I had such great seats. I was equally impressed when Manuel Mijares passed by in front of me before the show started. I saw him last year but it got better this time around. I was fortunate to see Mijares come up on stage and sing a set with him. His son was just as equally impressive. I am there for the next concert. Come back soon!

I have always loved Emmanuel since I was a teenager and he is still handsome, charming, can sing and even dance. I love it that he sang all the "oldies".

Overall it was a good concert even though it was postponed from the 19th to the 20th. We drove 250 miles on the day of the concert to find out that they pushed it back one day. We had to stay an extra night. There was no opening act ,which I thought his son would have sang more. He only sang 4 songs. Emmanuel sang great with alot of his old songs. It only lasted 2 hrs. which I thought was very little.

Emmanuel still has it!!!!! his voice , his moves, everything. This is the first time I go to his concert because I used to listen to his music back in the 80's and I liked him, but I don't think he was here in El Paso before, so this time that him & his son were here I wasn't gonna missed them 2 for 1. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Both of them are handsome OMG!!!!!!

this concert was great! emmanuel still has his moves even at 54! lol and its great he is introducing his son to the public. he sounds just like his dad. so over all we had fun and it was great!!!!!!

Emmanuel & Alexander Acha were excellent in concert! Emmanuel's voice is superb live! They made the show very fun! Alexander proved to be a great up and coming artist with a great voice and a very good piano player as well. The two encores from Emmanuel were also wonderful. I highly recommend them in concert, and hope they return to El Paso, Texas.

The concert was ok, but I still don't know why the concert was one day late. We were on section 37,row F, and the speakers, on the right side block the view of Emmanuel. We could only see Emmanuel when he was way in front, or in the backside of the speakers. I have seen many concerts, from this area, and this is the first time, this has happened. Emmanuel has very good musicians, and the concert, would have been better, if the view was not blocked. I will not sit in this section, for future concerts, there was little thought paid, in locating the speakers.

The show was a gift for Valentines and my finace expressed her approval of the the show. I was partially disappointed by the postponement of the show by a day and the inconvenience it caused and I was also displeased by the one hour late start of the show. However, once the performance began, it was nice to see that Emmanuel still put on a very entertaining show and was truly the legendary professional for his song and dance. Alexander Acha was also entertaining and well on his way in his father's footsteps. My fiance was pleased and therfore I was also.

The concert started like half and hour late but it was okay because it allowed people to arrive and find their seats. Emmanuel still gives the best of himself to the audience. Great crowd the people were dancing and singing all his songs. I was hoping to listen to Alexander Acha a lot more he didn't sing "Mujeres" In all a great concert it was worth it!

The Show: Excellent The Place: Bad acoustics, not suitable.

The concert was not what I expected. Besides the fact that it was one day postponed, the overall performance was little bit boring... my neighbor fell asleep. I think Emmanuel should bring his dancers back to energize the crowd!

Unfortunatellythe sound had to much bass, voice of Emmanuel cant' ear good, lateral view specially at sections 37 and 38 , had a poor view, the big speakers didn't permit the view of the show, taht big speakers cand be removed or hang it in order to let the view of the show

I've seen Emmanuel perform for over 25 years and he is still the BEST! He really gets into his music and pleases his audiences. He wouldn't be so popular now if he didn't. He is a class act, passionate and I'll be attending his shows as long as he gives them. It's also so refreshing to see someone so proud of his son who is very talented in his own right. Thanks, Emmanuel!!!

This is second time I see Emmanuel. I love his shows and would see him again. He puts on a great show.

Very good concert but with some issues with the audio

I liked it from the begining till the end.One of my favorite parts was when his son Alexander Acha sang with him. I loved that moment.

Excellent show! Emmanuel seemed to be very into his performance and set on giving the audience what they came to see. Would have liked to see Alexander Acha open with a complete set of songs as a stand alone opening act. Acha sang his hits in the middle of the Emmanuel show. Maybee next time Emmanuel will let his son open all by himself. He is talented enough and has the fan base. I will be there to see these amazing performers again. Guaranteed!

It was good, the stage set up too. Good sound and song all his hits, it lasted a good amount of time.

The concert was very nice!!! Many romantic ballads as well as upbeat dancing songs. Great duet with his son Alexander Acha.

I had seen him in 1984 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and never again until now, but not only he looks as wonderful as 25 years ago, he keeps giving us his heart and sould on the stage and is such a simple human being that I keep admiring and loving him as when I first knew about him.

This was a fantastic show. He sang many of the songs from the 80's that made him famous. he also brought out his son Alexander Acha to sing a duet and a song on his own. what a voice!

The event was great. I did not appreciate it starting late.

He was great, he came back to sing about 2 or 3 times he also incorporated other singers in the audience to his performance....it was great....he's so good.

I loved the concert, it was all I expected. Emmanuel always puts a great show and gets people in the mood of dancing and enjoying. I am a super fan of his music. Excellent concert and lots of fun.

Emmanuel's concert was AMAZING!! His level of energy is high. He's a real showman and talented singer. His "Retro" sound had everyone moving. He's very intimate with the audience. He's very comfortable on stage. Surprise guest was his son, Alexander. That was great!!! I would go again; and would recommend others to go too.

It was an excellent concert. He has a huge repertory of hits. He has charisma! I was lucky so see his son to sing with him as well as Manuel Mijares. I think Mijares and Emmanuel should have a show together they sound amazing! Two great voices!!!

