I have been a huge Lindsey Buckingham fan for years and years. In fact, my aunt first introduced me to the music of Fleetwood Mac when I was around seven years old. "Go Your Own Way" has been a favorite since I can recall! "Monday Morning" and other Lindsey featured cuts have a special place in my life as well!!! My first record (yes vinyl) that i've ever bought with my own money was Stevie's 'Bella Donna' (and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers 'Southern Accents'- Same time). First tape was 'Rumours.' We were second row, dead center! The Lexington Opera House is a beautiful venue! I wish Lindsey would've played a few more songs. He seemed very appreciative of the fans and interacted quite well with the audience, though... Waited with about ten other people outside for a chance to get a picture and/or autograph... He did appear and took about three photos. There were only about three more couples left waiting to do the same, but he hopped in the car and left. That left me feeling a little empty or something because I did not think that another three or four minutes would've been too much to ask...

Lindsey demonstrates why he is one of the best with his 'Small Machine' show. He has no band this time around. Its just Lindsey, his variety of Rick Turners, pedal, and his sound system. He gets a big sound out of so little. He doesn't disappoint!

The venue is fabulous--I can't wait to see more shows there. Lindsey gave it everything he had--he played as if he was in an arena instead of a small theater. I would highly recommend this show to anyone!

Lindsey Buckingham exudes a true passion for music and sonic experimentation that comes through in his live performances. His recent solo work, including "Under the Skin (2006)", "Gift of Screws (2008)", and his current "Seeds We Sow (2011)" translate brilliantly to a live setting. His frenzied finger picking and strong voice give the music an energy and urgency that is palpable among the audience. Buckingham may be 62, but he is clearly in the midst of a creative renaissance in his life, producing solo albums every 2-3 years, keeping up with Fleetwood Mac, and touring aggressively to promote the work. The songs themselves are carefully crafted with a free experimentalism that allows his to create musical atmospheres for a variety of moods. Combined with his stellar backup band, Buckingham is a must-see live show for rock lovers.

Excellent show with with an excellent set list. Lindsey started the show solo and brought in his band later which built the excitement. He played all his classic songs and never sounded better vocally. His guitar playing is out of this world The crowd was very enthusiastic and loud. Lindsey was clearly touched and appreciative of their support. He played selections from his new album 'Seeds We Sow' which sounds great.

Lindsey Buckingham's last solo album "Gift of Screws" released in 2008 was a powerhouse record from a man who rarely disappoints in showing artistic growth in his musical endeavors from one project to the next. After seeing this special performance last Friday in Beverly Hills in which LB debuted six new songs from his soon to be released project, "Seeds We Sow," I can safely say Lindsey's creative track record remains in tact. He is reaching new heights with this latest outing of new tunes. Fans who packed the Saban Theater were treated to a sneak preview of his most intimate and powerful music to date. My first impression hearing the new songs is that the coming cd builds significantly on lyrical themes and musical structures explored in each of his previous solo albums, beginning with the most recent works, while scaling new heights in reaching back to yesteryear. In short, the man has finally perfected a formula he's has always excelled at since the beginning of his music career...less is more. There was a kind of simplicity to the new songs that took nothing away from their powerful impact on the heads and hearts of everyone in attendance. Due to Lindsey's charismatic stage presence I have to admit I was mesmerized during the show to the point I forgot each new song the minute I heard another new one. But while making the long drive home I quickly remembered how the impact of each new song hit me hard on first listen. Across the next six hours on the road, I couldn't get the chorus of one tune out of my mind. It went something like, "the stars are crazy." Live in the theater it sounded stunning. I can already imagine how beautiful this song will sound on the cd with full production values. I was so moved by it during the show I couldn't keep tears from flowing. The same waterworks spilled out of me at the end of another new tune...one I still haven't gotten out of my head a week later. I believe it's called, "End of Time." I've deemed those songs a "one, two, knockout punch." All the new material was stellar. My only criticism of this show was keeping the standard filler we've seen enough of on previous solo and Mac outings: Big Love, GYOW, Tusk, Trouble. I was glad he did 2 songs from "Under the Skin" including the title track. I wish he had not totally ignored his last cd, "GOS," but all was forgiven once he gave us an encore. THANK YOU, LINDSEY, FOR DOING "TURN IT ON!" my favorite song from 1992's "Out of the Cradle." It s my favorite song of all time. If you only knew how it changed the life of one desperate young man who d all but given up on life last year. That song helped him back on his feet after I gave him OOTC and told him to listen to that song in particular before throwing in the towel at the age of 27. He s doing so well now, and he accompanied me to this show one year later as a newly baptized fan of the man. Knowing how deeply personal Lindsey s music is, it suddenly occurs to me the tears I shed during the song, End of Time, came out of me when I heard him sing the words: it s the end of time\u2026can you feel it? Well, yes. I did feel it. I hope it s not true.

