The show was at Foxwoods casino. It's a smaller venue so each seat is a decent seat. The show was great. They are perfect together. I've seen Nick's stand up special and this was by far 10x funnier.

It is refreshing to see two people who have such fun together and love each other so darn much! This show is like seeing your friends "Put on a Show!" It's all the silly and not so silly stuff we laugh about and are appalled with every day. Sex humor and political humor abound (and SPOILER ALERT-they are not Republicans or Christian Right.) So put on your Big Girl and Big Panties, Laugh and Relax! Love you Megan and Nick! :) <3

Oh, what a night! Yesterday evening, my best friend and I were fortunate enough to get to see Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman perform together on the Beacon Theatre stage. Words can not describe exactly how amazing this show was but I shall give it a try. From the moment this power couple piggybacked into the room, we, the audience, were ensnared. The sheer love that exudes from them is beyond palpable and we immediately felt it. You may have seen them work in tandem on screen like in "Parks & Recreation", or even that one episode of "Will & Grace", but you could never truly know that energy until you see it in person. Nick on the guitar and Megan with ukulele in hand, they begin the show with their fairly candid (and insanely funny) title song, "Summer of 69: No Apostrophe". This was just a mere taste of the lyrical masterpieces they had in store for their audience. From a politically poignant song about our joke of a Republican candidate, Donald Trump, to a number about their many secret celebrity sexual trysts, this comedy duo had the crowd in stitches. Their comedic timing throughout the show was nothing but perfection and I believe it's solely in part to how perfect Nick and Megan are as a couple. But laughter was not the only thing shared with the audience on this fateful Tuesday. We were also given a heavy dose of "The Feels". Two of their last songs of the night were incredibly heartfelt numbers that these comedy gods had written about their relationship. For approximately 10 minutes, my heart was still. I'm not a sappy guy in the least but during these very sincere moments, it was hard not to get choked up. Their love is so real. Sadly though, the show had to come to an end and I couldn't imagine a better way to close out the evening than with a choreographed dance between the two actors including an effortless airlift. Calling this night "absolute perfection" would be an understatement to their humor, their talent, and their sheer energy. If you have the chance to see this tour, I not only suggest it but implore that you do! You will NOT be disappointed. Nicholas. Megan. I can not thank you enough for the laughs and tears you've provided throughout each of your longstanding careers. It was a dream to finally meet you both and truly hope you know the profound impact you've had on so many lives. Hoping and praying to see you guys again very soon! Sincerely, your biggest fan, Josh Luis <3

After opening strong with a very funny song, the seemingly unrehearsed act fell short of expectations. Except for a few other dirty tunes inserted here and there (all well done, but not very funny), the show quickly fell flat and never regained momentum. The songs/jokes/dialogue were focused on the couple's sex lives, and they quickly became predictable and boring. It was as if they woke up one morning and said, "Instead of having sex, let's just talk about our sex lives and let people pay to hear us ramble." The venue may have been partially to blame because the interaction between the two was an obviously important element of the act, but it was difficult to appreciate unless you were seated in the first few rows of the theater.

I had such high expectations. These are two very talented comic actors. There is so much they could have done with a platform like this to display their talent but instead they sang the one note song of their sex life. There isn't a prudish bone in my body, but I found it to be mostly tacky, horribly irreverent, and just plain boring. The show started late at 8:15 and we were out the door by 9:20.

So bad, we left after the first 10 minutes. Actors don't necessarily make decent comedians and this proves precisely that. If you want to hear about a naked Jesus and details about that, bad songs, scripted talk, then you might enjoy. Worst show I have ever seen. Do not go!

I attended this event in Houston with 6 friends. It was awful! We ended up leaving because it was NOT funny. In fact I think a laugh track had to have been used. I love Megan and was looking forward to the experience. Their delivery was terrible and they were reading from a script. Do not waste your time.

