Hands down, the best concert I've ever attended! Atmosphere never fails to disappoint!

SICKEST concert I've been to. Dilated peoples, Brother Ali, and atmosphere know exactly what they're doing on stage!

I can put in words how amazing this show was, but I'll try. I have seen Atmosphere in 5 states now probably about 10 shows. This show right here was by far the best performance and sound and energy. The Greek is beautiful the people were beautiful. I hope to see many more RhymeSayers shows here. @wasabirice Instagram

The venue is awesome! Very cool scene. The audience can get very close to the artist, making the concert much more personal, or they can sit back at a table and just chill out. Either way the venue is good. Atmosphere always puts on a good show, because Slug is the man. He is very talented and down to Earth. If you ever get a chance to check out Atmosphere-do it, specifically at this venue.

sickest show ive been to in a while. im a huge live music guy, and the show ant and slug threw down was amazing. brother ali killed it too, cannot wait till these guys come back through, you know ill be up against the stage again screamin my ass off for all 3 hours.

Living in Richmond, VA you don't get to see the Rhymesayer's pride & joy terribly often. This might have been the 3rd or 4th for me in my lifetime, and each time whether Slug tours with Ant alone, or with the entire band, the performance is quality. Slug and the crew put together a great show that lasts and lasts, covering your favorite Atmosphere songs as well as some made famous by the stage itself. He talks to you, he jokes, he brings you into the show and makes you a part of every song. With Brother Ali (my first time seeing one of my favorite MC's) there's cetainly no way you can be led astray.

i traveled 3 hours from the western suburbs of chicago to indianapolis just to see atmosphere and brother ali and then drove back 3 hours as soon as the show was over. It was totally worth it!! Brother Ali opened up with a sweet set and Atmosphere followed with an amazing performance. I've seen them perform 5 or 6 times and this was the best by far. I feel as Ant and Sean get older they keep getting even better. Anybody who loves hip-hop with sweet beats and lyrics will love atmosphere

This concert has to be the greatest Live show I have seen to date. I finally got the chance to see Atmosphere live after being a fan for years. The performance was great. Slug & Ant were out fron before the show saying "what's up" to the fans walking into the show. Brother Ali was a great opener. The Pageant is the greatest place to see a show in St. Louis. I can't wait to see them again. This show is a 12 out of 10.

Brother Ali was added to the bill after I had ordered my ticket, and what an indescribable surprise!! The lyrical mad men spit wigs across the board. No one was standing still. Fantastic event... hope to see more like them coming through Indy.

Brother Ali completely killed it! That man is 20 feet tall when he gets on stage. Slug was amazing, Ant was on point and the show was a blast. If you get the chance to see either Atmosphere or Brother Ali, go and see them live. They are two of the best MCs in hip hop right now.

Incredible concert. Brother Ali opened the show and is an amazing performer. I'd seen Ali in the past, and he was really the reason I bought the tickets. Slug (Atmosphere's lead MC) came onstage and absolutely stole the evening. Every eye in the room was glued to the stage, and the place was sold out on a Tuesday. All those years of touring absolutely paid off, can't reccomend Atmosphere highly enough!

Atmosphere is a very talented group. But they stuck to performing brand new material or songs even older than God Loves Ugly. It was a disappointing show for someone like me who grew up on his last three CD's. (God Loves Ugly, Seven's Travels, and You Can't Imagine). If you spent your time learning those CD's, avoid the show. You won't recognize a single song.

I have been listening to Slug and Ant for years and when I found out they were coming to indiana finally, I had to go and I was not disappointed. To top it off Brother Ali made a cameo. If you like Atmosphere or just hip-hop in general then you must go.

Greatest show I've seen in a long time! The National would be stupid not to book these guys again next year!

Brother Ali opened up very nicely. The crowd was pumped by the time Atmosphere came on, and they didn't disappoint. They performed a good, long set with all their favorites, new& old. Slug was funny and animated and put on an overall fantastic show.

