Tickets purchased online or over the phone will be given the option for Will Call to be picked up at the Taco Bell Arena Box Office (M-F 10am-5pm). On the day of the event, tickets not already picked up will be available at the Will Call table one (1) hour before gates open in front of the Idaho Botanical Garden Administrative Office. Photo ID of original purchaser REQUIRED. VIP Tables purchased directly through the Garden will not be mailed, but will be held at the IBG Administrative Office available for pick up during office hours (M-F: 9am-4pm) until the day of the show where they will then be at the Will Call table one hour prior to gates opening. You may also choose to manage your own tickets with the e-Ticket (print-at-home or mobile) option.