The evening began with Lindsey on guitar on the stage alone. After a 25 to 30 minute set of old material followed by new songs. His band mates then joined him on stage for an hour of music and sharing. The set was again a mixture of old and new songs. The set demonstrated Lindsey's ability to be powerful whether the songs were uptempo or quiet and introspective. The encore included two songs with the band and concluded with Lindsey alone on the stage again singing Seeds We Sow, the title also of the new project he is concluding.

This show was just as it was described: an intimate evening with Lindsey Buckingham. This was Buckingham's only appearance, a filmed show for his upcoming "Seeds We Sow" album that's to be released in September. The new songs were great and the old ones (of course) even better. When he tours in the fall, after the new album is released, don't miss the chance to see this show!

I have been a huge fan of Lindsey Buckingham ever since his days with Fleetwood Mac, and he definitely sounded better than ever! I had some very high expectations for this concert, and he went way above and beyond all my expectations! Of course, we all went wild when he sang some of his greatest hits from Fleetwood Mac. It was such a treat for me to see this legend live in concert. He also sang a lot of his new material, which was awesome. He really does have some great new songs. Overall, it was one of the most memorable evenings for me -- I had such a great time. I highly recommend you taking the opportunity to go see Lindsey Buckingham live in concert. I am so looking forward to seeing him again!

Great intimate venue and fantastic acoustics for Lindsey's guitar work (and the rest of the band, for that matter)! I'm always amazed with his picking style and his ability to move throughout the range of his collection of gutars (which were switched for just about every song) is incredible to witness in person. Lindsey is one of the most passionate performers of my age! Also a great fan of Neal Heywood and his complimentary rythym and lead riffs which are always right in step. Some great new songs from his new CD due in September.. my favorites were "In Our Own Time" & "End of Time". Can't wait to buy.

This was an incredible night in Beverly Hills! At the Saban Theater, formerly the Wilshire Theater,an intimate 1500 seat venue is where the night came alive with some of the most unbelieveable guitar playing from Lindsey Buckingham, and stellar performance's from his band. The show started off with Lindsey playing a few classics alone with his acoustic guitar. Then he was off and running with the rest of the band. The new material sounded very good and makes me wish that his soon to be released CD,Seeds We Sow,was already available. This should be another gem from Buckingham and will be a must hear for fans. For me the highlight's of this amazing set included " Never Going Back Again " and " I'm So Afraid " on both of which I thought Buckingham's guitars just might burst into flames! All in all, like I said in the begining...INCREDIBLE! Thank you Lindsey for sharing your world with us this one night.......

This was a spectacular performance by a rare artist. I've seen Lindsey live multiple times solo and with Fleetwood Mac and tonight he was in top form. As good as ever. His voice was strong and controlled, his playing impeccable. He has the energy of someone half his age. He absolutely killed it on solo versions of Go Insane, Never Going Back Again, Big Love, Trouble, and more. He and the band killed it on high octane renditions of Second Hand News, I'm So Afraid, All My Sorrows, Under the Skin, etc. He broke out several new songs from the upcoming album, Seeds We Sow, all of which were fantastic. I can't wait until the DVD comes out!