Slug & Co. put on an unbelievable show, I was glad that they played a lot of older less popular songs instead of just slogging through everything on their new album. The new House of Blues is a fanastic venue, the place was jammed but at the same time everyone could see what was going on, the acoustics are great in there, and the bar setup works well with the crowd. I had a great time and am definitely keeping tabs on who is playing the HOB in the near future.

Of all the concerts I've been to, rock, hip hop, alternative, acoustic, punk, whatever, this one was definitely the realest of all of them. Slug's performance was amazing, and with Brother Ali opening, it was unforgettable.

As usual. Been seeing this dude live since the 90's. Always a pleasure.

Atmosphere, Aesop Rock, Murs, Eyedea and Abilities, and Attracted to Gods were all outstanding. Even though Attracted to Gods didnt really fit the other genres. As a big Atmosphere and Murs fan all my expectations were reached, and the show went beyond them as well! It was an amazing experience and I'm so glad I got the chance to see Atmosphere in concert.

I've seen Atmosphere about 6 times now, and last night was their most AMAZING show yet! Between his new lyrics, and an unforgetable encore with Murs and Aseop, the surprised never stoped! His arabic/Sitar vibe during Save the Day was unbelievable! I'm praying that this show was record, so I can relive it again!

I had seen all the acts several times before, but this performance was a culmination of something that has been a long time coming. Maybe I am a little partial to atmosphere because I have been sneaking into venues since I was about 15 to see them. I remember watching blaze battles and being amazed that no one had caught on the wonderous lyrical talents of slug, sage francis aka strange famous and many others. Last night for me was a tear jerker to see these fellows from Minnesota make it bigger than any of their critics would have ever predicted. Their show last night was like watching a bunch of friends get together and make all their dreams come true. I am honored to say that it was the biggest crowd of people that I have ever seen atmosphere with, however it still felt very personal. They gave us new stuff mixed in with old time favorites, it was a treat for new and old fans. I can't really even articulate how amazing the show was last night. This simple review couldn't do the show justice.

Met Slug ( the rapper ) and Ant ( the dj ) outside the Beaumont, extremly nice indivdiuals, got pics taken, all that " I just wanted to tell you guys, you guys rock so hard!!! " moments. Show was good outside of the pitchouli oil hippies trying to steal my spot. Good show, good atmosphere... pun intended. Lotta good songs, good back and forth with the crowd, not just the standard " I love coming here, where ever I am..." bs of most bands. Overall good show, good times. Highly recommend!

The entire show was good, I must say. I loved the way that the lead singer from "attracted By Gods" played for like everyone. guarantees Freestyle was AWESOME!

The audio was perfect, good lights, good energy. I remember being able to feel my knees vibrate from the bass.....THANK YOU.

On Friday, July 31st, 2009 at 10:45PM Atmosphere took the crowd by storm @ the Revolution in Ft. Lauderdale. Not only did emcee, Sean Daley, a.k.a. "Slug" meet and greet his adoring fans outside, but he proceeded to shake everyone's hand and tell them how much he appreciated their presence at the show. From the standpoint of an observer, the club appeared to be packed full of people from wall to wall, waiting to see this musically and lyrically amazing rap group that hails from Minneapolis, "Minnesnowta." DJ Anthony Davis, known as "Ant" dropped fat beats as Slug poured his heart out into every song. The night ended with at least three encores, including the bonus song, "Vanity Sick," off their 2008 album entitled "When Life Gives You Lemons, You Paint That Shit Gold." The song set included many songs dealing with social criticism, namely "Your Glass House." In my opinion this show was technically better than their last show at the same venue last October. I expect them to return with yet another vengance on their next tour. All in all it was an amazing show and my sympathies go out to any fan who missed it... it was an epic night!

This being the 3rd atmopshere show i have seen this year, It was highly enjoyable and nothing less than amazing. Slug (Sean) even came outside before the concerts to shake hands and take pictures. The band has so much energy and always puts on the best show they can. Overall this sold out show definitley was up to par and couldn't have been better!

