This show was fantastic! Darlene Love opened and from the moment she stepped onstage I couldn't stop smiling. Her voice is amazing! Excellent songs, it just kept getting better. She was on for 90 minutes and I just never wanted to see her leave. Bill Medley did a wonderful job and covered all the bases: the early days, remembering Bobby Hatfield, Dirty Dancing, Ghost--you can't be disappointed. The Fox Theater is gorgeous, every employee I encountered was fun, helpful, and enthusiastic. Shout out to Doreen for helping me and making me laugh at the same time!

The Bill Medley and The Nelson Brothers show was wonderful, wonderful . One I will not soon forget. The Nelson twins were very entertaining. The tribute to their dad Ricky was wonderful. Would love to see this show again. And for Bill Medley he was the greatest. Very entertaining and of course his songs were out of this world. The tribute he did to Bobby Hatfield was heart warming and I don't think their was a dry eye in the theater. Great , Great , great Show !!!! WOW AND DOUBLE wOW !!

My husband I saw Bill at the South Point last Nov. 2010. We went to 2 shows and as always he was incredible. His voice gets better and so does he. He is such an amazing talent and it shows when he performs. His sense of humor is wonderful, and I love to hear him laugh. His choice of songs couldn't be better. The video he shows from the past and with Bobby are quite beautiful and emotional at the same time. We were lucky to see Bill and Bobby perform in Atlantic City, NJ shortly before Bobby passed away and they were simply magic together. I have his CD's and play them over and over and never tire of them. His daughter McKenna is so very talented and has a very powerful voice. She also plays the piano, writes songs etc...She is stunning. She has a great future ahead of her. I think she could do country music with her strong voice also. I also met Darrin numerous times and he is much like his dad. He hasn't been performing lately and I sure hope he will from time to time. He is very talented as well. We hope to see Bill in Wildwood this year, and also in NY. He sure does travel! McKenna keeps a blog on their traveling. I give them all the credit in the world, for it's not that easy! Check out her blog with photos also. Bill is the most polite person to meet. I have many pictures of us together and I'm lucky to get a kiss each time also!! I love his music and he sings from the heart and gives his all. He sure hasn't lost his voice as many others have. I do miss him and Bobby together and Bobby will always be in our hearts. (Rock and Roll Heaven) I will continue to see Bill and those great blue eyes of his that mezmerize. He is a great entertainer and I love his unplugged segment. He brings us alot of joy and many many fond memories with his songs. No one should miss his shows.

Not only did he sing the classic Righteous Bros songs but he did some lesser known ones too. He did a few covers of others all while sharing some great stories of the 60s Rock & Roll scene. His daughter was with him and she has a great bluesy voice and style. We thoroughly enjoyed the show.

I last saw Bill Medley 20 years ago in California, and have been a fan since he first recorded in 1962. I wasn't sure what to expect since I had checked out some videos and listened to new record samples just before the concert, and could tell his 70 years of age are showing, the voice not what it was 20 years ago. Both my wife and I were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sound, we had been to a concert at anther casino and vowed never to go back to that place as the sound was awful, too loud, distorted, and annoying. The sound at Snoqualmie was EXCELLENT. Bill had a video preview of his performance showing highlites over the past 40 years and brought out his successes with many movies in which his songs were the themes (TopGun, Ghost, Dirty Dancing). You can tell Bill really enjoys performing. He wasn't just there to collect another paycheck. He gave a great performance and interacted continuously with the audience. I must add that his daughter Mckenna also has a fantastic voice and I'll be checking out her 2 CD releases.

Neither the first nor the last Bill Medley concert we will attend. The man has done it all and obviously has nothing else to prove. He simply seems to be having a genuinely good time doing what he does best. He continues to be talented, funny, and fan friendly. The stories he tells are humorous and provide a bit of an inside peak into the world of rock n' roll. The tribute to Bobby was certainly moving. McKenna has an amazing voice and it is a pleasure to see them perform together. It will be fun to watch her career unfold. For all of us "boomers" it's always a treat to see Bill in concert. This was certainly no exception.

Bill Medley turned 70 on Saturday Night but there was no slowing down for this Blue Eyed Soul legend. He and his band sounded better than ever and their show was fantastic! His daughter McKenna and the "3 Bottle Band" were on their game. McKenna got the spotlight on several songs and delivered big time! The bass player did lead vocals on a couple of songs and wow - what a voice! The 2nd song of the night was "Soul and Inspiration" one of my all time favorite songs. It is "The best 2 Verses by the best 2 Voices in Pop Music". After intermission the band did an unplugged and up close segment and it was wonderful. Bill told great stories about the early days on tour with The Beatles & The Rolling Stones and hanging with Elvis. Closed the 2 hour plus show with "You've Lost That Lovin Feelin". Happy Birthday Bill.

