Detroit Pistons

Was great to be in town over this past weekend and attend Monday's Pistons-Raptors game. We sat courtside and it was cool to see everything up close. From the free food and drinks to the action on the court, this was great. Been a lifelong Pistons fan so this was dope. Bumped into Andre Drummond after the game and it was funny to see the owner Tom Gores drunk by his seat lol. Eventhough the Pistons lost, it was great to catch a game ending the season. Only bad thing is the limited alcohol selection in VIP where there are no drinks like Heineken or Corona Extra available to get. Overall, i would recommend going to a game courtside if you ever get the chance. Peace.

It was the first time I went to a basketball game! And it was so great! My 14mo son really enjoyed too!

I absolutely loved and enjoyed my first game at the new stadium. My only issue was the parking. It was like every place I went kept trying to turn me away to something about passes. Other than the mishap with the parking every was awesome. I had great seats so I could see Andre play which was absolutely exciting and wonderful. I overall had a wonderful experience and I would love to attend another game.

While Van Andel Arena is a great place to see a HOCKEY game or concert, basketball is not their specialty. With a court that hasn't been updated in 10(?) years, minimal contact with the players, no fan interaction, and ticket prices that compare to the regular season, I'd much rather go to a HS or local college game and save $50. But if you can't get to Detroit, this is it.

pretty good time. was able to get third row seats for myself and son for the price of a 2nd tier regular season game. was able to see the young guys play more than usual. kid loved it. would do it again.

I enjoyed myself. I have attended this event every year! I am a die hard Detroit Pistons fan through the good and the bad. It was a great game even though they lost the game.

The game was exciting and good. My husband and two boys age 11 and 3 enjoyed it very much. Will attend anothr game in the future.

Game was very good and the seats were great. I would definitely do this again and I would try to get floor level seats next time.

It's awesome to be able to see these pro players in GR up close and personal. Good to see young players. Ben Wallace is back !

The Meijer Basketball Classic featuring the Detroit Pistons and the Washington Wizards was a good time! As always, it is nice to see the "stars" play as well as the rookies/bench. The tickets were fairly priced, however with Michigan's economy, they could have been lowered.... a lot of seats were empty and could have been filled. The game was low-key yet exciting. This is my 4th time going and I will definitely go again

The game started on time. The mini performances/shows during intermissions were cute, fun & entertaining. It was a great experience overall.

I really enjoyed going to the Van Andel Arena for the Pistons game because there really is no bad seating there. I did have really good seating though so that also really helped. I could almost reach out and touch them. All the help there were really nice as well.

good seats, good price, good time, will go again next year.

I brought my 5 boys. $185. We felt that we were far removed from the game. If they could include that up deck. Some of the folks that sit up there are just as big of fans if not bigger fans than some that sit court side. They just don't have the bank account to support that. To sit way out of the way and to see all the empty seats. They should let people upgrade if they dont sell them. Let the fans move up to the better seats. From our seats we couldnt even see the big screen The game its self was great. Any time to see the Pistons even if they loose is a good time.

The game and the venue was great. VanAndel has always been a great environment for shows and sporting events. I am dis-appointed in the cost of tickets for a pre-season game. For kids this may be the only opportunity to see their sports heros live. I think they should gear the whole event to kids. Have a "greet & meet", discounted tickets for kids under 16. I had an adult fight for a t-shirt that was tossed into the crowd from my 10 year old son.

Van Andel is a great arena for any event, there isn't a bad seat in the house. The value for the tickets was great and good times were had by all. I would definitely go again!

When I originally purchased this tickets, I was worried about not having a good view of the court as it is higher up. We've always purchased tickets that are in the lower levels and closer to the court. When we got there and saw where we were, it was not really bad for being higher up. We had a good view of the court.

The New York Knicks came to Auburn Hills, MI and beat the Detroit Pistons, How could I not give it 5 stars??

Great tribute to D-Rod and the Detroit Franchise of days of old. Seeing the Detroit Bad Boys (even minus Bill Laimbeer) brought back great memories of basketball at it's finest. These days the players don't seem to have sense of family and winning that the Bad Boys of basketball brought to the floor every night. There is very little intensity - no wonder they lost to the Bulls.

