This was my first time at the Capitol One Arena and it didn't disappoint! The staff was exceptionally friendly and patient, especially when they had to answer all of my questions about the hat and shorts and memorabilia I purchased for my kids. They gave great recommendations on sizes and styles and I left feeling that I got exactly what I wanted! Even though I purchased a high level seat, the view was spectacular! My seat had a decent amount of room and, even though the place was packed, it didn't feel like I was crowded or lacked enough room to enjoy the game. Speaking of the game, it was so fantastic! I just happened to go on the night LeBron James scored 57 points, the second highest of his career. Although I'm a Blazer fan through and through, I very much enjoyed my experience at the Capitol One Arena and next time I'm in the area, I'm going again!

The Wizards definitely looked good Saturday night. Although Butler and Jamison didn't play, Arenas, Blatch, Stevenson, McGhee and Miller kept the Wizards above water. As a matter of fact, every player contributed to the success of the Wizards Saturday night; however, I was very much impressed with Blatch. Can you believe he scored over 30 points? I knew Arenas would bring the heat, but Blatch surprised me by bringing some heat of his own. Keep up the good work. With a totally healthy team, there will be no stopping the Wizards. Now if something can be done about the Redskins. Ugh!!

I went to the game with some of my high school friends. The seating (thought near the top) still let us have a good view of all the game. I enjoyed seeing gilbert arenas.

I was unable to understand the game announcer on who scored, player introduction, etc. Fans did not know who the players are without a game roster sheet. Autria did a very good job. Glenn and Dave are who? (right before the game on the big screen)

Glad I paid only $10 for the game, I would be asking for $$$ back if I paid full price. Also, the will call service was just plain unreal....spent 20 minutes in one of three lines with a few other 100s folks. I would not use will call at this location again.

The game was exciting! I am a graduate of VCU so I am always excited that the Wizards use VCU's facility. I was extremely disappointed with parking and the long lines for will call. We missed almost the first half of the game standing in line. Next time I will pick my tickets up prior to the game.

Wizards 112-Warriors 108 Best NBA game I've been to since the Bullets championship days. Atmosphere was fantastic. Sure there were a lot of fans representing the Warriors but the Wizards fans drowned them out in the end. Two teams battled back and forth in the 4th quarter. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Cavaliers vs Wizards!!!!! Instant NBA Classic! I wanted to see the Cavaliers in person for the first time. I am a believer in King James23 and Kyrie Irvin! Both NBA superstars. The game was a nail biter all the way thru with back and forth buckets between the two sides! Don't get me wrong I love my hometown Wizards but I truly love the Cavaliers as well!

Good time at the Verizon Center. I sprung for Club Level seats as both my son and I wanted a relaxing experience. Close by the seats were concessions and restrooms with no wait at either. Seats and sight lines were very nice. Good experience!

We originally had nosebleed seats (section 406), and was upgraded (section 100) by an employee and our seats were the best! It was a great 1st expeience for my great nephew and I'm glad I was able to make it happen. Also shout out to the employees of Verizon Center, excellent customer service!!

The seats were amazing... I had floor seats and had not realized I was had purchased VIP experience... To my surprise, I got an email of all included foods and beverages a few days before the game.. It made my experience that much more enjoyable to get the VIP experience inclusive with my ticket deal! Saw my favorite athlete Dwight Howard whom played awesomely the whole game! Can't wait for my next experience. It will more than likely be when Dwight Howard and the Rockets play the Wizards again next season. Go team Rockets!

This is a prime example of the old saying "You get what you pay for!" Our seats were so high up we were looking down ON the jumbo-tron! However, it was what we could afford. The overall experience was great. We took the metro (Red Line to Gallery Place/Chinatown) directly to the Verizon Center so we avoided the hassle of parking completely. We had electronic tickets which were easy to access & scan for entry via the TicketMaster app. Signs were large and visible for easy seat finding. Not to mention, coliseum staff were readily available for seating or any other inquiries one may have had. Outside of being in "above the birds seating"(Seriously, IF YOU ARE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS DO NOT BUY 400 LEVEL SEATING!!!) my only other issue was that we paid $12.00 for a Chic-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich, chips n a medium drink!!! I guess that was to be expected especially since security at the front was throwing away all beverages/food you attempted to bring in unless you had a medical necessity. Ultimately, would I go back for another game, YES! We would need to save our pennies to do so, but yes, most definitely. (I would also eat first as well! Lol!)