Bill Medley, his daughter Mc Kenna and their 5 person band put on an excellent show. They performed a sampling of music from the early to the late years of the Righteous Brothers with a nice tribute to Bobby Hatfield. The Starlight theater was comfortable. Don't eat at the diner in the theater however. Food and service were terrible!

Bill has not lost his voice at all like some artist. He will be 70 in September and you would never know it. His daughter McKenna has a beautiful voice and is a stunning looker as well. Bill's band is amazing and we loved it when the whole group came to the front of the stage and just told stories and played their myriad of instruments. The crowd was all enthusiastic fans and Bill seemed humbled by their enthusiasm. He has a new CD out and the songs he sang from it were great. However, we all wanted to hear the oldies and we were transported back in time with smiles on our faces and toes a tapping. I would drive another 8 hours to see him anytime.

Bill Medley is a true artist - his voice is still as rich as when he first began singing the remarkable and unforgettable songs for which he is so well known. Yes, he is definitely getting ahead in years, but his dedication and commitment to his music is still moving! These are the songs that you never forget. These are the songs that will always remind me of my greatest love of my life. Bill Medley will always be forever in my heart. For true fans - this is a must see.

Bill Medley (the remaining Righteous brother) put on a great show last night. It lasted more than one hour and a half, and he performed many of the classic Righteous Brothers songs along with some of his own. His daughter McKenna was in the show, and she has a great voice. Best show of the season. Sam Moore was the opening act with a great band and back up singers that kept the crowd going - singing and clapping along to the music you all love. Bill Medley created an intimate atmosphere sharing his thoughts and photographs and some video on Bobby and his own talented family. Medley's daughter sang several songs with her dad and she can really raise the roof. Medley sang a really bluesy song ...just wish there were a couple more.

Sam Moore was awesome!! His band and backup singers were amazing!! He recently performed at Madison Square Gardens for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Show which will air on HBO on November 29, 2009. I will definitely check it out. I only wish I could have been there for that show. Bill Medley - what more can I say. You just melt when you here his music. The songs are timeless and classic. His daughter performed with him and let's just say - "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" - she has a wonderful voice. Incredible music!

A GREAT show featuring one of the BEST !!! Bill Medley's been around the block and displayed a commanding performance of all types of music genre...re: blues, soul, country, ...He can do it ALL and he can do it WELL !!! Also the back-up band was terrific with plenty of background harmonies to compliment the great show. He played with his daughter who also possesses a fantastic voice...even doing a tribute song to the late great Etta James.

Bill Medley is a five star performer. We had seen The Righteous Brothers three times when Bobby Hatfield was alive and they were tremendous. Well, this show was just as good. Bobby is missed, but Bill Medley respectfully paid extended tribute to his former partner and played on with his daughter and a great backup band. This was as good a rock concert as we have ever witnessed.

Great show from start to finish! The interaction with the crowd was great too! After being around for so long, Bill had great stories to tell and is quite the showman. However, I think what I was impressed with most was after the show, he and the whole band came out into the lobby and posed for photos with everyone who wanted one and signed autographs and were really nice to everyone who stopped to talk and shake hands, etc. you don't see that happening ever, and it just made me think what a class act and true rock legend we had just seen!

This was a very enjoyable show and Bill Medley was very personable and very engaging with the audience. His dedication to Righteous Brother Bobby Hatfield was superb and very touching. His performance of "Unchained Melody" during the dedication was superb! While he does not have the high tenor voice that Hatfield had his baritone performance was excellent. He sang all of the Righteous Brothers hits very well and his band was very good and added greatly to each and every song. This is a well polished performance and very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

He was a little hoarse at times, he was at the end of tour. He did most of the songs great, his daughter was very good also. Excellent concert - he hasn't lost that much at 74 years old. His 27 year old daughter who also accompanied him and sang a few things on her own was great, too. The guy is also genuinely funny with his one-liners and anecdotes. Back-up band was real good, too. This concert, which featured Bill Medley of the legendary Righteous Brothers, is now a sweet memory. Bill, along with his daughter (who lives and records in Nashville), truly made beautiful music together onstage, along side their talented music ensemble. There were performances from the Righteous Brothers repertoire, along with material from other performers, such as Elvis Presley, Etta James, Jerry Lee Lewis, Tracey Chapman and others. There was occasional mention of the late partner Bobby Hatfield in the show, and remembering him was especially touching...but all was not somber. Bill and his crew made the show lighthearted as well, displaying his charming sense of humor. Mr. Medley made a promise to return to Ocean City next year. I can only hope so, and if this comes to pass, I look forward again to joining his audience, in September of 2015. Good show!