I love these two people on a sitcom level, but this show was awful. They tried to be funny and share their stories, but it did not play out very well at all. The best part of the show was with the audience interaction. They need to work on their act some more before taking it back out on the road.

The "show" was very loose. Not a double set of comedy, but both on stage at the same time. Sometimes they sang songs together, told the story of how they met, how they got engaged, how they got married, etc. They pulled up a few people from the audience...sometimes it worked, sometimes it was lame. Seemed like a time killer to me. Sometimes it was funny, other times it drug on too much.

The first 2/3 of this show was simply vulgar- not funny, not inciteful, just two people making as many detailed comments on having oral, anal, and whatever other king of anatomical sex they could think of. It wasn't clever, amusing, or entertaining The last 1/3 of the show switched to what the whole show could have been- amusing and entertaining (especially their dog). These people are talented; why they spend most of the show trying to be as disgusting as they can is beyond me.

Maybe the photo used in the ad threw me off because Nick and Megan were dressed so casual and for me, too casual. I wasn't sure what to expect but having respect for both actors I thought it would be a good show and it had some very good and funny moments. Cute and funny interaction with the audience and the "signers" but overall it was, for my taste, crass and I'm not sure what they were going for???

Let me start out by saying we really like Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally. They are talented, funny and quirky. This show was not well organized. We were expecting crude humor, which is fine, but it just wasn't funny. It was awkward. There were some very funny moments, but overall, few and far between. The audience was filled with a mixture of young millennials, gen-X and older adults. They were getting a lot of laughs and applause, but for the most part, we didn't see the hilarity.

If you Like the character Ron Swanson please do yourself a favor and do NOT go see this. I'm not very political and I like a good dirty joke as the next guy but this was so policitcally driven it was annoying. I came to hear Ron Swanson talk about bacon and awesomeness. Instead we heard a lot of policitcal views, religious views and songs that put you to sleep. The people behind us left about half way through, we should have followed. We watched the audience dwindle as the hour and a half dragged on. Again, we should have taken the hint. We are such Rom Swanson fans we hung on until the bitter end.... And I mean sloppy, boring bitter end.

I went to the show not totally knowing what to expect; my husband loves Nick Offerman and so I bought the tickets. It was hilarious! I loved the humor, and loved even more how charming and sweet both Megan and Nick are with each other. Megan Mullally's voice is incredible and they both have incredible comedic timing. We would definitely go see them again if they ever come back to Baltimore.

There were a number of funny instances, but too much talk about sex made it tedious. One segment would have been fine but it just went on and on. The songs were occasionally humorous, but too similar. I would not go to another performance.

You love her as Karen, you love him as Ron, together they are magic on stage mainly because of their relationship. Their genuine affection for each other shows through in all their comedic songs and stories. Both talented musicians and comedians make a perfect blend of a cabaret type two person show. It's bawdy, wicked and down right nasty in places, but delightful so with great wit and timing. All this and very down to earth people who almost scoff at their own celebrity status. If you are a fan of either, go and enjoy, be prepared for some of the best raunchy comedy you'll ever hear and leave with a smile on your face.

While these stars are certainly likable and funny in their work life, this show was a boring dud. They sang a lot of odd little ditties and only got laughs when they uttered dirty words. They brought their political views to the show - even if I agree with a star's political point of view, I never want to hear what an actor has to say about politics. We're not friends - just entertain me. They spent quite a bit of time defending Nick against being gay. I'm assuming there are Hollywood rumors swirling and that is why they did it, but it was strange and weird how they forced that into the show. I don't care if Nick is gay, I DID care that he mumbled a lot and I missed what he was saying. They needed to slip into their well known television characters for a bit - THAT would have brought some fun. They needed to somehow do what they do best to make this show enjoyable. I couldn't wait till it was over.

