I absolutely loved the show! I went with my mother and we took my best friends 2 year old, she has been obsessed with Peppa Pig for months and my mom saw an event for Peppa Pig Live! and we bought tickets right away! We had a great time, although the snacks and drinks were a little over priced we still enjoyed what was offered to us! Especially the hot pretzels with cheese! Seating wise, we were seated in balcony C, row J, seats 111-113. Perfect seating for my best friends daughter to see! She had sooo much fun dancing and singing along that she still hasn't stopped talking about the show yet! The little girl behind us kept spitting on the 3 of us and hit me in the head with her spinning Peppa Pig toy. The mother apologized but the kid still continued to spit on us and the parents did nothing! But all in all, we absolutely enjoyed the show, it was definitely worth the money! We will definitely be going again, due to my best friend missing out on the one we went to.

My daughter loves, loves, loves Peppa Pig! She literally danced the show away. So much singing and dancing! The cast always asks for the children and even the parents to participate in the show by singing, dancing and helping "push" a ball! The colors, the sounds and the characters were great! I would definitely take my daughter to see Peppa Pig Live again!

Theme was ok but the overall production of the show was not worth the ticket prices. It was hard to keep the kids entertained because it was boring. The characters were also confusing to the kids as they seen the actors moving them around! Not suitable for any age.

The sets were very minimal, and the adults in our group were disappointed with the little characters not being in a "costume" like the mama and daddy pig. Instead they were giant bobble heads on wheels that were moved about on stage by the people in black that were controlling them. Half the performance the people in black, doing the voices, were standing up behind/beside their characters and clearly visible. We felt the cost of the ticket ($50) was RIDICULOUS, seeing as we paid the same amount last year to see Frozen on Ice, and it was real people skating with real sets and characters. We couldn't understand the words, songs, etc because they were talking so fast. The girls (both 3 years old) cried because they couldn't "meet Peppa" and it would've been a much nice experience had there been a "photo experience" setup in the lobby where they could've gotten their picture made....that is where the bobble head Peppa would've been appropriate.

The show was cute, but definitely overpriced. Peppa and all her friends are puppets with people behind. The souvenirs were scarce and the ones they were selling were plain and super overpriced! Nothing where to take a picture before the show that showed it was peppa. To top it off had to pay $20 for parking, and the people were rude at valet. Will not be going back to this show unless they make improvements.

Cute show but if your kid is older than 3 or 4, don't waste your money. The worst part of the show is that the characters are puppets and the puppeteers are in all black. That's fine if the background was black, since the paint is to blend in. But the back ground was lime green. So being dressed in black made them stand out big time.

My daughter loved the show! The show was super cute. I think the show should have had more interaction with the audience. They should've had at least balloons falling down or paper in the shape of drops since it's about splashing. Also when you come in the arena to see the show they didn't have anything where kids can take pictures with a PEPPA pig background. The toys and clothes being sold at the arena were expensive.

My daughter loved that she could see her favorite TV characters live however as a parent I felt the performance could be more interactive. It was just the right length for small children's but it lacked that excitement. Overall and more importantly daughter loved it and that is what matters.

I think they should of had the show somewhere else. If you had Floor seats alot of the little kids had to stand in there parents laps. Then I didn't like how they had the people pushing peppa and her friends. They should of had everyone in the same custume as mummy and daddy pig. I wish i would read reviews before I paid.

My 5 year old was so excited to see Peppa Pig live and when we get there it's people behind the characters talking and moving them around. I think they could have done a better job at making it alil more realistic. I like how they included the audience in their acts. They also jumped in muddy puddles but my daughter noticed there was no muddy puddle or anything that looked like it. They could have colored the floor brown. I just felt like it wasn't the best show.

Worst live children's show we've seen. All the children characters (peppa, George & friends) are small stuffed characters on wheels that adults push around the stage. You can see the adults moving & speaking for the characters plain as day. The adult characters (mom & dad pig) are adults in costumes as they should be. My 4 year old was confused & disappointed that Peppa & friends were "fake" but the adult characters (mom& dad pig) were "real"!

I'm not sure what to say regarding this event. It was VERY disappointing from an adult perspective; however, I believe my 3 yr old enjoyed herself (I forced her to be interactive with the show). Let me first start by saying this event had a lot of songs (but only 1 that the kids would know from the tv program) and it was interactive for the kids. But for an adult, I was really annoyed with the production aspect of this show. The characters were like large stuffed animal puppets to which adults dressed in black were behind the puppets pushing them around on wheel and had a control to move their mouths (only moved slightly though). The adults behind the characters were TO BE SEEN and did the voiceovers for each character, but they would at times hide behind the (life-sized) puppet. There seemed to be just a staff of about 6-10 ppl running the entire show. The story line didn't make sense since by the end they never retouched on if the "roof of the school was repaired!" The show in itself was an HOUR long with an intermission and it started about 20 mins late. When I found out it was only an hour long when we were waiting for the show to begin I was certainly disappointed. But by the end of the show I was thankful it was only a hour because it was just disappointing. For the money we paid for these seats and for the items sold in the lobby, had I known, I WOULD HAVE FOUND SOMETHING ELSE PEPPA PIG TO TAKE MY CHILD TO. .