Slug and Eyedea had really good energy and definitely had the crowd jumping. When Atmosphere came out, I thought the floor was going to collapse beneath me! Slug did a lot of older songs, and a few newer ones in addition to the setlist I wrote.

Atmosphere put on the absolute best live show I have ever been fortunate enough to witness; with live music backup and a soulful crowd, this is one show that you would be sorry to have missed. Anybody you'd like to introduce to Atmosphere? Here's where to start.

This was my first time attending a show at The Vogue in Indianapolis. I have to say, I was quite impressed with the venue. What a great place for a show! The atmosphere in the theatre truly made it an unforgettable experience. Everyone who was their to attend the show was laid back and chill. No fights broke out and their really wasn't much of a dress code. We got invisible, fluorescent stamps on our arms that could only be seen underneath the blacklights. I liked this a lot better than the big black stamps I am accustomed to at many of the shows I go to. The theatre reminded me of The Palace Theatre in Louisville, KY...only a little bit smaller. I loved the fact that there was a balcony area where you could get a birds eye view of the stage. And really, there wasn't a bad place to watch it in the entire place. They had two bars loaded with bartenders so the wait to get a drink was not long at all. And there was tons of merchandise on sale for each act up front which was super cool. The opening act, although I cannot remember their name, was very versatile. They had a unique sound and the crowd was all into it. And then Brother Ali came out as the next act. I had never really heard anything from this artist, but knew that he was on the Rhymesayer's label with Atmosphere. I was highly impressed with his lyrics and the way he interacted with the crowd. Everyone in the place was moving and grooving! For a white cat, he could really throw down lyrically!! Then it came time for the main act, Atmosphere!!! If you have never heard this group from Minneapolis, I encourage you to go to MySpace or YouTube and check out some of their music. Slug, the lead singer, has such a way with words. I have not heard anyone even close to his lyrical genius since first hearing Eminem's music. I have to say, Slug blows Eminem's lyrics out of the water! And Ant, Slug's DJ, is one cool cat. Mixing the beats live onstage all the while smoking a cigarette and being cool, calm and collected. And to top it off, they had a guitar player, a keyboardist, and a couple of female back-up singers as well to round out their sound. The show lasted a good three hours and it was nonstop grooving music from the get-go. Although each act had their own individually unique sound, they meshed well together at this show. The venue was the perfect setting and the only thing I wish that could have been different is that The Vogue was here in Louisville, KY so I didn't have the drive.

I couldn't wait for the opening act to end. Brother Ali was utterly boring. If you are a fan of his, though, you'd have enjoyed it. I am not, and only wanted to see Slug! As usual, he did NOT dissapoint. Atmosphere is always energetic and on point and I have seen Slug five times in five different cities! The venue was cool. The bar that was separate was nice with couches to chill before the show. Of course beers were ridiculously priced ( $5 for a Miller Lite!) but overall good vibes and different areas to stand in. Not too loud, could still talk, and could go in the pit if you wanted.

After all these years, Atmosphere continues to put on a great show with a stellar lineup that included a good variety of old and new songs. They didn t disappoint!

The atmosphere show was one of the top 5 shows I've ever seen. It was a smaller amazing venue at the voodoo lounge in Kansas City and both performers sounded amazing. We will be booking more shows there in the future and looking for the next time atmosphere is in our area again. The whole experience was just fantastic!!

Slug is charismatic as ever. Venue is dope, sound system off the charts, and still room on the floor with a sold out show. Great music, only complaint would be the set list, I just like other Atmosphere songs much better, but overall a great experience and one I would do again!

He may be old af, but he's still putting out an incredible show! He didn't lose energy and entertained thoroughly!

The show was absolutely amazing, as atmosphere always delivers. The venue and staff were great. Probably one of the best shows at a great venue that I ve seen in a while.

Solid Atmosphere performance. They even called up a fan on stage to do a duet and it was awesome. Definitely get there early as the venue packs up. We got there right as they were going on instead of watching any opening acts and had to stand in the back.