The show was in one word...disappointing. It just wasn't very original and seemed to take the easy laugh at every point. The evening was full of innuendo and the original songs made fun of celebrities instead of situations. The show was built around the two finding each other very sexually attracted to one another, but instead of entertaining stories of how they stay together, they exchange raunchy, vulgar banter. The show was disjointed and seemed to be thrown together, not to mention riddled with sound problems. Disappointing. Definitely

There were definitely some funny, shocking bits, but I bet this show was a lot funnier when they first started on the road. It felt like it was their 200th performance, which got very tired, pretty quickly. Some editing of the longer songs would have been welcome. Towards the end, they drifted into deep sentimentality, which felt like they were trying to prove to us they really loved each other. Ironically, that hadn't been in doubt until those moments. I'm not sorry I went, but I expected more than what I got.

This show is very crude - if that's not your thing DO NOT GO However, every other number was not crude at all, some actually boring I would say this show felt like 2 people had a bunch of ideas and half should have been re worked but never were I laughed out loud several times but also felt some numbers were kind of lazy - the crude ones especially. I have seen these two in other works where the creative one liners/situations were clever and very smart. This was mostly dirty words and a banjo. PS the ad above shows them nicely dressed - they arrived in jeans and sweat pants - she looked like she just woke up Overall - easy laughs and I would guess a lazy day for them both

Nick and Megan offer original, humorous songs and story telling in a relaxed, fun, atmosphere. There is strong sexual content, but it's funny, and doesn't get tiresome. If you have virgin ears or are thin skinned, however, don't go. And while it's still possible that even a hardy soul may take offense at the edgier material, we can all stand a little shock sometimes. They don't come off as malicious, just folks you'd enjoy hanging out with for a pleasant evening.

Nick and Megan are talented people but the 1.5 hour show dragged on with their very slow music the entire show, all based around their relationship. 90 minutes of endless giggles. Raunchy humour, perfect comedy timing. This show is a real delight from beginning to end. A lot of music, Hollywood references. Amusing stories. Some are real, some a little less ... Just do not go there with the idea you are going to see Ron Swanson and Karen Walker on stage because you are NOT. Please, re-read the name of the performers before booking your ticket if that's the case! As much as we love them on "Will & Grace" and "Parks and Recreation", this is not their whole career. Perfect raunchy humour. If you are narrow-minded and easily get offended, this show is not for you. But if you are ready for some raunchy, crazy, no-limit-kind-of-humour, click the "book tickets" button now! You won't regret it! After seeing it 3 times, I still don't!

I really wanted to leave a positive comment on the Nick and Megan show, but sadly I cannot. Unfortunately, I read the reviews AFTER purchasing my tickets so we went and I kept and open mind. While they may be trying to go for the informal feel, it comes across as not really put together. I counted at least 10 people leave and I know that more people would have left but you get called out if you leave. Really Nick? If you don't want people to leave, have a disclaimer that you have crude and sexual content throughout your show. To say a woman left your show because you think she shard her pants was just not cool since she paid good money for your show. The majority of people coming to your shows are your sitcom fans. I'd have to say that Nick seems pretty much like Ron Swanson in real life, just without the tv censorship. I actually like Megan a lot more now, she's very talented.

In Boston, the crowd was told that cool people never write reviews, and that Megan was expecting to see a review entitled "Pre-ejaculate, one star!" Well, here it is. Nick and Megan are wonderful people, wonderful comedians, and wonderful spouses. The show was totally irreverent, and would cause many pearl-clutching moments for the prudish faint of heart. To those people, I say: stay home. You're not going to enjoy this, you'll drive down the ratings of the show, and possibly dissuade actual fans of these two from attending something they will truly enjoy. The show is called Summer of 69, No Apostrophe, for christ's sake. If you came to this show expecting a night of demure comedy with a smattering of witty repartée and sardonic musings, you're in the wrong neighborhood. Instead, the crowd was invited on a journey through the occasionally inexplicable but consistently beautiful relationship these two have built, with a smattering of adult acne and ukelele ballads. It was extremely enjoyable, had me smiling every second, and laughing through most of them. The worst part of the show was the awkward seating of the Wilbur, where I nearly ate a woman's overly-coiffed hair that was unceremoniously shoved in my face due to the sideways seats on the floor. Nevertheless, I'd eat an entire plate of weave if it meant I got to see this show again, Nick's pre-ejaculate and all.

