This was the most amazing, rocked-out tour I've ever seen! I saw them in Jacksonville and HAD to see them again while visiting Maine. Extremely talented, brilliant in every way, outstanding performances! They truly appreciate their fans - it shows! These guys are the full package deal! I can't say enough great about them. They have my devotion for a lifetime. Always loved them...always will!

Don Felder was excellent! Sounded just like the Eagles! Styx was very good! REO Speedwagon band sounded great but tended to drown out the singer at times! Slower songs were better!

The show was unbelievable!!! From Don Felder to REO to Styx, It was a classic rocker's dream to have that many bands on a bill. Everyone had a great time, sound was perfect, bands were engaged and the music was awesome!

Styx put on an amazing show! Great set list and stage. Could not be happier seeing them live. REO was sad. Kevin has completely lost his voice and that really bummed me out. I wasn't expecting 35 year old Kevin but honestly someone needs to tell him how bad he sounds. When he sang " Can't fight this feeling" I was cringing and I love that song. I had to leave early. I couldn't take it.

Seeing Don Felder was amazing! It's probably the closed thing to watching the Eagles perform as I'll ever get. Styx was great, as usual. We've seen them three times now. REO Speedwagon was good, not too familiar with their stuff (I discovered during the concert) but definitely a great show.

Was an awesome concert starting Don Felder and ending with Styx. Made the young girl in me come out. Brought back great memories was the best date night my hubby and I had in long time. Thanks for the fun :) I was also happy to hear their charity Shriners Hospital. I was born with Spina bifada and Shriners Hospital took care of all my medical needs. My hospital in San Francisco no longer is there but I am always happy to support this great hospital

Don Felder played almost nothing but Eagles hits and he was awesome! What an exceptional guitarist. REO was rock solid as usual. This is the first time I've seen Styx where they have put on a truly great show. In all, highly recommended!!

The show was awesome. These guys still know how to be rock stars. Don Felder did a great opening set that was practically an Eagles concert. Styx followed that up with an even better set. When REO Speedwagon came out, they cranked the amplifiers to 11.

I honestly didn't know to expect from the opening act - Don Felder. Pleasantly surprised doesn't go far enough. It was a fabulous re-incarnation of "The Eagles". They could have done another hour. It was a plain jane music performance, lighting and effects were nonexistent but that's ok because the music was the reason for coming. Second up was Styx - which was nearly fully reformed with new players. They played a good mix of classics along with their new release. Their set included both a stage set and modest lighting and effects. I was looking forward to the Styx performance and I wasn't disappointed. Young and old in the crowd were thrilled with the performance. Wrapping up the evening was REO Speedwagon. I really was looking forward to REO since I'd never been to a REO show. The REO set was good nut a little disappointing. Overall it was a bit short from the hit albums and there was a steady flow of people leaving early. The set list had a good mix of their classic hits but the lead vocals have lost something over 40 years. Adding a new, young lead singer with a soaring line would really punch up and return those older hits to their original glory. But, it was a good set with good lighting and effects.

Don Felder was great! Styx was super great!!!! I've seen them 3 times over the last 5 years and this was the best show by Styx that I have seen. Near the end of their set, something went out in the PA and the sound lost its high end. Vocals became a little muddy. Certainly not the bands fault. REO, I love them but Kevin just didn't sound good. Perhaps the PA (which they didn't fix) threw him off. Perhaps age catching up with him. He just wasn't as good as I've heard him as recently as 2 years ago. Rest of the band kicked some serious ass as usual.

these guys are all well into their 60s now. that is a given, so dont expect 35 year old voices. musicianship of the REO guys was incredible, music sounded like coming straight of an album. Tommy shaw of styx still has it pretty much in full. Felder was spectacular at the Eagles song he sang . . .when they had another member lead on Henluy/frey parts it becomes a eagles karaoke moment

Overall an excellent show. Styx never disappoints. REO was a bit loud and vocals didn't come across very well. Don Felder (from the Eagles) was really good and sounded excellent.. Played a lot of Eagles music and band mates were all from well..no..very well known bands. Good harmony on vocals.

