I was expecting more fart jokes. The stand up comedy in the first half was mostly Jew gay jokes but I laughed at "Tina". The second half of music from the show made up for the "comedy". The musicians were excellent, the props WOW and the choice of songs, though missing "girls being girls" was fun.

Great variety and amount of content. Each of the main actors from the cartoon series had a chance to do their own standup set which was pretty much worth the price of admission. This was followed by clips and and a table reading from an upcoming episode and then a Q & A. No awkward audience participation bits, so you can just relax and have a good time amongst fellow fans.

It was great fun. The five principle actors did stand up, they showed a video clip of the upcoming Christmas special, and then did a table read and Q&A. The seats we had at the Masonic were three rows back from the stage, the only disappoint was there were on the side of the stage so we saw many actor profiles.

We honestly were not sure what to expect at this event. I had pictured most of it would be a table reading, with scenes shown behind them. I was thrilled when I realized we would be seeing stand up from the five voices of the Belcher family. What a treat that was, they were all wonderful, but Eugene Mirman stood out for me ( this is our 5th time seeing his stand up act). My husband could not stop talking about how smart and hilarious Jon Benjamin is. And of course, Kristin Schaal is always funny and charming. Seeing Tina and Linda's voices come out of Dan Mintz and John Roberts was nearly surreal, but made being in on the joke even better. Loren Buchard came out for the table read and Q&A session. The genius of all of them together at that point was obvious. Multiple points in the show, I laughed hard enough to bring tears to my eyes, which often happens when watching the TV show as well. See this if they continue to do it. The show is brilliant, the cast is talented and freaking hilarious.

THIS SHOW WAS BEAUTIFUL! Everything I could've asked for. Each cast member did a bit of standup before the table read of an upcoming episode that was HILARIOUS. Then Q&A.

As a fan of Bob's Burgers, I really enjoyed this event! Each member of the main cast did a stand up routine, then they showed the animatic for an upcoming episode, then they did a table reading for another upcoming episode, followed by a Q&A session. If you're not really a fan of the show, you might not think this is as awesome as I did. But if you're a fan like me, you'll love it! :)

Way too expensive for what it was-- 10 minutes of each character doing (boring, unrelated, sexist, casually racist) standup, a few clips of upcoming shows, and an in character Q&A. I don't think we were the only fans disappointed. Ours was the last show of the tour-- but it failed to impress. Chemistry was off between cast members.

The show didn't seem very cohesive, and it had a feel more akin to them asking "What is the minimum amount of Bob's Burger related material we could do and still charge $40 a pop." The stand-up by the cast was funny at times, but overall forgettable. The clips shown from upcoming episodes were a fun moment to see, but it would have been great if they could have provided some commentary for those. The table reading was enjoyable. We left before the question and answer period because we were not aware that the questions were taken from people before the show began. Unrelated to the show itself, the acoustics in the theatre were awful. And the lobby is terribly set up for any crowds, as once lines for concessions form it cuts off anyone trying to walk from one side of the theatre to the other.

I didn't know what to expect before I got there, but it was something like...ComiCon meets Oddball festival. There were people in the audience dressed as their favorite characters, music from the show, behind the scene sneak peeks of upcoming episodes - and of course the COMICS! I've seen Eugene Mirman perform live and consider him one of today's great comics, but I had never seen the others. H. Jon Benjamin (Eugene introduced as the man with the voice of a thousand gods) was amazingly funny as was Kristin Schaal - man was she AMAZING! And I totally didn't know what to expect from Dan Mintz and John Roberts (Tina and Linda, respectively). They were so damn funny it was just icing on the multi-layer cake. Dan was a cross between Steven Wright and the late great Mitch Hedburg, with one liners that were among the best I've ever heard. John was frantic and full of piss and vinegar, but when he broke out into Linda's voice everyone broke out in joyous laughter every time...it never gets old! And when Dan tried to create a record-breaking longest "Tina Moan" things went CRAZY. This was a unique and worthwhile event that I would recommend to any hardcore or casual fan of the show, or even just a fan of the individual comedians in the cast.

First of all, it was two hours, which is unheard of and definitely was worth the price of admission. Where can you see 5-6 GREAT comics do standup for cheaper? From start to end this show delivered a smile on your face so big it hurt. When I arrived at the hall, I had no idea what the show would entail. It was a wonderful suprise to watch each voice actor perform their own material in their own voices, watch a few exclusive clips of the show, hear some fun songs, and a hilarious Q&A where of course they poked fun at a drunk a-hole :) all and all, it was a night that unfortunately had to come to an end. Of course the night wasn't complete without my date and I getting some burgers after the show!