I think these seats are definitely overpriced for the location. $90, obstructed view, and really tight seating (the seats are fold out chairs). Add to that the two fat guys at the end of the row which pushed everybody over... no thanks! BUT, The Palace does do a great show for the Pistons, even when they get blown out by 25. I think I'd rather sit in the upper deck center court for 1/2 the price. Tough to see the action from behind the boards. Seats are REALLY tight, and I'm not a big guy.

The game was great! I actually was cheering for Nuggets but I felt Detroit put on the best show. They really great with comebacks....rebounds and awesome shots. Though they lost when you come to a game you want some excitement. I was disappointed with Carmelo's performance! He was the main reason I came to the game but In all it was a nice time because I got to come with my wife (NO KIDS!). We had wings which were awesome! The bottomless drinks is a great idea!

I love being in the Palace @ Auburn Hills.... The whole place is filled with excitement no matter who you are. Just being in the stadium is what made me a fan to begin with. The heat of the flames on your face give you a rush all over. This place is also completely appropriate for everyone. From families with young kids, to groups of drinking college kids, to older sports fans, or a couple on a FUN date! The only thing I'm not sure about is how well someone with a disability would do.. but I bet they have plenty of accomidations that I just didn't have to utilize so I didn't notice! I LOVE THE PALACE AND THE PISTONS!

Everything was exceptional. Seats were great! The entire facility was clean and exceptionally well kept. I only had to get out of my seat to go to the bathroom, as we had servers to take our orders and bring our order out to us! I was very pleased. Everyone within the facility was very helpful! The Palace of Auburn Hills is a great place! Certainly well worth the $110ea. tickets. Go to a Pistons game! You'll have a blast!!

We loved the Pistons line up intro! It was explosive! Unforgettable! A must see live for everyone. Fan friendly environment for all.

When the premier talent comes to town, you see that there is a reason for their success. It held true on Sunday as the Lakers made easy prey of the Pistons. For a Team without megastars, Detroit did work hard and never gave up..

The game was very exciting..I enjoyed seeing the Pistons and Wizards play! I am a Piston fan and I also like other individual players from other teams such as Arenas..Kobe..LeBron..D-Wade..D-Rose...and more. The game was intense and I wished the Pistons would've won but the ball swung different last night. From McGee big dunks to Arenas big 3's they sealed the victory by 3 pts. Will Bynum played great D" on Gilbert Arenas and he attacked the basket with strong moves. Prince got off to a good start as well as Rip. Big Ben..it was good to see him back in a Piston uniform. I wore my Billups jersey to the game, Detroit is not the same without him!!

Little Cesar's Arena is a great venue except for the seating, which is very small and cramped,after two hours of being seated if you're tall you be in pain. Suites are recommended if affordable, however with bad teams playing there and high parking prices this is a venue to avoid for now.

My family and I really enjoyed the game. The new arena is state of the art and is so nice. It s very family friendly and has a Mother s room for those who are nursing. A lot of great options for food and drinks. My favorite restaurant there is Mike s Pizza Bar. Also, I love that you don t have to deal with the traffic like in Auburn Hills.

Took 3 boys to their first NBA game and they all loved it! I would definitely come back for another game-

Had a great night at he Pistons game. Good meal in restaurant attached to arena. A bit pricey but for one night it was worth it.

I have to apologize. I could not enjoy the game because my seat was too high. It is my fault for buying it. I thought the whole stadium was "tight". Now I know not to buy upper level seats. On the positive side, everyone working was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend the venue with caveats.

We sat at the very top, which the view is not that great. Also, the seating is so close together that you can't not touch the person sitting next to you.

Did not enjoy. Seats were crammed in front of a brick wall and were narrow and we were constantly struggling with each other for elbow room and my knees jammed up against the seat in front the whole game and this is not an exaggeration at all. Tickets were $96 each and it was a lot to pay to be uncomfortable and so far away the game had to be watched on the screen. Never again.

First time in venue for a basketball game. Entry into the facility was easy from our parking location on Cass St. Venue offered many options for concessions. Incredible jumbotron for viewing the game, and many highlights/replays. The only thing was the seats were small and knee space was limited.