Jimmy Hendrix was not really recognized as the guitar god and genius that he was until years after his death. Buckingham frequently appears down the list for the "best guitarist" in terms of ranking (even lower than Joan Jett?!?!?). However, anyone who has seen him play live in concert knows that he should rank near the top of any of these lists. His voice seems stronger than the last tour. The guitar playing was spectacular. He starts playing and singing (solo), and he fills the room with amazing texture and sound. The first 3rd of the setlist was a 10/10+++. Again, he mostly played solo songs without his backup band even on stage. Then, he played some of his new songs (6/10). They seem OK, but nothing mind blowing like "Shut Us Down" or "Time Precious Time". The last 3rd of the show started to really pick-up, and then finished with a number of slower songs (8/10). I hope that on the Fall tour they change the setlist a little to leave the audience wanting more at the end. Everyone starts standing and dancing & then it abruptly stops. That was odd. Usually, he ends with a mind blower like the two previously mentioned tunes. They filmed this show for a fall TV special. He warned the audience that they might need to stop and redo songs, etc. Of course, this guy is so amazing that they just played right through without interruption. In terms of venue, the Saban Theatre has been remodeled. It is a GREAT place for a small concert. Great sound, nice seating layout, and VERY friendly staff. Amazing Art Deco design, etc. Lindsey seems more comfortable in a controlled environment like the Saban although he absolutely rips it in the smaller "bar type" venues. I'm sure the audio and video quality of this show will be a 10/10. Either way, the audience wins big.

What can be said about Lindsey Buckingham that hasn't already been written in the past 4 decades? He is the most gifted, multi-talented artist still seriously involved in the music business today. For more than 35 years he's been composing and performing original music, producing his own albums/cds, and playing the guitar like nobody's business. More than that, he does everything with such passion and intensity like no other performer you will ever see live. I have seen him many times in huge arenas and stadiums with Fleetwood Mac. As great as that's been, it doesn't compare with seeing him alone in an intimate setting. No other guitarist can hold an audience spellbound with his unique playing style and heartfelt emotional vocal delivery. Granted, the pipes aren't what they used to be. Everybody loses vocal range with age, but Lindsey makes up for this by delivering so much personal feeling to the audience when singing his songs. I was overwhelmed being part of an experience where this man gaves so much of himself to strangers. On the flip side, he is very warm and funny. I've never laughed out loud at a show as I did during the encore. Everyone was barking like dogs at the end of "Holiday Road" and Lindsey sumed it up by saying at the end, "that was very undignified." Dude was barking the loudest of all. It was a stark contrast to earlier in the show when he moved me to tears during "Under the Skin," a very touching song of inspiration. You will be on an emotional roller coaster from start to finish at any of his solo live shows. I've seen him on every solo tour and I've never been disappointed. He has a great group of talented guys in his 4 piece band. The only slight let down was not hearing a few songs from his wonderful "Out of the Cradle" album of 1992. This set was full of his latest two solo outings, "Gift of Screws" 2008, and "Under the Skin" 2006, with a generous helping of FM hits thrown in . It was great for both his die hard solo fans and Mac fans alike. If you have a chance to see him live as a solo, do it. This guy's for real.

The night was amazing. I was blown away by the brilliance of this awesome artist. He was very down to earth and you could really sense the depth of his artistry and person in viewing his performance. I recommend seeing him to anyone and everyone who appreciates real art. I will be seeing anytime I can in the future. There is a real difference in just seeing him play. He's the best guitarist you will ever find in pop music, EVER. And now that's he's gotten older, his words carry a great deal of meaning. It also hlps that he gets very talented musicians to help him out all the way. It's beautiful. You're in for an amazing experience!

Show was very good! It was only Lindsey playing by himself, but he didn't need a full band. Sounded excellent. Can't rate it as Excellent over all because it seemed shorter than I had hoped. Played 6-7 well known songs and others from his albums. Loved the close/intimate environment (approx 550 person capacity show). Could get 3 feet from him if you wanted. He spoke with individuals in the crowd during the show and had some good laughs. Over all I was very pleased. I would go again.

If you are an LB fan, then you will want to see this solo show. Not as good as the "Seeds We Sow" tour in 2011 where he had his band with him, but enjoyable nonetheless. It would have received five stars if he had played a few more songs. The show consisted of 13 tunes from both Fleetwood Mac and his solo work, and lasted about one hour, fifteen minutes.