I did not know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The cast members started off with Stand up which was good. They then did a table read, which went on a bit too long but was really cool to view. Then scenes from an upcoming episode was shown, one which was not completely finished. They then did a Q & A but we left to avoid the 'rush'. Overall, a fun night out

Lots of hype...unsurprising that it didn't deliver. Didn't expect to sit through an hour of bad standup comedy. The best part of the show was the read through. Everything else was either strange or boring or a combination. If only I could request a refund...

Hands down - BEST show I've ever been to. All 5 voice actors did their own stand up and it was great. Some were too short than others (I would've loved to hear Dan Mintz (Tina# and H John #Bob# more, but they were still amazing). It was great to see all of the characters come to life onstage at the table reading. You get to see a few clips for some future episodes. SPOILER!! #Not sure if its deemed a spoiler, but Kevin Kline who voices Mr. Fischoeder made an appearance at the NY show. Jemaine Clement made an appearance as well and they both performed Electric Love. PERFECTION) I also loved Loren Bouchard and his energy. He's such a great guy and I'm glad that this show is getting the praise and attention it deserves. In short - GO SEE BOBS BURGERS LIVE!

My entire family loves the Bob's Burgers TV show and went to the Live show with high expectations. The live show was, IMO, fairly disappointing. The show was roughly divided into 3 parts: first all of the cast members did stand-up comedy one by one, secondly they all did a table read (together) of 2 scenes of an upcoming tv show, thirdly the had a question & answer segment. I did find the table read amusing and it was cool to see the actors doing their parts, but the stand-up comedy segment was awful. The only part I liked was when Tina did his stand-up...he was funny, but the others were just awful. We were so tired by the third segment that we only stayed for 2-3 questions and then left early. I still love the TV show but wouldn't recommend the live show.

I was really looking forward to this event and I was really disappointed. Starting with the good, Dan Mintz, Kristen Schall, and John Roberts had great sets. But, the rest of the show was lacking luster. Mirman's set was forgettable. Jon Benjamin's set was the WORST. I'm not drinking the kool-aid, and it seems he is a little too famous to get together a good set. I don't now how much material he had...he dissed Philly for a few minutes with no actual joke or punch line. It just felt lazy and I barely laughed. The ukulele song part was cute, but I did not really care to hear how they didn't really prepare it...We paid for the show, give us your best effort. Come on! The script read-aloud was pretty decent and John Roberts totally stole the show at that point. The Q&A had a few good questions, but was mostly awkward with etsy store promos and corny proposal to end it all. Not Worth the Money.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the Bob's Burgers show. The cast are all stand-up comics so each one took a turn. They were all so funny though John Roberts & Kristin Schaal were my favorites. Then we were shown a few clips from upcoming episodes and then the cast did a partial table read for another upcoming episode. It ended with a Q&A where the cast read questions that were submitted on index cards.

As a fan of the Bob's Burgers television show, I was super excited and intrigued for the live performance. I went to the show not knowing what to expect, it was the first time I was seeing a "live" TV show. I thought it started out ok with the standup routines from each performer. Most had funny segments, but no one made a huge impression on me. Kristin Schaal started out very funny with her widow segment, but lost my attention during her extended Emily Dickinson performance. Shockingly, H. Jon Benjamin was my least favorite performer, from bashing Philadelphia to reading from an unfunny notebook to a horrible piano skit that sounded like a child seeking attention from his parents. The song medley between creator Loren & "Linda" was supposedly unrehearsed and why? I felt ripped off, spending money for two tickets and travel expenses. I was insulted by Loren's comment that our audience prefers performances to be "unpolished". Watching the unseen Bob's Burgers shows was interesting. Probably the best part was the table read. The Q&A should've been skipped. Totally boring to both the performers and audience. Both my boyfriend and I were left wanting more and what I struggle with most is that its left a bad taste in my mouth for Bob's Burgers, the TV show, even though the actual animated series is fantastic. The worst feeling I got was after the show when I read prior reviews... apparently they have done the same show in years past, with the exact same jokes and performances. The fact that they can't "polish" a show and improve on it in 2 years time really left me disappointed.

