The actual performers were great and put on a great show...

Overall, great time! Well organized and professional. Great crowd! Did floor seating for the 1st time and it was awful! Don't do it! Unless you can afford center seating, which is usually a couple $100. Ladies wear some cute flats! Dress comfortably. Long concert. Can best enjoy if you are cute AND comfortable! Bring a cute jacket gets chilly around 9PM. Food is awful! Just about everything is fried and loaded with salt/grease. If you can't handle fried food, eat before! For a 6 hour concert, healthier food options would be nice! Drinks are expensive! Might want to get your drink and eat on before the concert. Try to arrive early before people arrive late on CP time and things get chaotic. Lines are longer and it becomes more difficult to move around between 7:30PM-8:30PM. Overall, well worth it! Wonderful time for those who love, jazz, old school/new school R&B!

He was late but provided a GREAT show, sound issue durning KEM sucked & the exit after the concert was horrible .... more exits should be available instead of just one for the whole arena

Charlie Wilson was still going strong around 1 a.m. when we left. An early rain didn't dampen the spirit of the crowd for good music. Ledisi, Eric Benet, Kem and Charlie all gave their all. Our first time at the Fest and looking forward to next year already.

This event was nice and relaxing. I had fun hanging out for a girls night out but would also love to bring back my spouse.

Loved the show. I will go again. The workers there were great.

Everyone that performed was great even the new talent introduced. Monica kinda took the concert down because she talked too much and sung others songs. Our seating was great, love aisle seats next time hopefully not the aisle used by ticket holders to get to the seats on the field, very distracting, not to mention you are bumped with purses, etc. Overall great concert.

This year's music festival was great. The line up was great with a great mix of artist. Frankie Beverly and the O'Jays stole the show as usual. However, Monica and Jaheim was also great.

It was wonderful! From the atmosphere to the performances, I will definitely be returning next year and years to come.

The food, atmosphere, performers and people were spectacular! I cannot wait to see the lineup for next year!

The name may have changed through the years, but this music festival continues to be one of the best every year! Top entertainers like Charile Wilson, The O'Jays and Maze featuring Frankie Beverly get - and KEEP - the crowd jumping!

First time seeing Maze and Frankie Beverly and it was AMAZING! These new artists aint got nothing on the ole school! The Ojays and Midnight Star made the younger performers look tired! LOL

Nice need tickets for next year trying to go next year this is for grown folks

I thought the show was enjoyable overall. There were some low spots , it needs to be kept upbeat. Artists like the Temptations and O' Jays are the back bone of a show like this not to mention Kem and Charlie Wilson. More headliners for a show of this caliber will put it over the top! Tom Joyner was Great! Are DVD's available they should be .

Everyone put on a good show, however, I was a little disappointed that Kem didn't sing more of his own songs. His tribute to others was a nice touch, but I didn't come to hear him sing other people hit songs!

I had a wonderful time at the Macy's Music Festival in Cincinnati. It was everything i had hoped and more. Frankie Beverly is still going strong at 65. The O'Jays stole the show with some of their greatest hits. Jaheim set the stage for every man in the house by singing his sexy love songs to get the women in the mood. it was a wonderful night. Worth every penny.

Had a great time at the concert. I loved the Eric Benet, sang for his life, the Temptations were awesome, the O Jays were timeless, Ledisi made want to buy her CD's Kem was off the chart, and Frankie Beverly and Maze were super GREAT. However, New school artists slow down the conert. We come to party and to be entertained. New school has very little skills in entertaining. Overall i had a blast.

This two day show was excellent! Charlie Wilson (& Gang) put on the most amazing show I have seen in years. It was a real SHOW. Cincinnati was very welcoming and meeting people throughout Ohio and the midwest was fabulous. I think it's great that this has been a part of Cincinnati history for the past 50 years. All of the artists put on exceptional shows as well; especially Kem, Jaheim, O'Jays. Just amazing!

It is the best festival in the summer in the Midwest.

I surprised my husband with tickets to this event. It was raining as the concert started, but that did not dampen the spirits of the crowd. As each act finished you kept thinking that the next one could not be better, but each time, it was! I can't wait to go back next year and take my daughters.

We were slightly discouraged by the rain that came through Friday. However the storm passed, and the music continued. Ledisi is full if energy, as well as Kem and Eric B. Over all, the entire show was fantastic! Thank u!