I have been listening to Atmosphere for years and jumped at the chance to see em in concert. Brother Ali and Dem Atlas were also there and all the music was amazing. I had fun the entire time and would do it all over again. The venue was on campus so there were a lot of obnoxious people there, throwing drinks into the crowd and shoving their way through the crowd. Even with that I would still love to attend another Atmosphere concert, even if it was still at the same venue.

Concert was awesome. The venue ( revolution live ft Lauderdale) couldn't be any better. It did get packed with people, sounds were clear and the bass was bumping. The section I was in all had a good time didn't see anyone get tossed out or rowdy. I am definitely looking forward to my next concert at this venue.

I got these tickets as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. He'd never been to a concert, and Atmosphere is one of his favorite artists. I love all types of music and knew I would have fun, but I honestly had no idea how much I would enjoy it. The next morning I was telling everyone how bad I wanted to see them again! Dem Atlas and Brother Ali were both there as well. Everyone was phenomenal! I had heard Brother Ali on an Atmosphere track and knew he was talented, but before seeing Dem Atlas at the show I had never heard any songs by him. I am a new huge Dem Atlas fan! From his rapping to his singing to his overall attitude and swag and the slight rocker vibe ... wow! This entire show was fabulous and should they come to Boston again I am SO going!

This guy Slug 7 Brother Ali are both artists that are totally worth watching. The music is personalized and they love what they do.

Got to meet the artists and then watch them tear up the stage. Every performance was stellar and the energy was palpable. I'd love to see all of these rappers again!

Everything was great about this show. We showed up early to get our our tickets and Slug was there greeting people. It was unforgettable.

I have been listening to Atmosphere (and many other Rhymesayers artists) for almost 10 years, so honestly I was nervous about how it might change how I think of my favorite artist of all time. As soon as we arrived and I got to meet Erick I knew it was going to exceed anything I could picture! Slug, Ant, Nate, and Erick rocked this venue!! Can't wait to see them again! This was also my first time at the State Theater, which I definitely loved! They have a bar right in the arena, great balcony, and plenty of standing room (we made it to the front row!!!)

THE BEST SHOW I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! B Dolan was great, Blueprint was good, and ATMOSPHERE WAS INCREDIBLE AS ALWAYS.

I'm normally a rock-concert kind of guy, but have always had a thing for Atmosphere. I took my girlfriend who is originally from Minneapolis (Atmosphere's home). The opening acts were stellar. Mally really got the crowd going, considering he was the first opener and kill the vultures were so original and almost jazzy, but so intense. Big Quarters were a lot of fun. Overall i think Atmosphere picked some great MN talent to accompany them on the short mini-tour. When Slug n' Ant and Co took the stage the crowd went wild, as expected. I have never been to a show with such great and loyal fans. And friendly at that! Slug stole the audience and had us all hooked into his songs. I get chills just thinking about the show in retrospect. Atmosphere's songs hold so much personal meaning to me, as they do to so many people, and the show summoned some kind of sense of community among the crowd. I can't wait until a hopefully third annual Welcome to MN Tour! It's great to have good hiphop up in our neck of the woods!

Grives-Rocked it. Common-killed it. Atmosphere-slaughtered it. This was by far the best show one could have gone to. Red Rocks winter shows will be the new Haven for all concert goers.

This was hands down the BEST show I have EVER been to! I Love Red Rocks and to top it off I LOVE ATMOSPHERE and the whole Rhymesayers gang. Brother Ali's appearance made it that much more incredible. The only complaint I have is that I was really disappointed to find out that Grieves and Budo started early. The tickets said 7:30 and that's usually when the event starts, if they started at 6:30, that is what the tickets should have said. Thank you Red Rocks for hosting this event! #MakingHistory

Cats Van Bags with Ali to close the show was amazing, show was top notch from start to finish.

1st ever winter concert at Red Rocks... unbelievable! They did a great job on the event and, although it was cold, it was one of the best shows I've seen there.

