Adam Lambert

Adam Lambert

Power, passion, a sense of style as well as funÑ they're all part of the package when you buy a ticket to Adam Lambert concert. Since first displaying his singular and uncontainable talent on the American Idol stage in the show's eighth season, the San Diego-raised glam rocker has laid down the gauntlet to any and all modern performers looking to thrill audiences. Born with a preternatural confidence that belied his years, Lambert burst out of the gate with 2009 For Your Entertainment, which showed off his dance floor strut and pop star sheen, while 2012's Trespassing gave him an opportunity to workout his first-in-class tenor on emotion-laden ballads as well as funk rockers. (The album's lead single "Better Than I Know Myself" showed Lambert at perhaps his most vulnerable and heartfelt).

Well, whatever we wanted from Adam - he delivered! Great staging, singing and personality! Loved the costume changes and choice of material. Only tiny complaint is saying we are all one...then qualifying it re: Donald Trump. I am not a Trump supporter, but if everyone has an opinion...then everyone has an opinion. Love Adam and his energy and talent xxxx

Allison Iraheta and Orianthe were super opening acts, but as usual, Adam stole the show. His voice is amazing. The costume changes rival Liberace' (for those of you old enough to know who that is.), his band is phenomenal, as were the dancers. The only thing that would have made this show better is a venue with better acoustics. I heard numerous people complaining about how garbled all three of the singers sounded. In some cases, it was so bad, that had I not known the words to the songs, it would have been hard to follow along. I don't blame that on any of the three singers or their bands, they were super. Come on Adam, play bigger venues that can accomodate your screaming fans and your blazing amps. Oh, and don't settle for just one encore. We wanted to hear more of you. Come on our and play two or three more encores because last night, your fans surely wanted more and would have waited.

Adam has a fantastic voice, and sometimes you could hear it during this first concert on his GlamNation tour. His show is high energy and entertaining--it's hard to take your eyes off this charismatic performer-- and it includes dancers, lasers, and several costume changes. His selection of songs was excellent, ranging from pounding rock/pop to gentle ballads, and he is as exciting and satisfying to see in person as he was to watch on Idol. Unfortunately, though, the Kirby Center in Wilkes-Barre has a terrible sound system that distorted the majority of Adam' s songs. Only when he switched to acoustic could his terrific voice really be appreciated. It was especially disappointing that Broken Pieces sounded garbled; his CD version is hauntingly beautiful. I would love to hear him in a nightclub setting with simple acoustic accompaniament similar to his "Unplugged" sets. The show was shorter than we had hoped. Too much time was devoted to opening acts Allison Ephrata and Orientha. Also, it was disppointing that Allison and Adam never shared the stage; their Idol duet was great and we had hoped they would do a number or two together. One surprise was that while pegged as the "GlamNation" tour, there wasn't all that much glamour and glitz.. That was OK with us- we were there for the music-- but still unexpected. Adam's encore was Mad World, but it was a faster-paced version that was nowhere near as compelling as the slower, heart-rending version he has done in other venues. Bottom line? Adam's concert would have been great if it had been in a venue with a decent sound sytem.

What a performance! he mixed it up and sang it all! Loved it when Adam danced when announcing the dancers. Dancers were a nice surprize. He played a little over an hour with an encore. It was one song into another, Amazing! Can't wait to see him in Ramshead, Balitmore. Meet some of his band and they are so nice!

I could not wait for Adam to get on stage! I was bummed because my tickets were in the balcony - however, the seats were really good. I was surprised! A little bummed that I did not bring my camera because I thought the seats were going to be bad. Anyway, Allison and Orianthi were great! Both have big, powerful voices! Really enjoyed them! Adam was very powerful, his voice is amazing. It makes me feel so good when he is singing and he definitely owns the stage. The songs he performed were greatly and his vocal were flawless in every song. He even surprised me with some dancing - the boy can dance!

