What can you say about Billy Joel? Legend - NY Treasure - Music We ve ALL Grown Up With -it was awesome! The staff was great - the sound was great - Billy s voice is still perfection. the lights were beautiful it was a packed house and then for BRUCE to show up made a \u201810 show a \u201815! Loved every minute of it!

I have seen Billy several times and this performance was by far the best! Show was made even better with special guest Bruce!

Show 100! Billy threw out the set list he has been using and mixed things up for show 100. And halfway through announced one of his friends showed up and Springsteen joined up with the Piano Man for two amazing songs- 10th Avenue Freezeout and Born to Run It was a forever memory! As always the Garden Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.

For those of you who admire both of these remarkable artists, this just might be the greatest concert in your lifetime! It is like 3 concerts in one: Billy & Elton at first, then Elton, then Billy, then they finish by coming back together for a couple of songs to top it off.

I wouldn't pay the price when they did the concert in Nashville several years ago and I have regretted it ever since. When I received notice that they would be in St. Louis I was online the first day of the sale just a few minutes after they went on sale. It was worth every penny and more. They came on stage together promptly at 7:30 and the music did not stop until after 11:00 p.m. There were no breaks, intermissions. I have never been so entertained at a live concert.

When we arrived I thought we had the worst seats in the house behind the stage, but the Face to Face venue made our seats some of the best. Couldn't believe the quality of their performances it truly felt like old friends were playing just for us.

Billy Joel was fantastic. Fun when you know and can sing all the words. Hard to stay seated and not dance to it! Bruce Springsteen as his special guest was incredible. Billy AND Bruce Fantastic!

It was a phenomenal night, taking in the sights and people who were there to show love for an American Idol. Billy Joel has become the next wonder of the world, taking his place next to the head scratching others. His performance couldn t have been better. He is a true legend, sharing his glory with others. I feel so blessed to have made it that night. Thank you so much Billy Joel.

Billy Joel s 100th performance at MSG was simply amazing. He is an awesome artist and gave an unforgettable show. I am so thankful I had the chance to be part of an historical event and see not only the Piano Man, but also the Boss who showed up and added to the excitement of the moment!!

Took my girls to experience Billy Joel. They were up dancing and singing to his music. They had a great time. We love you Billy.

Wow! I always wanted to see Billy Joel in NY and finally got to a show on June 2nd! From the moment we walked in it was amazing. We were approached by someone who upgraded our tickets to 2 Row center stage. We were literally directly in front of Billy!! His show was amazing! We even saw Christie Brinkley and Alexa! Watching Billy and Alexa perform was phenomenal! Unforgettable experience that I will treasure forever!

Sounded great, so much fun best show in a long time

My wife, a couple of buddies and I traveled to MSG to see Billy on my birthday from Philadelphia. It s the second time I ve planned to see him play on that day. He played some 20+ songs(first time I think I ever heard him play Half A Mile Away, even sang happy birthday as he had his 70th on May 9). Had several audience choice selections. Would definitely do it again but would really like to see him in a smaller venue. Other time I saw him for a birthday celebration was at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, about 10,000 seats.

Billy Joel was 2 and a half hours of fine music . U heard and saw why he is named the ' Piano Man' .

Phenomenal show and very entertaining. Billy and his band are truly great musicians. You have to see him at the Garden. The crowd was electric.

Got my husband tickets to the concert for his birthday. Had great seats in section 114. View was perfect. Seats were a little tight but didn t notice that much after concert began. Billy s piano rotated on the stage so all seats had a good view.

Our 1st time seeing Billy Joel and man did he not disappoint. Played so many classic hits and the crowd ate it all up Seats were great and the night was awesome

I have seen Billy Joel perform three previous times over the past 30 years. Without a doubt, like a fine wine, Billy Joel gets better with time. Simply amazing show, so glad we went.

Billy Joel was Fabulous!! He played for 2 hours straight & then came back out for a 30 minute encore. Loved that he gave the Audience choices on which songs he would play from certain Albums. The acoustics at Madison Square Garden were phenomenal. I would highly recommend seeing Billy Joel at this Venue!!!

I ve attended these shows about 6 times in the past 4 years. Billy s pretty much played the same set every time I ve gone with little or no variation in the set list. This 50th consecutive show had a couple of special guests and Billy played a little longer than usual which was awesome. His energy and passion for his music makes for wonderful entertainment. I hope to have his energy at his age which is why - it never gets old !

