for basketball.

Seats were very comfortable. We were up high, but the view was terrific. It did not seem like we were very far from the court. All screens were easy to see and read. The games were exciting.

Thank you for hosting the Summit League again! We enjoyed all 14 games and are excited to come back for the NCAA regional tourney.

The Summit League was amazing, Great Basketball for men and women. The venders at the Premier Center are very accommodating. They will adjust your order in any way possible to make your experience Great. .A little trouble with our tickets. Our last day tickets never had the session on them only TBA was on the tickets so when we arrived for the afternoon session we had the wrong tickets, and had to go back home for the other tickets. There was NO WAY to determine the difference in the afternoon session ticket and the evening ticket. We live 35 miles away and we had to go back home to trade out tickets. So, also we went home in between sessions, it was NOT FUN to have to go back for tickets .Maybe they can fix this problem

I know they'd like people to attend the entire tournament, but at what cost. Even for the championship game, you had room for 4-5000 more people. Luckily there was room down by the basket, because paying almost $30 for a upper deck ticket in the corner was definitely too much to pay. Lower the price and get more people in the door. Better atmosphere, same revenue. Great facility for the tournament though, and love Sioux Falls. I'll likely go again.

The new arena is a gorgeous place to play. I don't know why they'd ever move the summit tournament from Sioux falls

Complaint: 1. The bus did come back (or left to early) to take people back to their cars at the Elmwood or Burnside on Saturday night. We waited outside for 35 minutes before getting a ride to the car from kind strangers. 2. The early printed passes and some tickets did not identify first session or second session. Some had to go back to their cars for the afternoon session, because they had the evening passes/tickets with them.

Nothing could be better than seeing the Jackrabbits win both the Men's and Women's titles. Couldn't ask for any more exciting and nerve wracking games!! GO JACKS!!

The Denny is an awesome place to watch basketball. What a venue, and the prices were reasonable. The mens Summit League games are always very competitive and fun to watch, that along with the great atmosphere makes it something I will do in the future.

Great seats, great crowd, and the Denny Sanford Priemier Center is first rate for a basketball venue!!!

The Summit League Tournament games were great! There was awesome energy in the building and the games were very exciting to watch. Facilities were very nice too!

the view from upper section was way better then i ever thought.not really a bad seat in this place.me and my daughter had a great time.also sat at court side .they did very well building this new place for us fans.well done.hope next year we can get in the lower section in the center to try it out.all the games we went to were great.had a lot of fun.go jacks......

The tournament was great. Can't wait for next year as it will continue to get better and better. Best bid level conference in the ncaa.

Watching SDSU at the Summit League was a great time. Would highly recommend.

Love watching the Summit League Tournament. Definitely the best basketball you can watch in South Dakota. Also, with the new Denny Sanford Premier Center it makes for an even better experience.

The Denny Sanford PREMIER Center is a great facility for hosting the Summit League tournament.

Facility was as good as good as could be expected. The site lines from my seat left a little to be desired but only because of the hoop set up blocking some of the action. The game itself couldn't have been better, since the team I was rooting for won. Would have been nice to have been with like minded fans instead of surrounded by the oppositions fans.

The Summit League has found a permanent home. The Premier Center is a wonderful building to watch and enjoy this event. It was easy to find the seats and not far from snacks or beverages.

Very nice facility! I have been there for a concert, now a sporting event. There are many options for food and drinks. My only complaint was that it wasn't clear how to get to the upper bowl, which is where our seats were. And when that was found, we had to take an elevator, which I thought was odd and inconvenient. Otherwise I would visit this facility again!

Had to wait 15-20 minutes for food at every vender I went to over the 4 day period. Some venders were also very rude.

Would be nice to be able to get tickets by fans of the same school instead of spread out all over. Only bad thing about event is ended up sitting between a large SDSU fan and equally large USD fan when they were playing each other. Thank God the game was over after the first three minutes.