I wondered how Bill would be on his own, without his life-long musical partner, Bobby Hatfield, sadly gone now 11 years though it seems like yesterday. However, I really wanted to see him -- who wouldn't? The Righteous Brothers are super stars of an amazing era of music. Well, "everybody," I am here to tell you that the concert was fabulous. I was just brought to tears at how much he brought back in music and memories and I wasn't the only one.... there were a lot of tears being dabbed at sentimental moments, (including the guys....) He can rock and roll (and blues, everything) with the best of them and sang for 2 HOURS! He took only 1 break to let his beautiful daughter, McKenna Medley, sing a song from her album. She is a beautiful and talented singer, (that apple dropped right from the tree--you can see Bill in her eyes, beautiful and talented.) They sang together as well which was absolutely amazing as you can imagine, awe struck! On top of all of that, Bill autographed his new book for concert patrons after the concert (after 2 HOURs of a rockin' concert.) We learned that Bill's birthday was the next day, September 19, but it doesn't matter which one.... he is ageless and so is his (their) music! He has it all. His tribute to Bobby Hatfield was beautifully done, so touching... If you get a chance to see him in concert, jump on it! Unchained Melody, You've Lost that Loving Feeling, Ebb Tide, Rock and Roll Heaven (remember Little Latin Lupe Lu? Still rocks that...like it was yesterday!) .....So many huge hits; it was a pleasure to see him, hope to see him again. Oh and did I say, HANDSOME? Wow!

I don't know if Bill Medley was ill or he just lost his voice. He is 74 years old after all and it shows. His daughter's voice, however, is very good and was the saving grace of the show. I have to give him props for trying, but there comes a time when one should retire. During the show he kept trying to hawk his book for $10 more than you could buy if from Amazon. Sad.

Medley has lost some of the great voice but puts his all into the show and reveals a down to earth guy just having fun and even laughs at his age and limitations. His band is talented and in synch resulting in a spot on show without looking slick. An audience familiar with his music will enjoy recalling the songs and have fun as Medley talks and sings through the show, introduces his daughter who is a talented performer as well. He gives a sincere tribute to Bobby Hatfield and Hatfield's absence results in a Bill Medley show and not a Righteous Brothers show.

What an entertainer. Mixed a little comedy with his wonderful voice. As an added bonus, he has his knock out daughter, McKenna Medley singing duets with him. Only criticism would be the sound system. He noticed it early in the show and asked the staff to adjust it. Not terrible but could be better. Also the bass player's mike was set to loud.

I was a big fan of the Righteous Bros. and really looking forward to the concert - Darlene Love is apparently known and loved by many - we hadn't heard of her and didn't enjoy much of her part of the show. Finally time for the Righteous Brother so now we are sure it will be wonderful but his part is not all him (duets with his daughter and her solo and with Darlene Love - both have fine voices not a fan of their choices). He talked a lot and sang too few of our favorites. The theater is lovely and it is only a short walk to the Mission Inn where we were staying.

The show opened with Darlene Love who is a virtually unknown Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame inductee in spite of her vocal prowess and hit songs as well as backing up many big stars. Bill Medley started off by giving us all a scare. He coughed and cleared his throat numerous times during the opening song. As the performance went on, his voice improved and he was able to capture the audience with both his voice and his stage presence. Of course, it was hard to to miss Bobby Hatfield, but I believe Medley made the right decision in not replacing him.

Such a nostalgic evening with one of the sexiest voices EVER!! Could have listened to him all night. Great show for the money in a beautiful venue. Darlene Love was entertaining as well but could have done without all of the long drawn out religious stuff. Stick to what the audience knows and can sing along to.....that's what makes it a memorable experience. All in all....a fabulous show!!

The show was wonderful. But even better was Darlene Love, her voice gets better and better, even at the age of 72. Bill Medley's voice was good but he's straining a little because of age. Nevertheless, I wouldn't have missed it for the world and would go again in a heartbeat.

First, the The Riverside Fox Theatre that was renovated was fantastic. It was also held the same evening that the Festival of Lights and that was a wonderful surprise. We sat in the very front row. Bill was excellent and the show was very entertaining. His daughter was awesome, as usual. The opening act was Darlene Love and she brought the house to it's feet.