I watched American Idol season '09 because Adam sparked my attention during audition and the following weeks. I was relieved when he made it to the Top 13. When he sang "Satisfaction" he had my attention! Then he sang Black or White and he blew me away. No one on AI everrrrrrrr was like him and never will be. Every week we were so excited to see Adam perform. We watched him on youtube and followed the forums. After the finale (which of course the whole world/universe knows he should have won, but whatever....I saw him in Hartford and we went down during the day. I knew he'd be at the hotel next door since he wasn't in the meet and greet. My daughter and I walked to the hotel and a little while later he came out! He got into a white van and it was driven to the XL Center. When he came out, it was better than I ever could have imagined! His 20 minute set was better than any 80's concert I've ever seen in my life! Again we saw him in Providence, RI. We had front row!!! After the concert we waited outside for him where we got to meet, talk to and take pics of him. It was the best concert night of my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will def. have to see him on this tour. He is the best as far as I am concerned!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he projects an aura of goodness and calm that outshines even his extraordinary physical beauty.. borrowing from a quote from time magazine quote on a model Liya Kebede... What is rare is to encounter one whose devotion and drive come from a genuine desire to better our world... another time magazine quote on liya.. yet completely describes adam lambert in my opinion..

Adam is more than an outstanding singer with an incredible vocal range like Freddie Mercury had, he has has musical theater experience too. Adam is totally at home on stage, his performances are mesmerizing, hypnotic; he is a fantastic singer/performing artist. - the real showman we all want when we go to a concert but never get anymore without Elvis of Michael Jackson.-but ,now, there is Adam Lambert -a shaman on stage, a singer extraordinaire., a charismatic artist-a great band, fantastic music,he gives atmosphere to his concerts, sexy, too,a night to remember.

I attended Red Robinson and River Rock concerts, both were just fabulous. Adam is an entertainer who can change gears with each song, he is a singer that is so in the moment and brings you right along with him into that moment. He can sing a song with such heartfelt emotion and then turn it around with the next song, bringing high energy and excitment. I have been fortunate enough to see Adam perform many times prior to these 2 shows and I have to tell you, it never gets old. With each concert he brings a freshness to his performance, by changing up songs. My other favorite artist, Bob Dylan, has always done that over the years. It's the sign of a true artist....not a robotic stage performer!! Adam will entertain you from the moment he steps on stage until the moment he walks off, leaving you wanting even more!!

