- Regular Season (October 1 - May 19) Monday - Friday 12:00pm to 5:00pm The Box Office will remain open evenings when an event is scheduled until 1 hour after the beginning of the event. If a weekend event is scheduled, the Box Office will open at least 4 hours prior to the event start time. - Summer Season (May 20 - September 30) Monday - Friday 12 noon to 5:00pm NOTE: The Box Office will remain open evenings when an event is scheduled until 1 hour after the beginning of the event. Weekends and Holidays: The Box Office will open at least 4 hours prior to the event start time, and will remain open until 1 hour after the beginning of the event.

Payment details. Cash, Visa, MC, AMX, ATM Cards (debit card) for Coliseum events only, Checks with ID**Checks are only accepted from in state banks, 15 banking days prior to event, for non-concert events**

NOTE: The XL Center does not allow alternate pick up names for will call. Guests who have ordered tickets via phone/internet will need to present proper photo ID and the credit card used to charge the tickets. Both must be under the same name. Customers may pick up their tickets anytime the box office is open the day of the event. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and two forms of ID, including a photo ID.
