This was such a wonderful experience! It's perfect for children of all ages. It was very interactive and moved at a fast pace. The prices of the toys for sale were very reasonable also.

I took my 4.5 YO son to see the show in Albany. He is a huge fan of Wild Kratts and Zaboomafoo and I have to admit, I was equally eager to see the Kratt Bros do their thing. In short, they didn t disappoint! The Kratt Bros energy was high, they engaged the crowd, and the look on my son s face was pure enjoyment the entire time. It took me about 15 mins to realize there was not going to be any real animals on stage, and that s when I personally lost a little engagement in the show. It was fine without, but it was literally a 2 man Kratt Bros show with props and costumes. My only other complaint of the show is they *spoiler alert* destroy two Zach-bots on stage with their animal powers. It s one thing to watch a cartoon do that, another to see it live. (I m still not sure why Wild Kratts has villains, but that s a review for the TV show, not the live show). Overall it was fun, my son LOVED it, I enjoyed it and that s really all that matters.

When I bought these tickets I must confess I did not look st the description so I expected the Kratts to bring out animals and talk about them. Not the case it was instead an entertaining stage show that was fun and still educational.

My kid was a little older (9)for the venue, but still enjoys the TV show and wanted to go. It was a little too cheaply done and was surprised there were no real animals at all.

So my kids love the Wild Kratts show and if yours do they will love this show too. And if you're a kid at heart, you'll enjoy it too. I bought tickets to see the show and then on the way to the show I started reading the reviews which stated how terrible the show was and how its only 30 mins. Those reviews were overly harsh and incorrect on length. The show is in fact 1 hour and 20 mins consisting of two 30 minute segments with a 20 minute intermission. As with any live performance there were issues with some curtain raising timing, but the Kratt brothers improvised and made the audience laugh each time something happened (which there were only two issues). No there are no real animals. It is an episode of the Wild Kratts where the Kratts brothers "what-if" into the real world, the reverse of the show. The costumes aren't hollywood movie quality, but they're not terrible and they can't be too complex because the Kratt brothers have to run off stage and change into the costumes quickly while activating their power suits. All in all, the show was entertaining even for my husband and I and I'm glad my kids got to experience this show.

We saw these guys this past weekend and it was a lot of fun. Yes, there were technical issues but they rolled with it and the parents got to have a little laugh. Yes, their costumes were silly but its a cartoon brought to life! What do you expect for a kids show? The Wild Kratts were there to entertain my daughter and she LOVED it along with all the other kids! That's really all that matters. I will absolutely go see them live again. Definitely a good time!

...and if you still decide to go, get the cheapest seats possible. Wow. What a disaster this performance was! They clearly did not have a tech rehearsal and had to stop the show 4 times (no joke) to get mics that worked or the video playing or to open the curtain. We had three long breaks because of technical difficulty. And sadly, this was the most interesting part of the show! This was basically a narrated television program where the Kratt brothers forgot their lines. And when they'd activate "Animal Powers", they would run back stage and put on a bad costume that resembled something a creative mom would make on Halloween. If I had paid $20 a ticket TOTAL I would have been okay with the (barely) high-school level performance.

Just like a previous reviewer, I was expecting a live animal or two... not sitting in an auditorium watching the Kratts brothers narrate an episode. The brothers seemed like they needed a dress rehearsal. They kept forgetting their lines and totally forgot how the show was supposed to end. The kids enjoyed it however and didn't seem to notice the numerous mistakes during the performance. All the adults were sitting there shaking their heads. I feel bad posting such a crummy review since my kids really like Wild Kratts.

First of all, my son, who's 6 loved the show. He got to yell and clap and participate in the show instead of sitting quietly like in a movie. He was impressed by the stunts the Kratt brothers did with their cool "creature powers" and outfits. Seeing him have fun is the best thing ever. That's the good part... the not so fun part was trying to keep my husband awake as this was not as fun and exciting for him (he was hoping for live animals, there were none). Also, being completely out numbered (more kids then adults) there was a lot of seat kicking and talking and just kids being kids. Over all we had a great afternoon and would recommend it to anyone with kids that love the show. It's worth it all to see you kid smile, laugh and cheer on the show.

My son enjoyed getting to see the Kratt brothers in person and to watch a fun story line live. There were some issues with sound and what seemed like a few forgotten lines, but my son didn't seem to notice because they do a great job off playing it off. Overall it was good enough that we'd go again if they came back to town.