Lindsey has not missed a step. Like a glass of fine red wine, he only gets better. A guitar player for 30 years+, I've met him and the rest of Fleetwood Mac as the Photographer I am today. My only disappointment was that between tickets and dinner (which was amazing at the Howard Theater) I spent just shy of $300 for two people to hear a shot that was only 70 minutes long. Lindsey -- a bit more than a hour makes me question the money, at 2 hours I'd see you once a month!

let me start by stating I love Fleetwood Mac & Lindsey's solo work! that said, what the hell did i just witness, his show started at 8:00pm,, no openning act, he walked off the stage at 9:00pm, came back for 2 songs and ran off the stage and was out of the building and gone by 9:20. I though he would come back and do a couple more songs, but he must of had another show he needed to get to so off he went I enjoyed his performance, didn't enjoy the camera police, i don't use my flash and hold the camera in front of my chest so it bothers no one!

I was stoked to realize that Lindsey Buckingham was playing in the cozy Stiefel Theatre in Salina, KS. I live in Hays and am used to driving pretty far to attend concerts. The venue was small, but Lindsey's performance was huge. And, because it wasn't set in a massive, high-security auditorium that holds thousands of people, I was able to move from my 10th-row seat to the stage with ease. No one made me go back to my seat, and the audience was quite accepting of those who were so moved as to go up to the stage. I got to hear Lindsey's greatest Fleetwood Mac songs only feet away from him, and he leaned down to me, letting me touch his guitar as he was madly strumming the main solo of "Go Your Own Way." I will never forget the experience as long as I live. Fleetwood Mac is absolutely my favorite band, and to get such an opportunity was simply amazing. I saw Fleetwood Mac in the Pepsi Center in Denver from the 200+ nosebleed seats clear at the top, where Lindsey, Stevie, Mick, and John looked like tiny specs. But this venue allowed me to see Lindsey up close, and I could appreciate even more his masterful abilities because I was able to view them from a very close distance. Lindsey blended old songs with new ones, and his performance really was unforgettable. Many people are disappointed when artists play new, unfamiliar songs, but Lindsey did a perfect blend of past and present. And his guitar abilities never get old. He creates masterpieces within each song, whether it be "So Afraid" from 1975 or That s the Way Love Goes from 2011.

Aside from his "Big machine" (i.e., Fleetwood Mac), he also tours with his "Small Machine" performing his solo work and a nice mix of Fleetwood Mac tunes. We saw Lindsey in Denver on September 14, 2011 (though this review probably won't be posted until sometime mid-October... BOO-HISS Ticketmaster!) and we had a thoroughly wonderful evening. The venue felt "small and intimate" - a perfect setting for Lindsey's virtuosity. He started out with several songs with just him and his guitar, and blew us all away. The concert only got better from there. He is a poet, a master musician, and an all-around wonderful human being. The entire set was an excellent mix of old (classic Fleetwood-Mac), recent (from his other solo albums), and new (from Seeds We Sow). If you are at all a fan of Lindsey's music in any "era", do get his new CD. You will not be disappointed. (Hint: He has autographed copies available at the shows... $30). After two hours of performing, he graced us with an encore of 3 more songs. The 2nd one, "Treason", blew me away. It is actually from an earlier solo album, but what got me about it was that, even though there were only guys up there on stage, I swear I heard Stevie's voice in the harmonies... same warble, same pitch & style... it was rather eerie, and delightful at the same time. I love both of them - they were a killer team back in the day. I don't understand why Lindsey isn't listed with the top guitarists, a la Page, Clapton, etc. He's definitely a very gifted individual. Thank you, Lindsey, for an unforgettable evening and sharing your gifts with us.