The atmosphere was great but the horribly tight seating made it insufferable

The venue itself is nice but the seating is totally uncomfortable for a grown man sitting next to another grown man. In effort to pack the arena a major flaw was created causing a enjoyable experience to become not so. I could not imagine coming there for a concert dressed nice and sitting balled up for 3 hours.

The arena was really nice to be in and look at. You could see the game from anywhere because of the steep steps (which were very scary). But what I didn't like was the incredibly high prices for everything to eat and drink. You almost need to come already full. So be sure to take the prices of food into account especially if you are coming with the family. The ticket and parking are not the only expensive things for the night. You will also break the bank trying to eat/drink as well.

I purchased two tickets for my husband for Christmas. He is a HUGE Lebron James Fan!! So it was great to see our good old home team DETROIT PISTONS blow the cavs out the water. Very entertaining intermissions through out the game. Seats were comfortable and view was great. Definitely will be attending more events at the arena. BRING BACK DETROIT!!! Our city has so much to offer our reputation has been under fire but in reality the city is slowly but surely gaining its name back. GREAT JOB PISTONS!!! Glad to have you back in the HEART of DETROIT!!! WHERE YOU BELONG :)

The Little Caesars Arena is an absolute gem in the heart of Detroit. Beautiful facility with so many amenities to explore.

The new arena was the perfect place for this basketball mom to celebrate her birthday. We enjoyed a meal at the arena and the watched the Pistons cruise through to another win. Afterwards we took pictures throughout the arena. It s so much to see and do we must go back. If you re planning to go get there early and enjoy the new restaurants and bars before you cheer fon the team.

The sound system is awesome. We sat pretty close so we were front and center for all of the action. I will say that the seat are a little too close in the lower level section 102, but it was still fun. Definitely going again and will probably sit in the same section. P.S. - Parking is tricky so I suggest reserving your parking space ahead of time.

I really enjoyed the ambience, the entertainment was great, the performances were amazing! And Eminem, Big Sean and Kid Rock were there!!

I had never been to a PIstons game before this season and was so impressed with all the fun interactive things they do. The dancing usher was great, as were the pizza drops and t-shirt sling shot. There was never a dull moment. The game was pretty good too.

This was my second Pistons game in two years. Because of a severe disability, I tend not to attend events like this. I want to say that everything about the evening was fantastic\u2026except for the PA announcer Mason yelling BAM! Every time the Pistons scored. At one point, he yelled BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! after one basket. I understand having someone on the mic that is motivating\u2026this wasn t it. I will not come back or recommend anyone else attend. Sorry!

I had an amazing time at the game! Seats were great and B.O.B performed at half time!

Pistons rushed shots. Coach could have done better. Concessions were way over priced. I would only purchase for my children and that came to $48.

The Palace, and Detroit Pistons, do a great job of providing entertainment options. Between the on floor performances during time outs, to the band playing pregame and between periods. There is plenty to keep your attention, whether your team is winning or losing.

I experienced no problems! The game was great and we got to shoot free throws afterwards. Would love to go again!

It was my hubby birthday weekend and we had a good time. We mostly enjoyed the Detroit Pistons home opener entertainments with Kid Rock, Eminem (8 miles), Chippendale, Hip Hop, Rock dancers and a live band performance. Although the Pistons lost, the night was Absolutely Fabulous!

Had a great time. STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND POLITE..My children had a blast..

The game had a few big moments, but other than that it wasn't amazing.

I took my boys to the game and they had a blast. The Palace is too far and don't like all the traffic but decided to go with the free tickets given to Farmington Public School students. We were so happy that the Pistons won. The entertainment was a pleasant surprise and they were amazing! Thanks Detroit Pistons for the tickets! I do think that some of the moves the dancers were doing could have been a little more toned down, knowing that a lot of school children were there that night. I think my 7 year olds eyes were larger than ever that night!

This was mine and my boyfriends first basketball game at the Palace. We are at the Palacr Grill and we were very pleased with our meal and the service. Our seats were awesome! Great entertainment! Overall, it was worth the cost of our tickets!