All i could think while watching the show was, 'My life is only downhill from here." Prof, the opening act, is a new kid out of Minn who's already a great performer. Already downloading his rhymes. Blueprint, Evidence, and Dj Babu killed it and could have been a show on their own. Lastly was Atmosphere who had an amazing set with new twists on songs that kept the crowd guessing. Will try to see any atmosphere show in the CA area now.

got tickets the day of the event, didnt think i was gona get to make it but boy i was surprised. got to shake slug's hand in line and was right up front the entire show. made me and my girl super happy :)

Slug put on an incredible show up at Red Rocks. I've seen a good few shows at Red Rocks, which is an incredible place, but slug absolutely killed it. His encore was insane and his whole show was great. No doubt about it!

Words really can't describe what it was like to actually see Atmosphere at Red Rocks. My friends and I have been listening to Atmosphere for over 7 years and we had waited up until this show at Red Rocks to see Atmosphere live. I couldn't expect it to be anymore perfect than it was. I could listen to Slug and watch him rap all night and into the next day. Best place to be for the best musicians I know. Truly such an amazing show. I will ALWAYS be back for Atmosphere when they come to Colorado and I will NEVER forget the night of August 19, 2011. Amen!!

I went to the pageant to see Atmosphere who rocked the house. The opening acts were fantastic. The worst seat in the house would be better than any seat in a stadium. It's a great venue.

I live 3 hours away from the Northern Lights, but we drove it because we all really wanted to see Atmosphere. There wasn't assigned seating, becasue everyone stood. We were lucky we got close to the stage. This concert was unforgettable, the opening acts were amazing! PROF was a group that opened up for Atmosphere and they gave out free CDs and even let us take a picture with him. When Atmosphere came on, the crowd went wild and responded well to the Slug. Slug was so funny and the concert was just as I was expecting, even better. I loved every second of this concert, and for four hours I'm pretty sure everyone had a blast. It was well worth the $20 spent to get in. I loved all the songs Atmosphere did, and enjoyed the opening acts and will definitely buy their stuff.

this was my first concert and i'm glad it was. I have been listening to atmosphere for 5 years and I can't explain how surreal this experience was for me. I waited in line since 12 A.M but it was worth it because I got to shake slug's hand and I got to stand first row. end of story. amazing.

I was scared to go because of the size of the crowd I expected. Atmosphere is amazing to listen to so I knew it would be big. All my fear went away as soon as they came on stage. I was so into the music, the vibe, the story and everything was more than I imagined. Slug sounds exactly the same as he does in his songs which just shows how talented he really is. I would definately go to another concert.

real talent on the stage, chill crowd, cool fans pretty much sums up the concert. Rhymesayers are legit. Budo showcased his musical talent and could have performed the set on his own. Atmosphere was awesome, but i was a little disappointed he didn't play too many of his older songs. but he gets mad respect for his skills and taking care of his fans.

It was amazing, DJ Abilities starting off playing some music for the crowd to enjoy, he was so sick! Sab the Artist also known as Musab preformed first and I enjoyed him probably a bit more than others, then Grieves came out, it was my first time seeing him live and he did great, I fell more in love with his music after that night. Blueprint came out and I didn't get to enjoy his set because their was such a retarded crowd that night people starting fights and what not, then Atmosphere came out and my heart stopped because I couldn't believe I was so close to the stage, he did amazing! I would have loved to hear Slug perform more of his older songs, but it was fine, I still enjoyed it very much and I'll never forget that day.

This was an amazing concert great opening artists and atmosphere was as good as ever. The venue was nice also and the mood was great.

Best show ever!!! Slug was incredible. The whole show had such a fun, upbeat, and positive vibe throughout. We arrived ealry to find Slug walking the line and shaking people's hands. Such a great guy! This was also the only show that Aesop Rock, Rob Sonic, & DJ Big Wiz were performing at, so we got to meet them as well! Such an unforgettable night, thanks for the memories!!

