These guys have only gotten better with time - accomplished musicians and talented entertainers - still rackin it up.

Sat in the second row,and was blown away.Only issue I had,wish the vocals were a little louder at times music over powered,still awesome.

Great voices and style. Fabulous band. Can't wait to see them again.

This is the forth time I've seen Hall & Oats in Concert.... Loved it when they Jazz up their Old stuff and showcase their Musical talent... St. Paul was Great.... Over all the Concert was very good... Unfortunately the tiny seats reminded me flying coach...

I was never into pop, but Darrell Hall is fabulous. Great show everyone stood up most of the show. Still can't figure out what John Oats brings to the show.

I am 47 so I saw these guys basically be on MTV hourly / daily back from 81 - 86. The band sounds good and it was hit after hit after hit. The crowd was really into the show and music which made it that much better. I am glad that I saw Hall and Oates after all these years. Two thumbs up !

I've seen Hall and Oats twice in the last 5 years. This show was a complete disappointment. The mixing was horrible with the bass specifically and other instruments drowning out the vocals. I spoke to friends in other areas of the arena and they agreed almost to the tee.

Daryl and John did their best and sang their hearts out, but the sound acoustics were lousy. I blame the sound tech running the main board. Where vocals are supposed to be high-lighted they were lost in the cacophony of the other instruments. In another song the Saxophone is supposed to be high-lighted and it was lost with the drums and bass guitar. They (H&O) should find a new sound tech ASAP.

Darryl Hall and John Oates are amazing vocalists and, along with their band, extremely talented musicians! They are even better than when we listened to them years ago. Simply unforgettable night!

Hall and Oates put on an amazing show! Full of energy, fun, dancing and they sounded so good! I had a blast and felt like I was jamming out in the 1980's! Worth every dime!

Daryl and John and band mates put on a great show for their fans in Charleston. It was fitting that this was the last show of their current tour as Daryl now calls Charleston home. They played most all of their hits, are still fine musicians and still have the chops to hit the high notes. I was especially happy to see that their band mates are the ones who play during the filming of Live at Daryl's house. My only criticism is that they didn't play longer, I could have listened for another hour, they were that good.

I saw Hall and Oates 20 years ago in Dallas and they sounded even better in Charleston and spot on with all of their songs. Sara Smile and Rich girl were the best of the sets, the place was packed and they proved to be timeless...hard to believe they are 69 and 70 years old. Great show!!

Great musicians! I would highly recommend seeing them if you enjoy any of their music.

they butchered their own songs..Hall was horrible, as if he could not remember the words he was half singing half talking, adding words, and for the most part the band would play for a long stretch of the song...at one point he even went into a nonsensical rant about something.....many walked out in our section, and they only barely performed for 90min

I had high expectations for this legendary duo, but they surpassed them. I can t say that for most. They are truly showman and the band is phenomenal. No one saw Sara Smile like that before! And She s Gone was another standout. Bravo!

I took a friend for her birthday. She said it was awesome! I enjoyed it very much. Allen Stone opened for them and was a huge success. It was the last night of the tour and you could tell they were tired. But they still had the crowd on their feet

Allen Stone opened and he was amazing. Then Hall and Oats came on and blew the roof off, they were simply amazing.

As always, Daryl Hall, John Oates and the entire band treated the audience to a wonderful night that was full of fun, smiles and dancing! The songs are, of course, great and the whole band's standard of excellence make sure that no one is disappointed!

This was a fun concert because it was like a walk down memory lane! The songs have stood the test of time, and the folks in the audience seemed to enjoy all of their favorites!

Great concert. Hall and Oates played all the hits plus some pleasant surprises like "Is it a Star". Great seats facing the stage. The venue is clean and organized. Plus we got a signed record album for memories!

The musicianship was great. Sound was awful. Bad acoustics and too much bass in the mix. Bright white light shining in our eye most of the show. Had to close me eyes for much of it.

Loved venue and lines were not bad to get in or to get drinks. Show was awesome!

The sound was terrible. You could not hear or understand the voices due to excessive bass and drums. Hall and Oates did a great show but we could not hear it

The main event, Hall and Oats, was great. Being sold out, getting out the parking lot was very slow, but not the entertainers fault. Would go again and would recommend the show to anyone. Opening was not as good, however. Artist was loud, could not be understood and not very appealing. Would never pay to see him. Good to hear music from my younger days!

