Fun to see Stark Trek 2 with a crowd of Trek fans. William told some stories, occasionally about the topic of discussion at that moment, usually not. He skillfully avoided answering most questions from the crowd, but made it fun as he did it. Overall, nothing new of earth shattering if you know much about him already, he was just as you might expect. A friend also went and paid for the meet & greet, which in his words was a big disappointment.

I was a little surprised that they showed Star Trek 2 Before Shatner came on but it was worth the wait! He was so funny and really made the event a dream come true! His stories about his Trek time and his anecdotes about life were quite enjoyable!

I am a younger fan of Bill. He was funny, charming, witty and had quite the moves for a man of 81. I would definately recommend this show whether you are a fan of his from the Star Trek days or a Denny Crane lover. It was a great show. Love you Bill!

William Shatner was great. Funny, touching, entertaining, maniacal! See this show! However, the seats we had were terrible. Orch D Row BB, seats 9-11. Very close to the front stage right, but the sound was horrible. No reflection on the show though. I wish Ticketmaster would give you more options on seats when buying tickets, but they didn't on this show.

I didn't know what to really expect when I purchased the tickets but I didn't want to miss an opportunity to see William Shatner's 1 night only, one-man show in Denver. Ultimately a good decision. The show was a lot of fun and I enjoyed hear the stories that made him who he is, not only as an entertainer, but as a man. A great entertaining night and I would recommend the show to anyone, not just the trekkie's. :)

Through story-telling, William Shatner shared with the audience, his deep respect for the mysterious, the pain of the human condition, the joy of the "fool's adventure" and his profound love of life. Brilliant. Poignant. Generous.

I completely enjoyed the evening. He is interesting, charming, funny, and truly passionate about living life to the fullest. His energy and enthuasiasm is contagious. He is a Canadian icon and as adorable now as he was 35 years ago when I first saw him as Captain Kirk in Star Trek.

He is a wonderful entertainer. After the Wrath of Khan screening, Shatner came onstage and delighted the audience with his stories from Star Trek past, the books he is writing, shows he is acting in, his interests, including meeting Stephen Hawking and Neil Degrasse Tyson. It was incredible.

My husband and I, who have been Trekkies/Trekkers since day one in 1966, were thrilled to be able to see William Shatner in person! It was great to see The Wrath of Khan again and William Shatner was so entertaining! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole program! I hope that William Shatner comes again; we definitely will be in attendance. Thank you for getting him here on April 5th!!

We were fortunate to have seats in row 2 at the Kodak Center in Rochester last Thursday night. After screening Star Trek II : Wrath of Khan, shown on 35mm Kodak film, the one and only Captain James T. Kirk walked out on stage as vibrant and witty as ever! In person Bill looked better than any of pre-event photos I saw and spent an hour answering questions and sharing memories of his marvelous life and career. He really connected with the audience with a genuine sense of authenticity. After almost 50 years, he still fascinated me with delight and the evening will be one of the highlights in my life. Live long and prosper Bill.

There were two parts to the event: the movie (Wrath of Kahn) and Q&A with William Shanter. The former was, well, a movie I had seen before, and while the large screen was great, the sound was not well balanced and the projector operator has some issues. The latter, Q&A with Shatner, was simply incredible. I have not had such an entertaining hour (or so) in a very long time. He is very witty, with a seemingly endless supply of wonderful humorous stories (even in the Q&A, where the questions were not known in advance). He had a wonderful knack of starting off in one place, seeming like he was derailing far off topic, but then coming back and tying it all together, like a master who has planned the 10-minute joke all along. Simply marvelous. You would never guess the guy is 87 - sharp, full of energy and vigor. While the venue gets 3 stars, Shatner get 6 stars!

If your a Star Trek Fan then don't put off this event.William Shatner is 87 years old & the fact that he is even doing this was a treat.I went with my Brother because growing up we were trekkies so givin an opportuninty to meet him we took advantage of it.We first watched the movie the Wrath of Kahn then William came out to do a Question & answer session with the audience for over an hour.He was engaging & very funny. What a great time then after that we paid extra for the vip photo op to meet him & get a picture with him. That was a rush job but there were over 200 people who purchased this so you didnt have time to speak with him so it was a quick Hi Bill thank you for coming here ,A quick fist bump them snap, snap move it along but just to do that was Awesome.Highly recommend for any star trek fan or william Shatner fan!!