Long review made short: Nick and Megan seem to be a very entertaining couple - I love their work on TV and in movies - but this show was a miss. I never did this before but ended up leaving about 2/3 of the way in. Apparently several other people felt the same way by the slow, polite exodus. I'd like to chalk it up to (maybe) a bad night - but the material was awful. It was almost like it was thrown together at the last minute. Better luck next time, maybe...?

Early in the show, there was a joke "about joking about 9/11." There is nothing even remotely funny about 9/11. Period. And to have that put out there, in NYC, where we live with the loss of our friends and neighbors, where we see memorials in every town around the area (NJ, CT, outer boroughs) soured the show for me. I emailed Nick's woodshop, was told by Lee that was for woodshop inquiries only, so I asked if they could forward or give me a suitable email, Haven't heard back. Otherwise, the show was funny at times, decent improv, but some predictability.

I knew the content would be bawdy and full of sexual references. I did not think these two talented comedians needed to blaspheme Jesus to get a laugh. I was highly offended as were many people sitting around me. Several walked out. Offerman and Mullally crossed the line from humor to poor taste. In addition to the offensive joke, the two were dressed like hobos. For as much money as we shelled out for tickets, they could have maybe dressed in at least in business casual. Mullally had on baggy pajama looking clothes. Offerman had on a worn t-shirt and jeans. The show fell flat about 45 minutes in, they made jokes about getting a dog from the shelter and having sex with the animal. Then they brought their personal pet poodle out. Were we supposed the think that the couple has sex with their own dog? I would not recommend anyone pay money of any amount to see this show.

In Charlotte it was their first stop on tour and I could tell by how it had rough spots like it was rusty for them to be on stage maybe if it was later in the tour the high would have been higher overall it was a funny show.

If you want to throw your money away this show is for you! Megan and Nick put humor aside to focus exclusively on teenage sex jokes. It appeared that they were intent on coming up with the most shocking songs and jokes with no regard to actual comedy. There were zero thoughtful or actually funny jokes. So if you're the kind of guy/girl who can turn off their brain and just laugh at horrible jokes, this show is for you! We walked out after about 15min. When the Jesus sex song started, we had enough. I loved "Ron" from Parks and Rec. He was no where to be found. So sad to know how untalented these horrible people are. I'd like to kick them both in the balls for wasting my time. Cheers, Joe

A little too many songs and not enough actual stand up for my taste. Don't get me wrong I enjoy a little tune now and again to break up a 90 minute set. This act was mostly done of songs with a few stand up jokes thrown in the mix. Not nearly as funny as I had anticipated. Event started about 30 minutes late.

I don't mind comedy and joking around but they crossed the line in my book.

First 15 minutes mildly amusing, then I wanted them to be done so I could go home and sleep. Disappointing. Annoyed that they started late too

The first 4-5 butt sex jokes were funny. The next 40 were just gratuitous. Nice job of taking 15 minutes of good material and making it a 90 minute show. Would not go again, would not recommend to others. Stick with Will and Grace and Parks and Rec.

I thought the show was just average. Yes, there was laughter and yes there were entertaining moments, but this was coupled by some not as funny moments too or songs which just didn't matter. Granted, I think it is challenging to have a whole show about sex (at least in a musical context).

Total show about sex...after a couple unrepeatable verses of songs it was a bore...one Trump and one religious send up, but rest were unrelenting sexual position verses... extremely disappointed in these two multi-talented performers...we walked out less than half way thru...

