Amazing turn-out for this game in steady rain all day. A good, close, competitive clash.

The football team nearly squeezed out a win, but the band was amazing! Especially loved the post game show & senior farewell! Priceless!

We enjoyed the game, but having to wait in the will call line for over 30 min made us miss 1/2 of the first quarter!! There was no option to print tickets at home; therefore, EVERYONE had to go to will call. This created MAJOR problems at the gates!!

We stopped the triple option and won the game. Nuff said.

The Blue Hens were hot even if the weather was in the 30's. Been a Delaware Fan for years. The game went as predicted. The Team will go to the Finals.

The University of Delaware football stadium is a fan friendly venue to watch college football. Entry lines move rapidly as do the lines for the restrooms! All seats are fine, no obstructed views!

Loved the game because Villanova won!!! (As usual for this annual event). We go every year to the game when it is at Villanova, but this is our first year at UD. Beautiful field, but pricey tix because the UDel website took me straight to Ticketmaster and I was buying 25 tickets. We'll definitely do it again, but signage for RV parking should be better on game day and we are hoping Villanova stays in the CAA.

Fun but we froze!! Next time I would bring a blanket!

The UofD students demonstrate a great deal of school spirit and support their football team with chants, cheers and charge music provided by their excelent marching band. They all helped transform the crowd from spectators to participants.

The Fightin' Blue Hens made the Towson Tigers look like paper tigers.

Veteran's Day UD vs. UAlbany was a great experience at Delaware Stadium. Beginning with the UDMB (Marching Band) pre-game show, the day full of fun! The stadium accommodates plenty, and the seats were good for the price paid. The UDMB had a patriotic themed half-time show, and the UD football played much better than they have in recent years (new coach!). Stay after the game for the full UDMB post-game show. I hope that UD continues to keep its football games at an affordable price.

Our first University of Delaware football game. This is not a big powerhouse football school, but from what I understand the university is trying hard to reinvigorate interest in the football program. It was homecoming weekend and there very good attendance at the game and the tailgating area was busy and fun. The stadium is fine - nothing fancy but it was a good atmosphere to see a game.

The UD vs. Richmond game was an enjoyable experience. The UD marching band really stood out. Their pre-game and half time show was enjoyable and well executed. The post game show proved how talented they are as musicians. They were toatally engaged in the game for all 4 quarters and OT. The stadium experience is light years ahead of where it was for the last two years. The football team is finally matching the efforts of the supporting groups (band, cheerleaders, PA announcer).

Saturday, October 21st was the perfect day for a homecoming football game. The Blue Hens and Richmond Spiders were equal in skills on both offense and defense as witness by the 45 to 38 score. Our seats were in the A Section, Row II. The view of the field was perfect. You could see all of the action, including the amazing stunts by the cheerleading squad and the alumni that returned for the game. Bravo!

Tailgating and the game made for a fantastic Parent Weekend!

A totally boring experience from the blaring hip hop during warmups to the listless performance of the offense and the fans. Delaware's offense is totally inept. There is no excitement in the stands, and the never-ending TV timeouts totally drain whatever momentum the game might try to build. The student section was virtually empty. I can't blame them for not coming. They figured it out before I did.- going to a U of D football game is a waste of a nice Saturday afternoon.

Any seat in UDel stadium is a great seat!! It is a beautiful stadium!!

The seats were wonderful and with a good price, got closer to the center of the field by selecting the seats on this side of the section, Nice view to take photos with a 200-mm lens. The food cost at the event did NOT drain the air out of my bank account and was also enjoyable. Hope you have the same great time as we did....

1 1/2 hours into the drive to Delaware I realized that I left the hard copy/original tickets on the kitchen table. I called Ticketmaster to see if there was anything I could do short of purchasing new tickets. The person on the phone was SO SO nice about it and accommodating and arranged for us to go to the box office and have new ones printed. Very nice customer service! Game was great too - U Del won!

Always a great time and especially on Parent's weekend. Great tailgaiting, lots of activity and good seats. Even forgot my tickets and received great help from Fan Support!

Our seats were close to the aisle. This stadium has no interior concourses so everyone has to walk from the lowest level up the steps to their seats. There was a constant stream of people going to their seats for almost the entire first half and this blocked my view of the game. Very disappointing experience. Delaware football is great. We enjoyed supporting the home team on Parent's Weekend but I will never sit in these seats again.

The BLUE HEN'S {University of Delaware} put on a great event. The Band was Fantastic!!!! There was lots to do before the game and way too much great food to be had. I would suggest this to any family who can fit it into their budget --- show up two {2} or three {3} hours before the game and enjoy all the activities. As for the game --- we support the Football team and Coach Brock 100%, but it looks like it is going to be a long season!!!!!!