Felt pretty disappointed with the "thrown together" feel. We're big fans of the show and we're really excited to get a behind the scenes look... but for $150 for two tickets the setup felt awkward, just literally a few minutes of stand up each. Overall, we were pretty bummed that a few cast members didn't even seen interested, left feeling "meh", which I can honestly say we've never had happen. I'm usually always able to find the value in a show, even ones presented in a way that is outside my taste...but this was just super overpriced. Was more like $20 or $30 a ticket show.

I give the first part a C- and the second part an A- I would have expected the first section of the show to be a table read or some skits related to Bob's Burgers. The name of the show certainly sets that expectation. Instead, the first half of the show felt out of left-field and generic standup that felt unfinished. I love the team and almost everything they do. I think they honestly set the bar high and just weren't able to deliver. That on top of the price of the ticket made this experience somewhat disappointing.

if you are a fan of Bob's Burgers, it is worth seeing this entertaining show of the voice cast and music of the Burgerman. The voice cast comes out separately to deliver a stand up routine. All were funny, but Kristen Schall's was probably best. Then there were live performances of some of the best songs from Bob's Burgers. There were back up visuals and giant puppets. Definitely a good evening of fun for Bob's Burgers fans.

I am a Bob's Burgers fan but I guess one may have to be a *psycho* fan in order to enjoy this show. Half of the show was (terrible) standup comedy from each of the main stars of the show. It seems clear that standup is not the forte of most of these actors and it seemed like much of the crowd was only laughing because, for example, they were hearing "Tina's" voice coming out of a dude on stage. So, no matter how awful or unfunny his jokes are, the crowd is going to laugh. Once we got past the standup portion we got to the musical portion which was okay but too brief. I think they sang five songs from the show. Additionally I understood that in past shows they did skits and table reads but we got none of that here. I would have traded all of the standup for more songs or skits or table reads. Anyway, it was cool to see the cast but overall it was just a letdown.

I purchased tickets for my boyfriend and I, as he is a huge Bob's Burgers fan. There is stand-up from each of the main characters, a live table reading, footage from unfinished episodes, food, alcoholic drinks, the opportunity to take a picture with someone dressed in a Tina costume, and of course lots of overpriced merch to purchase. We got a zip up hoodie that says bobs Burgers Live in the front and a large hamburger on the back for a whopping $75. Because much of the seating is one level you better hope you don't get stuck behind tall people with big heads the way we did (lol). Overall, it was a fun event.

What a fantastic show. Each cast member did a stand up comedy routine which was so much fun. One note of caution: the tickets said the event was for "all ages" but a lot of the jokes were not appropriate for younger kids. I took my 16 year old for his birthday and he loved it but I think he was shocked (and delighted) that his parents were taking him to see/hear something with a lot of sexual jokes. Which makes us the coolest parents ever in his eyes. The table read was fun, too! All in all, a really fun evening!!!

This show was great! I would go back a thousand more times! The way the show was formatted was each of the voice actors did their own sets (as themselves and not the characters they play) and then we saw a few animated clips of upcoming episodes. After the last clip was aired the actors read through most of the rest of the script from the last clip we screened. Lots of laughs, the auditorium was packed and I'm sure it will continue to be! (Just a little warning) I noticed there were some younger audience members there with their parents and when some of the actors were doing their own stand up these parents would escort their children out of the auditorium (many of the jokes and content were for adult audiences). So if you do want to bring your kids to this show, I might suggest coming in to watch the clips and table read for the second part of the show. (But be courteous when you come in late!)

Don't get me wrong, the show was funny...just thought it would be funnier. Everyones individual sets were hilarious except the guy who plays Bob. Was super disappointed in his set. The table read was awesome and so were all the singing and Q&A.

I snatched up a couple tickets to see Bob's Burgers live as soon as I saw them on sale. There was not much detail on what the show would actually be like, but I figured it was worth a shot. I absolutely love the tv show, but I must admit this live show was pretty disappointing. The table reading and the preview of an upcoming episode were enjoyable, as were some of the actors stand up routines. But overall it was pretty forgettable. I must also mention that the venue, The Orpheum Theatre, was unimpressive. The whole show people around me and myself were all distracted by loud noises coming from the mezzanine level. We waited in like for 10 minutes to get a drink only to be told out of state licenses need a wristband. Which was another 10 minute line. Followed by waiting in another line that ended up being "food only" even though it wasn't marked and there were alcohol sales happening next to him.
