The show was absolutely wonderful. Balcony seats still allowed for a wonderful view of stage and performers. Music was well balanced without being overwhelmingly base. My young concert-goers had an excellent time and found the facility be accommodating, especially to my oldest son's mild autism needs. Overall a fantastic time was had by all.

Walk Off The Earth is my husband's and my new favorite band. I got the tickets for Christmas, along with VIP tickets. Worth. Every. Penny. WOTE puts on an amazing high-energy show that fulfills every WOTEling's desire for more. From their WOW opening number to their beautiful encore - not a second of time is wasted. The group is charming, powerful, harmonious and riotous all at the same time and in turns. The show itself is an entertaining, non-stop delight. Their on-stage characters are firmly in place during the show, which is exactly what you would expect. They hit ALL the great songs we have grown to know and love, as well as a few lesser known ones - plus a new song. They had us dancing in our chairs, dancing on our feet, clapping, yelling and still wanting more when they left. If you are considering getting VIP tickets - do it. I'm not going to spoil it for you, but I can assure you, the band considers your experience foremost and make it very special. I've been to a lot of concerts in my lifetime - but this was most certainly the most intimate and rewarding one so far.

Walk Off the Earth was AMAZEBALLS!!! It was like a giant party with fog machines, confetti canons, glitter flying through the air, giant balloons falling from the ceiling and several sing alongs!!! My friends and I had an unforgettable time and wait to come back!

An unforgettable night. The venue was great, the bar was great, the band was immaculate. They even came out for pictures and stuff after! The only snafu of the night was going to "ts pub" next store. HORRIBLE. Beyond horrible service. I will not being going back there.

Although the atmosphere was nice, the acoustics were just awful. The speakers were extremely loud; all I could hear was noise. The concert was okay, but the organization of the Paradise was poor. At the beginning of the concert, the bass player wasn't even plugged in yet, but he was still playing. The rowdy, drunk crowd was also unpleasant.

We were excited to see Walk Off the Earth, live for the first time. The opening act started 35 minutes late, and played for (in our opinion) too long - about 45 minutes of kind of depressing music. Then, after a half-hour intermission (an hour and 45 minutes after the show was supposed to have started) WOTE came on, and was great! Very high energy, great performances, fairly interactive. They played for about 35 minutes and then went off-stage. After some chanting, they returned and played for another 10-15 minutes. Overall WOTE was great, but we of course wanted to see them for longer, and earlier in the night. I would definitely recommend the show, but don't worry if you're running a little late to get there.

These guys are so much fun and so creative! Loved watching share instruments and toss them around the stage. Great stage presence and crowd interaction. Fantastic musicians who can play multiple instruments and they all sing! Super energy-- I would love to see them again! This show sold out, so I hope they can get some larger venues in the near future, but I wouldn't want to miss out on all the fun by being far away in a huge place.

Walk Off The Earth is a lot of fun to see live. They are clever and have some good original music along with a fair number of covers. A little bit like Barenaked Ladies in that they have a number of people singing lead for different songs. Each song has a little different sound too, so they may have to hone in on "their" sound at some point. But a lot of energy and good music.

This concert was just incredibly awesome in every way. From the professionalism of the club employees, opening act (Julia Nunes, incredibly talented), and WOTE band, it was so well-done. I loved how the band members went in to the audience to dance and sing with their fans. It was a perfect 10!

We had a really good time at this show. Walk off the Earth was all about bringing the crowd into their performance and they were phenomenal. The first band to come on was ok, I believe that was Avalanche City. We were thoroughly bored with the 2nd band. :( I hate to say, but they were not enjoyable. All in all, had a great time, and when Walk off the Earth came on, the whole thing turned around!

The Mowgli's were just alright for me--I don't know why, but they kind of reminded me of the B-52's..I REALLY enjoyed Avalanche City--when I got home from the concert, I downloaded some of their songs. I'm really glad to have gotten to see them. Walk Off The Earth are definitely performers! They made their set fun and interactive--crowd really got into it. Best thing to come out of Canada since bacon. Only problem I had with the show (and it had nothing to do with the show) was the sloppy drunks that seemed to be all around us. One couple was practically having sex in front of us--gross. Then there were these 2 drunk, scantilly clad woman making total a**es of themselves, dancing around like apes and snapping FB pics of each other every chance they got, making stupid club faces (squinty eyes, puckered lips..you know the faces)..the music was pretty good and I would check them out again :)

The concert was off the hook. Walk off the Earth are so talented, and energetic. My only complaint was the SRO/General Admission part. Nothing like being planted on the front row only to have inebriated alone man, make his way to the front and squeeze into prime location. All it takes is one rotten apple to ruin an overall wonderful evening.