This was the first time that I attended this concert. It was an enjoyable event and a great weekend get-a-way with my friends. Friday night was my favorite of the two nights. I was somewhat concerned about Frankie Beverly's voice. I pray for his healing and strength.

The venue was excellent for an outdoor concert setting. The line up for Friday night was exceptional and some performances were outstanding!( Ledeci, Kem and Charlie Wilson!!!) All of the other performers should have just stayed at home. On the other hand, the crowd was a little too ghetto with the weed smoking, and outlandish outfits.

My husband & I had an AWESOME time! What a great event, one BIG PARTY. We had a BLAST! We are definitely returning next year!

Concert was good. Issues with Kem's microphone was disappointing but the overall event was good.

this year's music festival was over the top. the number of wonderful artist was awesome. P & G did an outstanding job.

This was my 1st time attending CMF and I enjoyed my time there. The Friday line up was the best. I enjoyed the entertainment on Fountain Square as well. Too many people but it was great.

My family enjoyed the event. Nice mixture of entertainment for old and young. My youngest is 16.

The overall performances were nice if you could see them without looking on the video screen. The stage was split in two sections with the equipment in the middle. I strategically placed myself in the $60 seats (sec#154 Row#12 Seat 8). I should have had a nearly perfect view from the side (if the stage was setup properly). I had to look on the screen or try to see threw the mesh on stage. I could not see too much of anything. I was going to buy floor seats. I am ecstatic that I did not waste my money. If you were not sitting towards the side with sec#126, you could not see too much of anything due to the obstructed view. If the stadium, promoters, stage crew (or whoever is in charge of the stage setup) cannot get it together next year, I will not be back. A lot of people make this a group trip, which is what we did, but not again. I will go to shop at the outlet mall and call it a day.

Usher was late and he then sang off a track. I could have pulled up you tube to see him dance. Frantasia, normally put on a good performance,she didn't this year. I've attend the fest for the last three years and Saturday night performance (line up) was the worst.

This was such a awesome event and can not wait til next year. I had the best time

This year's Cincinnati Music Festival had much to offer musically for everyone, R&B, Soul, Neo-soul and a little Hip Hop. Each act gave you non-stop entertainment without dragging it out between acts. Looking forward to next year July 26th, 27th and 28th.

I absolutely love coming to this event and look forward to it every year!! I love seeing so many people come together to have a good time! Heartwarming!!

The concert both nights met my expectations. Full of great talent we really enjoyed ourselves.

I was surprised to see Ro James, Anthony Hamilton and Confunction, but they all were good. My girl Fantasia stole the show! I wish she was the headliner. I was totally disappointed with Usher..... The show started on time, there were two stages so when one finished the next performer was ready to go - with the exception of Usher. Usher messed up the flow of everything. We waited over an hour for him to start, the big screens were not working properly (I don't know if that was part of his act), and he didn't have a live band! I will never pay to see Usher again. We left after 15 minutes of his act.

Need more staff to check tickets and escort patrons to seats. A line of people blocked our view well into 2nd act. Took forever to screen people to enter main floor. Very confusing finding your seats.

Apparently the sound system only worked in the lower seating sections because there were no speakers up near the nosebleeds. It made for a poor experience. The artists were entertaining from what I "saw" because I could hardly hear them in section 345. How is it I can hear just fine when they're throwing a football across a field in this stadium but I can't hear anything at a music concert?

I really enjoyed myself and will be attending next year. The music was great with a variety if different types of music, and the weather was great it wasn't hot at all. It was a breezy night perfect for dancing.

Show was great. I thought that the graphics was too much for Usher's performance.

Both shows for Friday and Saturday was great. The only issue I had was that both shows ended on the same side/ stage.

My husband and I have attended the Music Festival over 10 years for the past 3 years we have taken a break do to the repeat of line ups! This was one of the best line up ever! My husband and I attended both nights, Friday night was the best EVER I was on my feet the entire show. :) YES! Mary J "killed it" Kem "wow" BVD took you back to your childhood. I do believe BVD set was short they could've stayed on the stage longer. Saturday line up was good Fantasia always put on a good show. Anthony Hamilton was good. En Vogue set was too short. Usher he was late and talking to much on stage. Ro James was good. Overall, good show, line up and people. Next year, I would like to see XSCAPE,OJAYS, Ledisi ,Monica and Bruno Mars to name a few.

This was my first concert and it was awesome. I'm big 90's girl!

Great performers, Cincinnati also had several events going on downtown all weekend, to make it a great weekend experience. Will keep coming back.

