My sister was visiting from Florida for the first time in nearly 30 years, and I wanted to do some special things with her for the Christmas holiday. Thanks to a special offer for Chase customers, we got amazing seats for the Christmas Spectacular--and it did not disappoint! We loved the Santa storyline, and all of the varied musical numbers, and especially the Rockettes! They are a NYC institution, and deservedly so. If you're looking for a way to get into that holiday mood and have a great night out with friends and family, I highly recommend Radio City Music Hall!

I usually go every year with a different friend. I try to get the special "Two for the price of One ! This year our seats were great, right in orchestra and about 13 rows back. It was my friends first time and she really enjoyed it , I always enjoy the show. We took the picture with the Rockettes background as a memory of the great time we had.

Haven't been to this show in 40 years and several baby boomer family members came together to enjoy. So amazing and nostalgic. We loved seeing the kids around us enjoy the show and that added even further to our own enjoyment. When the 3-D glasses came out, the ooh's and ah's were overwhelming - including ours. Every number was so perfectly executed. The manger scene was a surprise and quite over the top. We went to the opening show on opening day and were amazied. How much more polished will it all be in the holiday weeks to come. Highly recommended!

When I went to the show I was going with my wife as a birthday present. Was I WRONG. I just thought it was going to be about dancing. Wrong again. To walk into the place in the middle of New York with such history was awsesome. It was a show I am ready to go see next year and bring my kids along. This was our first time to see the Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular, and we were blown away! The fabulous stage with the orchestra going up and down and back and forth is really unique. The Rockettes lived up to their high reputation with many different costumes for their kicks and taps. The integration of the stage sets and the high tech animated backdrops was fabulous! And we loved the 3-D animated Santa arrival through the canyons of mid town Manhattan. Don't miss it!

We went last year with real snow falling from the ceiling. Not there this year, but still the best show in town! The Rockettes were flawless and, well, the Rockettes! Absolutely the stars of the show, the Rockettes lived up to their long history of perfection, magic and their endless smiles. Classics included the March of the Toy Soldiers, Bus Tour of New York City and their lines of dance. The 3-D visit of Santa Claus and his Reindeer was so real you could just grab the snowflakes, and the gifts flying out of his sled! It was a great opening to a great show! If you can go, please go! And bring the kids! The children seated around us were enthralled with it all, you could see it in their eye's!

The Radio City Musical Spectacular was just that - spectacular! We all thoroughly enjoyed the show especially the new technology that was incorporated into the scenery. Being there also brought back fond memories for all four of us. However, we were highly disappointed with the quality of the Stage Door Tour and would be very hesitant to recommend it - not a good value for the cost.

I was rasied in a very poor environment. As I got older, I worked for all I have...sort of a rag-to-middle class kind of deal. I promised myself to do all I couldn't do as a child because of financial burdens/concerns. The price was just right, and the title, "Christmas Spetacular" is exactly what it says. The show was spectacular and I even took my 13 year old out of school to see this. It was that great! I laughed, cried and felt projected into another life and time. My daughter told me I acted like a little kid! I bought popcorn, water and sat down to enjoy! I highly recommend this show to kids of all ages from 1 to 92! Lol. It was the best! Thank you for a memorable afternoon!

I hadn't seen the Christmas Show in several years. My sister-in-law and I took two elderly people with us (my mother-in-law who is 89 was one of them) and we were concerned but knew the ladies would love the show. That was an understatement. Our "ladies" adored the show and we are so happy we took them. The Christmas Show is a truly beautiful production. It's for all ages as we saw many many children sitting in awe of this holiday experience. I didn't think an entire theatre of children could be so quiet! The music, singing, staging, performers and the fabulous Rockettes were terrific and we enjoyed the show immensely. Take someone to see it this Christmas! What an amazing day!

I see this show yearly and saw it yesterday (11/13). It is a great show, however, I really missed the snow falling on the audience this year - that was always a great showpiece, and there were some technical issues. I sat fairly close to the stage and could see the stagehands doing their thing and correcting some issues that messed up. Overall it is always a beautiful way to start the holiday season and would highly recommend it. The Rockettes are amazing!

I have seen the show before but it was the first time for my girls. We alos brought 2 friends whom never saw the show before for an early Christmas present. We would consider doing this again next year. I love the Santa bell ringing, my 8 year old loved the nativity and whole show, my 6 year oldloved the toy soldiers, our friends liked the 12 days of Christmas, my husband liked the Rockettes. \\We had our pictures taken with the real Rockettes and a get keepsake. It came with 2 extra pictures so each of our friends would have a picture as well.

My 28th wedding anniversary gift to my husband was a trip into the city to see this show; he had never seen it before. While I haven't seen it for quite a few years, I remembered how remarkable the entire production is particularly those incredible Rockettes! Each scene was more remarkable than the one before, and I judged his reaction by his thunderous applause throughout the show. Every aspect was top-notch from the dual organists at the start, to the fabulous orchestra, to the fantastic singing and choreography throughout. Of course, words cannot adequately describe those remarkable Rockettes. We have never experienced such precision and glamour so beautifully executed. There is no better way to get yourself into the spirit of the Holidays! If anyone can leave this performance without feeling the majesty of this fun and moving time of the year, they must have a heart of stone.