You know it's great when you can sing along with every song and the live musicians were great! There wasn't a dull moment and his music reaches across generations. Will see him again and he played a half hour past the concert end time. Everyone was singing and dancing in the aisle. No need for fancy sets as his stage rotated so everyone can see him.

This show was fabulous! Been a Billy Joel fan for many years, have seen him many times. Wanted the experience of seeing him in this venue and was thrilled to be part of the 50th consecutive sold out show! Jim Brewer was a fun addition and hearing Nessun Dorma from his band member was just an added bonus! I bought tickets to celebrate my birthday and there was no better way to do that! May be coming back for another show as friends want to see him in this venue as well! Only complaint about the venue is that there are only a few elevators and no down escalators were running. The friend I attended with was unable to walk down five flights of stairs (due to recuperating from a knee injury) to exit the building so we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the elevators.

2 1/2 hours of almost 50 years of hit after hit. Still performing at an amazing level, this is a guy to see if you never see anyone else again.

I purchsed tickets that appeared to be slightly behind stage at a weird angle. Surprised by being able to see everything since there was no backdrop to the stage and piano was on a turntable-like stage.

The energy was awesome from the first song to the very last one. You could tell he was having a blast and it made the concert completely perfect. He is a wonderful performer and I loved hearing him play the piano in person.

At 69 Billy rocked the house for 2 1/2 hours of hits.

The only thing we found troubling was the fact that we could not see the screens because of equipment and the monitor used for hockey. Luckily he rotated (really cool) enough to see him about every other song. The lighting was really WAY too bright and intense and it was too loud ( and I am not that old)!! It was overall a great time!

If you ve never seen Billy Joel perform at Madison Square Garden you ve got to put it on your must-do list! I ve seen Billy play a few times at other venues, and twice with Elton John, but the experience of seeing him at MSG was amazing! At 68 years old he hasn t lost a beat!!

From my seat in section 102, I was looking straight on towards Billy s piano. Playing most of the songs that any of his fans would expect, plus offering a choice of one of two songs from nearly all his albums. Plus, the special guests were Mick Jones & Lou Gramm from Foreigner were a treat. If someone is on the fence about attending one of his concerts\u2014 GO!! He puts on a great show, with a spectacular backing band. And it s nearly 3 hours of nothing but Billy Joel

Billy Joel performed for 2-1/2 hours, and it was like a party for however many thousands of his friends and family. I've run out of adjectives trying to tell people how amazing and fabulous he was. He can really tickle the ivories, and his voice is still pretty strong for a 68-year old. I saw him years ago in Tampa touring with Elton, and that was a great concert - but this was even better. l heartily recommend you see him if you ever have the chance because you're in for a treat. A wonderful experience. A wonderful performer.

I truly was blown away by the Piano Man, his performance was Amazing! He captivated his audience and sang for almost 3 hours. He proved once again that It s Still Rock n Roll to me!

I ve been fortunate enough to have seen Billy Joel from the mid seventies in a little place called the Scranton CYC for $6.50 and dozens of times throughout his career at all different venues including the other night at MSG. He never gets old and he has a way that always seems new even if it isn t! I m sure I ll be buying tickets in the next few weeks for another show coming up in the next few months. Even though my seats seem to be getting farther away from how close I was to the stage in Scranton years ago he makes you feel like he s playing just for you and your guests! His band is tight, and he showcases them. Billy hasn t lost his touch or his voice since the first time I saw him in \u201874. Great show, but he had a terrible, typical SoFla crowd. Two thirds of them arrived late, including the drunk woman in front of me, who arrived after Billy took the stage, and proceeded to use the aisle rail as her dance pole. Despite multiple attempts by security to get her to sit, she wouldn t, and one of her friends threatened violence. Bottom line, even though I carefully chose our seats for line of sight, and paid the price to do so, my entire party spent the entire show watching the Jumbotron because this was our view of the stage.

been to all 3 new years eve shows at the car rental center and a couple of dozen at assorted other venues. he used to jump on to the top of the piano, but that was many, many years ago. for a guy that hasnt put out any new material for 20? years, he receives quite a response to the timelessness & quality of his work. I had heard that he had signed a 3 years contract to appear in sofal. this is his third year, billy, please RE-UP!