It was the last concert of their tour so this will not help many. The sound from the speakers was terrible. I waited a long time to see these guys and I was kinda let down. It looked like they hated being on stage together. They changed up the songs (melodies) and it really didn't work. Again, the speakers were terrible.

Loved the show Venuebis always clean and easy The bus shuttles were a real bonus and the only thought i had is that from our seats in row 58 we were on the isle section D seats 1-2 we couldn't see the stage because the ushers were standing in the isles ahead of us blocking our view

We thought Tears for Fears was coming with them. Then we found out they weren't, but another band that we've never heard of was and they were highly recommended. Well, they didn't show up, and only Allen Stone played as the opening. Other than that, Hall and Oats was great, except for the fact that we wished they had played longer.

They were awesome sounded great! They look great as well! They are so talented and it showed as well as everyone in their band!

The concert was amazing. It brought back memories of when my son was young and so were my husband and myself. Thank you for coming to Charleston.

I was expecting Tears for fears and opening act was someone we had never heard of. Disappointed!

What a fabulous concert!! Hit after hit after hit! I had no voice left at the end of the night from all the singing I did. Allen Stone, who opened for Hall and Oates, also did a fab job and now has a new fan in me. Hall and Oates definitely stll have 'it'. Can't wait for the next tour!

Great Performance, Rocked the House like the 1980's. We thoroughly enjoyed the music and the memories. Glad we went to see them while we could. If you get the chance to see them, do the best to make it happen.

I can't get enough of Hall & Oats. They still sound just as good on stage as they did in the beginning of their careers. If you love their music, you will live for their concerts!

This fantastic musical duo held up to my every expectation! What a fantastic show they do. I love how Daryl has brought with him the relaxed feeling to the shows that he has on LFDH. His voice is as amazing and sexy smooth as it always has been. The entire place was singing with them. I totally recommend going if you get the chance. I know when they come around again, I will be front and center!

I have never attended a Hall & Oates event, but would now catch every concert they schedule in Texas. Great harmonies, acoustics and energy. In my opinion the band enjoyed playing the venue for the first-time. If they come to your town, don't miss the event!

From the moment they stepped on stage until the final song 90 minutes later It was nonstop Entertainment at its very best. They played all the right songs. Pure nostalgia that made you forget whatever was going on in your life and took you into the music. the venue was perfect. Lighting, visuals and sound wer amazing. Can't wait until they come back so we can take the whole family!11

Hall and Oates were great! There mixture of old and new songs was very balanced. They drew the crowd in, that other group St Paul and The Broken Bones need an orthopedic surgeon.. The sound check person needs to get the S - - T out their ears. They way too loud particularly the Bass Player and Percussion Player.

I remember listening to their music in the 70s. This was the 1st time I've ever seen them in concert and they didn't disappoint. The concert was great and the opening act, St. Paul and the Broken Bones, were fantastic also.

We had been wanting to see Hall and Oates for a while and when I found out we could go see them on New Years Eve and celebrate my birthday all in one night, we were so excited. We had to get a room in Gainesville, no problem, and then shuttled to WinStar. The disappointment came when the concert was over after only an hour and half. We could not believe it. We go to concerts often and this was the shortest one we have been too. I am really hoping this is not normal for Hall and Oates. We were told that it is the casinos rules. I don't know if I will ever attend another concert at the Casino.

First! The show started on time(wow) ! They played most of their hits over a variety of years! They had great charisma and interchange with the audience! Great Show in a good venue.

They played about an hour and a half + and played all the old songs that everyone wanted to hear. It was a great show dancing in the isles

Great concert only complaint is that it could have been longer good voices still.

This is a pretty good concert venue; we've seen a lot of shows here since it first opened. This was our first NYE show. We splurged for "A" section seats & had been looking forward to it for months. It was our 3rd H&O concert in 2 yrs. Always love their music & the energy, but this night was off. Not sure if Hall was tired or just feeling puny, but his energy seemed low & his voice not as strong. The music was still great, but the high energy vibe was missing. This was reflected in the crowd around us, too. We're usually up on our feet dancing for most of the show - not so this night. There were no fireworks (literally), no encore (people started leaving as soon as the band stopped), & the show was only 90 min, if that. We love these guys, but the night was a disappointment. Their show, Oct 2017 in Cedar Park, TX w/opener St. Paul & Broken Bones, was far superior; same songs but a LOT more energetic & fun.

