This was one of the BEST shows I've attended in a very long time. It surpassed all my expectations and then some. I've loved RnB music since my teens and this took me back and had me present at the same shows. Daley, I'd never seen before. That Blue-eyed soul voice complimented this show very well. I think anyone not exposed to him yet are truly missing out. And the headliner, Leela James...omg! FABULOUS..her voice is one of the Best we have around. I love it when a artist gives you that SHOW in person..I would definitely see both of them again..hopefully together..This was just GREAT.

Wow best concert I've seen in years. Both Artists performed on-time which is rare. Both artists had excellent bands behind them that played the songs better than expected. Both artists were energetic and kept the crowd interested in every song played.

Great show. Daley was a very good opening performer. He has a really great voice. Both artist are very very soulful. Leela immediately set a party atmosphere and didn't back off from that. She is soulful beyond her years. Very humble and appreciative. Truly connected with the people. Loved her! Loved Daley. Loved the show. Also, I took the metro to the Metro Center station. Extremely convenient and a lot cheaper than parking. Walk from the 12th & F St. entrance is only one block - around the corner. You never even have to cross the street.

I loved how they encouraged dancing, and made it feel like a party among friends. I would attend another concert, and I am an even bigger fan of both artists after my experience. Leela James and Daley are 2 of my favorite artists. Always a great show so I know the reason that I can't give this show a 5 star rating is due to the venue. I was on the 4th row dead center and could not understand a word they were singing. The microphones were awful. Everyone was yelling for them to turn up the mics. All we could hear was the bass guitar and the drums. Good thing I knew the words to the songs. Leela even came after the show to take pictures with everyone. WOW! She is amazing!

Both artists I would pay to see over and over but the House of Blues venue was disappointing. $20 to stand in fast line for 45 mins. Only a few barstools for inadequate seating, and bad wine in plastic cups. I will go back if there are artists I really want to see but now I know not to expect anything from the venue at all.

Daley came on almost an hour late, which made her come on late. We are paying customers. My time is valuable. Her outfit was horrible. Leela is a beautiful elegant woman, who has always dressed classy, get rid of the new wardrobe consultant. I always wanted to see her, she is one of my favorite female vocalist. My first time here and Had a great time! The event started at 8 and we got there about 8. The line was so long but they were pretty quick to get it down. They pushed the event back a bit just to be sure we didn't miss any performance. Only thing is that I paid extra to skip the line and still had to wait in line. I wish they had signage or something to point us in the right direction. They both sounded great and I got great videos. But I enjoyed my night! Free parking too and there are bars and restaurants around you could visit.

V Bozeman, Leela James and Raheem DeVaughn. All of them gave outstanding performances. I highly recommend this show to everyone. It was a birthday gift for me, I'll never forget it. Each performer did their music and some other artists music too. They also took the time to talk to and connect with the audience. Avery Sunshine was in the audience and Leela invited her to sing. Avery was outstanding!!! Her voice is so rich and beautiful. Raheem closed out the show. It was my first time seeing him. I was blown away!! He is a really great performer.

I was disappointed in the concert style. She had a standing room and for an hour and half we stood. Daley came out and did pretty much all slow songs. Then Leela came out at 10:00 pm. and in thirty minutes she did 4 songs. At 10:30 p.m. I could not take it anymore so I left. For me it was to much yelling and talking about God. I love the God but I dont want to hear that a concert unless it is a gospel concert.A lot of people left because they were disappointed with the way the concert was handled. I can say I saw her but I doubt I will see her again in concert, however I will still buy her music.

I love Daley!!! I've seen every show he has preformed in Dallas. He's amazing and Leela momma brought the house DOWN!!!! Do not miss this show if it's coming to your area. You won't be sorry, I promise. Be sure to buy your merch early though. They both do a duel meet and greet after the show but you have to have bought merchandise. So, do it before the show. The House of Blues in Dallas sadly wasn't very organized in setting this up and this caused some hurt felling and commotion..but hey I was first in line so it's all good.

My husband and I enjoyed our date night immensely. The venue is just beautiful and upscale making the Madrid Theater the perfect place for Daley's first Kansas City concert. His ode to Prince was heartfelt and his music uplighting and exciting. Bur Leela James rocked the house with old school jamzs and her powerful vocals. We are ready for a Leela James party anytime--anywhere. Kansas City if you were not there you really missed a concert worth every penny in gold!! Amazing start for our summer concert series!!!

This was the first time I ever stepped foot inside the Apollo but it was amazing. So many historical photos and memorabilia. I didn't even know it was this impressive! I have been to several concerts this year including Charlie Wilson, Fantasia, and Johnny Gill and they were no comparison to Leela James who is a great singer and entertainer. She does a wonderful job of engaging the audience. She not only went into the audience she also had everyone dancing to old school beats. If I have the opportunity to see her again I will. She also performed for what seemed like an hour and a half.

Delay opened up a little slow with songs I was not familiar with, but with each following song, he got better and better, and the Prince tribute was icing on the cake. I've been a fan of Leela's voice & music for a minute, so I knew she was going to impress. The only thing that bothered me is that she was off stage too many times for too long of a time, and I had no sight of her from the balcony.

This was my first time seeing Raheem DeVaughn or Leela James...the BEST show ever!!! I must say that I LOVE Raheem so I thoroughly enjoyed the performance. And a performance it was! Leela was awesome as well...best night. Worth every cent!

I love myself some Leela James! She is so real and down to earth. Ms. James gave an excellent performance. Wishing her much success! Mr. Raheem DeVaughn has truly grown as an artist and man. Providing scholarships to students in the DMV area via his foundation is a great initiative! Giving back is always a positive endeavor and well appreciated. I am looking forward to seeing them again in Baltimore at Rams Head! Yes, I enjoy seeing them both as individuals and performers. Job Well Done! Every one was rocking at the concert!