I usually visit the First Mariner/Baltimore Arena for WWE events but when I saw that there was an upcoming NBA game, I hopped on it. Although I was born and raised in Baltimore, I am a huge Knicks fan. I love the fact that I was able to see my favorite team play and defeat the Wizards. It was great seeing some of my favorite players like Carmelo Anthony and Iman Shumpert and adding Tim Hardaway Jr. and even the Wizards' Bradley Beal to that list. I also saw Coach Mike Woodson and the legend himself Walt Frazier. Although there were more Knicks fans than Wizards, a lot of people were in attendance. Even the Baltimore Ravens' Torrey Smith, Ray Rice, and Jacoby Jones were in attendance. I am giving the even 4 stars. Would have been 5, but I was directed to the wrong seat by an usher. I was unhappy when I was sitting comfortably in the lower concourse section of what was supposed to be 111 but ended up being 108. Glad someone let me know I was in their seat before the game started. None the less, I enjoyed myself and am really looking forward to my next NBA event.

I bought my tickets through a season ticket early sale offer. So glad I did. My seats were right behind the scorer's table and Wizards bench. It was cool to see another VCU alumni, Eric Maynor play as well. Was so close, I was able to give him a VCU shout out.

I throughly enjoyed the event. The seats were courtside and I sat right across from the KNicks. I could hear everything and look into their eyes. I'm from New York and currently reside in the DC area. So the evening was a win win for me. The venue is the perfect size....Every seat is perfect BUT courtside..... I loved it!!!!

I was very happy with my seats in Section - 119 , Row - L, even closer than I thought! Got to see the Knicks come out from the Locker rooms and was able to hear all the shouting from the court and even the swooshing of the ball into the net. It was great!

This was my second time visiting the Verizon Center and it was even better than I remember. The whole staff was extremely friendly and the building was very clean. The fans were nice and we didn't have to wait in line for too long outside, which was good because it was quite cold! I'm glad I was able to take in my DSLR camera because I got some great pictures, even though we were seated high up. We sat in section 433 row K, but our tickets were only $31 each so I was not disappointed at all.

The Verizon Center is awesome! We had a great night. I feel bad for the Wizards since the "home" crowd isn't really into it. There were almost as many fans for the other team there. I've never been an NBA fan and this was my first NBA game as we were visiting the Washington area. My only basketball experince is watching my son play JV, but it seems like the Wizards are a young, talented group. They made some rookie errors that cost them (like not getting back on defense and that type of thing), however, the talent is there and they made the game exciting to watch. My opinion is that we saw a good game and the arena is great! Good luck Wizards!

I definitely had my doubts about us being able to get past the Celtics - even at home. But this was the first and only game my boys and I have been to this year so I was hoping for a positive outcome. We were "On the Hill" and there were more Celtics fans than Wizards fans in our section (would definitely splurge on lower level seats if I could afford it next time). We were behind nearly the whole game, usually by double digits, and at times the Celtic fans were louder than the Wiz fans with their raucous "Let's go Celtics, let's go!" chants. But my boys were happy just to be there, and in the end we managed to dig deep and pull out the "W". SO glad we went!

It was a short getaway and celebration for both mine and significant other life together and to celebrate Martin Luther King day. I wouldn't have had it any other way. The game was awsome and the Wizards played and unbelievable game against Utah. I had so much fun what an exciting atmosphere that has been created for the youngest to the oldest fan. I would do it all over again and bring friends and/or family with me next time to have the time of my life.

I visited Washington with my wife from Japan and watched NBA at the first time. It was very exciting and I was very surprised that all events were well managed and we could enjoy the game without feeling boring throughout the time. I wish I can enjoy NBA game in Japan and there is a big opportunity to make many NBA funs in Japan by performing game at least once a year.

I had tried getting tickets on the pre-sales, but within seconds of all the tickets where sold on Ticketmaster and up on stub hub or the like at overly inflated prices. Had it not been for the last email I got the week before I would have missed this game. The cost was still a bit high, but at least I got to see my Lakers beat down the wiz.