The Kodak Theatre (the old Theatre on the Ridge) hosted a screening of Star Trek II: Wrath of Khan with William Shatner speaking and taking questions afterwards. The image quality on the screen was amazing (thanks Kodak 35mm!), but the sound could be improved. The Kodak Theatre is a great place to host events like this, but the venue definitely needs to be updated from a former employee theatre to a modern performing arts center.

Started the evening watching Star Trek ll: The Wrath of Khan at the Kodak Theatre in Rochester NY. It was shown in the original reel to reel format of that time (not remastered) .Kodak actually made the film for the movie in Rochester. After the movie Mr Shatner came out to do an hour question and answer. It was great to hear personal stories of his life and about the creation of Star Trek. This was a good time had by all. It was extra special for me because it was my birthday!! I would recommend this 100%

This was an amazing show. Mr. Shatner made us feel that this was a visit between old friends, instead of a stop on a multi-city tour. He wove questions asked by the audience into his lecture, weaving personal anecdotes with Star Trek facts. This was after the audience enjoyed the Wrath of Khan in the original 35mm format. Along with a professional job by the Kodak Center employees, the evening was definitely one to remember!!

The movie shown on 35mm film where the film was made was pretty cool, shown in the theater in the industrial park that George Eastman founded--priceless. Mr Shatner was funny, engaging, interesting, showed heart and intelligence. He loved being where he was with like minded people. Gave insights to the film, star trek in general and various cast members, including interesting info on Ricardo Mantalban and of course he beloved friends in the cast Deforest and Leonard. Not sure if "Bill" knew that Nichele Nichols "Uhura" was on the the very stage he was about 18 months before him. Rochester, the home of the "Nick Tahou Garbage Plate" mentioned in his Q and A, is a Trek Friendly city. The commentator Jack Garner was doing a fine job until he completely dissed Rochester cuisine preferring Buffalo, actually getting boos from the crowd. His comments were the only low point of the evening. BTW the Kodak Theater is a Rochester Gem all polished and with a great team of people to help answer your questions, clean and convenient! Well Done staff.

WOW what a show. It was like watching a live auto-biography. When the light hit him just right and he smiled, you could see James T Kirk in there, it sent chills up my spine and gave me goose pimples. Bill was so involved with his show, he did not notice the 2 bats flying about the stage and the audience. When he was trying to be serious everyone laughed and he could not figure out why, he though it was something he said, but, it was the bats, One bat almost ran in to him, but, the show must go on, I guess. I wish he would come here more often. It was a full house. Come back Bill lets do it again! But this time let us take your picture!

Well, it was enjoyable. I had the closest seats so I did contend with two attendees "talking" to Mr. Shatner, the speakers right next to my face, and fat people behind me nervously thumping the ground, making my chair vibrate. But, this has to do with the venue and not Mr. Shatner's performance which was excellent, especially considering his age. The performance made me laugh, think, very, and laugh again.

I thoroughly enjoyed seeing William Shatner. The one man show exceeded any expectations I had. I am especially impressed considering his age. He is in his 80's and he moves, looks, thinks and talks on stage like a person decades younger. He performed on stage for two hours non-stop. I was impressed! The show is pure Bill Shatner, full throttle. Expect to laugh, be sucked into intense stories and if you're like me, cry a little, too. Mr. Shatner touches on many areas of his life with a sense of humor and wonder that we should all have. If you have to climb under movie theater seats and scrounge for pennies, borrow from your boss or take out a reverse mortgage, do it. The opportunity to see William Shatner is worth every penny and then some.

What a fun night with William Shatner. He moved across the stage for two solid hours, weaving in favorites with little known facts. He entertained us thoroughly. Tickets were bought as an anniversary gift for my Trekie hubby, who insisted on sitting down front. We were surprised when the first few rows were invited to stay for a meet and greet. (I had bought my mom tickets for a meet and greet with Shatner when he performed the Tender Trap in the 80s, so this completes a cosmic circle for my family.) Go see Bill and make a memory.