As the time nears for the show to begin, the crowd starts chanting: Adam! Adam! Adam! The house lights go down. Wild screams erupt. The stage lights are on as the band takes their places. (The band is the same except for a new girl with long black hair on the keyboard) The stage lights go down. More screaming. Adam enters from stage left and walks to the mic stand. The beat of ‘FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT begins. Lit in silhouette by the glow of green laser beams, Adam outstretches his arms to the side. He begins moving in staggered robotic motions. The spotlight hits him and he begins to sing. His voice is on and his moves are electric. He is feeding off of the crowd s love and energy. Everyone is standing and singing along. Do you like what you see? Frenzied screams. The song is awesome and when it ends, rousing cheers Adam smiles. He bends his elbows, presses his palms together and bows his head in thanks. He takes a drink of bottled water. He grabs the mic stand. You having fun? Crowd screams. Nice. Alright, guys. Here we GO! ‘IF I HAD YOU starts up and everyone sings along. Adam notices this and it spurs him on. Voice, moves awesome. Towards the end of the song, during the chorus, he scooches sideways, turning his feet inward then outward again and again until he is almost to the opposite side of the stage. He then rushes center stage and ends at the mic stand. The crowd cheers and he smiles. ‘WHATAYA WANT FROM ME begins. He gets into character and sings beautifully. (Just so you know, the crowd sings along with every single song. It was very cool.) The song ends and Adam walks to the drums for a drink. He drinks some water and asks, Are you ready for this? The crowd screams. Adam smiles. He moves the mic stand back to the drums and waits for the song to begin. ‘STRUT starts. He flicks his wrist up and down and moves the front center stage. He sings and swivels his hips. He walk to the front of the stage, passes the clamoring crowd and struts the enter perimeter of that stage. The song ends and screams erupt. Adam exhales a laugh. That was fun for EVERYONE, him included. Water break, back to the drums. Tommy is handed a new bass by a roadie. Adam takes this opportunity to chat with us. So how many of you are actually FROM Vancouver? Crowd screams. And how many of you actually came here, from out of town? Louder screams. Adam nods in approval and slight surprise. Nice. Was it a good drive? Cheers. Who drove? Cheers. Who flew? Deafening screams. Adam grins. He then puts his hand on his hip, sashays across the stage and faux-sneers, Well, strut for me, bay-bayyyyy! Wild screams. Well, I flew here. And I wore the boots on the plane. He kicks up a heel, referring to his fabulous Swarovski crystal encrusted boots. He then crosses his leg and rests it on top of other, pretending to be sitting on an airplane talking with a flight attendant, Can I get a double screwdriver, please? He rotates his ankle to make the shoe shimmer. He chuckles and walks center stage, Alright, well, it s hot in Vancouver. He goes to the drum kit, At least in this theater. I am sweating. He grabs a small black towel and dabs his forehead. He puts the towel down and ‘SURE FIRE WINNERS begins. He brings the mic stand center stage and grooves to the intro. Giving a little shimmy on the drumbeat. When the song ends, Adam carefully removes his jacket and places it by the drums, That s a bit cooler. ‘SOAKED begins. It s wonderful. A roadie brings out a stool. Adam sits down, This next one is kinda the same mood as the last one. We ve actually never played it live before, so here we go. The intro to ‘A LOADED SMILE begins. Crowd cheers. It s beautiful. Very nice for it s first time out. ‘MAD WORLD begins. Wonderful. Spotlights hit the giant disco ball, still tucked in the ceiling. ‘BROKEN OPEN starts. So gorgeous. Fractured pieces of light fill the room, giving it a dreamy sparkly feel to match the mood of the song. The song ends. ‘SLEEPWALKER begins. Adam goes to the mic stand. He grasps the top and middle of the stand and rocks to the beat. He sings it beautifully but with a more defiant tone then on the album. I can t turn this around… He glares and pumps his fist high on the drumbeat. During Monte s guitar solo, Adam stands near him. He watches Monte wail away and can hardly stand it. He narrows his eyes and shakes his head, overcome by his skill. Adam rushes to the front of the stage and launches powerfully back into the song, I m a sleepwalker, walker! He perches his foot on a small speaker (Captain Morgan-style pose). He runs his hand down his inner thigh and then pounds on the top of his knee with his fist. Frenzied screams. The song ends. Next up is ‘MUSIC AGAIN . It kicks a**! The crowd goes wild after it ends. ‘FEVER begins. Adam grabs the mic stand. He drags it with him as he runway-struts and sings. Would you be m-mine? He unhooks the mic and spots a male security guard. The guard is between the barricade and the stage, facing the crowd. A mischievous smile crosses Adam s face. We ll never get too far… Adam sings and creeps slowly toward the guard. He reaches down as if to touch the guard s hair. He slowly crouches down as he sings, closer and closer to him. Adam grins impishly, slowly stands up and walks backwards to the mic stand. The guard finally turns to the stage to see why the girls in front of him are in such a tizzy. But, by now, Adam is singing and dancing a good ten feet away. The guard shrugs and turns back to his spot, completely unaware of the innocent fun that has just occurred. Pelvic thrusts and hip rotations prevalent through this song. Fabulous. As the songs ends; Adam turns on his heel, looks over his shoulder and flips his hair. Wild screams as he walks to the drum kit and drinks from the large mug. Longenu tosses his drumsticks into the audience. Adam toasts us with his large cup as he walks offstage. He is gone for a bit. Longenu then walks off but returns with new sticks. He raises his arms, indicating that the crowd should cheer. Cheers erupt and Adam walks back onstage. Adam flicks his tongue like a serpent as the intro to ‘DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE pulses. As he sings the song, he also dances. He breaks out the ‘Texas two-step and at one point he does this Native American move. (Think back to Michael Jackson s BLACK OR WHITE music video, when Michael is dancing with a Native American tribe). Unreal. The song ends but the band keep playing. Adam smiles, Thank you! Alex on the keys! Monte on the guitar! Longenu on the drums! And Tommy on the bass! Thank you very much! Have a great night, Vancouver! We love you! Giving a big wave and smile, Adam walks off the stage. House lights come on. Twelve original songs, one cover, no costume changes in one hour of awesomeness.

