Been to the show for the second, the first time with my younger son (10). He was absolutely enthusiastic. Mac King interacts very nicely with his audience and his tricks are hilarious. Although I had seen the show before, I enjoyed it as much as the first time. Afterwards, we had a little chat with Mac King who signed two books for my son and we will definitely be back.

This was really a terrific show! Good for the family, but cleaver enough for everyone to enjoy. I think it's wonderful that it is an afternoon show that still leaves time to fill your night with a nice dinner, a second show, and dancing. It fit our day perfectly. Mac King is talented at the slight of hand, with tricks that are wonderfully executed. He is also hysterical and had me and my boyfriend laughing the entire time. Seriously. Great. There's no 'two drink' minimum here, but there's still a bar where the bartenders are nice and the pours are fairly strong. I thought the drink prices were very fair for Vegas. Good value. Great show. Opportunity to meet Mac King afterwards. He signed his book for us, which is for sale after the show. There are also pictures available that he'll sign as well. GO SEE HIM!

My family and I truly enjoyed a clean & funny show. It was recommended by a family member who saw it a couple of years ago. Mac is good! What a character. Need more "clean" shows like that. Loved how he interacted with the audience. His clook of invisablity is awesome! Love it! Really appreciated that he is willing to meet with audience after the show and sign autographs. That Guinea pig trick is still mystifying. The tent and bear trick was really good as well as his appearing from the audience. Stood right beside me. ( his clook worked really well for that one.) Appreciated that it was an afternoon show, as I don't gamble and have the underage ones.

I wanted to take my granddaughter to an afternoon event while in Vegas and she expressed interest in a magic show. I had read reviews that indicated this show was fine for children. I understand that this is a subjective judgement, but I felt uncomfortable with the sexual innuendo throughout. We were seated in the front row, which I initially though was great, but it actually was too close to the front. We were actually behind the performer for much of the show.

What a wonderful show! I was so impressed with Mac I can't wait to recommend his show to friends. I do think they could get rid of a couple of snotty employees - and it would be nice if they told us it doesn't matter what seats our tickets say we have because they "don't do assigned seats" - but Mac made up for that crappy attitude we received.

Mac King puts on a great show with real magic and real ad-lib comedy. No flashy cabinets, no dancing girls, no dramatic music. This is a real show put on by true student of the craft. The comedy is PG, and much of his act is geared towards kids . The magic is that which has been practised for +100 years - sleight of hand, card tricks, etc. It is all very entertaining, and presented in fresh and novel ways. Mac King is a very creative performer, and has total ownership of this act. It is rare to find a performer like this in the mono-culture performance environment that is The Strip.

On August 7 at 1:00 p.m. there was a rude hostess, a woman with red hair, who treated people very differently and sat them (without preassigned seats) at her whim and prejudice, even if the price was the same. She was not nice at all. The seats do not have pre-assigned numbers. Be careful with this. We talked to a couple who paid a cheaper price and was seated better than us.

Great conbination, magic and comedy show. His magic is a classic type but comes with great sense of humor which absolutely makes you laugh a lot. Highly recommend this show to everyone. Also show time is daytime, so that easy to make a schedule with kids.

Just saw Mac King with my family (2 adults, 3 teenagers) and everyone loved him. It was nice to have an afternoon show instead of tromping up and down the strip in the heat. Mac's show is clean for everyone with just a hint of cheeky humor to keep the adults chuckling. His slight of hand is excellent and his comedic timing is spot on. He's also one of the more reasonably priced attractions on the strip.

Just as good in 2018 as it was 11 years ago. Funny, entertaining, and magical. Great for all age ranges, we had a 74 year old, 50 year old, 48 year old, 16 year old and 5 year old, and we all loved it!!

He not only makes me angry I can't figure out how he does his tricks but I was falling off my chair with his humor and adlibs. He asked the woman on stage to write her name on the playing card she had picked from the deck. She wrote it on the back of the card instead of the side of the number. WELL! The audience was in hysterics with his adlib as this has never happened to him before. My husband just loved him. Obviously, I do having been there six times.