When I was little, my grandparents promised they would take me to Radio City. We never made it. So, sixty years later, I had the good fortune to be accompanied by a four year old whose face could be the best advertising poster you ever had. My suggestion would be to have special shows of 30-45 minutes in length ONLY for children under 6. They could be during the closing days of rehearsing. 90 minutes is too long for a child under 6. The show is beautifully executed--I can't imagine the person who has to stay on top of all those details. Thank you for the experience.

The show was great. I had a smile the whole time. I lost my holiday spirit as I've gotten older but having not seen the show since I was a kid, going back really gave me that feeling again. All the performers were flawless and the performances were impeccable. I must say though The Rockettes were phenomenal. I believe they are more talented than any athlete in any sport. What they are able to accomplish as individuals and obviously even more so as a team, in unison, is utterly amazing. Great job! Thanks to all for such a wonderful job.

As a dancer and performer I had tears come to my eyes as the Rockettes stepped on stage during the Christmas Spectacular! I know first hand how much hard work and dedication goes in to being apart of such a prestigious group of women and it was an honor to see them live. I will definitely recommend the Christmas Spectacular to any and everyone! I also took advantage of the Stage Door Tour. It was very informative and entertaining. Just be ware there is a lot of walking involved in the tour so make sure you wear your most comfortable shoes!

This is year I attended the show in two different days. I truly appreciated how much easier it seemed to enter the venue this year. The concession stands were accessed easily as well. I first saw the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular in 1974 and as a child and to this day remember the maginificant performance. I took my family to see the 2017 performance and was just as awed as I was in 1974. The Dancing, songs, staging, lighting, special effects were simply amazing. My 6 year old was on the edge of his seat the entire time. The entire experience was the highlight of our NYC trip.

This show was different than I expected and very entertaining. I expected great dancing from the Rockettes, but I also enjoyed the singing and dancing of the other performers, and Santa's scenes, which started with a 3D sleigh ride over the city of New York! I loved that the spectacle extended beyond the stage with lighting and use of the balconies. If this doesn't put you in a Christmassy mood, then it's hopeless.

Absolutely loved everything about this experience. I am a professional musician and performer and I was truly impressed. From the moment the show started we were spell bound with the entire production. The dancing and choreography of course was flawlessly. The live orchestra and double organs, the amazing technology and lights and sound awesome! Loved the projections and special education effects. I also loved the big crystal tree and all the wonderful Art Deco touches of this amazing Theater. Security and entry was a breeze. If I had children and lived in the area I would be sure to go every year! I hope to go again.

My son took me to the show for my birthday. Although I was excited, he was looking at it as a big favor he was doing for his mother. After the show, he recommended it to a male dIner we met in a restaurant. The special effects such as the 3D flight of Santa through New York and the drone snowflakes were amazing! However, the dancers could hold the show on their own. Their choreography and precision was amazing! Beautiful wardrobe changes and the mesmerizing Nativity at the end make the show an artistic phenomenon. Worth every penny!

Words cannot describe how amazing the entire show was...perhaps BEYOND comes close. The Rockettes were captivating and the integration of computer generated graphics kept me on the edge of my seat. An excellent value at twice the price. I cannot wait to have grandchildren and bring them in the future. We all live in a culturally diverse world but it moved me to see the show was unapologetically about Christmas and tastefully honored the birth of Jesus Christ.

I have been going to the Christmas show at Radio City Music Hall since I was a young child. I need to tell you all, this years is the best ever! I took my two six year old grandsons from NC and they were in awe, they just sat there with their mouths hanging open! The price of the ticket was well worth the enjoyment I got from bothe the show and watching my grandson s reactions! This years production has more numbers with the Rockettes, the use of technology is amazing, and the musical numbers totally enjoyable! The entire show was magical from the beginning to the end! The 3D ride with Santa through the streets of New York, the dancing Santa s on the ceiling, the amazing Rockettes, and of course the live nativity scene all put you in the Christmas Spirit! Come on down, and start the season off right!

Such a seeet, well done, amazing show that truly celebrates Christmas. The Rockettes were top notch and constantly in sync through all their numbers while moving all over the stage. Santa was adorable. The lighting and ceiling scenes were cool. And the nativity scene at the end was breathtaking. It was absolutely well done.

What an amazing end to a week in New York. Our final night in New York City we had decided to see the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and this was such a good decision. Five days before Christmas there really isn t anything else that can get you in the spirit quite like this show. I have never seen anything like this before and I found myself smiling throughout. A number of small stories and festive songs told through amazing dance and choreography really was spellbinding. The trip through New York by the Rockettes and the Hundreds of Santa s were real highlights topped only by the excellent toy soldiers section. I would highly recommend this to anyone who asked\u2026 and probably a lot of those who don t.

We are from the U.K. and we'd not really been aware of The Rockettes tradition until we started to plan our Christmas trip. We were not disappointed, firstly the theatre is truly wonderful! The show was incredible, we were amazed by the whole production!! And it was the first time we've ever seen real camels on stage!! Highly recommend.