The WOTE concert was really a lot of fun for everyone, including the band, staff and audience. The age of the attendees ranged from 6 to 70 from my observations. I guess you can say the concert was ageless. Also, when the opening band DARENOT joined WOTE at the end of the concert it just added to the fun night. Congrats to the bands, the band's staff, House of Blues, and of course the great and enthusiastic Boston audience/crowd. Thanks for the memorable experience!

What an a great performance by a great group. 2 criticisms. #1 The bass what way to loud and drowned out the sound of many of their instruments. #2 6 guys behind us sang every word of every song. Even thought their voices were okay, I came to listen to the band sing and not them.

WOTE puts on a fantastic show. My kids are 9 and 11 and this was their first concert and they had a blast. WOTE does a great job of playing to the crowd and mixing their music and creative covers. I really appreciate their original music. I think they could do a show with almost no covers and everyone would leave happy, happy, happy. The first time I saw them I had never heard any of their music or of them and they basically played the whole Revo album and I was hooked. This group is pure talent, entertaining, and fun.

The layout is much better than the floor plan would lead you to believe. Sound system is very good, clear and crisp not muddy and overly bass heavy. It is an intimate setting and we saw an amazing band and were less than 10 feet away from them. Hard to complain about that kind of a show.

We had an amazing time seeing WOTE at Revel. The venue was a lot smaller than I had anticipated. Must have only been 200 people in the audience. The front section was all standing and I actually wish we had opted for this. You got to be much closer to the band, could move around and dance along to the music. The people in the seated sections were a bit boring! The band themselves were amazing. Constantly switching up instruments and vocalists. The songs were fantastic. Would definitely recommend this band, and The Social at Revel if you're looking for a more intimate performance.

Walk Off The Earth opened for Jason Mraz last year around the time Red Hands was getting video and radio play. It s always fun to see a band go from opener to headliner. Their songs make you want to move and their energy is infectious. They played all but one song off of their latest album R.E.V.O. and a few covers. They set the pace of the show with Speeches . The crowd was moving, clapping and jumping. The harmonies on R.E.V.O. sounded just like their album. I liked how they were semi-choreographed during Red Hands with everyone moving in unison as they played their instruments. As they had done when I saw them open for Jason Mraz, they covered Gotye s Somebody That I Used to Know with all of them playing a single guitar. I am still not a fan of this song, but I do think this performance is stellar. Other covers they did included B.o.B s Magic , Bruno Mars Natalie , Jane s Addiction s Stop , Taylor Swift s I Knew You Were Trouble , Rihanna s Man Down and Malvina Reynolds Little Boxes . There is no lead singer in this group. Gianni Luminati, Sarah Blackwood and Ryan Marshall switch lead vocals based on the song. I think this helps to make their sound more unique and prevents it from getting stale. They also switch their spots on stage depending on which song they are performing. The show ended with Summer Vibe and the crowd singing Eh-oh, eh-oh, eh-oh bop bop away-o, summer vibe, summer vibe along to the \u2018spirit signs held up. Parachute was the second opener of the show. I was not very familiar with the band, but I had heard a few of their songs before Can t Help and Something to Believe In . While their music was fun and poppy and the band sounded good, lead singer Will Anderson s voice was not great during some songs. I m not sure if he was sick, having a bad night or if his voice just isn t as good live as recorded. I missed the first opener, Camera2, due to flight delays. Even though I was tired from traveling, Walk Off The Earth energized me and got me moving. If you like their music you ll love their show.

Doesn't matter who's in front, doesn't matter whether Gianni's playing bass, uke, guitar, drums, banjo, or an electric toothbrush, doesn't matter when the roadies are on the mics or instruments - this show is 100% soul-satisfying from start to finish. It just makes you happy.

