Glenn Tilbrook and family were great as usual, however, I won't go to this venue to see him anymore. They remove all seats (including bar stools?), So this is a standing only room. Since a lot of Squeeze fans are not kids anymore, this is bad. There is no way I could have stood for nearly 4 hours (including wait at door to get in). Luckily, Glenn's wife was kind enough to give me a seat at her table or I would have had to leave half way into the show. Glenn has his 2 boys come and go from the stage, and he put on an entertaining show as always, but next year I will be seeing him at a different venue.

I am a new fan of Squeeze and I absolutely love Glenn Tilbrook so when I found out he was going to be in the states I jumped at the chance to get tickets. I've watched plenty of videos of Glenn at past shows and he always brought it to the table with high energy and he seemed to really engage his audience. He seemed really outgoing and down to earth the way he connected to his fans so this is the Glenn I was expecting to see. Honestly, he seemed like he didn't wanna be there, it was like just get this over with kinda feel. He was also touring with his family and he left the stage for like 10 mins while his son played and although he's cute and plays well I feel like I didn't pay to see his son, I payed to see Glenn and I could tell other people in the audience were thinking the same thing but No one wants to be rude so we all just went along with it. Also, he usually does meet and greets at the end of a show and they just booked out as soon as the show was over! I talked to a woman who's friendly with Glenn and she said they were tired and just wanted to leave. Like I get it but it sucked for me as a new fan and this was my first show ever. We drove 4 hours to see him and I feel like we got jipped. I still really like Glenn and his music was great but I didn't feel the love that he usually brings to a show. Sorry. He did play Elephant Ride tho which was great.

Glenn was great. He played most of the hits. The venue was good because you could sit outside and still see the show.

My husband and I had a great night down the shore seeing Glen Tilbrook. His voice sounded great, and it was nice to see him up close.

If you liked Squeeze you must see Glenn Tilbrook live. His voice is still strong and sounds like he did when I saw the band 25 years ago. The Wonder Bar is a nice place to see live music. The menu is limited but the food was good.

The show was excellent and we wished it continued. Can not wait for him to come back around at the Wonder Bar. Thanks, Glenn

First visit to Brighton Music Hall, loved the club but dismayed to see no seating even near side walls. Hard to stand all night if somewhat disabled. Staff did get 1 stool for woman with cane! Show was fabulous!! Glenn played for 2 hours with a 15 minute break! Saw him in 1982 in NYC with Squeeze and he sounded awesome. Great playlist of old and new. Thoroughly enjoyable, will look for his next tour with Chris Difford in future!

When you see Glenn Tilbrook, be prepared to smile and sing all night! It's always an extraordinary show when Glenn performs. This tour was special as Simon Hanson (Squeeze's drummer) came along and added to the fun! Don't expect it to be a Squeeze show although you will definitely hear some favorites from that beloved band. You will also hear Glenn's solo songs which are just as endearing.

Not only did Glenn perform many of his originals (which we love), but also many of the great Squeeze hits. His total performance by he and his band is always entertaining. We are so thankful he continues to bless the USA with his presence and musical talent.

I've seen three shows at the 20th Century Theater over the last couple years. Trombone Shorty, Jake Shimabukuro and Glenn Tilbrook. By an order of magnitude, Jakes show was the best sounding. It looked like he had his own soundman and the dude had the room completely dialed in. Trombone Shortys sound man told me he couldn't get the band to turn down and it was a terrible, loud mess. I'd have been happy with Glenn on a bar stool playing an acoustic. What I got was Glenn with a couple of 'assistants' providing messy, poorly mixed backing. The entire mix was terrible and difficult to discern without earplugs. The whole thing sounded like the mid-range was completely cut out. All I heard was low end and a little treble. Having seen Squeeze back in 83', I know Glenn was and still is a consummate musician with that signature voice. I just wish I could have heard him under better circumstances.

This was the third time we saw Glen Tilbrook play solo, and my memories of the past shows were better than this past show. He has a really funny sense of humor, and it did not come out as much this show. (One show he even stepped from chair to chair in the audience while playing.) It's not entirely fair to compare him to past greatness, but I also wished he played more Squeeze songs as well. He played two in the regular set, and two in the encore. Some artists are even worse and totally ignore their previous work in their band for their current work, but that does not mean the audience is happy with that.