The show was just ok. I believe we paid just for Chris and mikes live appearance. If that is not what you are looking for them your kid is better of watching the episodes. They could have handed some giveaways for kids, charged lesser money for the adults. The show was super duper boring to grown ups. The show didn't go perfect either. They had some technical difficulties and the sequence of events went wrong at a point. Obviously the kids didn't catch that.

The show is the opposite of a TV show. Meaning the Kratts brothers go out from cartoon to live. With all limitations of being on a small stage kids loved to see Chris and Martin in person. I did not know there was a different ticket to meet and greet them after the show, my kids were looking to chat with them.

The Kratt brothers did a great job at the live show. I wasn't expecting much, so I was pleasantly surprised. My kiddos. (6) and (3) years were really excited to be there and enjoyed the show. The tickets were a little expensive, I thought, but it was a nice family evening. Of course the Kratts sold creature power power suits! So, be prepared to spend an additional 50.00 to 75.00 dollars in Kratt gear.

We took all five of our children. They loved it! They screamed out answers to the questions, laughed a lot and generally had the time of their lives. Four adults went as well and we all found it enjoyable. If you are expecting a Jack Hanna live animal experience, you will be disappointed. It is Wild Kratts Live! - meaning that it is the cartoon Wild Kratts, in live action. The costumes are cartoonish, they talk to the other characters via big screen and act just as they do on the show. It was a great time all the way around.

My boys are 5 and 4 years old and are huge Wild Kratts fans. They have learned so much from the TV show and have had so much fun watching it. It thrills me to see them have such a passion for animals and nature, as animals and nature are an important part of our family's lives. So when Chris and Martin walked out on stage, it literally brought a tear to my eye to see my boys (future Kratt brothers replacements, lol) getting to see the Kratts live and in person. It's possible I may have been more excited than they were ;). The live show was fun, energetic, interactive and entertaining. As I previously stated, my boys were mesmerized.

I had not been able to purchase VIP tickets for the show, however, weeks before the show I emailed Wild Kratts telling them that my grandson had watched their show for as long as he could remember, that I had not been able to get VIP tickets as they were all sold out and that while my grandson was disappointed that he would not get to meet Chris and Martin he was still thrilled to be able to go to the show. The day before the show, I received an answer to my email stating that they did indeed have VIP tickets/passes for all four of us which was quite an upgrade and explained how to pick them up. My grandson was so surprised that he had the opportunity to meet Chris and Martin after the show. He said it was the best night ever!!!

I was very disappointed with the Wild Kratts Live show. A large portion of it is clips from different episodes show on a screen which we could have watched at home. I thought there would at least be a real creature or two on stage but it really is just an episode acted out. It was pretty slow moving. While it did keep my 3 year old very interested the other three of us were bored.

My 5 year old son loved the show! The Kratt brothers involved the audience and it was so fun to see/hear all of the excitement from the little ones throughout the entire show. My son did cry at the end because he wished it was longer, but I think he would have been upset even if it was 8 hours long. It's a lovely, educational show, without having to take live animals out of their natural environments. Much respect to the Kratt brothers for that. Only negative, which I won't include in the actual show review, was that the concessions and souvenir lines were long and a little disorganized - perhaps more of a fault of the venue?

As a 90's kid, I enjoyed seeing Chris and Martin Kratt on PBS since I didn't have cable back then. I was going to see them in my hometown of Denver, but I ended up feeling unwell, so I couldn't go see them, so I bought a VIP ticket on here for a show in New York, which I was planning on going there for a personal vacation. My 3 year old left the show saying, I miss them. She said this the following day to. My 7 year old son could hardly stay in his seat. My 4 year old was enthralled the whole time. I've read bad reviews in the past, main complaints being that there are no real animals; that the show was boring; and mostly used the animation cartoon during the show. I'm so glad I didn't listen. It was far from boring. My kids and the kids in the theatre were laughing, engaged, and if they weren't fans of the show, they became fans. My younger two weren't into Wild Kratts as much as my oldest but they all came home wanting watch their show. While the animation was used. I thought it was used well and in a clever and entertaining way, representing the format of the show. He Kratts brothers showed plenty of face time. Honestly do not think that live animals are needed as it follows the format of the television show that shows clips of the animals at least the dangerous large wild ones. My kids did not leave saying, humph where were the live animals? My oldest actually said he had the best time in his life. Maybe an exaggeration, but he was really happy and excited to have seen them live. Thankful for an educational entertaining show.

