It was truly unbelievable to see these fantasic ancient creatures come to life. BUT...I could hardly hear the information from the narrator. We were in the upper level but it had never been an issue in the past. Also, there were long periods where the dinosaurs were just walking around and roaring, which was really boring; I was pretty much board and dozed off a few times. My son thought it was ok. I believe the organizers just rested on how fantastic the dinosaurs looked and not so much the entertainment factor.

Walking with Dinosaurs was way beyond my expectations. Not only was the show educational, but also very real. I have already recommended it to all of my co-workers. It was amazing throughout. My wife and I will definitely return next year.

So excited to go. My 5 year old son loved it. We sat way up but the dinosaurs are huge creatures and very life-like. However, there was a lot of narrating which was somewhat boring and not enough action. My husband and I actually fell asleep during it. Wouldn't recommend you to spend the money on it.

Amazing and pure enjoyment. The looks on everyone's faces were priceless. The dinosaurs were so life-like. It was truly amazing how they moved and interacted with each other. The show was educational as well. Only wished we had sat closer down near the stage.

Awesome display of history and technology. Great staging and creativity. Great for whole family. Would have liked more light to see detail better, and at end, maybe a live falcon or hawk to demonstrate the dino-bird connection that was described. Otherwise amazing and well worth the cost and time.

Very educational. Tremendously entertaining and a great experience for anyone at any age. Seeing the size of the dinosuar by the size of a man really made the point of how massive they were when they ruled and walked the earth. Enjoyed the humor which was part of the dialogue.

Good show! The history of dinosaurs was told in a story format, with various dinosaurs appearing on stage complete with noises they may have made. Story was told by a paleontologist and was quite good. I was fearful that many of the small children there would be afraid, including my own 5 year old, but there were no loud crying children throughout the show. My own child loved it and was not bothered by the dinosaur noises until the T-Rex appeared..... he was a little loud and that one scared her a little. Overall, a good show!

We had seats in the 3rd level of the stadium. I would say that even that far up the show was amazing. My kids were really into the show the whole time. My six year old was sure that they were real and was in his dads lap some of the show. The only real issue was that is was somtimes had to understand the speaker durning the show because of all the noise. Kids have question and like to talk durning the show.

Walking with the Dinosaurs had a great light show, great stage, dinosaurs were very real looking. Acoustics weren't the greatest as we had trouble hearing the narrator. Intermission not really needed as the show is fairly short. Kept the attention of my 7 and 9 year olds, my 12 year old--not so much. Good family event, though.

It was done pretty well... we sat in the upper section and could see everything well (giving you the BIG picture)... however the sound was NOT good at Honda Center (at least up high)... my 5 year old daughter enjoyed herself ticket prices were a bit steep and the TM fees are a bit over the top but the production was done well and we had a nice afternoon.

I have been over the moon in awe of these magnificent creatures of our past since I was a little girl and this year my "early" birthday surprise from my sweet husband was Walking with dinosaurs - The Arena Spectacular! WOW - I didn't know what to expect but as we walked into the arena and took our seats (in the front row- YAY) I was immediately taken back 30 million years or more and I was filled with excitement. If you know someone who has seen all the Jurassic Park movies and pretty much knows every line (yes thats me) you must treat them to this amazing event. The host who narrates the show is great, he manages to blend just the right amount of education and tasteful humor into a magical display as these huge animals enter the stage and put on their show for us. Sitting close to the front is unforgettable as the 3 story tall Brachiosaurus leans over to inspect you as you look up at them and wow get ready to feel T-rex shake the roof with her overbearing growl of authority as she protects her baby. I could write on and on about this spectacular show, the animals look so real and I just must give kudos to the entire staff that made this show possible. Well done!!!! So what are you waiting for??? Go get your tickets and don't miss this, if you miss Honda Center see it in LA - don't miss!!! Rawrrrrrrr :)

We really enjoyed this show. The narration was great and the dinosaurs looked incredible. Unfortunately, my 4 year old was terrified at times, mostly due to the very high noise level which at times seemed to rival of surpass a concert. I think that was just a little too much for our little guy, especially when the sounds are thunder and roaring. For an older child I don't think this would be an issue at all.

I went back & forth for days with my husband about buying tickets for our 2 year old son. We weren't sure if he would make it thru even 30 minutes of the show because he is seriously antsy. But he is obsessed with dinosaurs. So we decided we would go even if he only only lasted 20 minutes. As soon as he saw that first dinosaur come out he was in complete awe. He lasted the entire show! It was such a awesome show! The whole production was great. My husband & I are still talking about it & how cool we even thought it was. Definitely a highly recommended show for all ages! The detail in the dinosaurs was extraordinary! You couldn't help but be in awe!

Excellent show that started on time and lasted approximately 90 minutes including a 15 minute intermission. The dinosaur robotics are very smooth and life like, excellent. The sound system was set at just the right volume and was superb. The lighting was very well done. The "plants and trees" scenery was very clever using inflatable devices. Sat in the front row and the sheer size of the dinosaurs was incredible. The narrator was informative and entertaining. Very highly recommended. No other words needed to critique the show other than EXCELLENT!