The Styx vocals are still on the money, and the band right on. That part of the concert was great. But with REO, the 65 lead singer just didn't have the voice to pull it off anymore. If they are going to keep going they need a lot of vocals support. The other older band members don't really sing. Don Felder of the Eagles was a real treat. His voice was great and the other band members harmonized perfectly.

Great to hear the old Eagles tunes from Don - he did a great job in warming up the audience. Styx was absolutely amazing and I could have listened to them all night. They bring energy and amazing tunes. REO was a bust - he brought politics into tit and his voice is gone and the sound mix was terrible. We left after a few REO songs.

Don Felder and Styx were awesome. This is our second time seeing Styx and they were great. REO was a disappointment. The lead singer was hard to understand. Granted he is older but the music was louder maybe to compensate for their voices, I'm not sure but it was hard to listen. We left at 10:30, I told my husband I wanted to remember my favorite songs the way they used to sing and not tonight's performance.

Don Felder was ok. It was great to hear the Eagles songs. Styx killed it.....They were awesome and put on a great show. Definitely worth my time. I was very disappointed in REO. The event was outside and I could not hear the lead singer at all. Performance was not exciting enough for me to stay. I left after about 5 songs. Maybe I missed something, but I am glad Styx performed before REO.

Don Felder and Styx were awesome! I could have listened to more of both artists. REO Speedwagon, not so much. Kevin Cronin's voice was so muffled and it was drowned out by the guitars, drums, and piano. REO's sound mixing was awful. So bad, that we left four songs into their set, which was a shame, since I really wanted to hear more of their oldies. Poor sound quality should never happen. That's what sound checks are for. Makes me wonder why the sound for Don Felder and Styx was good, but for REO, it was horrible.

The groups came out in this order: Don Felder STYX REO Speedwagon It was nice hearing all those Eagles songs with Don Felder. REO was a disappointment. The mix was off during their entire set. STYX stole the show. They were fantastic. Sounded as good or better than they were 25 years ago. Love their performance and would see them again.

REO and STYX were my first concert ever circa 1981 so it was a nostalgia trip for me. Don Felder was an unexpected bonus - he opened the show great and assembled a nice group of 'all star' musicians to give everyone a great opening act. Hotel California live is always transcendent. Loved his guitar jam with Shaw too! Styx followed and crushed it. Shaw and Gowan are true Pro's. They delivered on all levels and left you wanting some more. It was nice the band acknowledged its roots and included Chuck Panozzo. Unfortunately REO fell a little flat. Understanding the headliners are alternating but with Styx opening up it was a sharp contrast in the volume drop off to REO's set so a little anti-climatic. It does seem K Cronin's voice may be stretching to hit his patented pitches - as Randy J. might say, "a little pitchy dog!"

For us old school rockers this was a fantastic show. Only issue was that REO should have opened the show because of the 3 they were the weakest. Don Felder absolutely KILLED IT. All the Eagles songs were played flawlessly and Seven Bridges Road was a highlight. REO then took the stage and save a few great songs it was a bit boring and with the way Kevin Cronin sang was rather sad and quite nasely. However, Styx came to the rescue and saved the night was So MUCH GREAT MUSIC AND ENERGY. Great NIGHT for the 4 of us..

After all this time, I could not believe how good the singers' voices were. Some of the band members are in their 60s, but I could close my eyes and hear it was as good as it was when I saw them more than 20 years ago. The music was just phenomenal. Despite the threat of a serious thunder storm, we stayed to the very end, and it was so worth it. Styx even has a new album out! "The Mission". I would go again in a heartbeat.

Don Felder is one of the world's great guitar players and he has surrounded himself with talented musicians. I told people who had not seen him before to arrive before the opening act to experience a genius on guitar and he did not let us down. People down front were lukewarm at first but warmed up and were on their feet singing and dancing before it was over and gave him a thunderous send off.. Styx is always great and they seemed to be especially energized for this performance. Good mix of oldies and new. REO is also a great group but seemed a little off this night, mostly because Kevin Cronin did not show the vocal range I know he has.