This was sort of a surprise concert. Only about a week and a half before the show it was announced that Lindsey Buckingham would be playing The Saban Theatre (formerly The Wilshire) for a taping of a DVD to be released in September 2011, along with a new Lindsey Buckingham album. THIS is my kind of surprise! The Saban is a beautiful theatre which holds only about 1500 people, so when the ticket states "an intimate evening with Lindsey Buckingham", they weren't kidding. Lindsey came out and started with an acoustic type set before bringing out the other three players in his band. He sprinkled in about six new songs from his upcoming Seeds We Sow album. Lindsey was in great voice and his guitar playing was as beautiful and fiery as ever! Even though it was a taped show, they went through it just like a regular concert and there were no extra "takes" during the show. This is the second time I"ve taken a friend to a Lindsey Buckingham show and they've come out just amazed at his showmanship. Since it's already something I have known for a very long time, I'm happy to help broaden the musical horizons of my friends. Please note, I have listed the set list below, but there are a couple of new songs that I'm not entirely sure their correct titles.

Sitting in the lower level, I wondered if a solo performance by LB would be as powerful as his days in Fleetwood Mac. I was not disappointed! From his first entrance on stage clutching a cell phone and speaking to his son, Will, he was as eyecatching as ever. His talent as a singer, writer and musician was still as vibrant as it was years ago. I enjoyed his new songs but appreciated the "Old" ones. HIs unique style and tempo of each selection grabbed my ear's attention and held on throughout the entire performance. LB is gifted with the ability to create and transfer the listener into the musical experience. At times, it seemed it took a moment or two for him to come back to reality.....he gets that drawn into the moment of music! This was an awesome 75 minutes of my life! The time passed too quickly. I would love to see him again!

The concert was fantastic. He is tied for 1st. place as the world's best guitarists. He played most of his songs on as acoustical guitar, but did quite a few on his electric guitar. He included songs he wrote/performed with Fleetwood Mac. Since the Opera House isn't huge, I waited out back after the concert and got his autograph, as did @ 15 others. It was great. He connected with the audience well and with ease.

Wonderful concert, except that it was way too short! For the ticket price we paid of about $100 per ticket, a show that lasts only a bit over an hour left us feeling a bit taken advantage of.

As always, Lindsay Buckingham brought his A-game to Lexington. The first time he has played in Lexington, KY since 1982. He played all of my Lindsay favorites, Bleed to Love Her and Go Insane. The ticket was a bit pricey, but well worth it to hear about an hour of his best guitar work.

Lindsey Buckingham gave a phenomenal performance at the Lexington Opera House. He sang and played like he had a ten piece band behind him. He was engaging and beyond talented. Well worth the money.

Lindsey was great. The music and selection was good, but it was disappointing as far as the amount of time he was on stage. The total time of the concert was 75 minutes and no opening act. In my opinion, for the price charged for the ticket, I expected more.

Great songs and a fabulous performance but since when did 75 minutes become the norm for these quite expensive shows. Seeing that more and more these days. It's not like he has a shortage of material to choose from.

An amazing show! Lindsey played many great songs from his solo work and his tenure with Fleetwood Mac. Accompanying himself on guitar, he was a one-man band and filled the concert hall with resonant, full-bodied, thick textures but never lost the subtle melodies within the sonic atmosphere. My only regret is that he played for a little over an hour. I could have listened all night! The crowd was very receptive to LB, who showed all in attendance his dazzling guitar chops and dynamic and expressive range.

Great show. Buckingham gets a ton of sound from his various solo guitars. Great way to rethink and appreciate some amazing Fleetwood Mac tunes. Lindsey's voice has lost a step in range over past 20 years, but he's still got a powerful delivery.

I had wanted to see Lindsey for a long time and am a long time fan. He did not disappoint as he is simply an amazing guitarist and performer but I was insulted by the 77 minute show (including encore). He was not personable and often said little to nothing between songs. My bucket list can have another check mark but it is extremely doubtful that I ever see him again live unless in a Fleetwood Mac reunion.

I bought these tickets as a early birthday present for my 77-year old mother after watching the concert video on TV. She absolutely raved about it. I'm only sorry that I wasn't able to travel to Des Moines on the night of the show to see the concert with her.

I have attended all sorts of concerts for 35+ years. Lindsey clearly connected with the audience and he had a good time. His playing was impressive (once the soundman adjusted things- from my balcony seat the first two songs had the guitar up so loud that it overpowered his vocals). My criticism was how short the concert lasted. Go Your Own Way ended the main set. I looked at my watch and he had played just one hour. The three encores took maybe another 15 minutes. At $45.00 a ticket I expected a longer performance. After all, this was a theater, not a casino venue where often they do two short early and late shows. Overall, it was a fine but brief performance.

