I have been going to Komets games since I was 12. Even when I lived in Indy I would go and see them down there. I enjoy taking my sons to the games and hope to take my grandkids. I took my 18 year old son to the opening game for his 18th birthday. Thanks for winning you made the night wonderful.

The event was good. The tickets I got weren't. I paid $30 a ticket for zero leg room. Do not buy tickets in the corner. Section 222 has about 5 inches for you legs. My were tucked under my chair and still had the seat in front of me digging into my shins.

It was an amazing game last night! I enjoyed all of the entertainment aspects as well as the actual game itself. The game kept us all on the edge of our seats! However, we all felt like we were cramped in our seats and the concession prices are a little high but overall it was a great experience.

We had a GREAT time at the Komets game on the 17th. I took my inlaws, who'd never been to a minor league hockey game, and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We had awesome seats, the game went into overtime and ended in a shootout, the Komets won...and I can't say enough good things about the Coliseum staff, the way we've always been treated there, and the people who make these things happen. A great facility, and a fun time. We'll go again!

This is the first year I have watched hockey, and it all started with the Olympics play-offs. Now that I have been to two Komets games, I think I'm hooked!! I am amazed at the skating maneuvers, seemingly done without effort. Wish I could skate like that!

Excellent game with tons of action. Two men taken off the ice bleeding profusely. Two excellent fights. Always enjoyable. As far as the actual game...fine effort on the Komets part. Port Huron's golie was insanely good. If he would have been slightly less attentive...Komets would have won for sure. Komets shot were acurate and well played but nothing was getting through Huron's golie. See you next Saturday Komets!

The game itself was great and I am looking forward to going to future games. However the seating was very cramped and made you feel like you are sitting right on top of each other plus we had a tall guy in front of us that was blocking part of the view. Then we sat next to people that keep getting up which means we kept having to move out of the way.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the Komets game. We had seats right in front of the score box, so they were great. I did not realize I would be able to get such close tickets. Although the komets lost, I really enjoyed the game, talked with some other komets fan, got to see some sweet fights, and watch some hockey.

Great game, wish the Komets could have won. Forgot how much fun Komets games are since I haven't been to one in probably 20 years when I was a kid. Lots of entertainment between periods, which didn't used to be the case.

The seats we're great and the Fort Wayne fans welcomed us with open arms, even thought we were wearing our Toledo Walleye gear. The atmosphere was awsome and some hockey broke out in the middle of the fights.... It was great to see a team as a whole stick up and fight for each other.... Hope to go back for game 6 next week....

The playoff game was a little disappointing because they lost but also I thought they might so more to get the crowd going. Was still a fun game. Was also nice being able to get in to the Vera Bradley a outlet Sale for free just for having a Komets ticket

Excellent venue for hockey. Was very pleased with the seats, 3 rows up from the ice. The game was exciting and our Quad City Mallards won. The price of the tickets were very reasonable. The fans were very enjoyable to be around even though we were for the opposing home team. We would do this again, and may soon during the hockey playoffs. Leaving the venue was very easy and we were on the road home within just a few minutes.,

Game and experience was great. Been to multiple Komets games before and didn't have any problems. The seats are the cause for this bad review. As 2 normal size adults me and my wife and we got 2 seats alone in a section. The bad part is the seats didn't have enough leg room for adults. Our knees were in the back of the people in front of us the whole game. I even think if kids sat in those seats their legs or knees would be in the back of those people too.

We are big hockey fans, but Chicago tickets are so expensive This was just as far for us to go and so much cheaper, especially for the second row. The hockey game itself has a lot more fighting than we are used to watching NHL or college level hockey. But these two teams seem to have a real rivalry. Generally family friendly, except for the college kids around us who kept yelling back and forth to their friends. The venue had a great selection of food options, at least on the 200 level. What I didn't understand was why the place is called the jungle, with some sort of bird for a mascot, when the team is called the Komets.

Fort Wayne offers visiting hockey fans a mixed bag of reactions. For every "Thanks for making the trip" we heard two or three rude-or-worse comments regarding how much our team stinks, and more dirty looks than I could count. At the final horn, the drunk across the aisle turned, pointed directly at us, and yelled "You Guys Suck!" The layout of the playing surface - with both teams' benches on the same side of the red line - is a disgrace, forcing the visiting team into a long change in both the first and third periods, creating a distinct competitive imbalance. Unfair? Highly! The ECHL needs to address this issue with the team and arena.