Purchased the VIP seats, which had a meet and greet after, but found it to be disappointing when compared to other venues. The meet and greet felt one step above standing next to a cardboard cutout, and Mr. Shatner did not demonstrate what I would consider excitement or compassion for generations of Star Trek Fans. Considering this was a Star Trek event (screening of Wrath of Khan), I was surprised by the extent to which Mr. Shatner seemed to want to divert away from Star Trek. Overall, the price was worth the seats, but nothing to boast about. Post film interview was interesting and entertaining. VIP experience was not worth it.

Purchased VIP tickets for a movie, q&a, meet-and-greet, autograph and photo session. Movie and q&a were great. There was no meet-and-greet and no autographs allowed, but rather, a rushed snapshot taken by their photographer (after your purse and cell phones are taken away) you don't even get a moment to pose for. Looking at the online collection of photos, many had more than one shot to choose from, but we did not. So, we paid hundreds of dollars for a movie and q&a session. No autograph. No usable photo (I was saying "thank you" to Mr Shatner). Very dissatisfied.

I was very excited for this event. My son is a huge Star Trek fan and the thought of meeting the original James T. Kirk was exciting. We got to see The Wrath of Khan on the big screen, which was very cool as he's never seen it on anything other than television. We had found an original Star Trek the early years book to have signed, as the email I received said one autograph per person. After the movie, the Q & A, came the time to meet William Shatner and that's when we found out no autographs were going on that night. We were pretty upset about it but we tried not to let it ruin a very good evening. However, I was very disappointed for that changing after we had spent so much money for the event. Felt like a bait and switch.

The best part of this whole program is 87-year-old William Shatner who dispels the perception that he is an empty-headed, big ego personality. He comes across as full of vitality and passion, smart and witty, as well as charitable with his celebrity-hood. I wish I could have his energy at such an advanced age. The moderator of the Thousand Oaks show was a snarky young woman which was a distraction every time she felt the need to make a comment. You don't need a moderator for this program.

First you see the movie Wrath of Kahn. I figured we'd see a bit, and then Shatner would walk on. But no... we watched the entire movie. Throughout this time, the ushers opened exit doors which opened to brightly lit halls and carried bright lights into the auditorium to help seat people. Also, lots of people got up and walked around during the show. I think you get the picture. Continuous light, noise, and jostling reduced a merely forgettable time to an irritating absolute waste of money. As for Shatner, he is at his best telling stories he'd probably told 1000s of times. When he entered unrehearsed territory, he stammered and got lost. Still, he's old and the audience was on Team Kirk. Meh.

It was a lot of fun watching Star Trek 2; The Wrath of Khan on the big screen 35 years after it was initially released, but William Shatner's talk following the movie was spellbinding! William Shatner was really entertaining. He is humorous and I learned somethings I didn't know about this remarkable individual. I went with a friend who had a mobility issue. The staff were extremely helpful in sitting him down and having him feel comfortable. Watching Star Trek II on the big screen was fantastic. In the lobby were cards and pencils to write down your Shatner question. (*Hint: print neatly if you want a chance at yours being read. They made a remark about penmanship making it impossible to read some of them) It was nice to go see a movie and it started on time promptly with no delay. No trailers to sit through. The focus of the audience and camaraderie was felt in anticipation of Shatner's appearance after the movie. I shared the audience's dismay and verbal disappointment when some self pronounced comic appeared on stage. He got a very cool reception which was verbally expressed with a groan. Audience did not pay good money to see an unknown comic try to ride the breeze of Shatner. Don't know what the initial plan was (whether he had intended to tell some jokes or not) but he IMMEDIATELY definitely got wind of that cool reception and immediately without delay introduced Shatner who quickly walked out to a standing ovation, which he graciously acknowledged and quickly put to rest. I thought his time on stage would be limited to 15 - 20 minutes, knowing that after this, there was a section of the audience who paid for premium tickets for photo op with him. I was wrong! Shatner spent a good hour answering questions - some funny, some serious, peppered with anecdotes only an insider would know. If you missed his "Shatner's World", the one man show he did in recent years, you don't want to miss this.