Lindsay Buckingham was an awesome performer. I would have loved to continue to listen to him for longer than the 90 minutes he played!! He was simply amazing to watch when we could actually see him. His fingers just fly and you can feel the energy and emotion he puts into every song. Seeing the lineup of his 12 guitars at the beginning of the show dwindle down to one was also pretty cool...except then we knew it was close to over!

We saw Lindsey at Whiskey Roadhouse. After standing in line for 1-1/2 hours for doors to open at 6:40pm (s/b 6:30 pm) we rushed inside to see that Horseshoe Casino had all the decent tables "reserved" for their high rollers (those with gambling addictions?) What a crock for those of us that are REGULAR concert goers. Although Lindsey can certainly play guitar and put his heart and soul into his music, I expected a few more Fleetwood songs. I'm thinking twice before I go to another show at Whiskey Roadhouse. The management sucks.

Lindsey Buckingham is an amazing guitarist and has such an incredible voice. I didn't realize how good he is. About half his songs were from his 2010 album, "Turn of the Screw" and the rest were Fleetwood Mac tunes. He talked to the audience several times about the history behind the songs and interacted with the people near the stage. From stories I'd heard, I had expected Lindsey to be some kind of a diva but he wasn't. He seemed to really appreciate the enthusiasm of the crowd and played two additional numbers that weren't part of his planned set. I wasn't familiar with them but still good. He said next time he plays here he'll bring along a person to take requests for him. I think he was serious. He shook lots of hands with people near him and signed autographs from stage. He played solo with some occasional prerecorded backup music. Lindsey only had his guitar roadie with him - and he changed guitars for every single number. Lindsey was so jazzed by the crowd that he was yelling right back at us several times! Lindsey seems to be happy with where he is in his life right now - and I was so glad I got to see Lindsey at this particular time.

Lindsey was very into his performance. He had a great selection from his Fleetwood Mac days and also his solo career. He was able to pull it off magnificently without a band, as well. On "I'm So Afraid," they added a huge bass and drum line, which was great with his awesome guitar work. Overall, one of the best concerts I've attended.

Lindsey is at the top of his game. I was worried that he would be tired and just going through the motions after having played several cities without taking a break before this solo show - but did he really really deliver! He played a great selection of songs from his Fleetwood Mac years as well as his solo work. My only regret was that I wished he could have played longer. I would definetly see him again - A true legend and a gifted artist.

Lindsey Buckingham's one-man show at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center was fantastic! His voice was just as full and rich as ever, and he still blows me away with his virtuosity on the guitar! I thought he chose a good combination of songs from his solo career and his work with Fleetwood Mac. He brought so much energy to his show and appeared to be in great spirits. The show ran about just under 90 minutes, but really to expect more from one guy all alone is kind of unrealistic. Agree with others who said there were a handful of idiots in the crowd who couldn't shut up, but Lindsey handled it well. Although turn-out was not huge (the venue only hold just over 2,000) I do not agree with the reviewer who claimed only 300 hundred attended. Not even close.

I always snap up any chance to see Lindsey when he's in a mood to tour which apparently he is, his reclusive nature notwithstanding. And full disclosure here, I am a fan. This outing was probably geared towards the fans, although those not familiar with Lindsey away from the Big Machine would have found the performance rewarding as well. His voice has gotten better with age and was often a strength of the performance, and it was good see him reach for that classic Rick Turner guitar more than once in the night. Many of his songs translated well to a one man performance, but the only clunker was 'I'm So Afraid'. That one needs drums to augment the power and balance of his guitars. Would have loved a one man version of 'Holiday Road', too. I think that last year's touring configuration where he was solo half the time and then joined by a minimal band during the latter half of shows was the most optimal set-up for his repertoire. Still, it was great to see, his guitar work and voice are unparalleled, and he seemed in a happy place. Now, it's time to get back to that 'Big Machine'.