Emmanuel is the ultimate entertainer. Amazing show, sang a LOT of songs, interacted with the audience, GREAT musicians and new musical arrangements for his classic songs. Luis Miguel should learn to be down-to-earth like him. My only criticism is for the Universal Amphitheater folks...the sound equipment kept malfunctioning. Nevertheless, Emmanuel managed to make the best of it and carried on like a true performer. Unforgettable!! I hope he comes back soon. Also, Alexander Acha is REALLY good. He should have done a few more songs...

This venue is gorgeous, the sound was incredible, the concert was an unforgettable experience. My husband has been a huge fan of Emmanuel since he was a little boy. See him in person and so close it was a great experience for him and for me seeing him so happy was awesome!!

Amazing and very Entertaining ! We enjoyed it very much! Emmanuel is the Greatest!! Too bad for some unruly fans that had no respect for the rest of the people in attendance and security being unable to manage the cituation accordingly!!

I was eager to see Emmanuel in concert for many years, and finally had the opportunity to see him in San Jose. Unfortunately it was' not the best experience at all! First of all the sound quality was terrible, super loud and distorted and his voice sounded like he was screaming , the musicians instruments were creating sound feedback, Emmanuel didn't seem to care very much about this issue.... Incidentally, I noticed other people reviews commenting about the same thing in other places where Emmanuel performed.Secondly the concert felt like if he was in a rush to finish the concert, not to mention the religious speech which... had good intentions but nevertheless disrespectful for other people that don't share the same faith. Another thing is that Emmanuel never took the time to introduce his musicians, which in my opinion is very uncool and not professional.

Orchestra was louder than him and we could not understand his words. Totally not worth the money I spent. Pretty disappointed on his event!

After many years of wanting to see Emmanuel in concert it was very disappointing to see him after wanting to see this concert and listen to a super disappointing sound. Issues with the sound for the first two songs with crackling sound and fading instruments and microphones to a point that you could not hear his voice. Other disappointing factor it was the long wait to start the show that was supposed to start at 8 and ended up starting at 8:50. Through the entire concert we had to listen to a sound that wasn't what we supposed to listen to from a professional band of musicians and singer. I guess their sound engineer wasn't the best one. Last point his exit was also in a middle of a song and he never came back to say thank you or good bye.

This was a very nice intimate venue, sounds was great and location was also great. Would definitely come back again. Emmanuel was very energetic and has great moves!!

The actual show was great...but. Did not like that they open the doors late, We couldn't get to our seats because of the sound check, And really did not care for the religious speech. The music was very loud and very clear I did enjoy that.

I was overall very unhappy, the concert started late, the lights were directed to the people very uncomfortable. I love Emmanuel and his songs specially because they are ballads and the lyrics are very nice, he sound was so loud that you couldn't hear the instruments and less his voice, it was a complete distortion of noise. We left early very disappointed.

It was an amazing performance. Emmanuel is a show man! I love him!!! Mijares has an amazing voice. I am his new fan. The show was the best I have seen.

Wow, what an amazing performance by the Great Emmanuel!! Actually, the words "wow" and "amazing" are not nearly enough to describe this event. Perhaps "extraordinary" would be more accurate!! I've been to approximately thirty concerts in my life, and this definitely is no doubt one of the best EVER and that includes many English and Spanish singers. Emmanuel is not only an amazing singer, but he knows how to entertain a crowd from beginning to end! In my opinion, there was not a dull moment in his performance of over two hours. I even enjoyed the short speech he gave halfway through the show about a "higher power" and how we should all be the best human beings possible and never forget the spiritual power that guides us. It was certainly inspirational and touching. As far as the music goes, I do not have any complaints, because he sang so many of his greatest hits and there were only about two songs (at the most) that I did not recognize. In addition, he sang the songs very similarly to the album versions, which is great, because it is always annoying when certain artists sing different versions that vaguely resemble the original. He sounded almost exactly as he did on the original albums decades ago. This was certainly amazing! Also, the special effects were spectacular. For example, there were all different kinds of lights of different colors on the stage and other amazing effects that were quite impressive. The song choice was perfect, the singing superb, and Emmanuel's ability to connect with the audience was remarkable. In fact, most people were singing along throughout the performance, and many of us would also stand up and dance when Emmanuel would invite everyone to dance and have fun. The showed "flowed" very well from beginning to end. Emmanuel's energy was contagious, because he danced through almost all of the show and that also motivated and "energized" the audience so that most people would dance as we sang along to his greatest hits. I must also mention that the entire place was set up completely differently for this concert than it was for the Franco de Vita concert. Franco's concert set-up was one of the worst I've seen in my life, although I'm not sure how much of this, if any, was the performer's fault. Anyhow, the set-up for this concert was so much better that I actually had a much better view sitting nearly two dozen rows from the front than I did last time in the very front row! So, I was very glad that this had been changed. So, it is difficult to find any negative points regarding this event. Emmanuel's performance was FLAWLESS!!

My group (6) of us, enjoyed the event. My only complaint would be that we had to wait a full hour before show started!

Went with my friend and me being from out of town I didn't know what to expect at LEA or from this artist. I just have to say that my friend and I enjoyed the concert and I found that LEA is a great venue.

Show so started at 9:30 instead of 8:30. So feedback from the sound engineer.

The show was as expected, excellent, you won't be disappointed, Emmanuel is a great performer that knows how to get to his public. If you attend you'll be treated to hours of great music.

WE LIKED ALL THE SONGS AND HIS PERFORMANCE. HE IS A GREAT ARTIST.!!!! WE DEFNITELY WILL GO SEE HIM AGAIN.