I saw Adam as part of the idols tour and wow!!!! He totally blew me away. No man-made device will ever capture his voice. Yes, he sounds amazing on TV and on cds, but they are NOTHING compared to hearing his voice live. Others have said it and I will agree, NO Adam fan will be disappointed with his live show. He pulls you in with his voice and moves- and just "entertains you til you scream" ;-) He did "Mad World" that night and I literally forgot to breathe. I am so ready for him to start touring with his own music. I promise you I will be in at least one of the crowds.

I've never been to the Orpheum before. It is a masterpiece of original art deco design. When Adam hit the stage, the entire audience leapt to their feet and started roaring. That man has charisma and to burn. And despite this being the end of a string of tour shows, Adam still brought it. He sings better than anyone since Freddie Mercury. And what a show! Some serious cash was spent on the look of the production - three video screens crolled images to go with each song. Lovely backup dancers. And a band that could really play! Wild guitarist. The whole show ran so smoothly and was so beautifully directed. After an hour and a half of Adam and crew, we had to go to Ihop. That's how great it was.

Adam was INCREDIBLE! His vocal was just amazing and the lighting effects were superb as well. The show started off with Alex Newell, who sang for about half an hour. Then we had to wait for a while before Adam took the stage, but it was so worth it!!!! Adam rocked the stage with most of his songs in the new album, plus some older songs and some Queen songs as well. He performed for about an hour & a half with an amazing encore at the end! This was my first concert at the Ryman and I loved how the space made it seem more intimate. Adam's show was everything I thought it would be...it had lights, dancers, costume changes and of course, great vocals. He played for about 2.5 hours-nonstop too! I loved the mixture in the crowd...there were young people there and there were people my grandmother's age there. There were gay and straight, fully costumed and normal street clothes. The crowd stood on their feet the whole time and was very energetic and enthusiastic! I went by myself and had a great time. I'd also highly recommend the Café Luna restaurant that adjoins the Ryman...great selection of food and alcohol and very reasonably priced! Great to kick back there before the doors opened for the concert!

Adam was not feeling well which was apparent since he sang some of his songs in a lower octave as well as not singing his main ballad from his TOH album. This guy will make a great super star. His performance was impeccable -singing, dancing, costumes, vibe. I wish he can have bigger dance team and the show to be more lavish, his music is so suitable for that. His opening singer Alex was very good too. The only downside was that his performance was cut short. He was out there about an hour after 40 min of waiting between the sets. I've never been a fan of shows at the Ryman, but for this show, it provided an intimate closeness to Adam and his performance. Adam truly is an amazing artist with a God-given gift that only a very lucky few have ever been blessed with. His vocal control is out of this world! He seems to have a good heart, not taking himself too seriously, and he's gorgeous to look at! You can tell that he enjoys every minute performing. He asked us if we were having fun and even took the time to thank you for supporting him on American Idol. Loved the songs chosen for the show and he had most of the audience on our feet, rocking the entire show. I told my friend that it was almost like a religious experience! Would I go again? In a heartbeat! Don't change anything about yourself or your music, Adam. Just keep doing what you're doing and your success will continue to blossom. And come back to Nashville again soon. His voice was beautiful, both soft and hard, soulful. You could tell that he was really feeling the energy of the crowd. Security were present but weren't so strict that you couldn't make your way to the front of the stage. After a while they would ask you to return to your seat but they were letting people enjoy themselves and weren't rude at all. The Ryman had beautiful acoustics especially during "Mad World" and "Whataya Want From Me" when there wasn't as much background music. He interacted with the audience, sang his heart out, had some sexy dance moves. He had great dancers and an excellent band. I would recommend an Adam Lambert show to anyone and everyone. You just leave feeling like the world is a wonderful place, without a care in the world and his voice in your head like a memory of the best dream you've ever had..