My three year old son absolutely LOVES the Wild Kratts. He has been watching their shows (Wild Kratts, Zaboomafoo, and Kratts Creatures) for a little over a yearand a half. We love their shows because they aren't your average kids programming and that is also true for the live show. The show was engaging from beginning to end, and entertaining for my husband and I, not just the kiddo. If we ever get the chance to go again we definitely will. The Kratt brothers are truly knowledgeable caring entertainers and my family Is beyond happy with our experience. The show lasted about an hour and a half (maybe a little longer) which included a 20 minute intermission. We were fortunate enough to buy the VIP meet and greet package and if the means are available I also highly recommend doing this. Each brother takes the time to interact with each and every child. They answer any questions and show genuine interest in what all the kids say. The look on my son's face when the Kratt Brothers appeared on stage, and then when we got to meet them was priceless and something I will remember forever We loved the Wild Kratts before this experience, but this has given me, as a mom a new respect for the brothers as well. I brought my 5 and 8 year old sons to this show. It was a very low scale production. Just two guys, a video screen and props. There were no live animals, just a lot of the TV show projected on the sceen. Much of it was from past shows and then there was lots of promotion for the new season. Even my 5 year old was unimpressed. He noticed all the "special effects" and broke them down as to why they were poor with no prompting from me. I think 3-4 year olds might have liked it better but it isn't worth the price.

I took my 9 year old to see the show. He loves Wild Kratts! He was one of he older kids in the theater. Martin and Chris were very energetic and did good at entertaining the crowd. There are clips of animation throughout the show which added authenticity. It's definitely geared toward your 5-6 year old kids. My son (9 years old) at one point where Chris uses his creature power to jump up to get a bird, says to me, "Mom, he's jumping on a spring back there. Did you know that?" So obviously he saw right through the whole creature power to thing. Yet, at the end he said..."lets come back next year!" I was really disappointed they didn't have any live animals there. Even if they weren't used as part of the show, it would've been fantastic to see some real animals they learn about on the tv show. Overall, it was good, but definitely consider the age of your child.

My kids loved it! It kept their attention the whole time. They did a good job doing things live action, and using the TV screen for certain animations and with the other characters (Zac and the bots, Aviva, etc.) The creature power suits were really cool! Normally those are only animated but they made those in real life! The guys had a few stutters... they are not used to being live! The show was rather short; only 50 minutes of actual showtime. But still I am glad we went.

We bought tickets for the a Wild Kratts Live for the family for my daughter's 7th birthday, which was about 5 wks before the show. She absolutely could not wait and counted the days! When the big day arrived, the Wild Kratts did not disappoint! It was like an extra long episode, but instead of being live to in the cartoon, it was cartoon to live! They even changed onto some creature power suits! Seeing the excitement on my daughter's face to see them in person was magical. Entertaining show, fun effects! I would highly recommend seeing it if your kid(s) are Kratt Kids!

The show was engaging for kids, the audience was yelling out answers, cheering on the brothers at each chance. The show was funny, supported girls and science, and afterwards at the meet and greet the brothers were both kind and answered all the questions the kids asked.

Both my 5 year old boy and 3 year old girl have watched EVERY episode of Wild Kratts on PBS at least a bazillion times...needless to say, when we saw they were coming to town we decided to indulge them in the real deal. My 5 year old was enthralled the entire show, on his feet cheering and answering the animal-related questions like he was at a rock concert or game show. My 3 year old started getting tired after the first hour, which was to be expected considering the show was around 6:30-7 pm on a school night. As for us parents, it was okay--I appreciate the Kratt brothers and their humor and wealth of knowledge for sure...the show was just a little plain for me. All in all, I think it was a fun family event...probably one we will only do once. Kudos to the Wild Kratt production team, however, in NOT bombarding us poor parents with a gift shop or people walking the aisles hawking paraphernalia--MUCH appreciated, since we had already spent over $200 just for the show!