Got there an hour and a half early. The line got really long. The venue was sold out. Slug even came out to take pics, sign autographs, and shake hands with the fans waiting in line. These dudes are really grateful, humble dudes just playing for fun, and having a good time. GREAT SHOW!! Any Rhymesayers concert is well worth every penny! Atmosphere is definitely a great inspiration. We were in the front row. AMAZING!

Show was a completely sold out all ages event, and the crowd was shockingly young on average. Didn't think anyone younger than college aged knew who Atmosphere was really... was great to see so much support for REAL HIP HOP. After a great opening set by Blueprint, Slug came out and rocked for nearly 2 hours (without a hypeman... breath control was awe inspiring..). His presence onstage is undeniable. He's roughly 5'10 in the parking lot, but you'd swear he's 8 feet tall onstage... can't fake that. He brought a live band, and the guys can really play. The guitar player especially shined, and Ant's beats are always fresh... they rocked tracks from pretty much every release in their catalog, going even as far back to do "Gods Bathroom Floor" and "If I Was Santa Claus" at an all ages show where those tracks were maybe as old as some of the kids in the crowd. Only MC I've ever seen live with as much natural talent, live charisma and crowd control was the legendary KRS-One... although Brother Ali is close. Don't miss Atmosphere, it's good for the soul!!

This was by far the funnest concert I have ever been too. Blueprint, Greeves, and Budo opened up and killed it. Slug was amazing for his set too. The energy he brings on stage is great and he makes you feel welcome by shaking hands in the line outside. Loved the show Slug, thanks again!

Slug is amazing all by himself but he was ten times better at First Ave. First Ave is Slugs roots and he was totally vibing with everyone in the crowd considering he was at his hometown in Minneapolis. There is enough room for everyone to bop their head to the beat but its not too crowded where you can't move. I was surrounded by true fans who were just as obsessed with Atmosphere as I was. Most amazing concert I have ever been to. Slug and Ant have such a great connection and they really get the crowd going. Awesome Awesome. A+++

I've seen Slug & Ant 6 times in 4 different states now, and each show has been better than the last. I've been a fan for 15 years, and they just keep evolving, growing, and delivering fantastic lyrical quality highlighted by Ant's killer beats! I don't know how many years they're going to keep touring, but I'll be at every show I possibly can when they're in my city!

Absolutely incredible brother Ali was hard to follow but of course atmosphere did it awesome artists killer set lists and a great crowd can't wait for next year

This was the fifth time I seen atmosphere perform, 3rd time at this venue. They always go over and above. Brother Ali untouchable per usual, and Dem Atlas making his presence know among legends. Ant and plain ol bill on point and moving the crowd as the MCs broke it down. Every rhymesayers show I see is always a delight, it just seems to me they keep upping the ante.

The combination of these three acts was mind blowing! The venue was the perfect setting for this concert, they were a little uptight but everyone still had so much fun. Dematlas was the opener and I'd never heard of him, but he brought so much energy it really got you pumped. Brother Ali was amazing!!! He even came back and did a few songs with Atmosphere! So great. The set list was a mix of old and new stuff and it was just amazing!

This show was so good. I've seen all of these guys before but this show was different. Songs they haven't performed before, new and old. They also did some group freestyle which was incredible.

Once again proving Midwest hip hop is a notch above the rest. Atmosphere killed it as usual as did Brother Ali and Dem Atlas.

one of the best shows I've seen and I have seen atmosphere about 7-8 times live.

The venue was a nice spot, it had a very personal feeling to it. Absolutely unbelievable how easy it was to get so close to Slug and Ant. Dem Atlas was a nice opening. Over all Atmospheres vibes set the mood and he played some great hits from his older albums including God's Bathroom Floor and Dont ever fucking question that

Been to a lot of rap shows and it's usually a hit and miss. Mostly because mainstream rappers play half of their songs and care more about lights, of decorations of their setlist rather than the actual music. After saying that, Atmosphere was nothing but his music and playing songs in their entirety. I was surprised how well the sound system was and it was cool and fun that Slug actually communicated with fans during his set. It's like he actually enjoyed being there instead of going with the flow on a daily routine. Awesome show!