Hall & Oates put on the most awful performance I've ever seen. I think Oates may have been trying, but Hall is just looking for a paycheck at this point. They tricked up all of their songs to make them unidentifiable and terrible. Then they would just play 7 minutes of instrumental nothingness but didn't play several of their best songs. I could not have been more disappointed. Thank goodness it was a terrible end to 2017 instead of starting 2018 off on the wrong foot.

My family and I enjoyed the concert, but we thought it could have been longer. We thought they would have a blowout concert on their last night of the tour. Not meant to be. More of Hall and Oates new music would have been appreciated. We enjoyed the songs that were played, though.

I took my son to his first concert and we had a blast! The venue was perfect and the band and background vocals were fantastic. Hall and Oates sounded great and had good interaction with the crowd. They played all their hits!

Hall and Oates put on a great show. The seating was cramped the chairs were hard to sit on for 2hrs.

I wanted to take my pre-teen daughters to their first concert and this was the one I chose...and it couldn't have been a better New Year's Eve experience. It was ALL the hits plus an extra from their early catalog. Since my kids had been listening to their greatest hits CD weeks prior to the show they could sing along to the entire concert. Hall & Oates delivered! Great venue & lighting.

The acoustics in the venue were not very good. There was major feedback on at least three songs. I have loved hall and oates for over 40 years but i was sorely disappointed in this show. They tricked up the songs to much for my taste. I would have liked them to stay a little closer to the recorded version.

It was a fabulous show, they had the whole place rocking. The only down part was the show went by so fast. We would definitely see them again.

They played most of their hits and were pretty good but they walked off the stage after only one hour and then came back for at most another twenty minutes.i was disappointed.

Winstar Casino is a very nice place, except for the cigarette smoke. That is why it did not get 5 stars. The band was excellent. Sound quality was awesome. They were really tight and highly polished. Daryl s vocals were really good. John is in rare form, too. The band members are the same guys from Live At Daryl s House. They really Rock!

Hall & Oates played all of their hit songs from the 70s and 80s, which are the ones we wanted to hear. Still great voices and sound, all around. Awesome, would definitely recommend it. Have to mention band before them, St. Paul & the Broken Bones. I had never heard them, and was blown away. They were fantastic.

My husband and I have seen Hall & Oates before and they put on an unbelievable show! We can t wait to see them again!

One of the best concerts of the year! The memories, the music - even the opening act was wonderful!

I've been a Hall & Oates fan for as long as I can remember so seeing them in concert was a dream come true! I'll admit I was a little worried because it has been so long since they recorded their original albums, but despite my fears they still had it in them! They put on a great show and really connected with the crowd. The opening act (St. Paul & the Broken Bones) were also stunning. They really set the stage for the main act and got everyone pumped.I would most definitely recommend hearing both these groups live at some point in your life!

The music was too loud and drowned out the vocals. Couldn't hear a word they were singing.

Daryl Hall still has a rocking voice. He enjoyed performing the concert. John Oats really didn't sing that much. The Sax player looked like he could be the original one from way back and did a great job. He too enjoyed performing. Would go to see them again.

Love Hall and Oates but...understandably they are not as crisp sounding as they once were. Actually to complicate matters their sound system wasn't working correctly either. There was feedback on the mikes and some of the instruments. Patrons also had to wait a long time for the band to set up after the warm up band was through. Speaking of the warm up band...they were hilarious. Folks all around us were rolling in the aisles. Especially after the lead singer crawled under the bandstand and continued singing while peeking out every now and then! Interesting evening but not one I would repeat.

Great performance from a great group!! Awesome! Was not happy with the venue however. Getting to seats, ushering was very difficult, especially if you were in the middle of the long row of folding chairs. a rather large person sat by me and I could hardly move!

Hall and Oates, both of which being about 70 years old, can still play their hits and hit the notes. St Paul and the Broken Bones, the opening act, may have upstaged them, honestly. Being on the side of the stage (section 201) may have helped the sound as it was very clear. The only problem are the people around us who insist on carrying on conversations while they should be listening.