Kem and Fantasia were fantastic but I was not impressed with Usher

Usher needs to bring a band or stay at home. Really was disappointing. Mary J needs counseling and stop venting on stage. Leave the DJ mixing out.

Unforgettable experience.....the line up was some of the best and memorable artists across generations that there was something for just about everyone. Each and every artist gave us a "show" and everything flowed. It was definitely worth my ticket admission (floor seats). This was my first time in Cincy and I did not know how beautiful the city is! An added bonus was the free music/vendor fest going on during the day at Fountain Square. My only complaint would be when Kem was on stage and there were some technical issues with the sound for about 10 minutes and we couldn't hear him. But he kept on singing and when it got back on...he was right on beat. But these things happen and I only mentioned because I saw someone post it in a negative light and it was not that bad at all. I will definitely come back to Cincinnati!

This event was great and the the artist were spectacular.

The show was awesome!!! Weather was beautiful, crowd was electric, and performers gave their all!!! There were some technical issues when Kem was on but they were resolved.

I enjoyed myself from the beginning of the festival to the end. All the performer was great. The food was good. The vendors had so much free stuff to give. I can't wait until next year. Already planning.

What an amazing time this weekend at the Jazz Festival in Cincinnati. The weather was awesome, all groups were fantastic and if it wasn't a sell-out, it sure looked as if it were! This is my birthday weekend and I come every year as my celebration to self! I meet wonderful people, party with people from Chicago, Cleveland and Detroit; it's a fabulous time! Mary J Bligue put on a fabulous show on Friday, as did Kem; I missed the first 2 acts. I missed the first 2 acts on Saturday too, but Anthony Hamilton, Fantasia and Usher tore the roof off. Thank you P&G for sponsoring; it was a fun time. I'm looking forward to next year!

Entire weekend (both nights) was excellent....My wife and I are already making plans to attend next year. Only problem was the $11.50 24 oz cans of Bush beer, and $12.00 Po-Boys (picture included)

I loved the organization of the vendors, the timeliness and the perfomances. It was great to see such a large body of people together enjoying music, food and drink without incident.

The overall concert was amazing!! Absolutely flawless. I enjoyed every minute of it.

Fun times, enjoyed every act both days, would recommend this to anyone.

It was amazing. We had a lots of fun sight seeing, buying things, and of course eating:-). Charlie Wilson still looking good. K Michelle & Chrisette Michelle beautiful voices. Ms Keyshia Cole beautiful, but dairy of a mad black women (lol) we would love to see more of her, but because it rain so hard we had to shut down for bout 30 min. The Cincinnati Music Festival was so enjoyable from SWV to En Vogue to BBD to KEM and last but not least Mary J. Blige. Every last performer gave it their all it was an awesome musical weekend.

Cincinnati Music Festival was Explosive!!! All the acts gave us stellar performances from Anthony Hamilton to Usher to Fantasia. This was the best Cincinnati Music Festival by far!!

5 hours of great entertainment! Totally worth every penny!

The performers were great although Usher took along time to come perform, I didn't stay long enough to see him , I got tired of waiting. Along with that I couldn't handle being surrounded by all the people smoking marijuana, cigars and cigarettes, that just made it a awful experience for me. I have asthma along with allergy problems. So I had to force myself to stay and watch the performers because We paid to see the show but I suffered because of all the smoking . Maybe security should walk around more to stop people from smoking marijuana along with cigars and cigarettes, not everyone enjoys that and shouldn't have to suffer and be miserable .

I'm a die hard Cincy music fest fan. I truly had an extraordinary time and was impressed by all of the acts. Great music, venue, fans, and weather. USHER on the other hand was late. We sat for about 45 minutes waiting for him to hit the stage. All of the other performers came out in a reasonable time including the other headliner, but NO we had to wait for USHER. Strike 1. So after all that waiting...he had the audacity to be lip syncing. Yep you heard it from me he WAS NOT singing. He spent a lot of time making sure his headset speaker was right in front of his mouth to hide the obvious. I paid to hear USHER, not his track. Strike 2. Oh did I mention the DJ and no live band. He is a superstar that came out like a sideshow bob act. EVERY other performer had a live band. If EnVogue can pay to have one what was your excuse??? Strike 3. As all USHER fans know he has a great musical catalog. So WHY can someone tell me WHY would you take time out of YOUR show to perform songs by other artists. Pardon me USHER but that was NOT what we wanted. Strike 4. You're a great dancer, that is about all. SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE REAL PERFORMERS THAT SHOWED UP ON TIME, WITH THEIR BAND, AND ACTUALLY SANG. I APPRECIATE YOU AND WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT YOU. usher please get your life together.