Pros: Loved the show. The band had great stage presence. They kept the audience excited and active. The Meet & Greet Package was worth the extra price for multiple reasons: VIP early entry (no waiting outside in the weather), pre-show no line shopping, early entry to theatre for "seat" placement with GA tickets, nice SWAG bag. Haven't accessed the photo from the Greet yet, but it was nice to get to shake hands with each of the band members. Cons: GA tickets only with no seating other than in the balcony. (Apparently, I got old at some point. I was missing having a chair and not being squashed by all the teens in the audience.) I was also disappointed that the Meet & Greet did not have a cordoned off section for the higher priced tickets. And, WOTE was not signing autographs; though, the SWAG bag did include a pre-signed poster. Overall: When your biggest concert complaint is not being able to sit pre-show, you know you liked it. I'd recommend this show to anyone.

.. the best collection of pop musicians on the planet! At NorVA, we were located in the handicapped section, which was located in the balcony over Mike Taylor's keyboards at stage right. It gave us a fascinating vantage point, sort of like watching the show from back stage. The amount of energy on the stage during the show was insane. Joel Cassady sorta melted into his drums. Mike was manhandling two electronic keyboards, and a sound control board, not to mention several other instruments, a trumpet, a xylophone, and a couple of air tube melodicas. I could go on, but go see the band play. As for NorVA, the staff was curious and competent, helping us get up and down the elevator and dealing helpfully with our mobility issues. And the popcorn at the bar was great!

I can't believe this band has not hit it big yet. I say yet because they will surely be big one day. They are the most tallented musicians I have ever seen grouped together in one band! Each member is multi-talented. The music has a great upbeat vibe that unite the crowd to creates an awesome atmospheres. I plan to travel to see another show this year.

so much energy, not just great music but great performers. W.O.T.E didn't just get on stage and play, they put on an awsome show that included interaction with their fans. I won't give everything away,(cause you should go see them yourself), but i will tell you there were alot of stuff hurled from the stage to the crowd.

My wife and I went to see Walk off the earth and were surprised to see there were some other groups playing and they all were very good! Walk off the earth was everything we hoped for. What a great show it was! I wished that there was more information on where to park, enter, and what we were allowed to bring. This was our fist concert in Portland and we traveled to get there so not very familiar with the weekend parking rules, ect We were unsure if we could bring folding chairs and we sure wished we would have. After walking there from parking then standing only for 5 hours then walking back the drive home we were pretty uncomfortable :( But we know for next time :) The event was well policed and clean so we felt very safe and at ease there. All in all was a good time :)

This band came out with so much energy; more than I ever anticipated considering the style of music they so often play. And they maintained that energy throughout the concert. In their videos, they are known for such gimmicks as throwing and catching instruments mid-song or trading places at the drums or keyboards without missing a beat. On stage, they did not disappoint. Guitars, ukuleles, horns, all manner of things flew through the air to stage hands in the wings. And sometimes the stage hands were on stage performing with them! So much fun.

Had a great time in PDX! Traveled from Seattle to see WOTE because I missed out the show at home. It was great to see them play the new and favs. I took my kid and she has now become a fan along with Scars on 45. All the bands were great. I will come again next year! Awesome venue with the Rose Fest goin' on at the same time.

Love my Rodie "Sing it all away" shirt. It was a great show. They are all great musicians and It seemed that they all played half a dozen different instruments. Sarah, was sporting her Second pregnancy well. Was glad to see her in the shade and with an evening breeze while she performed. The band just seems very much like some friends who became family and I liked that. They did seem a bit bushed and a friend thought they were piping some of the more challenging voice tracks. If so, not cool. But, I lived the show and the music and the often vaudeville flare of the performance. And if you listen, the lyrics have meaning and support a peaceful and just ideal for society. Would certainly follow them off the Earth.

I've been listening to Walk Off The Earth for a few years now, so I was excited to hear that there were coming to the Waterfront. I was not disappointed. They performed a a fantastic and dynamic show which kept onlookers both engaged both musically and visually. Both I and my girlfriend had a great time. It was a beautiful day and the venue was nice. The beer selection wasn't huge, but we happily made due with what was available.