This was an absolutely wonderful concert. Alex opened and was amazing with a wonderful voice, humor and the ability to excite me into more anticipation for Adam to begin. Words can barely describe the utter awesomeness of Adam"s performance. From the 1st time I saw him on Season 8 of American Idol I knew he would be a superstar. Everything about his performance was perfect. His backup vocalists/dancers enhanced his performance and were awesome. His musicians are very talented. I am still on my own Original High from seeing Adam's performance.

If you have the opportunity to see Adam Lambert in concert, don't pass it up! Besides the fact that he is breath taking, his voice is hypnotic! He doesn't just sing, he entertains; most performers don't have that capability. I've been to many concerts and I enjoyed each of them but not as much as I do his. I can't wait for his next US Tour, this time I'm definitely doing the meet and greet; would be an honor!

Have seen all four concerts and this was another EPIC performance by Adam Lambert who has come into his own. Full on showmanship for the whole set. Cool, confident and experienced in delivering a heartfelt show of amazing music vocals. It is a pleasure to see a raw talent not be over staged with backdrops, backup singers, dancers and band members. It was the best mix of minimum delivers maximum results. A True Talent!!! Adam Lambert is amazing and an artist everyone should see. A surprise was Adams rendition of "Lets Dance" in tribute to David Bowie - no words to say other than surreal.

As usual, Adam put on an amazing show! New songs from his new album, The Original High, were FABULOUS! One of the highpoints was a heartfelt rendition of David Bowie's "Let's Dance", and another of Queen's "Another One Bites the Dust". What a voice! I do have to say (well, maybe I don't HAVE to...but), I wasn't a huge fan of his outfits this time. I had a love of his earlier total rocker look. From the neck up, he looked great, but I thought the sleeveless shirt and shorts and the baggy sweatsuit-type that was white with neon peace signs and other artwork, just didn't seem to fit in the Adam image I was used to. But hey, he's all about stretching the limits and he's such a chameleon, you just have to love him no matter what he wears! My sister had a "moment" with Adam. They made eye contact. You know when it happens. For a split second, your eyes meet and although the performer will never remember it, YOU certainly do. It's a thing! If you get a chance to see him, DO IT! You won't be disappointed!

I saw Adam last summer when he toured with Queen and quickly became a fan. His most recent show at Foxwoods didn't disappoint! His energy is infectious, sincere and engaging. Throughout the show we danced at our seats, along with everyone else in the arena. I brought a friend who had recently experienced a loss and Adam's performance allowed her to find her "groove" again. We're looking forward to his next stop in our area!

I have to say I was a bit disappointed in Adam's performance length. Love Adam & his amazing voice but approx. 45 min. with no oncore was dissapointing. Didn't like the hat being on all the time & glasses most of the time. Didn't even know there would be two acts before the 2 headliners. The girl was good & I enjoyed her music but it seemed a little sad that she was standing out there all alone with music pumped in like karaoke or a HS talent show. Didnt know Max either but he was full of energy and very good. Pentatonix was amazing really enjoyed them. But then there was a 40 min. Wait for Adams short performance. There were no Adam shirts or anything of his left to buy by the time that we arrived at the venue. His voice was beautifully amazing as usual but overall his portion of the show was a bit of a miss.

Pentatonix was the most expected concert and they were not the closing show? Something was wrong. Right after their show 50% of people left. I decided to wait for the last one thinking, okay, it can't be that bad.. Well, it was. 45 minutes waiting for them to prepare the stage, actually 10 minutes for the stage to be ready and 30 minutes of I don't know?!?! I hate when it takes more than 3 songs for the artist to look and talk with the public. Adam was like this. I was expecting more songs from Pentatonix, but it was worthy every second of their presentation, such a talented singers. All others artists were okay, just to be nice =D

Was glad I got to finally see Adam on a solo tour, after seeing him last year with Queen, but was disappointed there was no merchandise, no opening act, (we had a DJ), he didn't come on stage until after 10:15, and only sang for one hour. But boy, did he sing! The show was very new-album heavy, yet we know all the words. He talk to the crowd, was charming, and sounded fabulous!