All of the performers were great. However, more need to be done with the sound production. Half of the time, I couldn't understand what the performers were saying.

Ro James started the show, this was an awesome surprise since I didn't know he was performing. Confunkshun took us back to some old school jams. Anthony Hamilton put on a great show as always. I'm never disappointed with his performance. This was my 1st time seeing Fantasia and Usher. Fantasia blew me away. Vocals are strong and I loved her interaction with the audience. Usher is a great entertainer and he put on a great show with his hits from past to present. I loved this music festival. The best one I have been to ever. Definitely going back. I went to this show solo and the vibe and energy was positive and fun.

The Cincinnati Music Festival was the best time I've had in years! I danced all weekend! I went to all three events, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The acts were amazing, the people were nice, the city was beautiful, even the police were nice and helpful. I willl be back next year.

Every act was good but I would have to label Mary J Blige and Fanatasia as great!!! There were a couple issues with sound with Kem and Anthony Hamilton but they were quickly fixed. Usher was an hour late however and was lip syncing (not good). He did try to redeem himself halfway through his set. All and all I had a wonderful time. The atmosphere at the festival is always awesome.

Anthony Hamilton was great. Fantasia was a pleasant surprise. She took us to church! Usher sang all his songs, danced and put on a great show.

I cannot believe we waited over an hour for Usher and he was lip singing and had no band. His performance was horrible I really wish Fantasia would have been the headliner. I really enjoyed all the other performers outside of Usher. If he is in the line up again I will not attend.

Fantasia should be headlining based on her performance.

This year's line up was AMAZING but the sound quality was horrible. The music seemed far louder than the vocals, missed too much of Kem due to sound going out & you could barely hear Usher. I was disappointed that a lot of the artists didn't sing as much but relied on the crowd singing. I paid decent money to hear them & not us. The searing on the field was HORRIBLE. The chairs are far too close to where I can ever feel comfortable dancing where I sat. Even though I paid more money for field seats, I felt my view was worse the the stadium seating. My only viewing point was the monitors which cut to stupid graphics during a lot of Usher's performance. Lastly the weed smoking was out of control this year. This is my biggest complaint as it severely negatively impacted mine & my boyfriend's experience. We will definitely be reconsidering whether or not we purchase tickets next year as this year was our 2nd & was hoping to make it an annual event.

Amazing Show, Awesome Talent, Great scheduling of acts who performed ontime with minimal wait time between acts.

They didn't direct us how to get to the stadium we had to follow others. Once we were there we had to find our seats and get around. They started a half hour late and the sound system wasn't the quality I was expecting!!!

I enjoyed this Cincinatti festival. The line up was incredible! Fantasia showed up and showed out! Babyface wowed us and New Edition! They reminded us of why we love them so. BBD, Johnny Gill and a little bit from Mr. Sensitivity sent us right into orbit! We partied the whole night.

Hadn't been to the fest since it was called Macy's Music Fest. I will be back next year and plan to make it a weekend. Only issue was the sound for KEM. Glad they did finally get that fixed. Perfect weather.

Always a good time in Cincinnati the whole city is a big party with no problems. All adults coming together to enjoy good entertainment...and that's just what we did. Thanks for another great weekend in Cincinnati Ohio.

The performances by Lela James, Ledisi and Charlie Wilson were outstanding, each act represented their craft wonderfully. Unfortunately its time for Frankie Beverly to retire, his vocals were horrible the band however still sounds good. The stadium was extremely hot, and no ventilation making the heat nearly unbearable. Additionally, there was no one to direct patrons to their seats, it was like being at an Easter Egg hunt. The festival sponsors did a great job to accomondate the crowd, Bounty passed out much needed paper towels and Always passed out fans!

Had a blast! Dance like nobody is watching! Every artist performed and gave a top notch show!

I enjoyed the 2 day festival, the first day Kem, BBD and Mary J Blige were good the second day Con Fund Shun, Anthony Hamilton were good but Fantasia was excellent. I was disappointed in Usher not having a band and using a dj and En Voguue singing too many of other people songs..Overall it was a good show. I would never go to another show in a stadium that I don't get my tickets early I was on the field and I could not see the stage that good. I am use to have great seats.