I had fun at the one game that I went to this year. The ten dollar ticket was a nice deal and the seat was right at mid court and not too high up at all. As is always the case, refreshments are expensive, but I factor them into the price as they add to the entertainment value. I missed some games, I guess, that were played and tickets sold for ten bucks. Those were after the one I went to and am sorry I did not go. Fans should not leave too early when the house is not packed or anytime for that matter. It is really easy to get on your way from the Verizon Center. The last time, I even found a somewhat reasonable parking garage very close to the arena. OK, sorry talking about all the incidentals, but they become important when tickets go up in price or games are special. (look for a Caps ticket!) Hope to see more games, except I probably will move to Las Vegas where all they allow is betting on games. There are no topflight professional teams there that I know of. Bye for this season......

I have been to many games, but this was the worst one. I don't plan to come back to the home games of the Wizards. The music that would usually keep the crowd motivated was bad. They played songs like "Car Wash", please get a new DJ and a half-time show. The half-time show use to be the best, I have gone to the home games in Charlotte, NC and Miami, Florida and I use to say that the Wizards had the best music and really fun half-time shows. WHAT HAPPEN? Perhaps that's why the seats were so empty. The fact that the team is not doing so well was not the end all be all for me, it is everything else that kept me interested in coming to the games.

Cold & blustery night outside but the NBA Hoops was warm & cozy inside. We were extremely glad we braved the inclement weather to attend as the game provided great entertainment and great fun. Antwan Jamison, Caron Butler and Mike Miller carried the Wizards to victory on this night.

The game was decent. A few spectacular plays, nice break entertainment, giveaways, and of course a Lakers win! The atmosphere was great and I loved how the majority of fans wore purple and gold even though it was in the Wizards house. :)

My family and I had a great time; there's nothing like being there live (even my wife who is not a sports fan had a good time). At first I was a little concerned about my seats in nosebleed land but from what I saw there is no such thing as a bad seat in the Verizon Center (or maybe I just haven't been to enough sporting events to become seat snob).

It was a bit disappointing that Gilbert Arenas wasn't playing, but Dwayne Wade was even more fun to watch. Closed the night with 32 points and had a bunch of assists, he seemed to be everywhere at once. However the trio during the halftime show was lame.

I'm not going to another wizards playoff game! The stadium was only 2/3 full at halftime. The pulsating music and gag over hyped production was forced to try to provide enough energy to get the team over the finish line. Beal/Wall did their part no body else really showed up other than Ty Lawson. DC sports fan suck. I did like the ticketmaster app and then being handed a paper copy to find our seats. Oh and the food is awful at Cap One Arena...at least the beer was cold. signed...unhappy fan!

Listen...if you haven t been to a Wizards game what are you waiting for. Electric atmosphere, good food and beautiful people. I ve gone to two games since moving to the area. Parking is good for Capital One Arena and you re going to see a team that gives you 100% effort. And the fans in the stands...LOL! Amazing commentary. Ticketmaster is the best for tickets. First, the good: even though it was a late season game against a non-playoff bound team, there were a lot of people in the arena, so that was nice. There was good energy around, as well. This was my seven-year-old's first basketball game so all that made it very nice. But, and this has nothing to do with the venue, the Wizards lost, convincingly, to the last place team in the entire league. They led for about 2 minutes throughout the game, and never by more than five points. It was pathetic. I laughed out loud when a Wizard was rejected while trying to dunk. Good luck in the playoffs, boys.

I bought the least expensive tickets possible just so I could be in the building to witness the GOAT LeBron James play the game of basketball. But little did I know he would go on to score one point for every dollar I spent on my ticket. 57 POINTS!!! Also every time I've gone to the Verizon Center/ Capital One Arena for an NBA game it has been a great experience with top notch security and other friendly fans.

I went to the Washington Wizards vs. Philadelphia 76ers game on Wednesday October 18, 2017 and I thoroughly did not enjoy myself because the seats were up too high. The food was also very ridiculously lavish. I suggest never going to the arena unless they shorten the height of the seats.

My son and I went to game 6. We had good seats in section 202 and this was his first game. Game was incredible, came down to buzzer with John Wall hitting a three with 1.7 sec's left in game to take lead. Crowd went nuts. Glad my son and I was there.

It's playoff season, everyone wants to watch and support the wizards, but tickets are expensive (mostly because of reselling / random fees) and hard to buy because of all the scalpers. I would love to see y'all take steps to make DC's stadium fill up like every other playoff team's stadium - whether that's upgrading people's seat when lower bowls aren't sold or making sure people are actually buying for themselves and friends and not trying to resell for a profit. #DC Family