The theatre that the event was held at was perfect for a children's performance. The event itself was horrible, the characters were puppets on scooters with the puppeteers walking behind them wearing black. You didn't know who to look at the puppets or the puppeteers what a distraction. Mommy Pig and Daddy Pig and Mr.Bull were the only ones in a costume. Once intermission came my 3 yr old was crying to leave she lost interest really quick.

My daughter is 4.5 and I felt like the show was a bit young for her. For one thing, it was very short\u2014total running time one hour (30 minute Act I, followed by a 15 minute intermission and a 30 minute Act II). Also, the production values were a little lacking and felt amateur-ish (puppeteers were visible and the props relied heavily on fluorescent paint and black light!). Again, had my daughter been younger, I think we would have enjoyed it more, but at her age we didn t feel like we got our money s worth. Disney Live was a much bigger hit, if you are choosing between the two.

You must jump in muddy puddles to really enjoy life. Peppa is a perfect entertainment for the 18 months to 5-year-old set. She makes them happy without excess noise, and a hint of vulgarity, or even the scent of rubbish that comes from the rest of our media. Your child might pick up an English accent and start asking when you're going on "holiday." Madeline 2, and Mercy 4 were utterly entranced.

This show was fun, lively, and very exciting for my daughter. She danced in the aisle with all the rest of the kids for most of the show. I will say to carefully check show time start. I did not realize that "Doors 5pm" meant the show didn't start until 6. We were there by 4:30 and an hour and a half wait for a 3 year old's idol was a little much. Also, skip the VIP ticket. Not worth the money for the after party which meant being escorted to a room after the show to color a picture, have pink lemonade and a granola bar while waiting to take a picture with a paper mache Peppa and George. You are then escorted directly out of the room after your picture is taken.

For the amount of the tickets this performance was not very good. I brought my 7 y.o. grand-daughter and she was ready to leave before intermission. She thought that the way the people were behind the characters moving them around was pretty stupid. Now if they were all life size as was Daddy & Mommy pig it would have been much better. So not a good show. Also the venue's popcorn machine broke and all the other children around had popcorn and I went to get some and they did not have any. Another disappointment, especially for the 4 y.o. that came also. Not a good experience.

My granddaughter, age 3, enjoyed the show until she got tired about 7:15 PM. The show is an hour and a half and started at 6 PM. There was a 20 minute intermission to buy souvenirs. I think the show started too late, as many people started leaving by 7 o'clock or at intermission. At the Paramount theater there was only one restroom and the wait was incredible. The audience could not hear any of the play as it was so noisy and the volume was not loud enough and the characters were pretty small on the stage. We had great seats but I felt badly for those in the back and in the balcony.

Such a sweet show! My daughter loves everything Peppa Pig and this show was no exception! Wish the fall tour was coming to Springfield! I think they did an excellent job in making Peppa Pig into a live show. They portrayed the characters just like on the TV show and the voices were exactly the same. I thought they did a good job in engaging the audience and keeping the kids entertained. I will warn parents to be aware of the over priced items that they sell at the show. I bought my 2 kids the flashing wand that spins around and my son accidentally dropped his and it immediately broke. I felt like I was ripped off after spending 20 bucks on some cheap plastic. Other than that, the show was great and the kids really enjoyed themselves.

We were very underwhelmed and disappointed in this show. The puppets were controlled by cast members who were completely visible and out in the open. Peppa Pig Live to me means Peppa Pig Live. Peppa Pig, George and her friends were oversized stuffed toys that people in black wheeled around the stage.Their mouths didn't even move. This was so disappointing. While my 3 year old seemed to like the music and danced a bit, it definitely didn't hold her attention. $50 each ticket plus tax and we decided it should be a family experience, so $200. People were actually leaving during intermission!

The show was great for kids. my 2&4 yr olds loved it. they didnt care that there were puppets controlled and voiced by visible people. I think it was a little pricey for what the show was but thats life i guess. The place ran out of popcorn and pretzels and everyone thought the world ended. I got our concessions in the beginning and had no issues with that.