The Hungry Howie family pack was worth every penny. Just wish the Pistons played better, but all in all it was a fun night out without breaking the bank.

More than just basketball, the TimeOut and HalfTime shows were awesome. Especially the dance shows from the Cheerleaders... smokin'!

Called ahead to see when we could get in, was told 6:00. We live two hours away. Got there at 6:00 and had to wait until 6:40 to get in. Not good with my bad back. Parking was easy in and easy out. Very impressed, as this was my first visit. good job! Chubby Checker at half-time! Too cool, and the dancers/ cheer squad were fantastic.

Great moments for me being at the Palace having been supporting for the pistons since the mid 80s from HUNGARY (!). At those days never dreamt to be able to see my team in live. I wish it would be a better season but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Joe pls continue. The Palace is a great venue and the service is great. thanks

Awesome facility great service and parking is easy to deal with

This was one of the best wins for the pistons orgaization in recent times...Kobe Bryant hitting a difficult shot to send the game into overtime created a playoff like energy that swept the palace. We had front row seats in Section 126, row AA, which provided a real engaging feel to the game.I would recommend these seats to everyone.

Kobe/Bynum were on fire, but Stuckey stole the spotlight!!

We got tickets in section 103, real close to the visitors locker room. Both teams are struggling a little this season, so we figured we were about to see a fairly evenly matched game. It pretty much turned out this way. Had been quite awhile since last seeing the Pistons play at the Palace. Having been away from the NBA for a few years, it was nice seeing the younger players for both teams. The noise level is a bit to much for my ears, but our son enjoyed it!

Detroit Piston play a very competitive gain again the Miami Heat. I am a big Lakers fan and I had on my Lakers jersey. The Piston fans didn't give me a hard time. I was upset when I found out that Dywane Wade was still injuried and unable to play. However Bosh and James didn't disappoint.

It's a very nice arena. Lots of food choices and plenty of restrooms. My only complaint is that the seats are a little small.

This is a great and fun place to be i love it i will b back!

LCA in Detroit is a fantastic state of the art arena. With a plethora of restaurants. Many open areas and spectacular viewing for a basketball game!!!

The Pistons were short handed with Reggie Jackson still injured. Avery Bradley, Tobias Harris, and Boban Marjanovic had just been traded, and Blake Griffin wasn't in the lineup yet. Drummond played a fantastic game with 21 points and 22 rebounds. Stanley Johnson led all scorers with a career high 26 points, and had 10 boards to go with it. Reggie Bullock pitched in 22 points, Anthony Tolliver, 20 points, and Ish Smith 19 points. The Pistons played great team ball with Smith and Drummond each getting 7 assists as well. Throw in 3 blocks and 3 steals for Drummond, he had a mammoth game as the Pistons beat the Cavaliers 125-114.

Great venue birthday am I like to get to see him play

State of the art arena...Little Caesars is! We ate before we came but wish we hadn't! Food places galore!!! Come hungry because there are so many options. Great seating and view. Look forward to going again!

I ve been to two games and set pretty good. I m sure you have some access to the game tonight so I can sit even closer on you. It would be a honor to come today s game and see Blake griffin and the pistons take on lebron James and the Cavs

Great game, and fun family-friendly atmosphere. The new arena is very nice, big improvement over Joe Louis. Much better layout, and the portal concept works very well, no more guessing which aisle is closer to your seats. Will definitely be back.

The game was fun. Tickets are getting crazy expensive. If you re claustrophobic,the upper section of the arena will not be good for you to seat. If you re rich enough (not me) consider spending hundreds to seat in the lower section. I miss the Palace.

What a great game against the Golden State Warriors

The venue is pretty cool but the seats are way too steep I did not move even to go to the restroom. The parking structure parking price at $40 is absurd and then we were stuck trying to get out 40 min. Next time i will Uber in. The Pistols lost. Sucks

Awesome arena - parking was close to arena and easy in and relatively easy out - game was so so ... Pistons didn't play well. Food and beverage prices exceedingly high ($9 for a bottle of Dark Horse Raspberry Ale).

Love the arena. Great experience... decent seats for the price .