Sound was great, third row seats were good, the banana daiquiri from the lobby bar was excellent, but 80 minutes is just too short in 2012. Richard Thompson is as talented on guitar and his solo shows are around two hours. Jackson Browne solo is over two hours. Plus I downloaded an earlier show and it was almost identical, including the "ad libs." In a nutshell, good, too short to be great, and I won't go see him again. I have two videos, I may post them later.

An Evening with Means I'm not bringing the Band. Lindsey sounded great and the sound was incredible. Great guitar picking, very passionate performance and Lindsey's voice was great. I enjoyed all thirteen songs he played, with a few Fleetwood Mac Songs. Show started at 9pm and was over @ 10:10pm, no opening act. Someone needs to tell Lindsey that $45+ is a little pricey for 70 minutes. This show is worth it for the die hard fan and it appeared that is who showed up for this show. Only about 300 people in attendance.

Lindsey Buckingham solo "acoustic" surpassed the expectations of both me and my wife. His guitar playing was the expected amazing. His voice is better than ever. The old songs were fun, but the best were his newer songs. He did cheat a little bit and pull out the electric guitar and had an electronic baseline and drums, but that is okay. His solo performance was outstanding. Cannot wait until he is back next year with Fleetwood Mac!!

What a great show! All songs were beautiful- and Lindsey's musical talent is beyond words! Very glad we made a last minute decision to go- no regrets!!
It was amazing to watch him play! He had 11 guitars, acoustic, electric and bizarre looking ones as well. He is arguably one of the top guitar players of all time; he is a legend and his guitar picking is insane. It was great to watch him perform in a personal and up-close manner... The show was short but totally entertaining. I would definitely recommend it!
He was as amazing in person as I have seen him on TV and live. This was a one-man "experiment" as he put it., a "small machine" as opposed to the "big machine" of Fleetwood Mac. I counted at least 11 different guitars lined up and tuned prior to Lindsey coming onstage, and I think he played them all. I really liked all the music, except for his really loud stuff from the Mac era. The electric guitar blew my hair back in the sixth row, it being so loud. I was also a little disappointed in the length of the show (less than 90 min including the encore). For that amount of cash, I was hoping for a bit more. But he is truly amazing to watch, and I love his music, especially the more acoustic solo stuff. I'd go see him again, but I'd really want a longer show for the money.
One of the best in a while...he gave it his all. The stuff I didn't know, I now want to but when he went into the old stuff.....he was incredible and gave 150% And...all that sound, music and emotion with only one man on the stage....and not Pick!
Lindsey Buckingham was awesome! I always knew he was a fantastic guitarist, however seeing him live, up close and personal was phenominal! If you have a chance to see him on this particular tour, I encourage all to do so. There were some dissappointments...turn-out was low and there were some rowdy individuals in the audience who were WAY too vocal (assume too much alcohol). I hope Lindsey was not too offended.
Lindsey is simply the greatest guitar player who ever walked the face of the earth. Watching him play is like a spiritual experience. He gives it his all and takes the music to unimaginable heights. You can literally feel your heart ascend with the music. He played for a full hour and 20 minutes and had to be exhausted when all was said and done, but was most gracious to an audience that rocked the rafters trying to make him stay just one more song.
This review is very over due. I saw him six and a half years ago. He was very good and he played a good setlist. The reason for four stars instead of five was for the rest of the musicians that played with him. They were good but they lacked the energy and presence of Lindsey.
Lindsey Buckingham walked onto the stage, acknowledged the applause and then took off playing. He played and sang for a solid hour and a half, switching guitars as needed between songs. And how many switches? We lost count. He also talked to the audience, sharing his take on the "big machine" vs. the "little machine," a reference to the difference between time with Fleetwood Mac and his solo career. OK, also some references to life with Stevie. Four of us attended together. We agreed: the show was fantastic, Lindsey's voice remains solid and - well, damn! - the guy can really play the heck out of any guitar put in his hands.
The Lindsey Buckingham concert was awesome! He was friendly, personable and he engaged the audience. Plus, he is a fierce guitarist! I was very impressed! I would recommend this concert to anyone and I hope he tours again, because I would certainly attend.
