Ozomatli always puts on a great show! Lively dance music really gets the crowd going! Been following this band for 20 years and will see them live every chance I get! OZO Rocks!

I don't know how Beaumont got so lucky, but I hope they come back!!! Thanks for a great Saturday Night!!

I was not expecting to have such a great time. The tickets were a birthday gift from my mom, and although I was lacking enthusiasm from a long week of work from the beginning to end Ozomatli has the whole audience engaged, dancing and having fun. These men are really great artist and performers.

Though fans since 2005, last night at Montalvo will be our last seeing this group live. The band had 4-5 fewer members than in the past, perhaps because of venue, but tried to make up for it with, at times, ear-shattering decibels. The sound system was sub par. They can still get people up and dancing, and have lots of talent; just not enough of the older style/songs, to compensate for the poor acoustic quality.

This was my first time seeing Ozomatli and I had a blast! The variety of music styles was great and we danced the entire time. Montalvo Garden Theater was a wonderful venue, too. Every seat had a great view.

Ozomatli, Vegas, poolside. Duh! Of course that's going to be a great time! Catching that show is a no-brainer. The only thing keeping me from giving the 5th star is; the band doesn't seem to be touring with the full band of old. Ozo please bring back the 2nd MC, trombone, and please please please bring back the turntables!!!!!

Ozo is a great band to watch in a setting that they can play a full set. For the price and the set they played,I would not recommend. Venue is not the best.

I love ozomatli. It was my birthday and a great way to start my birthday weekend in Vegas.

This was my first time attending an Ozomatli concert and it was amazing! I can't wait for the next one. It was just super fun from beginning to end. Absolutely loved it :)

Can't count how many times I've seen OzOmatli over the past 18 years. Never disappoint you. This one was for the record books. Sheila E. made an appearance and totally rocked with the guys. The highlight for me was catching Chali 2na sitting in to do some of the great originals from the early years. My husband and I had the time of our life, and our 12 year old who has seen OzO many times is a total fan. This year marks their 20th year together and hopefully we will see a few more shows in the L.A. area to celebrate this milestone! ~~~Kripsti

This band did not disappoint!!! You want high energy through out the whole concert? These guys will give it to you! The way they start and the way they end their concerts is unbelievable! I like the fact that they get up and close with their fans as they get to finish off their set walking through the crowds jamming on their instruments!

Loved the Ozo time slot, but the opening band was weak and everyone came on so late. Standing room only at the Huse of Blues and Ozo came on at 10:30 for an 8:00 concert time. Ozo music took the roof off, as always. Pacheco was rocking. Chale 2na and Sheila E made the night really special. Ozo music outtasight.....

I've been to MANY concerts but this my favorite! Band is so humble and the vibe is always positive! They never disappoint! Opening band did good too!

Ozomatli was great (as always). I thought it was cool when Margaret Cho took the stage to sing but then she blew it by talking politics.

Ozomatli as usual, brings a great show with their music and awesome vibes that makes everyone dance from beginning to end. I look forward to see them again in the future!

Ozomatli never disappoints. Their shows are always full of energy and a lot of fun! This is the third tine I see them. They may not be my fave band, but they certainly are one of my fave live acts. Sure chance I'll go see them again.

Sad day or Ozomotli fans are a dying breed but only abot 200 people showed up for this show. This really put a damper on things. OZO were true proffesional sand played through but I felt like I could not enjoy the show with so little people there. I have seen OZO every time they have come up this way but after the lack of audience, I don't know if they will be back. D

I really enjoyed this concert and venue. It was small enough to feel intimate with the band. I danced to every song and had a blast.

Ozomatli always Rocks! The first time I saw them perform was at UCLA. I was so impressed and I continue to be amazed at how well they engage their audience with their lyrics and energy!! I cannot wait to see them again!

I love the whole performance, as soon as a song ended the next one began almost immediately. I really like the fact that they were performing non-stop. Most of the people in our section were dancing and standing the whole time, including me!

A must see band. Fun for all ages with a very upbeat and and must dance to sound.

Ozomatli was AMAZING!!!! A show that lasted 1.5hrs seriously felt like 10minutes because were on our feet dancing the WHOLE time!!! We even got to meet two band members afterwards!! I love that they are able to interact with their audience and bring the party!!! SO MUCH FUN!!