Once Adam Lambert hit the stage it was perfect. He is an amazing entertainer. He show is always a great experience. He is the consumate performer Having said that The entire event BEFORE AL was poorly planned . Due to costume contest, M &G's, The DJs were booed cause people had waited way too long for him to hit the stage. I hope people know that, having been to many 20+ AL concerts, he is never, ever late (maybe 10 minutes) starting his concerts. I actually saw and now people who had to leave because it started so late. Again, because this was a radio gig things were kinda off.. BUT ADAM LAMBERT is a must see performer on his own tour or with Queen.

I simply loved the concert, it was a great event. Adam looked real and seemed geniune when he was up on stage. Though he looked a little weary, he was still out of this world. I know why Adam sells out his shows; it's because he's a fantastic singer, and also he engages his audience. It's not every rocker who will sit down on the stage and talk with his fans and remember them. Adam remembers. Let me tell you, his vocal range doesn't hurt much either. And his cover of Purple Haze...just yes!

Adam Lambert ROCKS!!!! This was the best time I ve ever had at a concert. This was my first time seeing Adam Lambert live and it was worth every mile coming from central Missouri. The crowd was amazing too. I usually don t like large groups but Adam Lambert fans are SO cool!? I ve seen the best inventive get ups, make up, Trespassing props, considerate actions, good looking couples, all ages, sexes, ethnicity, just incredible LOVE, etc. just there for one reason: to hear the amazing voice of Adam Lambert. No disrespect cause I love them too; but Adam Lambert is going to be bigger than Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, & Freddie Mercury put together! Adam and his entourage are amazing, they have fun on stage. They are energetic and intense!!!! You can see that they are great friends and love performing for us Glamberts. I could go on and on. I don t have a single pic or clip of the action since I just danced my butt off from the first note, singing along, and SCREAMING...no time for recording on phone...went Cuckoo (pun intended)...to the guy next to me on my left...so sorry about your ear ;-)

Adam Lambert put on a spectacular performance at the Pacific Ampitheatre. While it wasn't as long or as showy as a stop on his Glam Nation tour, it was definitely entertaining and well worth it to hear his new material live before he embarks on an official tour. His voice is amazing and the sound system made sure that nothing was missed no matter where you sat. I sat rather far back because I didn't hear about this event early enough, but I still had a great view of the stage and could hear very clearly. It was very convenient to get autographs and photos with band members after the concert, as they stuck around and were very easygoing and nice to the crowd. Adam and his band did an excellent job all the way through. The opening act wasn't very good and didn't seem necessary to me, but they did their job by providing background noise while people found their seats. Overall, this was a very good experience and enjoyable evening.

This isn't even part of an official tour yet, that won't happen until sometime next year, but Adam gave us the same number of songs and even more of his time on stage than he did during the GlamNation Tour in 2010. Thirteen songs, including 3 old favorites along with 10 from his incredible sophomore album "Trespassing". I was on my feet the entire time, didn't even sit for the moving ballad "Outlaws of Love." Adam's interaction with his audience has become much more relaxed and unscripted. I just loved when he decided to take off his shoes and go barefoot the rest of the concert. Freshly home from a hugely-well received 6 concerts fronting Queen in Europe, Adam performing his own music is a huge treat, it's his baby.

I must say that this review has nothing to do with Adam Lambert himself, who is a terrific artist. But the evening was a disappointment. The opening acts were TERRIBLE. They should have been embarrassed to bill the first show as an "opening act." The acoustics were deplorable, and it was difficult to hear anyone sing, including Adam. When Adam finally came on, the entire theater rose to their feet and began singing along. For those of us who did not have seats near the front, it was extremely difficult to see anything. I spent my time trying to peek in between people to see him. And, for some reason, everyone was singing along and distorting the acoustics, which, as I said, were bad enough to begin with. Why people had to sing at the top of their lungs over the artist they paid to see, I will never know. And if they wanted to dance, they could have stayed home and played his CD on the stereo! I know I will never go to this venue to see a concert ever again.