Don't let my three stars keep you away from these guiys. Unfortunately , after seeing nine big name"senior" artists (from McCartney to the Moody Blues to Alice Cooper) this year I have become a bit critical of the overall concert experience and feel as if I can differentiate a great show from a good show from a poor show. Believe me, my opinion rarely matches those of my fellow concertgoers. I have never seen John and Daryl and had relatively high expectations from the seasoned veterans. First, I felt the sound mix was muddy. The thunderous bass muffled the vocals, which is largely what H&O are all about. At one point midway through the show, I believe Daryl motioned to the soundboard operator to reduce the bass, but it wasn't enough. Whether it is age or having performed a number of shows prior to my concert, the vocal ranges of both Daryl and John seemed to be diminished, but are still pretty darn good. Good show length, plenty of encores, and virtually all of the hits were played - and sung along to by the audience. I honestly believe that if the sound quality was better and I could make out Daryl and Johns voices better it would have been an overall better experience for me. Perhaps an indoor venue would be better for them.

Amazing Show!! Opening band St. Paul and the Broken Bones were awesome! I saw them open for the Rolling Stones in Atlanta and knew what to expect. Hall and Oates did what they do best!! Sang Hit after Hit and involved the audience multiple times! A must see show!

For 69 and 70 years old these guys rock! Everything sounded perfect.

Hall & Oates was one of the better shows that I have seen! They were fantastic!! It was hit after hit and really only one song performed that I was not familiar with. It was really worth the money and then some. After the encore they really performed! Everyone was on their feet, it was great!! I would see them again anytime!!

These guys were great. They played everything and their band was fantastic. They looked fit and in shape. I'm originally from the Philly suburbs and grew up listening to all their early music like "Fall in Philadelphia"," Goodnight and Goodmorning" etc. They couldn't always hit the high notes but were still extremely soulful.

Song selection and Musicianship was good. At times it was difficult to hear the keyboards, guitars or Daryl singing. The overall music tempo seemed slow and the whole set lacked energy.

What an excellent show they put on! Played all the favorites!!! Only one beer song . I couldn t believe they seemed to still have the same vocal ranges. True talents in the industry. Young and old alike seemed to really enjoy themselves as well. Must See!!!!

My sister and I attended the Hall and Oates Concert in Jacksonville. The opening act, Saint Paul and the Broken Bones was rather odd. While the lead is a good singer, all of the songs sounded a lot alike, and he did some rather weird antics during the set. But, that is not who we went to see, and once Hall and Oates were on the stage, the night was magical. Neither Darryl Hall nor John Oates have lost any of their musical or singing talent. The vocals were awesome, and the musicianship amazing. They played everything you would want to hear at a Hall and Oates concert, and by the end of the concert, everyone was standing and dancing along. Great, great concert!

Growing up in the 80 s I listed to Hall & Oates among other greats of the decade. Sadly I never had the chance to see them live until they came to Jax in September. They sounded great and showed tremendous energy while playing all of their classic hits. Darryl Hall sounded exactly as he did back in the day and we were blown away by the show. We highly recommended this concert to any 80 s kids!

The show was great. It kept everyone on their feet. They reached back to all of the songs we forgot and remembered that made us smile and enjoy the music. You MUST attend!

This was one of the few concerts that I wasn t ready to go. Nothing but hits

2 hours of solid Hall & Oates hits. I thought I knew their catalog but I was surprised at the sheer volume of hits. Neither Daryl or John has lost anything with time. In fact, they are true musicians that appeal to everyone from youth to assisted living age. I had a elementary school age kid in front of me as well as some golden aged rockers. An absolute blast.

I love Hall & Oates but was disappointed in the show. They slowed EVERY song down to 3/4 their normal tempo. This made slow songs even slower and made fast paced songs dull. The sound was great but the energy for both them and their band was extremely low. We stayed for most of the show but left early. I don't feel we missed out on anything. Recommended for hardcore fans only and even they may be disappointed.

I'm enjoyed the venue in Tuscaloosa; it was a beautiful evening and an even better concert. Hall and Oates was one of the best concerts I've seen in a very, very long time. Alabama opening band of St. Paul and the Broken Bones was most definitely a pleasant surprise. The venue is easy to access, and it small enough that every seat has a fantastic view of the stage. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