It was my first time at a UD football game. I enjoyed tailgating in the parking lots and felt safe with the University police's presence!

Great football game , buses were on time and transported us to football field and back to dorm as scheduled. The marching band was fantastic no one got up at half time because they were so entertaining.

Great venue and seats were great. Unfortunately, a couple of UD season ticket holders behind us were obnoxious and loud.

Great day to watch the fighting Blue Hens with our son for parent weekend!!! And we also got the WIN!

My seats were in section j row gg which was about 8 rows from the top and at the 40 yard line. The seats were good, I could see the whole field but as I left my seat , 10 rows closer offered a better view.

Delaware Stadium is a great atmosphere to watch a football game

Parking was difficult need to get to the game early. I showed up 2 hrs before kick off and was unable to get into the tailgaiting lots. They need a few more bathrooms. It was a little weird that only certain seats or if you are a card carrying donor to UDEL that you get to purchase beer.

What a day! The weather was perfect for football. The game was constantly swinging back and forth. Big plays and big mistakes on both sides. Homecoming festivities and the marching band's selections from Les Mis were definite highlights. But the best part, UD won the game with a field goal in the last 2 seconds! Football doesn't get any better! Hurray for Flacco's alma mater!!

Great time tailgating with friends & family pre-game. Enjoyed school spirit atmosphere! Our seats allowed nice view of all the Blue Hens action on the football field! Wonderful experience!

The games are ok, I have attended SEC games. I don't have to say more!! I can understand why Univ of Del can not get the student body to attend. Tickets for 4 people were 152.00 in total (parents attended, the kids ditched us. No one wanted to attend). The guy behind us was drunk and screamed at everyone around him......he was hitting the "beer garden" way too many times. I guess he has the clout to pay for the "extras. Plus, he was drinking vodka that he had in a water bottle......Maybe if everyone that is drinking age can attend the "beer garden" the game would have been more fun!!! I pay my taxes on time and I pay my Univ of del tuition on time also. It seems you have disconnected with your fans. Was happy the team was able to to pull it off in the last 3 seconds tho'. Although, more half of the stadium was empty and missed the end!!!

Our tickets were good and the crowd was fun. We were fortunate that the weather was perfect in spite of a rainy forecast.

Great night at the stadium. Very good game, helpful staff/work force, friendly fans, excellent halftime and postgame marching band show. Safe parking location but was a hike to stadium.

These tickets were for family members as I have season tickets. The price of the tickets are worth seeing the UDMB--they put on an awesome show at halftime and post game. The Blue Hen football team has won every home game so far, and this game was great. The people who work the stadium are very friendly and try to assist anyway that they can. Be aware that they will not let you bring in a "large" (loosely based on their definition) bag, saw many with bags larger than our bag. The stadium is not great--seating is uncomfortable and cramped--believe me you will get to know your neighbors--which when you are cheering for the Blue Hens not necessarily a bad thing!

This was my Dad's first outing to a ball game since his stroke and the Stadium support could not have been better. The stadium is fun and the view of the field good from almost anywhere you want to sit. Delaware's fan base are fervent and fun ... and the game was everything I hoped it would be. My dad especially had a great time and we will be coming to another game soon. Just wish it had not rained as much as it did ... but even the rain did not spoil our good time.

My daughter is in the band. This was my first time attending a football game. Even though it was alot of rain, I had a great time.

Cats Hens game is always. a winner. Seats were right at the 35 yeard line and up high which is the best for football. Not a good seat for the elderly or anyone who can't climb stairs.

The Delaware vs. Towson football game was well-played and very exciting - it went into overtime in the last couple of minutes w/a made field goal. I don't think Towson was prepared for the fight Delaware gave; it was my first college football game. I'll go again.. but it was COLD!

As is the custom in the area of Newark, DE, this was basically a good experience. That area seems to be good at churning out quality amusements, which are clean, safe not to mention enjoyable. Only down point was you have to be an athlete yourself to climb up to the top row of seats, albeit the view is great from there even in the nosebleed section, as it is a relatively small stadium. Got a cheeseburger, have to say it was not at all bad, and served politely by (probably from the looks of things) a student. Parking was in a public non-school lot off in the distance, but people who gripe about that haven't been to a sporting event in a more populated area. The person at the gate didn't know what the words "Will Call" meant, English was not his first language. Wow! Other than that, typical Newark niceness, all around a good experience.

The game was a good time but the tailgating before was not so easy. We were there early for parking and were very disappointed in the changes that were made to parking locations.

