Mexico National Football Team

Game was terrible, parking was very poor. Couldn't take small purses in the stadium and charged your for item checks. Walk in the "parking area" could easily take you 40 minutes to make it to your vehicle. Tickets way to expensive for the poor quality match that was put out. Will probably not fall for the moment of watching the MNTM for a game that means nothing.

The stadium is really nice, but tailgating and the game were awesome

This game was one of my firsts and I enjoyed every aspect of the game. The feeling when you are with your people and the feeling when your team scores is better in the stadium than in tv I know it!

They would have tickets on sale by the Windows no just through the web site

While seeing REAL Futbol in the GA Dome was outstanding and really big fun - and that the team we were pulling for - Mexico - won - was a great thing - it was still very painful in the new security measures to get into the Dome - it took OVER an hour standing in front of Gate D trying to get in - probably because they had to "wand" everyone instead of having walk-thru scanners - which would have definitely sped things up!! Further - while I've been to MANY Falcons games at the Dome and endured the parking lot evacuation pain - this was, by far, the worse I've seen!! We parked in official "Dome" parking - meaning the exits were manned by Atlanta Police. We were one of the first folks to our car, but it still took over an hour to actually get out of the parking lot and we were on the street level and didn't even have to go up or down a level!! Then, to add to that, it took over 35 minutes to actually get to I-85 north due to multiple road closures - all in all - a very poor job by Dome folks getting us into the match and by ATL Police getting us on the road to go home!!

Liked being in an indoor stadium on such a hot day! Glad they opened an hour early. Easy to get checked in and through gates, fun game, overall a great experience! A little confusing and slow to get out, but not terrible. The location right next to the conference center made exiting confusing.

Lack of security and law enforcement. People were pushing kids and woman just to get into the entrance. People throwing beers in the air that were aim at people's heads. No staff direction

It was unorganized it took an hour to get into the venue. Lines for restrooms were horrible, missed 20 min of the game. Security was not helpful. There was fights that kept happening I did not feel safe. My group bought 20 tickets almost took up a whole row and only 18 of us fit on the bleachers the rest had to stand.

Got to the event 1 1/2 hours before it was to start. Line for parking was moving at a good pace when all of a sudden it STOP and we were there for almost an hour. For the police to come up and down the street and say that the parking was FULL. Got inside the stadium just to see the second part of the game. Very disorganized and I will never go to an event at this stadium. Just wasted my money.....might as well just stayed home and see it on TV.

Horrible experience when i got to my seats they where not available because they where wrapped around with a yellow caution tape so i asked for help because i had already paid for my tickets and no one would help they kept sending me to different people to help me but no one had any idea of what to do and how to help me i was really upset until finally one of the security people helped me by getting some seats but i was really upset beacuse i would of liked to have been seating for the seats i had paid for i recommend that the staff really needs to improve on trying to help solve the fans problems and help out the fans so they can have a better experience and also to let us know if the seats we paid for are available because its really disappointing to not be able to seat in the seats you pay for

Worst staff ever at the rose bowl! Totally unprofessional, they told me that I would have to fight for my own seats if someone was sitting at my seats when I asked where my seats were. They shut a gate entry and directed everyone to a gate that was directing people to a different gate. Total chaos, extremely let down. The Mexico game it self was great.

Venue consistently let people who weren t even in our section crowd the isle and take pictures and at one point a group of 3 people got in our section and was watching the game from the stairs crowding my view of the game. Had to notify the event security 3 times until they told them to move and after that they just went further down the aisle to block more people s view. I believe these people were just looking for a better view in my opinion. Charged over priced 40$ for parking miles away from the Stadium. Btw my seats were pretty good seats but never buying them close to the aisle ever again.

This was the worst, non organized event in history. Staff was very unprofessional and lacked any sort of communication and respectful skills, due to this, I missed the opening of the event. It was an unsafe environment filled with fights and flying objects being thrown across the stands.

2 hrs on parking lot lane (inside vehicle). Just to have cops tell us 5mins before game start, parking lot was full.

My experience was past my expectations. The employees did an amazing job directing my friends and family around. And the atmosphere was just spectacular. Definitely going back for other games.

