I was really impressed by the effort Masonic Temple put in, by removing the cemented seasts from the floor. This made the show so much more enjoyable by being able to dance around freely. The show was amazing all of the DJs were great. Really hope masonic throws another awesome concert like that soon.

Opener wasn't as good as Griz, then again, that's generally how concerts go. Griz was amazing, even at a venue that didn't have the best sound system. I would DEFINITELY recommend this event, it's really a fun show.

This is the fourth time Ive seen Griz this year. His show is ALWAYS amazing. The venue was very cool; however, it would definitely be better for a jam band or some other type of music. The quality was okay but not the best for EDM music.

This concert had the potential to be perfect. A perfect venue, great fans, great performers and then the concert ended early. This concert was everything an EDM or funky dance music fan would dream of. The visuals were amazing, there dialogue with the audience was perfect for the genre, and the live instruments coupled with the intense dance music was great. It was like a funky rock show but with an electronic feel. Overall this concert blew my expectations away and still didn t reach its full potential because the show ended early.

So this was the first time I went to the Fillmore. Beautiful venue with a nice balcony level and 4+ bar areas. Quick service, nice chandeliers, and normal overly pricy beverages. *Shrug* GriZ was the dirtiest and the speaker system could more than handle the 1000+ rageaholics in the crowd, making the whole location bounce with energy. Great time, would definitely go again. 40$ tix were a pretty good bargain, too.

Sometimes GRiZ was a lot of visuals and super dubstepy. Other times, it was just a spotlight on GRiZ with the sax and the guitarist (I think Muzzy Bear?) jamming out. Most of the times it was somewhere in between with a bunch of lasers and bass!! I loved how all over the place it was. Lots of good music, dancing, and vibes. GRiZbumps multiple times!! Hope he come back to NC next year! I'm also glad G Jones got to turn up the bass at the end of his set.

I have never experienced an insane new years so I figured this year was the year. There were so many shows to choose from but I know Griz makes it a point to have his shows be AMAZING so I hopped on down to asheville. First off Papadosio was beautiful. Then Gjones literally put me into a space ship and shot me the fuck into space. I have never been part of such an amazing bass show....I thought I was done and wouldn't be able to make it through Griz but dear jesus did griz put on a show. Almost 2 and a half hours of love, lights, lasers and funk I emerged drenched in sweat and loving life. THANK YOU GRIZ

This show was great! Security was efficient so that I felt safe, and the line moved fast enough so that I didn't have to stand in line outside for too long. The two openers were alright but I was committed to having a ton of energy for Griz and it worked!

2nd year of The Get Down in a row, and GRiZ just keeps on getting better and better! This year it was a two day event (as opposed to the single night last year), with the GRiZ live band headlining the first night, and then GRiZ did his normal set to close out Sunday and send off 2017 in a BIG way! This was our 6th and 7th time seeing him this year, and these were easily 2 of the best sets I ve ever seen him do. Can t reccomend this NYE bash enough, and here s to hoping he brings round 3 back at the end of 2018! #SLSL

The two shows that Griz did at the U.S. Cellular Arena in Asheville were both great performances. That being said, the venue had a few issues that I thought could have been improved. Most important was the fact that there was only one way in and out of the arena. Also it seemed like there was only one entrance downstairs to the pit, because the other entrance/exit to the floor was not labeled with a sign like it should have been. It seemed like they had less staff on the New Year's Eve Event (Sunday) than they did the night before for the Griz Live Band (Saturday). It seems to me like they would have had MORE staff on hand for NYE to help work lines at concessions. The stairs in the arena need to have lights (especially) the first & last step! I saw a lot of people trip because they couldn't see the step! And if the city is forced to suspend taxi services because of inclement weather, someone needs to make an announcement so that people (like two of my friends) aren't stranded after the show with no ride back to their hotels. Other than that, was an amazing weekend and I enjoyed our trip!

I havent been to many EDM shows, but I cant image a better choice than Griz for New Years. The crowd was perfect, the sound and lights were great, but what really sets him apart from the other big names in the genre is his ability to entertain. The guy is dancing all over the stage with his saxaphone and really gets the crowd involved, not something you get from your standard DJ. Would pay good money to see him again next year.