The seats are wonderful and comfortable, but the service unfortunately seemed to be substandard. If the section was full of people it would be much easier to understand. It was empty.

The komets were awesome as usual. I was back in 213 row 2, and halftime was really funny! The only thing that I didn't like is: There were 3 types of fans. One group was a bunch of know it alls. Then there were screaming kids, AND the ones that used profanity all of the time. Still a good time though.

Crowd size was not what I expected for a Saturday night late in the season, but those who attended remained engaged until the visitors took a 2-goal lead in the middle of the 3rd period. Komets fans are friendly to visitors, as are the Coliseum staff. One of the employees monitoring & directing incoming patrons in the building lobby saw our out-of-town jerseys, and engaged us in discussion about our trip & identified other Ft. Wayne local attractions. The WMC ushers do a pretty good job of controlling fan entry to seating areas during game play. With their typically larger crowds, this arena is a very good venue to watch & enjoy minor pro hockey.

After the sweep didn't happen on Saturday in Game 4, we trekked back for Game 5 on Monday. The K's pounced early and often on Wichita, so most of the night was a party and not as stressful to watch as Game 4. Good team, good fans (no sellout though), and a great postseason. Hopefully the move to a new league will not mean the end of this group of players and coaches. And Toledo is a great place to see some puck, so win-win.

I drive up from Indianapolis to see the Komets play more than a dozen times a season. It is me and my grandfathers favorite past time. The enviroment is amazing and the game was very hard hitting and fast paced. This game went to a shootout which was a first for me to ever see live, and although we lost this outing I am very proud to say im a Komets fan. Both teams had 40 shots on goal and that speaks for itself of the type of game this was. Amazing event as always. I have been to every live sporting event there is and the Komets at home top my list.

I went to this game with my brother and a friend of ours and we had a great time. The Coliseum is a beautiful facility, the best I've seen so far in minor league hockey. Great sightlines, comfortable seats and a great hockey atmosphere. It's easy to find too, right on Coliseum Blvd, close to I-69. The hockey game was pretty good too. Fort Wayne won, 2-1 in a physical game with lots of action. Lots of entertainment between the periods as well. Of course, they had "Chuck-a-Puck" during the second intermission, and I won a $25 certificate to Pizza Forum (a place I highly recommend, btw). If you go to a game in Fort Wayne, you won't be disappointed.

I was brought up with all the regular sports football, basketball, baseball and auto racing. Yes, they are all goods sports, but HOCKEY. OMG!!! I've only been a fan for the past three years with our Komets. I was hooked the very first game. I had a 25 year fan teach me the ways of hockey and it made it so much better to understand. I GET IT NOW. I am amazed about so many things when watching. This was the 3rd time in a row we sat in the club seats section 409 and the service was non existent before the game started. Each time I've asked someone for help but that was useless. It is a shame the Colesium doesn't care.

The Fort Wayne komets are the best hockey team in the state of Indiana and are are favorite team we really like to go watch them live in person even though we could watch them on the Web or tv it's just way better in person and the best way to watch them. The fights they get in is are some of the best parts other than when they score a gole.

I've seen them in several away games...k-zoo, Cincinnati, Toledo, Greenville SC even. Watching orange and black dominate the ice at home for my first ever home game was freaking awesome!!!

A group of friends and I attended the game Saturday evening and overall had a great time outside of one terrible experience with some fans that sat behind us. When the Komets were about to score their first goal numerous people in our section stood up to cheer as the Komets were threatening, luckily they scored and all was well until right after the cheering slowed down we started getting yelled at by some people sitting in the section behind us. They were upset as they claim they couldn't see the goal which I don't know that I believe as their seats were easily elevated 10 feet above ours. That didn't stop these guys from screaming obscenities at us, this was followed up by one of the thugs coming and physically threatening us including pushing one of our friends around in the first intermission in the concession area. These guys were no class and were a presence the rest of the game. Luckily we tuned it out for the most part and witnessed a thrilling game with the Komets winning in OT. I'll happily go back to see the Komets play again but will not be sitting anywhere near where we were.

Great time in Fort Wayne as the Komets took on the Florida Everblades and won 5-2! The newcomers to the team contributed to the win! Overall we had a great time at the game!

I take my nephews to a game every year for their birthdays. I had asked if they would like to change it up and do something different. Both of them replied " no we have so much fun going and watching the Komets". This time they especially enjoyed that there were two fights since last year there weren't any. That's boys and hockey, I guess :-)