This show was amazing. Decided on a whim to take our Grandson to this show. Did not know what to expect. To our amazement and our Grandson it was fantastic. Well worth the money. It depends on what venue you go to how much you want to spend but to be honest it's a little pricey. Bit I will say its worth the smiles we got from our Grandson plus we really enjoyed it also. As a mother, I loved taking my daughter to shows like this one. As a Grandma, it's become that much MORE fun. Recently, I had the joy of taking my daughter and her two sons, aged 9 and 2-1/2, to see Walking with Dinosaurs ~ The Arena Spectacular. It was riveting! My youngest grandson LOVES anything about dinosaurs ~ his brother enjoys them as well, but not to the extent the youngest does. Needless to say, they were BOTH in awe of how realistic the experience was. The only time either of them were UNhappy was during the 20 minute intermission!! Even my daughter and I were caught up in the experience. A great time was had by all.

I first heard of Walking with Dinosaurs from several friends and colleagues. The experience was great from the time of the ticket purchase to the actual event. I was able to score some great seats for my 7 year old son, my sister, and me. The arena is set up so that every seat can have an amazing experience. The paleontologist hosting the event was very knowledgeable and kept us in the audience on our toes with information. He was also funny and his voice soothing which I'm sure helped with keeping the the kids interested in what he had to say. 5 STARS for this show and I hope it's back soon for those who missed it!

The show follows the timeline of the dinos and really showcases their dinos because there's little else (accompanying lights and loud sounds). The dinos are cool, they are fairly realistic and in fights and eating stuff they actually 'interact'. Perhaps a bit too much, an allosaurus eats a baby Dino out of his egg and a little 2yr old behind us broke out in tears. His dad had to take the 2yr old out of the show after the first fight. Dinos they show are a stegosaurus, allosaurus, raptors, torosaurus, kid & older bro brachiosaurus, a pterosaur, ankylosaurus, and of course t-rex (who I wish had been able to stand straight up as he was always bent forward). The first half of the show is much more scary and violent, so if your kid can make it past that, you'll be able to stay & get your money's worth. My son who is 5 yrs and watches Star Wars & How To Train Your Dragon was quite scared in the first half. Buy your kid the overpriced Dino toy souvenir at intermission. Every kid seems to get one and then he's braver through rest of the show.

These dinosaurs looks like they were straight out of Jurassic Park! It was awesome. ALTHOUGH there is such thing as seats that are TOO good. . We were second row from bottom & my daughter had to stand to see and even then we missed some things. In the future I would purchase tickets on the bottom level still, but at least half way up. Cool part was when the long necks would reach their heads all the way over to us though, you wouldn't experience that sitting higher ;) We had a blast!

I skipped watching this show when it came through last year because i was afraid the dinosaurs would look hokey & that it was just for small children. A friend saw it & raved about how amazing it was & how I should have gone. Which is why I got tickets this year. All in all the show was in the middle of what I expected & what my friend told me. There is some hokeiness as you can see the puppeteers to a degree; it's painfully obvious in the beginning, you start to train yourself to not see them towards the end of the show. But the dinosaurs are impressively large & for the most part do move very fluidly & lifelike. I didnt have a kid with me & I would have liked to see a little more science put in; just tidbits beyond what I read growing up. But I can say, the kids around me went pretty wild, so they didn't seem to mind.

this is the 2nd time I have been to walking with the dinos. the 1st time was 5 years ago. the story line has not changed but the dinos have had some updates to keep them current with newly discovered paleontology info. most children at the shows (both times) have been under 6 y/o. though the older kids that are there seem to enjoy it too. the story is informative and entertaining. the animals are truly believable, their faces are animated with blinking eyes and quivering cheeks. their throats shake and tremble as they roar. their movement look muscular and strong as they glide fluidly around the arena. you can almost visualize them crossing through fields and pastures of today. Beautiful art work on each animal. I highly recommend this show to everyone. Hope to see it again in 5 years.

The detail in the Dinosaurs and the presentation was wonderful. We had 4 kids with us ages 5-9 and they absolutely loved it. The description of the different eras by the narrator, the lighting, and the transitions was beautiful. For any kids or anyone who loves dinosaurs it is a definite must do and very informative as well. The only thing that I would not recommend is to plan on getting a snack at the Bradley Center. It was so slow we missed some of the presentation. They are definitely not in the business of getting people back to their seats. The popcorns vendors and the ice cream vendors were working at the slowest pace possible. It was unreal.

WwD is very educational. It is for children over 5 as there is a small amount of violence that happens in nature. There is no blood or gore. The dinosaurs are very life like. The movements are smooth and not mechanical. The dinosaurs are life size and some of them are huge. There is a paleontologist who narrates through the program describing the history related to the scenes. There is drama and a bit of comedy. Our 7 year old grandson enjoyed the show and did not stop talking about it for days.

My grand kids were clinging on to me all night, but not the pure terror clinging, just unsure whether they should believe them real or not. They could not stop talking about it for hours after the show.

This was a family friendly show. There could have been a little more action to keep the attention of the older kids. Overall a good show to see.