My Girlfriend and I went to see Mac King just before new years, the show is about 90 minutes long and from the moment he steps on stage he has you laughing, even if it is just at his suit. He has roughly 4 or 5 tricks which include audience participation, all of which are impressive but that blend of Comedy and Magic that Mac brings is something i've never seen before. It works so well and for the price you really can't go wrong. A very down to earth guy who will hang around at the end of the show to sign autographs/merchandise etc.

The Magic was amazing \u2014 especially the magic involving live animals. The jokes were funny, but NOT appropriate for children. Any review that says this show is family friendly really doesn t know what should be said in front of children. It is a good value and fun for an afternoon show.

Mac King has been called "the Best comedy magician" by Penn and Teller, and after seeing him on their "Fool Us" show, we had to see him in person. He is an excellent magician, but what we came to see was his warm and hilarious routines. This is an all-ages show and he kept the entire audience chuckling and laughing through the entire show. This is NOT the big-bucks extravaganza magic of Criss Angel or Lance Burton. This is low-key but very well done magic. Mac King comes out and meets with the audience in the foyer at the end of the show, and seems to be a really nice guy, who really enjoys playing with the audience. Note - beware of the "VIP" tickets and what looks like reserved seating. In fact, virtually everyone gets in the "VIP" section, and it is first-come, first-served for seating, so get in line early. Get the "free VIP" upgrade page in the discount book in the back of any taxi, and buy your tickets at the Harrah's box office to save $10+ per ticket and get other perks...

the show is most likely the best comedy+magic act on las vegas inspite of mat franco, mike hammer etc on the scene. seating though was a major issue as there seems to be arbitrary seating irrespective of what category of tickets or location it was shown on TM. apart from this the show itself was brilliant (with a little adult innuendos which were fun but really not appropriate for a 9yrs-13yr crowd). mac king is the longest show I believe with performances dating back to 2002!

I took my kids to this of the understanding that this was a family show. Afterwords I was asked by my kids what the "penetration" joke meant. A big shtick of the show is Mac pulling things out of his pants. This could still be appropriate without the sexual and mastabatory references.

We attended this show with our two teenagers. Our 15 year-old son loves Mac King and suggested it. It was a great show for families! Not only is the time perfect (1pm or 3pm) so that it doesn't eat up your whole day or keep your kids up until midnight, but it has comedy and magic and is entertaining for the whole family!

Wanted to say that this was one of the best shows we've seen in Vegas - Bar none. Extremely funny, engaging, and quite honestly, darn good magic. Mac King brings humor and magic together better than any other performer we've seen - Without phony theatrics (although he does get a little cheesy at times, which makes the show that much funnier). We were given the tickets by a random stranger in the Casino, better than hitting a jackpot on the slots (well, almost - but really really close). Thank you Mac for an enjoyable afternoon.

We purchased VIP tickets for better seats ...entered the showroom and the usher said "sit anywhere ... first come, first served" Could've saved a few dollars I guess. Also we weren't notified that Mac King would not be performing. But we got more than enough value for our money as Derrick Hughes substituted and his magic act was unbelievable and "gut busting" hilarious also!

Mac King didn't perform this weekend, he had a stand-in. There was no contact from Ticketmaster or Harrah's beforehand. They offered to let us see the stand-in for free and two passes for the next time we're in Vegas. We accepted because it's likely we'll come back to Vegas before he retires, but it was still disappointing. The stand-in comedian was fine. He did a good job of managing a crowd of disappointed people, which would be understandably difficult.

I was looking for a magic show to see while in Vegas and most shows were over $100 for so so seats. I saw some positive reviews about Mac King, saw that the tickets were reasonable so I got a couple of tickets. Wow - we had GREAT seats and he was GREAT. Loved his humor, stories and of course the magic! We weren't disappointed - very happy we got to see his show! Yes, it's a GREAT show for the whole family but it's a fun show for everyone. I would see his show again anytime!