OZOMATLI WAS JUST AS GOOD AS EVER. I LOVE WATCHING THEM PERFORM. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE VENUE. I PAID TO WATCH THEM, BUT THEIR PERFORMANCE WAS SHOWN ON TWO GIANT BIG SCREENS ALONG WITH IT BEING OUTSIDE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE AND I WASN'T MUCH CLOSER TO THEM THEN NON-PAYING AUDIENCE. I FELT CHEATED.

Fantastic show. The music, the vibe = the best party! They had everyone up and moving, feeling good, dancing and singing along. "Don't stop!!" I will go see Ozomatli over and over and over! wherever!

I have been going to their concerts for over ten years and they bring it each time! Their energy is amazing--the entire audience was up and dancing through the whole set. I swear I burned off half that funnel cake I inhaled earlier:) Looking forward to their new album!!

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THE HOUSE OF BLUES AND SEEING THIS BAND. THE VENUE WAS GREAT. THE MUSIC AND THE ATMOSPHERE WERE GREAT.

Every time we go we think it can't be any better than previous shows and then they run us over with joy and fun and thoughtful songs!!!

Show was great. Band was great. Vibe was great. Ozo is new to me and I now consider them a new fave. They epitiomize L.A. And the whole experience with them at Club Nokia was unforgettable. These guys know how to connect with their audience, give a great party, and are just flat-out bad-ass! Ozomatli is one of kind!

I know that die hard fans won't care how this band performs from one gig to the next but i'm not a die hard fan. I went in objectively. I got a couple of free tickets and since I hadn't heard any of their songs since the 90's, decided to check out their free ozokidz show to at least know what they look like. My friend who i brought had never even heard of them.. We loved the ozokidz performance because the interaction they had w the little ones seemed so sincere at the time. It was high energy and cute. But afterward, we got to meet them and they were a little boring and they seemed bored and inconvenienced too, like they didnt really want to have to deal w the kids album and they were just doing it because they needed to sell records. Not much to say and one of them even joked we were losers for coming to the kids concert. I laughed it off but I thought it was something a high school kid would say. I guess I just thought w their supposed social activism and their new kids album they would be more interesting and personable. But I still had high hopes and we were so excited for the real show. What a disappointment. It was like something out of a high school talent show. There was a lot of theatrics like martial artists and people in monkey costumes but the music just didn't hit the mark. I actually wished I hadn't gotten the free tickets in the end as sad as that may sound. The guy that wears the fedora kept doing pelvic thrusts and he's in his 40's. It was all so odd and it just didn't look natural. I used to think they were cool :(. After meeting them I'm not even sure their political activism is authentic or if it's just a way to get media attention. I've met a lot of political activists and they don't seem as concerned about being "cool" like these guys. Not trying to be mean just my honest opinion

I bought the tickets with the meet and greet for my Fiance, because she is a big fan. The show was great even for me who barely knew the band. The best part, besides the concert itself was the meet and greet, as we got to meet and take photos with the band. They are down to earth and very cool. Definitely a must see next time they are in town.

This bands performance is not one to be missed. You can tell they real wanna see the crowd have fun. Its not just buisness its pleasure. They even jumped in the crowd and played.

Not a very good show from Ozomatli (they seem to be turning into a kids act)

I dont' think there is much to say about a band that has been around for 18 years and always manages to work in a new wrinkle on every show. Great new songs, great energy. I had seen them earlier in the year in a larger place. Seeing them at Club Nokia was extra special.

My favorite band so no matter where I see them it is the greatest show ever. Theses guys give it their all. They get the crowd going and finish with their conga line right into the crowd and sing and dance with the fans for 15 Minutes extra.

What a dynamite show! The band's energy was off the charts and the individual solos by each band member were unique and inspired! Played for 2.5 hours solid and I did not see anyone sitting down during the performance - everyone was dancing as hard as the band was playing! I highly recommend this band to anyone who loves Latin inspired funk / soul music to see this band live - what a way to ring in 2012!

Usually Ozo is my favorite in so many ways, but last night s show seemed unusually short. The band was high energy, entertaining and interacted with the crowd as they always do. I am not sure why they played for such a short time, maybe it was the venue? They normally come into the crowd and hang out with the audience after a show too, but for whatever reason this didn t happen last night either. Still, all my love for Ozo.

Ozomatli's show at the Ogden on Saturday night was incredible! This East L.A. band brought all of the sounds of the City of Angels to snowy Denver, and had the house rocking from their opening number. If you didn't find yourself dancing along with the band and the crowd, you must not have blood running through your veins. Ozo's mixture of many different genres of music -- from salsa, to merengue, to hip hop and rap, the straight up rock n' roll -- is infectious and uplifting, and the band's message of social equality and justice round out the vibe perfectly.