Although I have seen Star Trek II - The Wrath of Kahn dozen's of times on TV and in the theaters this was a truly unique experience. We were in the Modell Lyric Opera house and my seat was in the middle of the venue with a clear view to the screen. I loved how the audience cheered when the actors starting to appear on screen as the movie unfolded. And of course the collective "Kahhhhhhn!" yell at the key moment in the movie. The live portion with William Shatner was enjoyable. He spoke for an hour, telling audiences a variety of stories about his experience during the original airing in the 1960's and what led up to Paramount bringing the franchise back. He did have a tendency to go off-topic from the questions the audience submitted before the show started, but that did not diminish the event and his stories brought a smile to everyone's face. If you are a Trek fan you will enjoy this unique perspective.

Definitely check out this show. William Shatner was incredibly entertaining and full of great stories, especially recounting his experiences in making Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

Fun to see the Wrath of Kahn with other fans. Even better to experience William Shatner afterwards with all his stories, energy and humor! Very fun night for us and our friends, once in a lifetime!

Look I've heard that William Shatner is really rough to work with, and no he is not the best actor, but he charmed the pants off a real New York audience! It was really great just watching the casts' banter. It was like a little slice of behind the scenes! I had a blast! When there weren't any mics in the audience and Shatner had to take the reigns for a bit. Someone from the audience yelled out "This is New York. We can yell!"

I loved seeing the cast of TNG, but Shatner was obnoxious and rude.

This was an amazing opportunity to see the majority of the cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation on stage, interacting with fans and each other. I loved seeing them tell stories of behind the scenes, not only of the series but of the movies as well. Bill Shatner was funny at times and a total jerk at other times, much like I expected him to be. The audience was great; they asked insightful questions, well thought out for the most part. My heart joined with them as almost each one expressed gratitude to the cast for their part of Star Trek's impact, and for just being there that night. I say "almost" because there were two real JERKS that insulted the actors and embarrassed the rest of the audience. I wish I could apologize to the cast for them. (For the record, although it was mentioned that Jonathan Frakes was not there due to a work conflict, I know that Wil Wheaton was not there because he was filming season 3 of his hit series TableTop.) All in all it was a wonderful night, a once in a lifetime opportunity to see this great ensemble assembled on a NY stage. Our seats were good enough, first balcony. My inner fangirl squeed more than once!

Though it was the first time TNG cast got together, they showed little enthusiasm about answering the questions posed by a very loving audience. It was almost like a command performance and they didn't reciprocate the audiences "adoration". William Shatner was in the best form and tried hard to provide some levity and jokes to help move the program along. In the end, we didn't find out too much about how the cast was doing after leaving the show for almost 15 years. I thought it cost too much money for little return.

The good - nostalgia factor, interplay between TNG cast The bad - cutting the show 30 minutes short of advertised running time The ugly - Shatner. He should not be allowed public unscripted interaction with . . . anyone. Not only does he lack basic information about the subject matter of the panel that he is supposed to moderate, but he interjects himself wherever possible as he needs to be the center of attention, makes snide and obnoxious comments, and generally detracts from the experience.

The show started 15 minutes late and ended a half hour early. The cast didn't seem too enthusiastic to be there. William Shatner made bad jokes. It was nice to see the cast and there was some cool stuff said, but for $50 for second balcony seat is a bit much for what it was.

I enjoyed Shatner and the TNG cast that showed up. I have 2 area's of disappointment. First Jonathan Frakes did not show up. This show was shown to have the full cast attending but that was not to be. Second before I bought my tickets it said the show ran from 7:30 to 9:30. A two hour show. The show ended promptly at 9:00. I lost 25% of the promised time plus one of the promised actors. An adjustment to what people paid for the tickets should be issued if they ever hope to have me buy from then again. Having said all of this, Shatner was great and the rest of the cast was very talkative and shared some interesting stories.

The cast was engaged and very thoughtful when answering questions from the audience. There was a lot of humor as well. The only thing I would complain about..and I may go on here a little bit was that a 2 hour show was over with in an hour and a half. The amount of money that I paid for the cruddy seats we had in a balcony 3 stories up, the train tickets, etc. was something that we had saved up for. We both left work early and were soo looking forward to seeing people that we had admired for so many years in person. To get taken for the amount of money we were taken for is painful and disappointing enough to give only 3 stars. Otherwise I'd have given a full 5. Next time the show participants and the venue need to have their story straight.