Hard to believe 50 years have gone by since this blue eyed soul brother hit the stage with Bobby Hatfield. Show reflects on the close relationship the two of them had until Bobby's unfortunate passing 10 years ago. The addition of Bill's daughter and excellent musicians made for an emotional enjoyable performance. What Bill lacks at the high end of his register he more than makes up for with his wit, charm and sincerity.

The show was terrific. Darlene Love was incredible and looked great. Her voice was so strong. McKenna sang "At Last" and sure did it justice. Bill Medley was the best! I have seen him numerous times in Vegas and he gives his all and never changes. I love his voice. However, we sat in the Pit and got VIP Passes to meet & greet. We understood it was only for the premium seats. However everyone went and we were at the end and I guess it was a security guy who was rushing us along and when I wanted to take a picture with Bill, the guy said "No Pictures" and was rude. You could tell he wanted to get out of there which was not fair since we paid for those premium seats and were told we could meet and greet. Darlene took a picture with my husband, and I know Bill did not hear this guy. I also heard the guy say to people behind us, "move it along". That was disappointing and he should be reminded we are "Fans" and deserve some respect. It was a long show, but we waited on that line for a long time so maybe he should be reminded of that. Thank you.

The show was great and Bill and his band were dynamite but the acoustics at Thunder Valley Casino did not do justice to the band and vocals of the stars.Bill is not only a great singer but is a great entertainer. If given the proper environment like when we saw him at the Gallo Center in Modesto, Ca. his show rocks even more.

Bill had some voice issues, hadsome jokes, had his daughter McKenna sing and she did a good job. Overall Bill paced himself through the night, however it was an overall good evening. Bought a couple cd's on the way out shook his hand and autograph along with a picture taken by my wife.

Bill Medley was amazing! We didn't expect a man in his 70's to have such a rich voice and so entertaining! He's really a very funny man. We loved the video of the past and lots of memories popped into mind and brought a tear in my husbands eyes when Bobby Hatfield was remembered. It was a great evening and we would recommend this show to everyone.

The choice of songs and the incredible band backing up Bill Medley put on a show that brought back memories of the "50's and 60's. There was diversity in the music when part of the set was devoted to showcasing Bill's daughter and her music. That added the new to the old for a wonderful evening of old Rock n Roll.

The entire show was better than expected. Bill Medley and his Daughter are true entertainers of the highest caliber!!! The mixture of sincerity, tenderness, humor, fun, and the true love of music, put this show over the top, and made this show the best one we have seen in many years. His tributes to his former Righteous Brother, who has been gone for 10 years, was so touching, and showed Bill Medley to be a consummate professional, who truly misses his band mate, but continues to carry on and keeps the Righteous Brothers alive and well in Rock and Roll. As long as Bill Medley continues to tour, we will continue to go see him!!! It was Bitchin' man:):)

Damned with faint praise. I enjoyed hearing Bill talk about the past, but would have liked a little more music, and a little less talk. I think if he had a tenor sub for Bobby, the show would be better. His daughter was fine as perhaps a short opening, but to carry the Righteous Brothers, he needs the male tenor for the other half of the lead. I grew up listening to the RB, and I love the music. Wish they could go on forever.

Bill medley put on a great show.. Our seats were good seats but the sound system at the Stiefel Theater is vary bad, to much distortion. We changed seats and went to the back of the theater, still not good. This is the third show we have seen at the Stiefel Theater where the sound has been bad, will not go back to Stiefel again. Bill medley puts on a great show, really. Enjoy his songs. If you have not seen Bill and his daughter McKenna go see tthem. Wh have seen them in Branson Missouri and they were vary good, that's why we went to see them again. My ratings Bill Medley 5 stars. Stifle theater 2 star

The show was AWESOME! He still has the same great voice he always did, and a great stage presence. His band and his daughter were also super. We were eight rows back from the stage, but probably had the best seats in the house, since we were on an aisle, and just to the left of us was one of the big screens, which was great! A nice surprise was Bill and his daughter came out front to meet the fans and give autographs. He is just as nice in person as you would think he would be. Great video of Bobby Hatfield, that's the only thing that would have made the show better, if he had still been alive to go on the tour.