Received multiple friendly greetings and warm welcomes upon arrival. The artists are so talented.

Ozomatli played their best show that I have ever seen and I have been to a lot. I always tell my friends to go see them because they never disappoint. I was however upset with the house of blues in Anaheim for not planning better. They have table seats at the top and the people up there kept spilling full drinks and they were falling on the heads of the people watching the show on the floor.

Great show! Ozo never disappoints! Perfect way to spend Cinco de Mayo!

The Ozomatli and La Santa Cecilia ticket promised the best night, but the wait and opening of two other groups, plus the setting up and down between them, was waaaay too long. Rodrigo Amarante (first opening) was GREAT! But I really did not connect with King. I'd definitely drop King from that night. La Santa Cecilia was just WONDERFUL!!!! I'd love them to come to Denver, Colorado. Ozomatli is always good, but really, they should be opening for La Santa Cecilia who were much better that night.

I bought the tickets because I LOVE Ozomatli. I was very disappointed that they did not go on until almost 11pm when the concert was scheduled to start at 7:30pm. I assumed they'd at least go on by 9:30-10p, I had to leave after their third song due to work in the morning, I had to be up by 5:30a. La Santa Cecilia was amazing. I first saw them in my hometown Monrovia at the city's festival years ago, it was great to see how far they've come. I did not care for the other two groups, I was a bit bored and they made me sleepy.

We love OZO! We had never been to The Hangar for an event before. It's great!. We were about 9 rows back on the aisle. We never stopped dancing. This band has so much energy they could power the entire fair. The best part for me was that it was only 1 band. No waiting for hours through others you don't want to see. OZO took the stage, rocked it and we loved it. If you ever have a chance to see them, DO IT!

Off the bat everyone was dancing, I did not see anyone sitting. Felt like a block party, and towards the end the guys went off the stage and played and marched around the venue with their fans. Really fun and I will definitely see them again :)

A great time at the Orange County Fair. Good food, good drinks, great music!! The Hanger was a great venue in the fairgrounds! I would definitely go again! Great show again guys!!

Ozomatli at the Libbey Bowl was an incredible show. Great venue. Great vibe. Great performance!!

This band plays with such energy that the crowd has no choice but to move. Their musicianship, camaraderie, and joy are evident in every song. I have seen them 5 times and I have never been disappointed.

Great 21st birthday show. If you like funk, hip hop, oldies covers, latin jazz and cumbias, this is the band to check out. Diverse group of band members! They have a great set of original music, and transitions are full energy. Crowd always friendly and happy. Gone to see them at Canyon Club, Big Bear, Nokia theater, Soho in Santa Barbara, Ventura and festivals. Cheers to Ozo!

I love itttttttttttttttttttttt, the show was great, this my 3rd concert i go to see them , wonderful people. The only thing i didn't like was ....we paid for the tickets and other people watched for free, because at the end they did the concert outside. .because something was wrong with the place. .. the singers are super cool people and friendly, not like others singers. Thankyou for taken the time to take pictures with us.

We had a really good time. Loved the venue because it was intimate and private, loved the band that opened for Ozo because they committed through the whole hour they played with good music but of course the best part was seeing OZO in person and enjoying the night away with them, they're awesome music and presence.

Ozomatli put on a great show! many old favorites. Not their fault but some folks drank too much and started fighting twice so the show temporarily stopped and Ozo said, "You don't come to an Ozo show to fight!"

One of the greatest shows I've ever seen. Unbelievable band in an epic venue. I would danced until I fell over if given the opportunity. Just don't have enough words of paradise for the performance. I loved Ozomatli before, but now I'm a lifer. Thank you.

This was our second time seeing Ozomatli in concert (first time was at the Starlight Bowl in Burbank) and they did not disappoint. It started with the opening act, Making Movies, who had a similar vibe as Ozo, and got the crowd going with awesome sounds and upbeat music. Ozomatli got the crowd's heart pumping with their rocking music, funny conversations between songs and their awesome dancing and interacting with the crowd. To make it even better, they brought out guitarist Gil Gonzales and drummer Sheila E. How incredible! It was such a fun, exciting show in a very cool, personal venue. Can't wait to see them again!