1st time at the Rose bowl and I loved it! Any where you seat you get a good view! Everything was organized and everything turned out great! Had a great time!!!! Mexico could've played better but since the world cup is around the corner they just played okay.

My group and I missed almost 30 minutes of the first half due to a gate being shut down with no explanation!

The venue is large enough to hold all attendees. Enough security when entering the stadium. Concession stands did not give you straws or lids for cups because of safety concerns. Water bottles were not permitted for security and they were transferred to cups. However, inside, beer plastic cups and water bottles sold inside the stadium were being throw from upper sections and were falling in our areas. People fighting and yelling vulgarities

Bad Management. They were not prepared for a massive crowd of fans. Some gates in the north side of the stadium were closed one hour prior to the game. It took an hour and 15 mins to get inside the stadium. The closing of gates got many people frustrated and angry.

I was expecting way more from our team, unfortunately the mediocrity still in the players and the hard headed on the coaches.

In overall my boy had fun but as a parent I don t think is a kid friendly environment, too many bad words, people under the influence, I will not take my child to another game. It was his first and it will be the last one. Sad that adults can t respect that families go to those games as well. ☹️

They need faster workers, and more staff serving the goodies. I went for a soccer game and I spent 30 minutes in line just to get one beer! I lost 20 minutes of the game. I couldn t even get food because I was gonna be stuck in line for the whole game. The staff they seemed very inexperienced and slow. I wouldn t go back to the rose bowl.

We got to the rose bowl over an hour before kickoff and it was a mess... bottom line the parking was not ready for the game which caused thousands to miss some of the game. On top of that getting into the stadium was just as bad. I don t plan to go to any events there anymore.

Got row 30 thanks for the heads up on not notifying me i wouldnt get to actually watch the game because everyone is passing right in front the whole game. Security was a complete joke

The game was not organized we could not get in till the 2nd half. No one was watching lines people fighting everywhere people thowing drinks and using the restroom behind trash cans! worst 300$ ever spent! will never attent ever again

Rosebowl needs more security and organization, crowd out of control and they need to limit alchohol sales, could not even enjoy the game with out the drunk crowd fighting and standing, half of the people dont even know where to sit accordingly to their tickets, no organization what so ever

Drunk ppl everywhere fights everywhere, spent 130 for a ticket but any other seat wouldn t been fine. Wish it were a lot cheaper but ya know

The event was great , only thing was getting out of the stadium was a bit of a hassle.

The staff (one man in particular) was very rude and unprofessional. He came to our seat and told us to move because we were sitting in the wrong seats. We had already been escorted to our seats by another staff member and told these were indeed our seats. The whole second half of the game he had us going around looking for our correct seats we kept telling him those were our correct seats and he kept insisting they weren t. Until finally we spoke to a blue shirt employee and she told him he was wrong and the seats where we were sitting WERE correct. He didn t apologize or say a word. We watched the last 5 minutes of the second half and the game was over. Thanks a lot. Waste of my money. Definitely need to train these people more. And make sure they have good customer service because this was unacceptable.

I been to previous games. This time I felt that security and control was not at best. Entering and exiting stadium was a bit hectic. Last year was more smooth and controlled.

Cool but just the line was crazy they weren t organized.

Had an awesome time with the family! The crowd was fun and loud. The game was definitely worth watching. Cannot complain about anything because it was good overall!

It's upsetting that you look forward to see certain players, which you pay money to see and realize they're not even present at these games...disappointing.

Watching Mexico play is always a great experience! The staff at the concession stands needs better training because they are just too slow, it should not take that long to serve a drink! We miss about 20 minutes of the game each time we need a drink!

This location is so unorganized it took more then 30min to get into the stadium. There was not enought metal detectors for each line if there were any lines. Then we get to our seats to just see that all the suite tents are blocking our view, in which it did not say that our view would be blocked when i bought these tickets. Worst expereince at a Mexico game I have ever had.

was good , but we have a lot of problems to get into the parking spot , we bought a permit for the parking and they take us 55 minutes to get in , was mad already then we approach to the stadium and then guess what ..... take us 45 minutes to get in , finally in there a lot of people was on diferente seats, well we take out people from my 3 seats then we enjoy the game but was no security around neither , but good game for mexico !!!!

