River Riot

Good venue for any show and the price you can't beat. Always have a good time at 89.7 the river concerts.

I didnt make it to the concert until 6pm so I only saw the last two bands. Hollywood Undead and Breaking Benjamin. Both really worked up the crowd and put on an AMAZING performace! It was great to see Breaking Benjamin live again (since it has been about 4 years). It was a little hot outside, but worth standing in for the show!

My friends and I made the 2 hour and 45 minute drive down there and it was well worth the trip! Every band was amazing! The heat was almost too much but there was free water and plenty of drink stations to help everyone stay cool. Also this was by far the most organized concert I've ever been to! From parking to getting performances to start on time. I would go every year! Worth the trip and money!

Amazing show with great performances, the venue is set up quite nicely. Need more shade on those 95 degree days.

Was pleasantly surprised by the performance of Powerman 5000, Thousand Foot Krutch, and Hollywood Undead. Jesse from 10 Years impressed the crowd with his energy level and crowd surfing abilities! PLEASE bring back Breaking Benjamin. LOVE LOVE them!

I'm a pretty seasoned veteran when it comes to concerts. I've been to well over 100, but this easily ranks in my top 5. I was solo on this trip and traveled over 300 miles to this show. I knew from the moment I parked my car, this was going to be a great experience. People were chatting and getting excited in the parking lot, the vibe was set. I was excited to see 2 bands in particular, Full Devil Jacket and of course Breaking Benjamin! Neither one disappointed! Everyone was just there to have a good time and the vibe was awesome! I think I've found a must attend event every year!

Great lineup and great venue! Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first rock concert ever! Took awhile to get out of parking but that's expected for such a large crowd. Can't wait to go back and do it again next year!!!

The concert was amazing! Everyone who put together the show did an unbelievable job, Sophia is a badass. I wish everything wasn't so expensive but it does help to put on the next show. Breaking Benjamin and I prevail were definitely the best performers in my opinion. I also wish the idiots who started all the mosh pits could learn to just enjoy the music, a lot of people got hurt but the others that were down there were AWESOME at helping people try and stay safe. A crowdsurfer landed on me and everyone's main concern around me was getting me up.

We were super happy they brought this festival back! The bands were fantastic and made it worth the wait.

2 hours to get out of parking lot!! Bands were great but the sound quality is very bad

It was so much fun. Can't wait for it to come back! Hollywood undead was amazing. I hope that come back soon.

89.7 the river did an incredible job... Great bands... Great venue

Worth every penny. I Prevail was a plesent surprise. They were fantastic. All the bands brought great energy to the stage. Eecially Powerman 5000 & TFK. I started watching from afar, but came closer when Hollywood performed. They rocked. When breaking b. Came on, I was all in and was amazed by their performance. Hollywood undead called up some young kids (ages 4-7) on to the stage and made their night.

Way too hot, inadequate shade at the venue. Advertised as an all ages event when it obviously was not. Bands played very short sets. Could have started the event later in the day when the heat had calmed down and went into the night.

The whole event was amazing!!! All of the acts put on tremendous shows! Staff was amazing. Everything ran on time. All around awesome!!!

it was great show, n great price too, but after show in parkalot sucks they need better control for people could leave faster

Had to work that day and get up early the next, so I only got to see Powerman 5000, Thousand Foot Krutch, and 10 Years. All three had great frontmen! Good show, catered to the mosh pit, language was R but not X (which is good, because there were kids in the audience). Highly recommend all three bands to anyone wanting a concert, kudos to River Riot for getting them. Wish I could have stayed later or arrived earlier to see if they were all that good. Not sure about their localization prep work, though-- SOMEbody should have told these guys that shouting "Iowa!" and the like was not going to get a big response from the crowd, because the vast majority at River Riot is from Omaha... or counts themselves as Omaha even if they live in Council Bluffs.

The show was amazing. The parking was easy. The weather was not too hot. Best $13 I ever spent on a concert ticket!

I wanted to love this show but it was less than great. Changing out sets took at least half an hour and then when a band started to play they only played for 30 minutes. The sound was horrid. I did like that they tried to keep everyone hydrated! We ended up leaving early. I probably won't go back. River riot used to be great but I can't say that it still is!

It was incredible. Worth every penny. Can't wait to go again next year. I just wish avenged sevenfold was there too.

We had the most amazing time, even though it felt like we were boiling from the outside. I think this could definitely be something we do every time they have one!!

Great outdoor venue, loved the hillside grass and the slope of the pit. Helps so us short people can see! And can I say: thank goodness for the water fountains! 89.7 put on an awesome show and had a great lineup. Although I may be biased (I have loved Breaking Benjamin for many many years). Keep up the great work! I'll definitely be back.

Venue was great. Good access to food, drink and bathrooms. I would definitely go again! Get good bands for next year too!

Whole event was awesome. Hollywood undead and breaking Benjamin stole the whole show. Only thing I didn't like was not being able to carry a bag , which had my sunscreen. And maybe have a few more drink and food vendors.

All bands were great! Can't wait for next year and the line up!

Loved every minute of this show. As usual the 89.7 The River hit a home run

River Riot was absolutely amazing! I've seen Hollywood Undead in concert three times now; each performance is better than the last! This was the first time I'd ever seen Breaking Benjamin and Powerman 5000 and I can't stop asking myself "Why? Did I wait; why?!" I've loved both bands since high school! The only complaint I have is: the only beer available at the concert was Budweiser products; which tend to make the next day a bit more uncomfortable than others. Don't think that didn't stop me from indulging lol!

There was an amazing lineup of bands, obviously. But I also appreciated the venue. Westfair had lots of room for the crowd of 15,000. There were plenty of bathrooms, vendors, and a free water station! The only thing that sucked: Getting out of there was a MESS! The actual parking lot had no one directing traffic so it was a cluster. The one little road out of Westfair was bumper to bumper for several miles. If they could fix that up, it would have been a perfect event.

10 Years was awesome as always, I Prevail was good as were all of the bands this was a great lineup and my daughter even crowd surfed!!

Every band was amazing!!! I can't wait to go back!!!! I want more!!!!!!!

89.7 The River always has the best lineups when it comes to River Riot and it keeps getting better and better each year!!!!! This is always the concert I am looking forward to each year and I will keep coming back!!!