This was a makeup show for one that was canceled back in June. Billy acknowledged that and gave us choices for each song. We even got Christmas carols. The tickets were a Birthday gift that was WELL worth the wait. Thank you Piano Man Dec. 20, 2017 Show

What an amazing experience just before Xmas. The place was a sell out and we were all in the mood for a party. Billys voice was amazing and every song was a memory.. I would definitely recommend it x

Billy has a large selections of songs to play, and choose from. He picks an album, and asks the crowd which of these two song they want to hear. So you only get a suggestion of some of your favorites when everyone else out cheers you. The band plays tribute to other artists too, so you get quite a selection of songs. Prince, Elvis, Elton, Jim Morrison, Kingsmen, and others. And a great finale.

Billy Joel lacks excitement does not engage the audience

We have seen ten shows at MSG.....they were all terrific yet slightly different so you just keep coming back for more. His band gets tighter and tighter and each show is better than the last. There is one thing that you can count on.....Billy never disappoints!

Every time I have seen Billy Joel perform live, I am reminded of his talent, his charm, and his voice - all of the attributes that define a great musician. He is the best singer-songwriter of the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries, which is why critics like Ron Rosenbaum, who have never written or performed any pop/rock music, should step aside with their bluster. The "event" that Billy Joel has delivered - from MSG to Lambeau Field - is another fact that reflects his great stamina and heart. I loved Billy from the first time I saw him in 1976 and all of the performances I was lucky enough to attend through 2017 and beyond! Go, Billy! Go!

If you are an old white long islander that wants to feel young again then bring out the finger guns!! This show is for you! Billy Joel adequately brings the fun for anyone whose bedtime is before the ten o clock news!!

Holy cow I never knew Billy jowl was so entertaining sitting behind his piano. He's funny to boot with a great bunch of stories and jokes. Not to mention he still has his voice and plays the best songs in his catalog. Wonderful show I would highly highy recommend seeing him at the garden!

I've seen Billy Joel a handful of times. The past couple have been very interesting. I like that he plays a really wide variety of material including covers of other bands. Highly recommended for even the casual fan.

First time at this venue. Also first time seeing Billy Joel. Love his music. "Piano Man" & "Uptown Girl" are my favorite pieces. Was a great show. Amps could have been a little lower, but otherwise was great.

Unbelievable at 68 years old. What an incredible talent. Blows away any group or artist today. It was wonderful weather, a really cool audience with a mix of younger and older fans. One of the best concerts I have ever seen. His band was spectacular and loved how he interacted with the crowd and giving a "fielder's choice" of his songs. Everything was just perfect.

Definitely worth the money! Would see him over and over if I could!!!!

Billy. Freakin. Joel. AT LAMBEAU! It was the perfect night, with a great crowd! Billy sounded perfect, he was funny, and his band-his band was fantastic! That trumpet player was killer and everyone knows the sax player has been with him for decades! The entire show was dead-on and I'm so thankful we were able to attend. Go Pack Go ;-)

Got the tickets for my sister for her bday, she is a huge fan of Billy Joel's...me, I could have taken it or left it. I am so thankful that I went as he put on a FABULOUS show! He is such a classic and boy, his voice still rocks it! His talent is evident! He was interactive with the crowd, allowing us to pick song choices by applause. He had the lead singer from ACDC make a guest appearance which was entertaining & a fun diversion to give Billy a bit of a break. Lambeau Field was a great place to see a show, first concert I've seen there. I would definitely recommend Billy Joel to any music lover, I will see him again if I can.

I have seen Billy Joel three times now. The two previous times were his tours with Elton John. This is the first time it was just Billy Joel and his band. What a fantastic show! 26 songs in close to a three hour show. This was the third time Lambeau Field has hosted a concert. Truly an fantastic job across the board. From the sound quality, to the lights and staging, to the talent. WORTH EVERY PENNY! See this tour if you are able to!!