GRiZ's Live Band is doing amazing things and I hope it becomes its own complete entity. Give me the feel good music through that Live band & then deliver the filth through those DJ sets. Not that the DJ set was full of sunshine & butterflys but it was also full of that straight "Get Down" dirty FUUUUUUUUUNK. I have never had a better start to New Years than getting down with my friends when that ball (balloons) dropped. I started & ended 2017 with GRiZ (with 8 other shows inbetween) and now 2018 is off to a very similar start.

The show was great. Openers were alright but Griz is always a awesome time. Venue was definitely short on bar staff but weather wasn't great due to ice. Bar lines were long but venue was larger with a small feel.

Saturday doesn't disappoint either whether you're a fan of his classic hits or wanted to get down and dirty with his funk inspired dubstep. One of the best weekends to share with your friends. The entire night was absolutely phenomenal. Getting to meet GRiZ beforehand was just amazing, he is definitely one of the coolest and most chill, nice and genuine people I've ever met! The tour of the Masonic Temple was fantastic! The place is HUGE but just absolutely wonderful inside, just a totally beautiful venue. The show itself was perfect! He played a lot of my favorite songs, played songs I wasn't expecting and even threw in some new stuff! At the end he did a two song encore where he rapped for one and then brought out a choir to sing a christmas/family type song last and had the cannons explode with white confetti that made it look like snow and it was absolutely perfect. All in all it was the best night of 2017, if not, my entire life. Would recommend GRiZmas to any and everyone. 5 out of 5 rating, loved it.

When Griz visits his home state of Michigan he is a must see. He set is different than a festival or opener set. Griz showcases his showmanship and the Masonic is such a great venue for this. If you can ever make it to Grizmas, please do, you won't be disappointed. I was a little bothered with the Boogie T opener but oh well. Griz more than made up for it.

If you like GRiZ, make it to a GRiZ show. Every single one I've been to has been a party and a half. I'm not the "drugs at a concert" kind of guy, but I don't mind other people around me smoking. If you DO mind people smoking though, I would not recommend GRiZmas.

great time. Griz threwwwww down and got dubby. was great to see all the homies around. Was a little nervous about the sold out ness, the crowd seemed much more manageable than the last sold out twiddle show I attended

Griz absolutely blew me away. The production was on point, the sound was perfect, and he got the crowd into it from start to finish. He is one of my favorite performers and he reminded me why. I would recommend griz to anyone!

Griz truly blew me away. I've been to many shows and this still goes in the top 5. His energy is amazing & every single person gets swept up in his performance. I can't say enough good about him & the All Good Records crew. The Pageant was also an amazing venue to experience. I'm not a fan of the 16+ age thing, but they do an amazing job of section off the crowd while still providing an intimate feel of being so close to the performer. I highly reccomend this venue. It was overall an unforgettable time.

The tickets I bought said the show started at 7:30, but the first DJ was already playing when we got there. The second 'band' played for wayyyyy too long . A lot of people around me were complaining. I've got mad respect for them, but they could've easily cut it 30min shorter. GRiz was amazing. His setup went perfect with his music. The only thing I could complain about would be it stretched on a little too long, maybe it felt that way since GRiz didn't come on until 9:45-10:00 or so. Overall, an alright experience.

Recently, I went to GRiZ in Chicago at the Aragon Ballroom. He put on a unforgettable show in a beautiful venue. I would definitely recommended going if you like to get down and share good vibes with others. The crowd was just radiating with happiness and excitement. Any chance I get, I will go to his shows.

He never ceases to amaze me along with exmag. The only complaint I could give is how awful the Aragon ballroom sound system is. It was hard to hear griz's set and the first three people that performed were impossible to hear. Besides that griz blew me away with his saxophone talent and the lights and disco ball really brought everything to a 5 star show!

The venue is great, the people in there were great (mostly underage, though, but I don't care), and GRiZ makes amazing music. Recommended.