Came into this concert with the expectation that REO would be the most enjoyable part of the night, but let me tell you, Don Felder was it for me. He had me on my feet singing at the top of my lungs from the moment he began. He and the others performing seemed genuinely happy to be there, and I was psyched to be a part of it. Styx was incredibly entertaining, and again, seemed to be having a great time. Their performance was tight, and I loved hearing the old & the new. As for the 3rd -- REO Speedwagon -- huge disappointment. It almost seemed to me that the volume was turned way up (and I mean WAY up) just to compensate for the lack of performance. I couldn't hear a word they sang, and the guitar solos were not great. One was so way out of tune, it was embarrassing. Ultimately, my husband & I walked away feeling that it was nothing but noise, and we spent the next 2 days wondering if we would ever get our hearing back from the shear volume of their set. I would absolutely see Don Felder again, any day, any time, and I'd watch Tommy Shaw & Styx perform twice on Sunday. You can keep REO Speedwagon. As I said, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

Styx killed it! Perfect concert! While I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to see REO Speedwagon it is clear that Kevin Cronin can't carry the tunes anymore. Styx was absolutely fabulous and worth the drive, the stay, and the price. THEY get 5 stars plus. REO...well, I love them, but their voices aren't what they used to be. Styx rocked the house; REO was on a geriatric tour. Check out the new Styx album - it rocks. The venue was ok. Excellent sound, but folding chairs and bleachers in a parking lot is not really an amphitheater. If you're not staying at the casino, there's a convenient underground tunnel from the Sheraton over that makes it easy to get in and out without driving.

We came in midway on Don Felder's set. It was really good and people were enjoying it. Quick stage change into Styx. WHY WEREN'T THEY THE HEADLINER. Incredible. Better than the last time we saw them. Totally engaged with their fans and giving 110%. Performance and vocals spot on. And then came REO, which we have gone to see them before as well. Just eh. Kevin sounded terrible (sorry, but have to be honest). The energy in the stadium died. We left after 4 songs, as well as many others.

Reliving those high school glory days! Having seen Eagles live twice back in the day, it was great to hear Don Felder and his impressive crew deliver some of the best. Styx also did a great job, even better than the mostly enjoyable Dennis DeYoung's "The Music of Styx" show from last summer. I'll admit I am a fan of the rock songs and not so much of "Mr. Roboto" stuff. We were disappointed in REO Speedwagon's show and left after a few songs. Kevin's Cronin's voice was distracting. Hopefully he will get it back on key.

Don Felder opened with mostly Eagles tunes and we really enjoyed his band. I'm not a big REO Speedwagon fan so that part of the show was filler for me. STYX was who we came to see and they ALWAYS put on a terrific show. I've seen this version of the band 3 times and would love to see them again, as most of my favorite STYX songs are Tommy Shaw songs. JY still has it and Lawrence Gowan does justice to the DDY songs and brings a lot of energy to the show.

Styx is always a band that gives 110%. Excellent musicians that have played together so long they work together like a perfectly synchronized machine. REO Speedwagon have so many hits they could play for several hours and not get to all of them. Kevin Cronin's voice still sounds as great as it did 30 years ago. And Don Felder is a legend. His work with The Eagles as well as his solo material are timeless hits that all ages seem to know and love. These three bands made for a perfect way to spend a summer evening. Highly recommended!

From the first note from Don Felder to the final Styx curtain call this night was awesome. Styx was my favorite group growing up but this was my first time seeing them in concert. They did not disappoint. If this tour is close to you go see them.

REO was good, Styx was great. I am not a huge fan, but this is the second year in a row I have seen them. They sounded great, and the crowd interaction is great as well.

My first show at Ascend Amphitheater. I really like the venue. The lineup was great! Don Felder, REO Speedwagon & Styx all put on a high energy show. Great music, from classics to new releases.

Don Felder started things off and honestly, I could have listened to him all night. He was amazing! REO Speedwagon followed and kept the momentum going with all of their awesome hits and then Styx came out and just got the stadium crazy! Crazy in a great way! All 3 bands sounded amazing! The Daily's Place Amphitheater is such a great place for concerts. I enjoyed every minute of it!

Unexpected Don Felder was a awesome opener. He got the crowd all warmed up with the oldies. REO was good but definitely showing their age. STYX still rocked out the house showing what made them great. Tommy Shaw was great. Keep Rockin.