Billy Joel gave a very high energy performance at L.A. Dodger Stadium on Saturday evening to 56 thousand fun-loving Los Angeles concert goers. He opened with Say Go Bye to Hollywood and closed with one of my personal favorites Scenes from an Italian Restaurant. He and his band filled the baseball stadium with some of the most incredible musical sounds, the horn musicians were delightful and his vocal backup singers had amazing voices. The guest performers Pink and Axl Rose from Guns and Roses each performed one of Billy Joel s songs; but I felt they were a bit of a distraction from the Billy Joel evening. This was our 4th Billy Joel concert within the past 30 years; I remember the concert days in the 1980s when Bill Joel would get on top of his baby grand piano during a concert and dance and sing and the same time! Ha! Loved it!

He still has the voice at 68. It was an amazing night. The sound at the stadium was excellent with so many nice speakers. Good job! One fault : The Concert did not start on time. It was already a late show at 8:00 pm.

By far one of the best concerts I've been to. Truly down to earth, personable, and unbelievably talented! I would see him again in a heartbeat.

Show started late because of so many people arriving late to Dodger Stadium, but once it started hold on tight because we are rocking and rollin' and singing with Billy. Love the big screens with the live cameras zooming in on Billy, the keyboard, and the band mixed in with images especially since I was Top Deck seats. Quite a show. Really loud, needed earplugs.

Billy Joel's performance was spot on- all the great hits, some lesser known ones, just wonderful. Pink and Axl Rose also did surprise performances with Joel, which added to the fun! The light show was extreme- sometimes it was hard to even see the performers for all the fog and lights. The worst part was that when you by tickets for the cheaper tickets(aka not $100+ each), you are not allowed to go to the other levels of the stadium for food, show merchandise, to see friends before the show, etc. the staff was not polite about this. We would see Billy Joel again, but not at this venue.

Saw Billy Joel 40 years ago and he sounds the same today as he did in 1977. He may not have the agility to jump on top of the piano and sing Big Shot, but he still sounds great and is an amazing piano player. Love when he brings in the harmonica and the saxophone. His back up singers were great too. He played straight through for 2 1/2 ours and came back for a 3 song encore. He had guest appearances of Pink and Axel Rose to give his voice a break since he played straight through and they were both great too! He played all great songs and had the audience singing and dancing the whole time. It's unbelievable that he sang so many great songs and still had so many more great songs he didn't have time to sing. Billy Joel is still a must see! I loved his concert!

First time seeing Billy Joel in any venue, and he really puts on a great show. Such a tight band, and such a personable performer. Really a fun night.

It was an incredible show. I didn't know what to expect with the sound quality, but it was actually very good-clear, no feedback or echo. Billy Joel seems he is now collaborating with Pink-they performed a duet of New York State of Mind, and she sang solo on one of her songs. Incredible pairing. Billy joel reminisced a lot, was funny, and very engaging with the fans. His band is top-notch. Best live show I've ever seen.

This was an event that needed to be accomplished before I leave this plain or Billy moves on. I was not disappointed. The production was fantastic, Billy Joel's voice was still strong and very recognizable. If I had a "bucket list" this would have been on it. Thank you Billy!!

Billy Joel was incredible. The environment felt great, the people were awesome, and Billy Joel was Billy Joel.

It was so much fun to see Billy relaxed, chatting, and sounding wonderful. There were no amazing theatrics like Goodnight Saigon with the helicopter sounds and lights and chorus of veterans like in the River of Dreams tour, but having a surprise appearance of P!nk was spectacular! Billy played a wide variety of hits and lesser known album tracks, all of which were great. Axl Rose made an appearance as well.

Absolutely loved this show! Billy Joel packed 2.5 hours with one hit after another. It was non stop fun. My wife and I took our exchange student with us. This was her (student) first ever concert. It was a joy to see her smiling from ear to ear the whole show. Love love loved this show

Billy Joel put on a great show too bad we were only able to hear it and not see it. Our seats were so off to the side that we didn't see any of the stage. Billy Joel was great and I would go see him again and again.

Billy was amazing as usual. Second time seeing him and did not disappoint. Plays for almost 3 hours and hits all the classics with some fun covers in between. The new park needed a little help. You could tell staff was new cause of the slow lines but overall worth the 6 hour drive to see him.

Nothing will ever compare to a night with Billy Joel. He really does make you "forget about life for awhile"

My 7th time seeing Billy Joel and still as amazing as the first time I saw him. I would recommend everyone see Billy in concert at least once if not multiple times!!! Can't wait to go again next year!