I had really high hopes for this show, but I was disappointed as a whole. 90% of the show was a musical and they were not prepared for it, forgot music and lines. I spent too much money for them to half ass their performance.

Not funny. Campy. Seemed like they were just winging it. People were walking out.

I love Nick and Megan, but I was disappointed in the quality of the show. The focus appeared to diverge from their typical stand-up for an alternative performance. They have a brand, and I am sure will have NO PROBLEMS filling the room. I'll keep watching Parks & Rec re-runs and Will & Grace to get my fix, I suppose...

The show was absolutely terrible. The routine seemed forced or like they just made it up on the spot. No chemistry on stage at all. Not funny. Very boring actually. We ended up leaving after an hour...as did several other couples. I don't know, maybe I just didn't get it. I had high hopes, but it just was not good.

This show is hilarious. If you are easily offended you should not go, But if you have a range of humor you will not be disappointed! The show is by far one of the wittiest. The singing is the best part. I'm so glad to see this show is back on the road again. I plan on seeing it again this Summer and would not miss it for the world! They are playing at the Riverwind Casino in Norman, Oklahoma which is a great venue.

A comedy show with stories and funny songs (and a dance number!) from Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally. He's Ron Swanson from Parks and Rec and she was in Will & Grace and I think she's in Bob's Burgers. They're married in real life and this show is about their marriage and ultra hot sex life (?!) whether real or fictitious. It's very dirty but in the good way. Sort of like Amy Schumer is very dirty, although this isn't a "stand up" show. One of the best parts is seeing a real life couple in action. It's obvious that they crack each other up, and we thought it seemed pretty normal. But mostly it's pretty filthy and just hilarious. We would see it again for sure. They both seem like they are going off the cuff a lot, I thinks it's probably different every time. My girlfriend was laughing so much it was crazy, and so were our friends we went with. All around it was a really fun night

I recently saw this show and could not have laughed harder. In addition to the hilarious and clever songs and dialogue - Nick and Megan engaged the audience at every turn. They play off each others jokes and I could easily tell that there was a mix of improv along with the rest of their show. I definitely would see this again next time they are in town.

This show is not only entertaining with both music, dance numbers, and comedy, but is a celebration of marriage and the love these two have for one another. It is evident a great amount of time was put into lyrics and stories about their life together, and the (packed) audience clearly were along for the ride. Highly recommend spending an evening with Nick and Megan!

I loved this show so much. If you think you've laughed watching Nick and Megan perform before, just wait until you see this show. They were SOOO good and completely outperformed my expectations, which admittedly, were already quite high. I couldn't speak more highly of them and their performance. If you're thinking of going, I highly suggest you do--and bring your friends! They'll love it too!

Disclaimer: I think both of these performers are hilarious....also, I am not offended by "blue" material. Offerman and Mullaly have an undeniable chemistry on stage that they maximize with humor, song, and, at times, extremely bad taste. The result, to my mind, is absolute hilarity. This is not a show for children, no matter how much they love Parks and Rec and/or Will and Grace. The gruffly private Ron Swanson is nowhere to be found on this stage. what can be found, however, is some intelligent banter, amusing songs and a marriage that many of us could only dream about. If language and/or sexual situations offends you, stick to the TV sitcoms and leave the stage show for the rest of us pervs.

This is not the show for the someone who doesn't like very raunchy, sexual humor. But if you enjoy humor of this nature, definitely go! Nick and Megan are absolutely hilarious and really entertained and engaged the audience. I loved every minute of it.

If you've seen other Nick Offerman comedy events, this one will disappoint you. There are some funny bits early on in the show, when the raunchy songs surprise and amuse, but the majority of it is dull and pointless.

We knew what to expect (raunchy comedy and sarcasm) but it was, at times, a bit much. I like Megan Mulally and Nick Offerman individually and I love the roles they have played, but they're not that dynamic on stage. Still, we had fun.