Another awesome performance by Kevin Cronin and the boys from REO! They continue to play with high energy all of their hits from the 70's & 80's. A legendary group that is must see.

The whole show was great from start to finish. I would love to see them all together again!! The only bad thing I could say about the experience was getting through the gate! It took way too long to get in! It was hot and most people did not have that much with them that needed to be searched through so intensely.

All three acts were great, we missed a song or two of Don Felder's because the security gates were not managed well but his set was short but great. REO came out next (the headliners swap 2nd and 3rd position) and they were awesome, Kevin Cronin can still sing and the rest of the band is still in good form. Kept the new numbers to a minimum and only skipped one of their usual songs as I think there isn't any room for extra stuff on a tour like this. Styx was incredible, Tommy Shaw is still an incredible singer and the lead vocals are split pretty evenly between him and the "new guy" Lawrence Gowan. While I still miss Dennis DeYoung, Gowan is a real showman and he's got a voice. Excellent show, best of the summer so far

It was good in general Felder great guitar player, memorable eagles songs. Styx was the best of the program. REO, songs nostalgic took me back but the lead singer has no voice left, is sad but true

I've seen Styx recently at another venue. The band is awesome, but at this arena, the sounds was terrible. It was horrible for all three bands that performed. It was as if someone had turned the volume up on bad car speakers to its max, distorted and fuzzy. I would not recommend paying the price for this venue, choose another.

Styx and REO: This is the music from my high school days and I took my kids (15 & 20) and they loved it too. These guys still love to perform and work the stage like they haven't missed a beat. They are still playing the songs we have always loved and both bands are putting out NEW MUSIC. Loved the entire concert and was able to take four people for a reasonable cost. This was a great event and I would strongly recommend for all ages. I gotta give it to Styx - they are so strong vocally - thoroughly enjoyed their performance.

Don Felder opened and was AMAZING!! What a great group of musicians. STYX sounded incredible. I couldn't believe how great they sounded. REO was pretty good also. The night was great I took my teenaged daughter so she could experience great classic rock. She also had a great time.

Don Feldet was awesome Sang all the Eagles tunes Had a great band behind him of guitarist and drummers from Reo and white snake and others Styx was dead on didn't miss a beat They should have been the headliner They had a great setlist Reo Speedwagon came out flat and didn't have the power they once were Their setlist was all over the place Couldn't get the fans started

After attending many many concerts, by these three bands, over the years, there is not much we can say except that it was a great line up, the music, was great, it was a great concert. All the bands played well. Don Felder, the opening performer, was very good. It was so nice to hear him sing the hit songs of the Eagles. We enjoyed hearing him. He still looks good and sings exceptionally.

The weather was horrible and we were soaked walking from the parking area to the main pavilion. However Felder and his backup band were great when banging out those Eagles classics. I thought that Styx should have been the "top billed" and they were absolutely phenomenal playing classics from the Grand Illusion as well as promoting new tunes from their new album. REO was a bit of a disappointment. We were sitting in the last row and the audio quality was terrible. The lead guitar was way too overpowering to the point that we couldn't hear the singer or the keyboard. I don't fault the guitar player but rather the crew that ran the audio system. I should note that the other act didn't have this problem

All three bands were amazing. Felder's band is TIGHT. The harmonies on Seven Bridges Road were killer. Styx set the place on fire! New stuff is great. They played half of the Grand Illusions album. Ricky and Todd stayed in the pocket all night. Gowan's voice was strong and he's fun to watch. JY is a good as ever! And....Tommy freaking Shaw!!! Sounds and looks fabulous. Lots of interaction with the crowd. Best band of the night and the best I've seen in years!!! REO was fun - they played their hearts out! FUN night.

Saw concert at Bethel Woods. Don Felder opened the show. Loved hearing our favorite Eagles tunes as Felder rocked the guitar! Styx followed and had the, entire crowd on their feet, arms in the, air, belting out the lyrics. Amazing performance!!! REO came last. A bit anticlimactic. The guitarists were great, but the vocals were almost childlike and the set choice could have been a bit better. Many left during their performance choosing to beat the traffic. All in all, an enjoyable night reliving the 80s!!