I am so thankful that I got to attend both shows at the Warfield. This tour was amazing, costumes, lasers, dancers & let's be real... FANTASTIC singing! For a first solo tour it was mind blowing, not to mention that in over 160 shows he did not miss a single night, and if anything sounded better at the end of the tour. My props to an amazing team, on and off the stage. I would tell anyone to attend one of his shows. I am grateful to see him in a small venue, next tour I don't think we'll be so lucky. A glittery Unicorn came in and crashed through the roof off Club Nokia, leaving all those present to wonder what hit them. In short - in how many ways can you describe the unique experience which is attending an Adam Lambert concert? And The Canyons - boy, can Allisan sing?!! Loved every minute of it, but let's face it, Club Nokia is no place for Adam Lambert. It was full to capacity, the line for the pit started the night before, right after the Music Box performance and Adam does need something in the 4-8K halls in order to let his mighty voice fill the voids. Ok, in couple of years I'll be complaining about the big venues and the price of premium tickets. Not a bad thing to complain about when it comes to Adam.

I have heard other performers in concert - and they weren't as good as their recordings. Adam Lambert was as good or better than anything I've ever heard from him. He is just perfection. He's wonderful to look at as he performs, and takes control of the stage. The choreography was great. When he sang "Broken Open" with just a guitar accompaniment I thought my heart was going to melt. Can't say enough about Adam Lambert. I went to both concerts, and he was spot on both times. I don't know how he keeps up the energy and how he can perform spot-on and hit every single note, performance after performance, but he does it!! The Monday night concert probably had a little more energy in the audience than the 2nd night, but Adam and his band put on the most fantastical shows. You can tell they love to perform, and they have gelled together well over the past few months (I saw them in SF in July, too). Can't wait for Adam's next album and tour! This was my 9th Adam Lambert concert, and I've watched all the others on YouTube. He will never be better than he was Monday night. He hit notes that he's never hit before; his theatrical performance and dance moves were superb. I still get goose bumps thinking about Monday. I should also add -- for those of you who appreciate what some people call "screaming" -- he "screamed all night" !!! I assure you, I can't imagine him ever being better than he was Monday, October 25. I also attended the Tuesday, October 26 show, and as predicted, he probably went for about 1/3 of the high notes he hit on Monday. He was still fantastic, superb, but it was still nothing like the Monday performance. He gave it his all on Monday.

I attended the 10/25 & 10/26 shows...both AMAZING!! I've only been to one prior to this, in Vegas, on 7/31. The Vegas show was great, but I must say, my experience seeing him in a concert hall setting this time...doesn't even compare. The sound, the crowd, the enthusiasm at the Blaisdell, was so fabulous! The way people were dancing and singing...while tossing around some blown-up beach balls, was so much fun! I can't remember the last time I had so much fun at a concert...and Adam hadn't even come on stage yet! Once he did, the crowd was in a frenzy! His voice and showmanship cannot be compared (IMO)! My friend (not really an Adam fan, but appreciates his talent), was singing, "If I had you!!" all the way back to the hotel after the concert! LOL! Adam is certainly making his place out there in the world, and I think everyone should check out his show and give him a chance to sprinkle some love and glitter into their lives!

Adam Lambert's show in Honolulu was spectacular - add any other superlative adjectives you can come up with! He was on fire, and so was the band, especially Monty. Adam was in perfect voice, happy, and playful. Anyone who missed this event, missed a never to be forgotten experience! This was my third Adam Lambert concert (followed by my fourth the next night), and was even better than the US mainland concerts. Apparently, Adam performed more like he does in the overseas venues - he sang For Your Entertainment, and Broken Open, in addition to the usual set. The crowd was high energy and obviously having a ball! What a thrill to experience this incredible talent. See you in LA Adam!

Adam Lambert and crew were beyond amazing. What impressed me most was that he pointed out that his Glam Nation Tour was LOVE. I pointed out to my teen sons that YES...Adam kisses a band mate.....so what......I did NOT hear women or other minorities degrade...terrible language or horrible gangster/drug attitude. All his work is heartfelt and beautiful! As a mom I feel he had great parents to have become such a sweet person. We wanted tickets for the second night and were told that there we 300 more left but could not get on to Ticketmaster to get them and Craigslist folks did not call back....we would have gone a second night!!!