Hands down I was way more entertained than blue man group and chris angel. Mac king is hilarious and keeps you laughing the entire time then he freaks your mind out with magic. You just can't beat this show and it's stupid cheap. I can't believe the tickets are so cheap. It should be at least 100 to 200 tickets. He's a class act too.

Saw this show for the second time, and it was just as great as the first!! Good, clean show that is making it in a town not known for clean fun! He has just signed a new contract with Harrah's until 2019!! Even children can attend and enjoy! Great magic and comedy!!!

Mac King puts on an incredible performance. We had seen him in Vegas and loved him. We took 2 other couples with us when he came to Belterra and all of us thoroughly enjoyed his performance. He is so entertaining and so funny. We all laughed so much, we cried.

Mac King was recommended to us by a member of The Magic Circle in the UK so we expected it to be good. The show was brilliant from start to finish - hilariously funny and cleverly magical and Mac himself is such a down to earth guy, with time to meet fans after the show and sign autographs, he even lets kids show him their tricks. I'd go again given the chance. We got our seats upgraded to a booth which was an added bonus too.

I loved it. I enjoy magic and love a good comic. Mac was both. No big illusions which was fine with me. I can do without all the big lighting and stage production. I had gone and seen an illusionist a few months back and for me Mac's show was far better. The laughs kept coming as well as some classic magic.

Mac King was funny from the moment he arrived on stage. He was funny, personable and moved swiftly between tricks. His magic tricks are brilliantly original - I highly recommend this show to anyone and everyone. My children 10 and 8 adored it too.

We had a wonderful time and laughed at all the wonderful humor, There was lots of fun for kids and the adults could find lots to enjoy. Having the show in the afternoon gave us another show to see also. My grandson loved being called up on stage and was amazed at the magic trick he helped Mac perform. I will tell any friends who are going with kids to Las Vegas to see this show. We also loved that he came out and visited with the people after the show.

I want to see Mac King again and again ... and again. His performance was spectacular without depending on "spectacular" devices and gimmicks. He is the definition of what a great magician is and should be. Look up "magician" in the dictionary and Mac King's picture should be there. In addition, his personality and style are warm, engaging and extremely personable. A great afternoon of very satisfying entertainment.

I would give this event a higher rating except for this important detail: it's supposed to be for families but was instead teeming with sexual innuendos. I'm no prude and I can say it was pretty funny--for adults. Why even go there in a family show? Mac King, do your magic and keep it clean! Let the kids enjoy a show they can understand, not one where a child can think that pulling things out of your fly is an acceptable behavior from a grownup. You really don't get that?

What an amazing show. Such a talented and funny magician. The show is appropriate for any age group, I took my 8 year old son and he loved it. He brings up audience members and keeps you fully engaged the entire time.

Very funny with really nice magic routines. Will remember this show for a long time. Excellent value for the money, and Mac is very generous with his time after the show (signing autographs and posing for pictures). One of the best highlights of a great trip to Vegas! My only caveat (not criticism) is that while the afternoon show is aimed at both children and adults, there are aspects of Mac's routine and his interaction with audience members that may be uncomfortable for some families (sexual innuendo and banter with guests that will be caught by many a pre-teen as well as the intended adult audience). There are so many wonderful qualities to the show that will outweigh these concerns for a lot of parents, but I had not seen this addressed in the reviews I read and felt that they needed to be put out there.

If you are looking for big-stage, huge illusions with smoke (and very little humor) go see David Copperfield. If you want to see an entertaining show with close-up fast-paced illusions and laugh till your side hurts, for a fraction of the cost, by all means go see Mac King. You'll get caught up in his humorous, easy-going style, and then he slips in the illusions so seamlessly that in the middle of your laughter, you'll say "Wait... what?" Most seats are great, but if you can, sit close, it will feel so much more intimate.

We are a family of 6 with kids ages 8 to 22. We wanted a family-friendly show and Mac King was perfect with something for everyone. Enough fun stuff for the little ones to enjoy and enough adult innuendo for the rest of us that also went over the young ones heads. Still trying to figure out how he did some of his tricks. Very entertaining....