Great game, Stadium seats 20-25K was a sold out game and great fans. No bad seats in teh Stadium

The Blue Hens football team played their heart out but they just seemed to be missing the little extra to change the course of the game.

The Marching Band was the highlight of the game with the pregame,halftime and post game performances. No wonder they are called the Pride of UD. The football team could learn from the Band what the benefit of playing like a team is all about!!

The game was entertaining, however the will call office did not have our tickets. We were given a slip of paper with the ticket numbers on it--and not the seats that I had ordered. As a result, all four of us had to go into the game at the same time. Two people were ready to go into the game before the other 2 were ready. It was not a good situation--and I was not happy about the customer service. Not sure I would use this service again.

The game was terrific and our seats were great! The fans were so excited and into the game! Go UD!!

University needs to invest in a scanning system to allow qiucker enterance into the stadium. i can't believe that a school still tears tickets for admission in 2011.

Other than the Blue Hens Defense not showing up for the firtst quarter, the event was a great day. Next game will involved a tail gait parking pass. General Admission is open seating in the General Admission section at The U of Del Football games. A little confusing until I asked and usher.

I am not an alumni, but I grew up here in Delaware. My husband is not from this area, but loves football, so we decided to go and see a game for his birthday. Our tickets were In Section J. If you were at the game, you know that a good deal of Section J left during the 3rd quarter....and we were one of them. We were so disappointed in the over zealous security and policing during the game. When we first arrived, before the game even began, someone in our section tossed a beach ball and the section joined in the fun of keeping it afloat, until SECURITY took away the ball. No beach balls allowed! There was a resounding boo from the crowd. Next, UD scored their first touch down and an excited fan in the crowd rung a bell in honor of the TD. Again, SECURITY came and......no more bell. No Bells allowed! More boos followed! The final straw came about when a long time fan (and I believe alumni), dressed in his UD colors led the crowd in a fight song with his trumpet. Security came up and tried to take his trumpet. When it disappeared into the crowd, and the boos began again, there were several more security guards who came to his rescue, followed by the poiice. The trumpet player respectfully put up his hands in surrender, and they were put behind his back and he was escorted out. Obviously, the no trumpet rule, is very serious in their eyes. Many of the fans in Section J proceeded to leave the stands in protest, there were lots of boos, and a chanting followed in the concourse of "Bull Sh--"! I must agree with them! When I asked a policeman why this fan was taken out and what rule he had broken, his answer was "no noisemakers allowed." So what next, a quiet fan base! Don't get excited, don't yell, sit with your hands folded in your lap! Guess what, we're all noise makers!!! We all pay good money to come out and support the UD team. Have a little respect for your fans. Not one of these people did anything out of the ordinary, or caused anyone any harm. Relax and enjoy the game.......and let your fans do the same! These are the people who support your college and put money back into your programs and your endowment funds. You are alienating them one by one, and they tell one person, and they tell one person........

The game was one sided all University of Delaware. My son plays for the Delaware State University Hornets and this was his first experiene as a freshman college football player. Dispite the major loss it was a good experience for him.

The game was awesome. Tim Donelly / UD Football quarterback won the trophy in the end and the Del. State band was awesome!!!

The seat was ok, there was a great deal of foot traffic and that is acceptable. The stadium monitors kept the traffic moving. The Univ of Delaware Band was excellent and DSU student body needs prayer.

The University of Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens did not disappoint us this past weekend. The game was incredible. The marching band also put on a terrific performance. Looking forward to the next one in November.

The University of Delaware Blue Hens played football with speed, quickness and precision. This was not surprising but it was exciting and pleasurable. This team has character and talent and it is very well coached.

Awesome game, better than game were the bands. Awesome. Too many people brought children that were too young and they were running all over the place in the stands - luckily it wasn't too crowded around us. People should watch the game - not text friends in another part of the stadium or talk on their cell phones, just silliness. Game was up tempo, everyone played hard, good view of game, reasonable food.

U of D Blue Hens were exciting to watch as they were too much for GS eagles. Their defense wore down the eagles powerful option offense and their offense was too much for the eagles defense as it ran out of gas in the last period of the game. The seating I and my family had was up close and in direct view of the large projection screen. Ticketmaster got me and my children the best tickets possible just days before the game and at a reasonable price. The purchase was quick and easy. We all enjoyed the game and the atmosphere of this playoff game leading to the FCS championship game.

Playoff college football what an experience. Great facilities, easy access, high intensity, competitive game.

A true treat for any alum. I had a blast in great seats for a great Blue Hens win.