The voice may be coarser, and its ability to bend a note wobbly at times, but what Bill Medley's baritone has lost to age (and the lingering effects of a cold), he more than compensates with heartfelt soul and engaging humor. His 90-minute set, largely a tribute to friends and family, celebrates the 50-year legacy of The Righteous Brothers with music and memories, the highlight of which is a poignant video tribute to his late musical partner, his "little brother" Bobby Hatfield, as Medley sings Hatfield's iconic "Unchained Melody". Another highlight is the storytelling portion of the show, during which Medley sits down at the keyboard, surrounded by his daughter, McKenna, and their crack band, and recounts stories and songs from the earliest days of the Righteous Brothers. Medley also pays tribute to Elvis Presley with an original song called "Old Friends", and to his recently deceased older brother with a moving rendition of the gospel standard "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot". Daughter McKenna is given a portion of the show, and she impresses with an original country-flavored ballad called "Silk Flowers", followed by a faithful tribute to r'n'b legend Etta James' "At Last". McKenna helps her Dad with his Dirty Dancing blockbuster single, "(I've Had) the Time of My Life", and she helps close the show by singing her uncle Bobby's part on the Brothers' signature, "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'". The 3 Bottle Band, featuring veteran players Larry Hanson, Bob Gulley, Tim Lee, and relative newcomer Gabe Rubbin, is superb, backing rock'n'roll legend Medley with skill, precision, and surprising fullness. Medley, a Vegas veteran, spends time engaging the audience with just the right amount of self-deprecating humor and stage patter to more than offset any quibbles about an aging voice. The night's topper was a meet-and-greet with both Bill and McKenna Medley immediately after the show, in which both were relaxed, greeting their fans warmly, taking pictures and signing autographs. It was an evening I'll never forget.

Saw his show in Vancouver BC Feb 24, 2012. Great walk down memory lane. His band is excellent and know when to support his voice. I felt that I watched a wonderful family show. Bill is an excellent entertainer and speaker throughout the show. It is more than just music. He features his daughter at points. Not sure I expected that as part of the show. My expectations we're of Righteous Bros. music only.

My wife and I have seen Bill Medley many times, both as a solo act and as the Righteous Brothers. We love the music and his sound. This event had a minimum amount of music and a whole lot of commentary, with a little nepotism thrown in. It might be his age, (71) or the venue ( a small hall), but he did not have the energy that we have come to expect from him. Many of the songs he sang were truncated and some his hits were not even attempted, with the final blow being a lack of an encore. I have to recommend this event, if only because it is Bill Medley, but I was very disappointed by the show in total.

Thoroughly enjoyed his show and very much appreciated the introduction of his daughter, McKayla (sp.). She was very good. Really enjoyed the mix of songs and also the tribute to Bobby Hatfield with the slide show...great memories. My only true regret was that I wished Bill Medley would have sung "Brown Eyed Women". I still have the 45 from when it was originally released. Would like to know who wrote the lyrics and have always loved Bill Medley's voice especially more when he sang that song. Great show all in all. Would definitely come back to see him again.

Been following Bill Medley (Righteous Bros.) since the 60's in Orange County. The "Right Now" LP I still have . I was so sad when Bobby died, and was pleasantly surprised and moved that Bill has kept a part of Bobby in his shows. It's admirable, touching, and shows his connection to Bobby. Bill has always had the funny gift-of gab that Bobby really didn't have . He's funny ! Especially to us who were around when it all started. We have seen three shows of Bill's just in the last few years around this area. We will see more and hope he always includes Bobby.

My husband and I enjoyed the show immensely. The music brought back memories of our younger days and Bill Medley did a great job. He's older and has a little rough voice, but he still rocks. The audience was probably all over the age of 60, but they moved and clapped and sang along like younger concerts!! I'll definitely go see him again, it's worth it.

I really enjoyd the video before Mr. Medley came on stage. I enjoyed his humor, and the story of how the Righteous Brothers got started. One of my favorite moments was the song "Old Friend" that he wrote after hearing an Elvis song on the radio a few years back. The bit about Sonny Bono and the monkey song was funny. I enjoyed his daughter's song "Silk Flowers" and her tribute to Etta James - very timely. I think Mr. Medley sang all the hits I knew except for "Ebb Tide" and "Just Once in My Life." I was a bit disappointed not to hear "Brown Eyed Woman," which was mentioned in his bio (I never heard of it before). I had tickets to see the Righteous Brothers in November 2003 at Lake Tahoe for my birthday, but Mr. Hatfield died a week or two before that performance, so it was canceled, of course. I'm glad I finally got to see the Righteous Brother in concert! I have to say, though, that after seeing Chubby Checker in the same venue three weeks ago, Chubby's show was surprisingly better. Chubby was on stage longer, sang more songs, walked into the audience twice, and was more energized. Maybe that engergy level is to be expected from a twister vs. a balladeer (my favs of the RB). Given the choice, I would pick the balladeer every time!