I have been a fan for many years and attended several concerts dating back to when the shows were free! I don't mind paying a few bucks to see the band, however I don't think it's ok to state the concert starts at 8:00 p.m., have another band open the show for you, and have your show start after 10:00 p.m. once your opening act is done! It was a standing show which meant that I would then have to stand another 2-3 hours to watch Ozo perform on top of the 2 hours it took the opening act to perform! It wasn't going to happen, and I left early feeling like I didn't get my money's worth. Even though I wore flats, I got very tired. As much as I like ozo, I will no longer attend one of their concerts. I love some of their music and respect what they do, however I am not willing to stand waiting for two hours again to see them and continue to stand 2-3 hours while they perform!!! Not worth it!!!!

The music was awesome! They love and appreciate their fans. It shows in the way they play and interact during the whole show. They took requests via Facebook prior to the show and ended with a giant conga line running through the entire crowd! I will alway love these guys. I will always make an effort to see them, and so should everyone else.

Always a blast to see Ozomatli live. I haven't danced so much in a long time. It was non-stop dancing, singing and jumping all the way out the doors. Can't wait for the next one.

I'll keep this short. These guys are fantastic, they are very generous musicians, their music is contagious not only because it is good, they really show they like playing it and they have excellent chemistry with the people.

I recomend everyone to go see Ozomatli at least once! And once you do, you'll want to see them every chance you can! They give more energy then an can of monster!

Great band! Ozomalti has it's own unique sound, I was a little unsure of the band, since this was my first experience, but what great energy, and fantastic music. Ozomalti is a must see for everyone. I was blown away when the band went into the crowd at the end at closed the show out, fantastic!

Once again...OZO KILLED IT!!!! Because it was a promo event, the show was only an hour but..IT WAS THE BEST HOUR EVER!!! We felt the energy and felt the music, the guys never disappoint!! Ozomatli rocks my world, thank you for a great show!! Can't wait to see them again!!

This is the second time I've seen Ozomatli live. They know how to get the crowd going every time! I absolutely love their style of music: Rock, Cumbia,Latin, and Reggae Mix. I would recommend the venue. It was very nice. No problems at all.

Well ozomatli was great. The group knows how to keep the people dancing the bottom line is that ozomatli was just awesome. The only bad part was the security people at he uptown theater they keep asking me to stop taking pictures when i was even taking pictures and they let other people walked up to the front which i did not like cause i payed good money to see them close if i know that security was not going to care then i would have payed for cheaper tickets.

Ozomatli is an awesome group! They really made an effort to reach the kids and help them love music as much as they do! Thumbs up!

We took our 3 year old son to his very first concert and we were so happy that the actual concert would be an Ozomatli. We've been going to their concerts for years and I have to say that i probably enjoyed this concert more than any other I have been to. My son loved and kept telling me the day after that he had so much fun at the concert. The venue location location was pperfect since there were tables and chairs and I loved that they reserved the pit area for kids only. GREAT SHOW and I CAN NOT WAIT TO TAKE MY SON TO THE NEXT. EXTREMELY PLEASED!

First of all we did not know this was a kids event...this was not listed when I bought the tickets. The songs lyrics were horrible...If I had to sit through kids songs they at least should have been good. The only thing that redeemed them was the music at least was still good. Over all not worth the money. Total waste of time!!!!!!!!!

I've seen Ozo play numerous times and they're always great! Never a let down and they always seem like they're having fun, which is absolutely contagious. I will pay to see them any time!

I've been trying to see Ozomatli for years, and have gotten ridiculously sick each time I've had tickets. This time however, the only thing wrong with me is sore hips from dancing so much! I don't understand how this band doesn't have more mainstream popularity. They put on an AWESOME show and were super friendly and funny. Cracked Latin opened for them. The sound was good but I was very distracted by the lead singer's "Rex Manning" outfit and gyrations. All in all, a fantastic night and I can't wait to see them again!

These guys rocked Tahoe!!! I will make a point of seeing this band again. They got the crowd involved and the vibe was great!!!

After watching the opening band, Mark Sexton Band, I realized that they could have been the headlining act. They are solid performers and they are truly in their element on a big stage like Montbleu's. Ozomatli has done a fantastic job of fusing cumbia, salsa, merengue and hip hop/elctronic dance inspired musics into one modern sounding form of art. The roots of the musicians speak out loud, while the musical chops of its members elevate the genre to a higher level.

What a wonderful, fun evening. Loved the high energy of Ozomatli and also thought that the Mark Sexton Band was fantastic!

I have seen Ozo well over ten times in different venues from a cruise ship in the Bahamas to Soldier Field to various locations in Southern California. This is the best show I have seen them throw.

GREAT SHOW BY OZO...COULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT PONGO GROUP. PREFERRED LAST YEARS OPENING BAND.
