Poison

Helping bring commercial metal to the masses since the early '80s, Poison remain at the top of their game well into the current decade. Their Glam-a-Geddon tour in 2011 commemorating their 25th anniversary was a huge success, reflecting the band's now legendary status as a forerunner of American pop-metal. The same can be said for their 2012 tour with fellow rockers Def Leppard. Poison's live shows often combine raucous fun with serious musical entertainment.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The energy from the band was great! The set list was perfect, it was like going back in time! We were fortunate enough to do the meet and greet prior to the show. The band was generous with their time with everyone and spent a few minutes talking, not just a quick picture. Highly recommend!

This event was custom-made for my marriage : I am a long time CHEAP TRICK fan & my much better half adores Brett & "the POISON" . WE had a great time - the Hard Rock is a great place to check out a rock show... I may be biased but i thought Cheap Trick sounded & performed much better than the headliners (was it the eyeliner?;) "Dream Police" & the new song "Here comes the Summer" were standouts. It was also great to see Rick's son on drums & Robin's boy on 2nd guitar - they both sounded great! I must admit that the Hair metal icons from Hollywood via Penn. entertained the entire time they were on stage as well ... I respect & appreciate anyone who works their butt off on stage to ensure the crowd has a party! - & POISON did just that - not bad for a bunch of "old dudes" trying to keep the 80's guitar culture alive! (my kind of people LOL) Rock ON boyz! thank YOU for the good times.

I ve seen poison many times and the band was great, the venue is smaller than any other place I ve seen them and that. Affected the show definitely missed the big stage flash bombs and confetti. Also seemed to be a shorter show, but all in all still a great night.

I have always and will always go to see one of my favorite bands. I love rock, I love it loud but, they need to have a sound guy who is not def! As they started it didn't quite sound right and then it just blasted it. They did not sound as good as the many times that I have seen them. They need to fix that. It also seemed that the show was shorter. It was amazing for them to recognize veterans but, I am sure there where more vets besides Hard Rock staff and sucurity guys. Look forward to next tour..with a better sound I hope

Not only did Poison rock it but they brought some Veterans up on stage to honor us. After the show, i watched Brett shake EVERY crew member s hand and say thank you. Amaxing show. Thank you Poison for rocking my world!

It was a great concert at a venue, Daily's Place in Jacksonville, that only holds 5,500 seats. The sound was just right and the lighting was spectacular.