My friends and I had a great time at the TNG reunion. We found the cast of TNG and William Shatner funny and very open in sharing their stories with the audience. It was a delight to visit with "old friends". We would definitely go back next year if they have another reunion, and this time pay for closer seats.

Great stories, lots of laughs. Marina Sirtis was hilarious and often took charge of the panel. Shatner did an awesome job of moderation and allowed the TNG cast to have fun. I just wish it lasted more than 90 minutes. For the ticket prices, a 2 hour show would not have been too much to ask. Overall, a great evening and I am thankful to have been able to see the crew (minus Frakes) together on the same stage. They really seemed to have as much fun as the fans.

Loved this panel discussion. I only wish it could have been longer. But having so many members of The Next Generation was great. I loved hearing the backstage stories and getting a glimpse of the real person behind the characters we know so well. I hope they don't get tired of doing stuff like that because the fans never will!

While the panel guests were awesome & William Shatner was a wonderful moderator, the event itself was disorganized. It would have been better if audience members wrote their questions on index cards & the moderator could select which ones were presented to the panel. In addition, it would have been great if the panel itself started with comments from them. Clips of Next Gen could have been shown as well around various themes, like favorite scenes, favorite bloopers, etc.

What a wonderful evening of information, anecdotes, humor, touching stories and just basic fun. We paid alot for our tickets and it was worth every penny!! We so enjoyed Mr. Shatner as our host. He is so engaging and witty!! And the cast from The Next Generation were so gracious in answering our questions, even if some of the questions were a little off the wall, and hardly questions but basically people in awe of their presence. Thank you for such a fabulous time!!

The hall was beautiful, the cast, especially the brilliant Mr. Shatner, maintained the highest level of charm, congeniality and professionalism we could ever hope for. However, it was OBVIOUS no one had planned anything for this event. I was devastated to see that the house had not even set up the sound properly, so that the actors did not even know when to come out! There was also NO DESCRIPTION of this event. The audience had no idea it was going to be a Q & A, and obviously neither did the house, because there weren't any microphones for the audience. And then the stage speakers were not on, so the cast couldn't hear the questions at all. And then no one screened the questioners. So while there were some beautiful moments with some questions, there were also moments where audience members were downright insulting to the cast. The producers of this event REALLY need to work on this. What a waste.

The Next Generation Cast from Star Trek was amazing. They were funny and having a good time. The venue however, seemed unprepared for the show. There were no microphones for the audience to ask questions and had to be set up once William Shatner asked for them. Bottom line - the show was amazing and I would recommend to anyone who has even a passing interest in Star Trek. The venue left much to be desired.

The cast has a great rapport with each other, and it's always fun to listen to their stories. Having William Shatner there was at times fun, but a less famous moderator might have allowed for more banter between the TNG cast. Our seats were awful and overpriced, as we were stuck in the back row of a box and couldn't see the stage. We ended up moving to seats with a view that I'm sure cost less than we paid. If the cast of TNG were less entertaining, the seats would have ruined the evening.

Humorous retrospective on Life and living through it. Insightful and poignant, yet ultimately very, very funny. So good that I sent my 17-year-old twins the next night, knowing they will not be disappointed!

William Shatner was wonderful. He has had an amazing life. He shows all the attributes of a winner. His show was funny most of the time but sad and poignant at other times. The Meet and Greet was well done. It was an honor to finally meet the Man. The Florida Theatre was a great place.

As a life long Star Trek fan I am perhaps biased. However he actually talks very little about the show and more about his life up till then. Very interesting stories both funny and sweet and I learned so many things I didn't know about the man I have always thought of as Captain Kirk.

William Shatner is quite an interesting person and conveys that in his presentation "Shatner's World". It is a non-stop stream of stories that are funny, sad, thought provoking and just simply interesting. The show includes videos from his early years to now and it adds a lot to the interest and entertainment of the presentation. At times during the evening he was humble, at times proud, at times a bit cocky and at times quite sad. Very interesting. Recommended.

I was unenthusiastically dragged to this thing by my Trekkie girlfriend, but found the show funny, moving at times, and altogether entertaining. It was only after the show was over that I learned Shatner was 82 years old. He talked non-stop for 2 hours. He basically tells his life story, but is not at all above talking about his foibles, mistakes, and making fun of himself.
