Regular Box Office Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm These hours DO NOT apply during the Stampede. The ticket office is open Daily during the 10 days of Stampede from 11:00am until 10:00pm.

Box Office Location: Located directly in front of the Grandstand. Note: Please arrive at Ticket office early if picking up tickets. During the Stampede, customers picking up their tickets at the Stampede Ticket office on the day of their show must give their names at the Pass Gates to gain entry into the park. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.