This was a surprise for our son, an avid fan of the Wild Kratt brothers. I splurged for the VIP meet & greet and it did not disappoint. The energy from the kids was amazing and the performances both educational and entertaining. As an adult, I was fully engaged. The meet and greet was very well organized and the Wild Kratt brothers made my son feel truly special. They signed his book (he'd brought along), a keepsake photo, and took photos with my son... all without feeling rushed along.

I would highly recommend this show to a friend! The special effects were fun! The Wild Kratts were energetic and entertaining. The only thing that would've made it better is if they had at least 1 live animal and/or getting to meet Chris and Martin or if they made their way through the audience.

I was unsure about this show because of the high ticket price and also it was a two-hour Drive for the closest show, but my son was highly entertained the entire time. It kept his attention and I was very pleased with the condition of the theater and the show in general. I'm glad that I decided to make the trip and would recommend this to anyone who enjoys the Wild Kratts

My boys are huge Wild Kratts fans! At 5 and 2 they have learned so much while watching them on Tv. Nothing will beat the look of excitement on their faces while we were at the show. This was a great experience, highly recommend this show to any other parent who has kids that love animals!

Great show, my son was entranced the entire time. It's a creative translation of the TV show and the Kratts bros do a great job interacting with a big crowd of screaming kids. The 20 min intermission is good for a bathroom break in a large theater, but keeping a preschooler in their seat for that long is a bit of a stretch. Just know that it's coming and be prepared to entertain if no one in your group needs a break. Also, consider bringing earplugs. That much screaming at the high pitch of children's voices may leave your ears ringing.

I took my boys 7 and 10 to see the show. They both enjoyed the show, but it was a little young for both. I would recommended 4-6 as the ideal range. We still had an awesome time as we have been watching the Kratt Bros on TV for years. It was fun to see the two of them live and interact with each other! The only bummer we had was the lack of any real animals. Hopefully down the road if they continue this they can partner up with local zoos/wildlife preserves and incorporate an animal or two.

This kids show was very good and the reason being, it was true to form with the cast from the show. My son was very apprehensive to go, because he was afraid the Kratt brothers wouldn't really be there due to other shows where originals aren't there. My son was excited from start to finish and he couldn't even sit down. Great family event!!!

Great show for the kiddos! They had an intermission that lasted 20 minutes about 30ish minutes in to the show (smart for bath room breaks) . Another 30 minute segment finished off the show. Very interactive with prompts from the brothers to engage the kids. Highly recommend if your kids dig their show on PBS.

Horrible. Only kratts brothers were live, the rest was video screen. No live animals. Would have been better to stay at home and watch a cartoon. Our son was not impressed. He was more excited about the milkshake on the way home.

The kids were encouraged to answer questions and yell out the answers, and scream and shout during the performance, they felt like they were part of the show. Lots of laughs and fun for all. They just needed more then three people at the merchandise stand, or a second stand!

Wild kratts are my grandaughters favorite. I bought tickets on row 7. They loved seeing Chris ànd Martin live. The arena was very cold for them and they were disappointed that they didn't get to see any live animals or get an autograph. I explained that traveling for shows would be much too hard for a live animal. Mostly they had a great time and I loved seeing their smiles.

My 7 year old son and 8 year old niece absolutely loved the LIVE Wild Kratts show. The Kratts brothers were interactive and really engaged the audience. I loved to see my son and niece's faces light up when they were able to see and talk to these guys, who they would normally only see on TV. I would definitely recommend the show to anyone who enjoys the show on television.

Basically, if you take an episode of their cartoon and put it in the live version that's sort of what you get. All of the kids were absolutely beyond engaged and excited to see the show. For us parents, mildly entertaining, but definitely it had its high points. Seeing a chubby middle aged man in a Spandex rhino suit was giggle enducing to say the least. If they come again, we will be going. However, I recommend to the Shreveport Municipal auditorium to definitely open the cocktail bar for the parents. It would've made it a lot more palatable for the grown ups.

This is what I was thinking as we took our almost impossible to amuse 5 yr old and slightly too old for the show 11 yr old. The answer is a resounding YES! The Kratt brothers not only know their animals, they KNOW how to engage kids and make them LAUGH! My 11 yr old watched them when he was younger & joined right in. Not even one complaint that he couldn t play on his electronics or do some other big boy thing! IMPRESSIVE! My shy five year old was yelling back answers to the brothers, and talking non-stop about the animals, and belly-laughing like crazy!! Keep up the good work Kratt Bros...we love you!!