Well it was sold out my son has been in love with this show for years and it was the first time it was coming to the USA so of course we had to go... venue was was very overwhelming with families for one night only.. show was ok on my end but my son sung every word like he does home since he knows the shows word for word his priceless smiles and looks of joy were enough for me... but over priced drinks and snacks they ran out over merchandise which was a bummer but otherwise my son who is autistic loved every minute of it so I thank you peppa pig for coming all the way from poultons park to Syracuse ny for one night.. I surely wish the peppa pass was cheaper than $175 per person cuz I might have bought them but not at that price sorry...

Nice time out with your toddler or preschooler but little ones lose interest after a half hour. Maybe not have intermission and make it an hour or just over? Good to see Peppa and her family and friends live though. Exciting for adults too, to see the plots with which we are familiar, blended! My husband said too much singing though and I sort of agree but can understand why they would include lots of songs. Can you imagine little ones engaged in lots of dialogue? But maybe action...also have real or prop water as muddy puddles!!

We love peppa pig, and all the awesome characters. It was very surprising to see the humans a dressed in black, behind each puppet. We loved the papa and mama pig character; but clearly they were also the human from Another character. It was a lot of money for this type of performance. They needed more people, and people INSIDE costumes. My 3rd old liked it; but we kept telling him How great it was. We didn't say anything negative, but we were a bit bummed. Even the title says "the big splash" and nothing splashed.... A sound effect? That's all. Kind of lame. Sorry.

I took my Peppa pig obsessed 18 month old son to see this show and it was just too much for him. We've seen Daniel Tiger live and that was fine for him but this particular show is very loud and interactive which means a massive amount of children yelling and screaming and roaring throughout which caused my son to get startled and cry on and off. I think this show is great for kids 3+ but if you have a young toddler, or a kid who's particularly sensitive or jumpy, this show may not be for you at this time.

When she got home and talked to her dad two hours after the show the excitement of her telling him about everything was priceless. The only downfall for me was the snacks with Peppa afterward! Would have been nice if they offered more than cookies as some kids have allergy and we were not able to partake in the snake I had paid for, fruit would be a nice option.

My son was very excited to see Peppa Pig live. These tickets were a Christmas gift and he's waited 2 months for the show. It was very disappointing. Instead of actors dressed as live characters, they were basically actors pushing around child sized bobble heads. I was very shocked and disappointed to see the only characters in full costume were the "adults" of the show (Peppa's parents, etc.) As the actors (dressed in all black) paraded around the stage pushing these life size bobble heads around, it was very confusing to my child. As a "LIVE" event, we expect to see all actors dressed in complete full costume. This was not the case. My friend in Oklahoma asked me to let her know how the show was so she could decide to take her kids. I took a picture of the stage showing the actors and she agreed it was not worth the money. My son was disappointed and confused so we left shortly after intermission. Had I known this is how the show was going to be, I would not have spent $90 on tickets + the extra we spent on merchandise.

Giving the show an "Average" rating not for the performers and stage presence but for the acoustics and merchandise costs. This was the show at Asbury Park and we couldn't hear the main character Daisy or Peppa from Orch row W (right under where the top balcony seats start). Luckily the kids were still excited by seeing the characters and dancing in the aisles. Beware they were selling lighted spinner wands for $20 each. Every child wanted one when they saw them. This was an adults opinion, overall the kids, ages 3 & 5 had a good time and said they wanted to go again! I would recommend for the theater experience and the enjoyment the children have.

The production and sound quality was terrible. I felt like the scenery was from a school play. It was very hard to hear what the characters were saying. I wish all the characters were people inside the costumes and not people walking around moving the puppets around. My kids did have a great time and loved the show. They are 2 & 5 years old so they don't know any better. If they didn't have fun then i definitely would have tried to have gotten my money back! For spending $65 per tix I would have expected A LOT more!

Not worth the time or money. Could not hear or understand anything (we had good seats) Performed 35 mins, 20 min break then played 35 mins. Total garbage

For the price I expected more. Wish it was more interactive with the audience. Would be good for a $25 ticket but not for a $50 per person tickets

All of the small characters are basically large puppets with real people standing behind them and controlling them in plain sight of the children. They should of made them larger and had smaller people playing their roles. Mr. Bull and Daddy pig were great.

Not sure if it was the venue or the actual production but the sound was not great. Cute show, just wish we could hear it all.

It was disappointing. The figures are moved around by sticks and people stand and sing behind them. They started the show before people even entered the venue. Just not with the money .

The show was interactive. However, I was very disappointed because they had peppa and everybody else being pushed around the stage..it would've been much better if they actually had Peppa and wasn't a manakin.

