Trippin Billies

Ticket said 7:30. Nobody came on stage until 9. Opening band played until 10:30. By that point, I had nothing else to do but keep drinking, and was too inebriated by the time Trippin Billies came on. Never even got to see them.

I have seen Trippin Billies at several different venues. It is always a great show! They engage the audience and do a very good job at playing DMB songs. Great job TB!!!!

I was so skeptical of seeing a cover band of DMB, but they have blown me away all 4 times I have seen them; they add their own spin on the music that puts a happy and awesome undertone on the music. Just awesome. The violin player is unbelievable. They will blow you away.

Best Dave Mattews cover band. Second time I have seen them. Awesome crowd participation.

Other then them starting a bit late they were awesome. Worth the wait as one might say. But I wondered if them starting later took away some jam time. Lighting was great. Air flow good which can be an issue at HOB due to the crowd size. But plenty of room to rock out and all in all 5 stars. Rock on guys...it's a Jimmy thing!!

This was the first time I seen Tripping Billies. Im a big Dave fan, and I thought these guys did a great job. I would go and see them again. I enjoyed my first Tripping concert at the House of Blues.

Trippin Billies always puts on a rockin show! Weather its a small bar or a huge venue like the House of Blues. These guys are for sure the #1 DMB Cover band in the midwest! A MUST SEE!

Trippin Billies played two great sets. Gotta love 'em. The boys played their hearts out.

Very average show. The musicians are talented. The lead singer sounds like Dave Matthews. However, the bass player and lead guitar player were annoying. The band placed jam-out songs back-to-back-to-back towards the end of the setlist. That's not how DMB does it. That might explain why by the end of the show less than half of the audience was still there. If I'm in a band, I certainly don't want the audience walking out on my show.

The music was good and they pu thier own spin into the remakes of DMB. The crowd was awesome as most DMB crowds are. The staff was cool, too. Had a great time except for the fact that the guy I brought to the show was broke and i had to pay for everyhting.

I'm a huge DMB fan so my expectations were high for this tribute band and they most certainly gave tribute. They really got the crowd going, very entertaining. The vocals on lead singer Grant are amazingly close to Dave, I loved it! I would definitely see them again to get my Dave fix!

Nothing better than eating, drinking and being merry! Fun cover band.
