Penn State Lady Lion Basketball

Had a great time with my daughter & the Lady Lions game. 1st time of ever of many big time sporting events I ve attended, that the ushers came in the first half & told us we could move to better seats!!

The pink game is always a great event and well attended. However, we have gone to this game for the past 10 years. We cannot get seats unless we sit in the 200 level. Looking down every year, there are many seats empty. After we are seated, then the usher will come around to tell us we can move up. Who wants to relocate after you have found your seats. I think that customers should have the option, especially the ones who have supported this event for a decade, to get better seats. I was also disappointed by the half-time show. We could not hear the announcer for the game or the MC for the survivor event. I think that this presentation has been reduced and that's the reason why we are here. This is always the best time to provide education and there were no booths doing that like in the past.

The Lady Lions were fabulous on Dec. 31st against the Wildcats! The whole team worked together to bring it home at the BJC!!

Vey pleased. Easy to purchase tickets. Good location to see the full court and reasonably priced. Day was perfect!

This was a great experience. It was a Christmas gift for my niece and her friend and they absolutely loved the game. I was glad to be able to give them the opportunity to see the Lady Lions play. I would recommend this experience for every young lady wanting to play basketball!!

I would have given it five stars, but our team lost. The Lady Lions are having a tough year.

We had a wonderful time. the event was entertaining and lively and the end result was great!

We had a great afternoon seeing the PSU Lady Lions at the Pink Zone fund raiser. It was so inspirational to see 698 breast cancer survivors on the floor of the BJC. Such a worthy cause and great atmosphere. The best part, though, was enjoying it with our two grand-children.

Awesome game! PSU lady lions played great! Autograph session afterward was amazing and well worth the hour plus wait! The lady lions are a class act! From the coach to all the players, they were great with my girls and made them feel special! It's awesome to have such good role models for kids!! Thank you to PSU and the Lady Lion basketball team!!

Seats were good. Play was good. A little confusion getting tickets. I ordered "will call" but when I went to the "will call" windows at Bryce Jordan, they informed me that I had to get on a prepaid line. No clear signage or distinction for "Ticketmaster" pick up. This complicated things a little and made it tough getting a new place in a new line. If I had been more pressed for time, I would have been more upset. They really need to post that difference. If this happens to anyone else. Go to the will call/prepaid tickets window between gate A and B and get in lines 1, 2, 3.

Basically..this is the biggest women's event at the BJC and they botched it, badly. Most of the spectators were waiting in lines at "will call" or ticket sales to get their pre-purchased tickets when tip off happened. We arrived 30 minutes early...paid $5.00 to park for a women's basketball game (unheard of) and then stood in line for 25 minutes. We finally picked up our tickets and there were no ushers to show people where to sit. UCONN ALWAYS brings a crowd and frankly the BJC was not prepared for it. People were waiting in lines, there were unclear directions on where to go to pick up tickets (ticketmaster does NOT pick up at will call, but rather, at purchasing) or where to go after tickets are picked up. We actually had to LEAVE the BJC to get back into it and wait in another line for them to take our tickets because there were so few ticket takers at the gate! The game was great, the players are fun to watch...but the venue should have known that it was going to have a near sell out crowd and to adjust staffing better.

This was such an incredible way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The Pink Zone game was AWESOME. Seeing the Bryce Jordan Center basically filled with PINK was amazing.

Excellent game play, lots of terrific 3-pint shots by Maggie Lucas, what a terrific ball handler and after looking up her stats, found she was the team high scorer for 20 of their 25 games so far. Action under the basket was terrific and the planned hook shots accounted for many baskets. Will go more next year. The interaction between the crowd and cheerleaders and the Nittany Lion were terrific, he is quite an athlete.

Superb atmosphere. It was like a football crowd! The place was rocking! The Bryce Jordan Center Crowd really was like the 6th player and the Lady Lions responded. Awesome!

One of the most amazing basketball games ever! Lady Lions should sell out every game. You don't know what you are missing.

Unfortunately, due to illness, I was unable to take advantage of our tickets to see Penn State vs. Nebraska. However, my wife and grandson had a wonderful time in State College at the games (various), Nittiany Inn and restarurants.

Enjoyed the game, some bad calls, but that goes with the territory!

An afternoon at the Bryce Jordan Center to watch Coquese Washington's Lady Lions was the perfect way to spend a cold, damp Sunday. The fact that the Lady Lions secured a win was a bonus. Where else can you see talented athletes and eat Penn State Creamery ice cream at the same time?

We live in Easton (Lafayette is in Easton), but drove 3 hours to see Penn State play. My daughter is a huge Lady Lions fan. She met the players this summer at Penn State basketball camp and really wanted to see them play live. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the game. We would def. do it again.

The Lady Lions put on a spectacular show by staying with the Hawkeyes the whole game then surging near the end, taking complete control and the win.

We had a very enjoyable time. Every was very friendly including the ticket takers, ushers and staff working the food stands. We will certainly do it again as soons as we can.

My 10-year-old son went to see the Lady Lions in their home opener against Washington State. The quality of play was amazing and the score remained tight until the end when our team pulled away. I think my son now has a crush on Maggie Lucas!

The NCAA tournament was very exciting, even though we only stayed for the first half. The ticket price was a little steep compared with the regular season (only negative)

The Lady Lions are amazing. I was impressed by Coach Washington's use of the rest of her players. They all contributed. Maggie Lukas is awesome and Nikki Green did a great job covering Lavender.The Lady Lions were poised throughout the game.