Totally not worth $50 a ticket. The puppets were strange as the actor pranced around stage with them

The actors at times werent talking loud enough so we could barely hear what they were saying! The actor playing peppa was the worst of all, sounded like she had a cold no comparison to the voice compared to the other characters were decent.

Unfortunately we couldn't hear any one or participate because we were in the 2nd mezzanine and there were no speakers provided. My daughter loves Peppa Pig but was very upset that she couldn't hear her. The show is targeted for a younger audience and should be more interactive in order to hold the children's interest and attention. A smaller venue would be able to provide that.

The first half of show was cute and kept the children singing and dancing however after a brief intermission my 3 year old daughter was hysterical crying by the end of show to go home. Many of the children in the area we were sitting in Upper Mezzanine were losing interest it appeared.

Show was OK for 3 year old kids, songs were catchy, I liked the puppets/characters. On the negative side: there was no story to follow, just a few loosely connected sketches. The worst part was the acoustics - we could catch and understand every 10th word of so- we could mostly hear a loud booming noisy jumble of sound.

There is limited interaction with the audience, or maybe I just couldn't hear any of it, because on the seats I had, I could not hear a word! Also, there were only 7-8 characters from the TV program. I give 3* given my kids enjoyed seeing Peppa & George.

The story and music for the show were amazing but you could not hear. I am not sure why the volume wasn't turned up more. I was often having to tell my son what was happening since he could not hear to follow the story line. Very sad for how much I paid for tickets!

I purchased second row tickets for my daughter and I. We went backstage and all! Very disappointed the characters were small and controlled by girls. Even George and Pedro. Then didn't sound anything like the show. They were puppets of full size characters. And backstage you took a picture with the puppet and the puppet master. So weird. Not worth the money.

I've never been to a show where the characters are puppets that their "voice" person runs around on stage with. The kids didn't seem to mind or get it, but I wish all of the characters would have been people in costumes. My niece was also asking if she could hug Peppa but they never came out after the show. That was disappointing. They were very interactive with the crowd, and my niece was happy to jump, clap or dance along. She had a great time, but her autistic brother did not. The crowd, venue nor the show is good for high functioning autistic kids. The overpriced light up wand was our only saving grace for him.

Not what we expected. Didn't realize the characters wouldn't be in costume.. rather they have puppeteers behind them.

The show was cute but wasn't great. My main issue was the size of the characters. They were hard to see from the fourth level, where we were on. The people behind the "puppets"/characters are very visible and triple the size of the characters. Therefore it's really hard to look past them. The backdrop/scene is hand painted wood, something you would expect from a high school drama club show. For the amount of money they receive in sales, it's disappointing. Again, it's cute and it had my kid engaged for most of the time but I expected more for a $150 night out.

My granddaughter of 4 loved the show. It had the right combination of music, action, audience participation, and was easy to understand for her first stage show. Bring extra money for the toys they sell at the show as your kid will want one.

My only issue was that it was very loud the first half; like ear splitting but enough people complained and the second half was way better. I would also recommend calling the venue as the site made it seem like the seats were lower and we were a level higher up than I thought which was a bit dizzying at first. However the show was great! It was so interactive and we danced and had fun!

Sound was awful. There were people pushing around big dolls and voicing them. They were all too high pitched so we couldn't understand anything. They should have prerecorded them using the real voices from the show.

The show was pretty good, my granddaughter enjoyed it. However, the party pass was such a waste of money. Advertised that you would each receive a gift, healthy snacks and a photo with the pigs. Well the gift was a rubber band for your wrist and a sticker. This was all worth less than one dollar. And they would not give me one!. What a joke. The healthy snacks were water from a dispenser, and "our compliments" granola bar or fruit gushers. This is not healthy food in any way. The photo was done by some amateur with a basic camera, and posted to a web site. And only one photo per group no matter how many passes you bought. I felt so ripped off.

Our daughter has lost interested in Peppa Pig over the past couple of months however; we had tickets in hand and we were going to make the most of it and have a great time anyway. We were happy to learn while there that the Paramount allows snacks/drinks for kids events which was a very nice surprise given the show started at 6:00pm which is dinner time for us. Thank God for the snacks because it's what got us through the whole show. Our daughter was bored and honestly so was my husband and I. The storyline of the show was really lacking. They did several songs and that was the highlight of the show. We also disappointed in how they used full costumes for Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig and, Mr. Bull but, for the rest of the characters they used these small standing puppets of sorts controlled by people in black who controlled all their moves and were their voices. I don't feel Daisy contributed to the plot line in any capacity though I think the woman was a good actress. I'm really sorry to say that this was a really lacking production and wasn't worth large amount of money we paid for them. :( Looks like we will just keep our eyes out for Disney Live when they come to town again, we know that is a hit with us and our daughter.