My first time at a National soccer game. The roar of the crowd was great. The atmosphere was awesome. The goals were super. They won. The seats were a pretty good view for the price and my seats were in the shade (good thing). Had a wonderful time. Would surely go again. Plus the pregame Futbol Fiesta was fun. And the views around the stadium were amazing.

Being a non fan of watching soccer on TV - I bought tickets as a graduation gift for my foster daughter who loves watching it - I took her and my friends 2 kids (age range 11-15) - I knew traffic going in was going to take awhile but it wasn't too too bad - we arrived 2 hours before game time (traveled 3 hours) - we found a parking spot next to some tailgaters - they were very friendly (which I was worried being that I know Soccer fans are extreme) - the venue did not allow any water bottles or snacks be taken in so we had to throw away our water bottles - once game time began - it was exciting and entertaining not only by watching the soccer players but the fans as well!!!! I would definitely attend another soccer game - we had a blast!! (Warning) there were a few fights that broke out around us but they had plenty of security to take care of the situation- also be aware of flying cups and bottles and Expect to possibly get wet when the home team Scores a goal

When had a great time and a good experience. Only problem there was, is that you couldn't see the score board.

The game was awesom and intense! I was super pleased with how quickly Tocket Master let me purchase tickets right there in front of the Dome and print them out at the Tocket Master stand. They made it super easy to be a soccer fan!! Great game and excellent service by Ticket Master!

The venue was nice. Seats were great couldn't ask for a better view. But the the best part is the experience of watching the game live. I recommend it for anyone that is a soccer fan has to go to at least one live game to feel the experience of the atmosphere because it's amazing. So if you like soccer go see Mexico play its an unforgettable experience and can't wait to do it again.

Terrible mexico game but nothing to do with the people organizing the event, i was 3 hours left of game start making a left and in my parking 30 min ETA this is after the drive from San Diego 11 am parting time i arrived to stadium did some good bumper to bumper traffic trying to get to parking so everyone is turning left to head to parking 30 min eta car parked, i have been to this stadium various times and know what to expect so i come early but this time was amazing terrible so back to topic, some event organizer made me stop and and keep going straight i refused because i know were to go he implied on calling authority i proceed to his instructions as i proceed i look thru the rear view mirror and he keeps letting everyone else go left i was furious because i know what was gonna happen ended up bumper to bumper till 6 pm game starts after being in my car for 7 hours, everyone starts parking right were there at and start running towards the stadium so we follow suit ending up in my (5) 80 dollar seats 25 min in the game and with my 40 dollar parking ticket unused for the reason i did not even park at the stadium and well i never leave reviews but what the heck always a first. organizers for rose bowl need to pick it up and correctly train their crews i ended up having not such a great day after all the money i spent on my family hope fully this reaches out to you guys and u make it right. I account Ticketmaster and the Organizers for rose bowl responsible for the disappointing experience hope to hear back ill be sending a email hopefully u guys refund me my money for the parking at least i ll be posting ur awnser here to follow up thank u

I've been to many events at the Rosebowl for games and other events. This game was poorly organized. I didn't get into the stadium til 1 hr after the game started. Due to poor coordination to enter the stadium. entrances were opened, then closed, people became upset and so they kept being pushed to the next entrance but then those lines were already along....the worst part was that there were children in those lines with all the pushing and shoving. The other piece that i was disappointed about, was that there were police in the main entrance with firearms (large ones) something i hadn't experienced before and made me wonder if this was an event i would want to attend next time. Once in my seats, it was great!

The game was awesome! I had a great time with my family. BUT, the game started at 5:30 and the Gates were opened at 4. There were too many people trying to get in and there were definitely not enough entrances opened. Many people got in after the game started.

Not all the gates to get inside the stadium were open, it took 45 minutes to get into the stadium plus when we got to our seats everyone was standing in the stairs and blocking the view, too many drunks since they were allowed to tailgate before the game, too many fights, too dangerous for kids. People get too stupid!! Place for this event was disorganized!!!

