Box Office Location: Located in the Casino entrance area. Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and **GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID**. Customers without ID may be refused entry into the Casino. Refunds for concert tickets will not be given as a result. Everyone attending events in the Entertainment Centre and entering the Casino ** MUST BE OVER 19 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE WITH THEM GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID**. Without the proper ID entry will be refused and Refunds will not be issued.