Both of my girls like dinosaurs - the six year old likes to make them fight each other and the three year old likes to watch the babies and mommies. Both were scared, but both said that they would have like to go again and had a lot of fun.

A Birthday Present for my Mom, turned 71. She was like a little kid, as Dinosaurs always fascinated her. I asked her if she "Remember way back when...?" The Show was Spectacular!

This was a pretty awesome show. The colors were amazing. The dinosaurs were very well done. My entire family really enjoyed it. I would have loved to have had a little more excitement, it was a little mellow for my taste, but I'm sure they didn't want to scare all the kids that were there.

This show was great!! I was a little worried that my 4 year old would be scared, but it wasn't too bad once we pointed out how the Dinos were being moved around. It was really intense tho. Very realistic dinosaurs and sounds. Very informative narration too. My husband and I enjoyed the history lesson that came along with the show. Over all a really great experience. We would definitely pay the money to go again. The one and only down fall was that you could not use your flash on your camera so most of our pics did not turn out. That was a bummer for the kids. They were sad that they couldn't really re-live the show as much as they would have liked when we got home. We had front row seat also and some of our view was obstructed by the pop-up plants during the show. When buying tickets I would opt for 3-4 rows up next time.

This program is absolutely fantastic! On the surface, one might think it's for kids, but I assure you that adults get more than their money's worth. The seventeen (17) dinosaurs look amazingly real and its a memorable experience for the whole family. In fact, I wish there were "adults only" performances, so the narration could be heard better.... Go! And go now!

What a great show! My son had wanted to see it about a year ago and we didn't get the chance, so when it came around just after his birthday, we surprised him with tickets. We waited for about a month to go, but it was very worth the wait! We were in section 427, at the very top of The Garden and the least expensive seats at $35, but the seats were still great. We could still see everything from where we were. The dinosaurs are really lifelike; the way they move and roar and growl is spot on. The "paleoentologist" was great fun, lots of humor. Even though the larger animals had a track under them for movement, the floor lighting really blended so well that it wasn't that noticeable. The smaller animals ran free as if they were real. The lighting itself was great. Anytime the story called for changes in scenery, the lighting made the floor look like a desert, a rainforest, etc. The visuals are grand on their own without any animals at all! There is a 20 minute intermission, just enough time to get a snack. Don't leave before the final lights come up, the finale is worth the price of admission alone. My pics didn't turn out great, they don't really want you to use flash photography, but we took some video that turned out great, and if you get the program, it's extremely well made and has all the photo memories you need. If you have small kids like I do, you may walk out with a program, t-shirt and a foam dinosaur head or tail. If your kid loves dinosaurs, it's something they will enjoy every moment of and will remember for many years to come!

In truth I went to the show for my 4 year old daughter's entertainment - most kids love dinosaurs for some strange reason. Prior to the show she was, well, indifferent, but as always, open to being entertained. Well I tell you, she screamed and screamed with excitement, and I was equally awed. The experience has to be the closest thing to living during the dinosaur age. I would strongly recommend the show to any and everyone!!!

Walking with Dinosaurs was fantastic! This is our second time seeing it and although the story and dinosaurs were the same, it didn't even matter. I took my 5 year old son and 6 year old nephew and they were totally engrossed in the show. The first time we went, our son was just turning 4... went again this time because he hadn't stopped asking to go back all this time! The show is a wonder for the eyes, you almost believe the dinosaurs have come back to life. The kids love the action, and the narration by "Paleontologist Huxley" is informative yet peppered with some funny moments.... never boring! Never a dull moment, before you know it the show is over because you've been so caught up in it. I absolutely recommend it for children 3+ (as it gets a bit loud with all the roaring) and adults as well.

This was a surprise for my 5yr old and my 7 yr old and when they found out they could not stop jumping. The show was very well narrated and done. We were amazed at the details and the size of the dinosaurs. This is a must see event for all ages. When show was over all you saw and heard were Roars from children and adults and all left with a happy smile commenting on how amazing the show was and how much fun they all had. A SHOW WELL DONE!!!! THANK YOU. This has been a great impact and wonderful memories in my children's and our lives for ever.

Walking with Dinosaurs was amazing in every area. It seamlessly combined education, entertainment, technology & artistry. My 11-year old has loved dinosaurs for as long as he can remember and wants to be a paleontologist some day. This was his birthday gift. He was on the edge of his seat watching these dinosaurs "come to life" before his eyes. And not just the characters, but the whole prehistoric world! I see why, now, the idea of Jurassic Park is so appealing. Overall, the show was shorter than I expected, but worth the price of admission. If you know a dinosaur lover, take them to see this spectacular event.

Walking with Dinosaurs was a great experience. My 5 year old really enjoyed it. Although it was a little loud; the show was really on spot. The dinosaurs look and act real and it was a good story about the evolution of the dinosaurs. I would recommend it to kids 3 and up.

My wife and I took our 5 year old and our 3 year old to this amazing show. Both love dinosaurs and this took their love to a new level. My three year old's eyes were wider than basketballs. The creatures were very life like and the narration was impeccable. Even if my wife and I didn't have kids we would have went to see this show. Can't say enough.