Security at the venue had no crowd control at all. There were no clear que lines. My family and I waited over half an hour to enter the venue. They need to figure out a better system, perhaps having ticket holders enter near the entrance closes to their seat

I will never go to another Mexico national team game at the rosebowl again. The fan control was horrible, I did not enjoy the game one bit because people that did not want to be in their seats walked around the entire game standing in front of people that were actually trying to watch the game. We complained to security many times. But nothing was done. As people would walk out of the entrance tunnels, they would stop as chit chat, take pictures, catch a glimpse of the game, all while blocking our view. No crowd control at all. Truly a waste of money!!!

The Rose Bowl needs better coordination with their parking. Being stuck in the parking lot for over an hour is unacceptable. My mom had to tell the parking attendants to guide the traffic because we couldn't get out. The game was fantastic! We'll definitely come to more MEX games.

Buying tickets to mexico games I love buying them here on ticket master grate prices and grate seating.

The experience and the setting was fine until it got to the point where we we waitin in line for 1 hour and couldnt get in it was very unorganized in my perspective

It was a really cool experience the only problem was that there is people that sit anywhere in here this is the second time that I come to this stadium and people sit unassigned seats, and people even made it a big deal when I told them it was my seat. This should be security attending these Isles more.

it was my first time going to an event like this. I enjoy more before the game, seen how people celebrate and they had so much fun. This event was very fun to bad that Mexico did not score any gol.

I ve been to other soccer games by far this has been the worst one. It was SO disorganized, couldn t even get in the gate without having a fight right next to you since everyone was fighting eachother.

The game was great and everything just that parking sucked so bad I was stuck in traffic for 1 hr and a half we got there at 4. I have gotten there at 5 and gotten in at 5:30 to a Mexico vs USA game. Then to top it off we had to check in and got into the game 25 mi utes late

It was fun and crazy at the same times there was no purses allowed in the place so we had to check them in in a tent then we had to pay 10 dollars ,

Two weeks before the World Cup, this event was more like a training to sort out the roster. Should have been offered ar reduced prices of even free.

The event was okay leading up the the event there were plenty of emails that s told you what was okay to bring and what wasn t. But the lines were really long to get in and there was no order. Eventually people started getting aggravated and trying to pry open the makeshift railings and once you got to the front you d find out the gates were closed. I had to run to the south side of the stadium only to wait in another understaffed line and missed the kickoff time and didn t get in till just before half time. Afterwards my wife wanted a water or soda to get and just getting a drink took up all of halftime and about 15 minutes into then second half so about 30-35 minutes. The whole even was frustrating. Getting out of the lot took about an hour and a half apart from the 40 dollar parking fee. The whole thing is a mess

Everything is so expensive tickets surcharges, shuttle,drinks, food and souvenirs.

People directing the parking were a mess they sent me into a full lot & then redirected me into another made me waste a lot of time. Once off the car the lines to go into the security gate were all over the place. People were cutting in front of everyone and no one was around to enforce it. Got into the match 30 mins late because of all the chaos outside. Rose bowl staff needed to step up their game, not happy with this. Service could have been 100xs better!

I have been to a few Mexico soccer games and they are always amazing. This time the rose bowl seemed under staffed and it was chaotic.

Parking is stupid and to get in the stadium is impossibly. They had only a handful check points to let 60,000 fans in. made us throw away our water bottles away after checking on line That they were permitted to take.

Arrived with ample time prior to event start time and still took about an hour waiting in line to enter the stadium. Four years ago I went to another soccer match here and had similar experience. I thought this time it would be different, especially with the heavy rain, but no. It seems like not all, or only a few gates were open. It does not take this long to enter for Football events. Better organization is required, or else arrive three hours prior to event for a soccer match.

Me and my family had a blast at the game. We traveled from the OKC area and it was worth it everyone was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were super clean

The game, sounds and technology are amazing. But don t waste your time buying any concessions. It took 30-40 minutes to buy a hot dog and soda. I missed the first 20 minutes of the game because of this.

Not only was the game sloppy, the service provided by AT&T stadium was complete garbage, security lines took about a minute screening each person, and the vendors roaming around the stands would not come to the lower rows ever.

Even tho Mexico lost it was still Ana amazing time at att stadium I would definitely attend another Mexico game
