I purchased tickets for WICKED as a gift for my wife. Not knowing the story, I didn't have high expectations for the evening. I must admit I may have enjoyed it more than my wife -- unfortunately some younger viewers in front of her proved to be very distracting throughout the evening -- and would say that this had to be one of the best theatrical productions I've ever seen. Absolutely astounding.......some of the numbers will give you chills they are so dramatic. Not only were the performers amazing.......particularly Teal Wicks as Elphaba....but the lighting and staging were mesmerizing. An absolute must see!

My friends and I really enjoyed this show. From start to finish it had us on the edge of our seats eager to see more. Elphaba had an amazing voice that reached every seat in the house. I loved it and I know that since we saw it last night, one of my friends bought more tix to see it again with her family.

Our whole family went to see "Wicked" on a Tuesday night. All of us loved the show including my husband and my 13 year old son. My daughters and I have been looking forward to this show for months and it exceeded our expectations! Would love to see it again!

The cast was fantastic. Singing was excellent, although there were times I couldn't quite make out the lyrics when the entire group was singing. The storyline was interesting and it tied in with the original story well. Glinda was hilarious! Highly recommended.

I had seen Wicked with a friend a couple of months ago and loved it. I really wanted to share the experience with my family...so I brought my husband and four children to see it. It was an amazing experience for us individually and as a family. We will always remember this and when we discuss specific parts we loved, we all reminisce together.

I have seen many plays though the years and have been impressed by many for one reason of another, but this is the first play in a long time that has been wonderful from beginning to end and on many levels. From the tech work and scenary to the story line acting and voices, this play never let me down. Amazing is almost not enough to discribe it.

Well the first 30 to 40 minutes were very slow and a little boring.. Didnt understand what was being said or going on... but THEN out of nowhere it kicked into high gear and was absolutely unbelieveablly awesome.. Enjoyed every minute after that... Would highly recommend this show. just be ready to be a little bored in the beginning.

The customs were fabulous. The acting was superb and we enjoyed it immensely. Glinda was the perfect "blonde. I especially loved the scene with Elphaba and Fiyero in the song "As Long You're Mine"

The musical has been around a while, its won its awards - so if you are a musical-liking person, you'll probably like this. We found the music "okay" - many of the songs have that same power-ballad feel - but at least well-sung by a strong voice cast. As a lover of the original book, I was amazed at how much of the story was changed, and I think that also kept me entertained throughout (going "wow, that's not what happens now!"). Staging is great, the chorus did a great job mechanically (however, you can tell that it is routine to them now). Have kids that want to see a musical? This is a good one to go to.

female leads were great, both with talent and presence! Galinda must be getting tired of doing the show though, 'cause there were very real "out of character" moments. maybe that's supposed to be part of the fun; if so, i just missed it then. super lighting effects!

I went into the show having heard none of the songs and knowing nothing of the story line. I had 7 people with me, two of whom were music majors at Peabody Conservatory. All of us were completely blown away by the entire experience. Incredible sets that are extremely appealing to the eye, as well as incredible performances by the amazing cast. The songs were brilliantly composed and the dialogue was witty and not at all boring. I couldn't believe I had been there for three hours!!! I would definitely recommend this show.

I've been to numerous shows on Broadway and in the Bay Area. In my opinion this production was better than all of them except for Phantom on Broadway...nothing can beat that. The set was amazing, the costumes were creative, the acting was top notch, and the singing was amazing. The beauty of the Orpheum Theater was worth the price of admission. Teal Wicks did a fabulous job as Elphaba, and Kendra Kassebaum was nearly as great as Glinda. Except for the confusion of "evil is good, and good is evil" that younger kids may not sort out, I would recommend this as a family-friendly show for elementary and up. Plenty of action to keep their attention. If you don't mind nose-bleed seats you can get some good deals too...but bring bincoulars or opera glasses. The only negative is that the sound system is obviously designed for the orchestra seats and not the balcony. At times it was a little hard to hear the dialoge, and most of the time the song lyrics were indistinguishable. I would recommend becoming familiar with the songs and lyrics ahead of time.

What an amazing show! Funny,wonderful songs, family appropriate. A true "good vs evil" story with interesting roll reversals. Much deeper than it appears on the surface and story line reviews. I would go see this again in a second. The theater is fabulous, much more beautiful than any pictures that I have seen.

There were a few good moments, but the sound was not great. We had good seats, in the front row of the balcony, so I expected to hear better. Wondering if it was the sound system at the Orpheum or is it other acoustical stuff that resulted in such a muffled, almost muted result? Anyhow, the sets were good, lighting good, but without the sound in excellent shape the musical (any musical) falls a little flat.

I took my 15 year old daughter and we both loved this show!!! I've been to many performances and this, by far, is my new favorite. The show was fantastic! The costumes, EXQUISITE. The music, BRAVO! The actors, PERFECT PERFORMANCE. The theatre, BEAUTIFUL (very seat in the house is a great seat). Everyone has to see this show! What a great treat!

This show is amazing. The set, the costumes, the performers. The music is wonderful and the actors have voices that are soul reaching. If you go for nothing else, you have to see the final scene of Act 1 where she flies. Unforgetable. I would recommend this to everyone to see at least once. I am going back again.

This was the most incredible musical ever. From the moment you walked in, to the second you walked out, everything was perfect. The staff did a great job managing the crowd. Seats were great. But the cast was breathtaking! Absolutely stunning costumes. Great humor. And the SINGING! *sigh* Cried like a baby at Defying Gravity. EVERYONE should go!

I ve seen Wicked 3 times and this time was by far the best yet!!! It was SO amazing !!! We had the best seats I ve ever had at the Orpheum as well, the actors, singing , ALL was top notch ! As I said best ever ! Wish I could have gone back again this weekend!!

I fully planned on taking my daughter and being miserable during the entire show. Basically suffering for her enjoyment. But I must say, this show was quite enjoyable. Between the mix of comedic and catchy songs, I was able to enjoy this with her.

The entire crew was amazing. The choreography was complex and executed perfectly. The vocals were excellent, especially the two leads. The girl that played Nessa Rose had an especially alluring voice in her small part. I've always wanted to see Wicked and I was so pleased to not be disappointed.

I ve been wanting to see Wicked on Broadway for a few years. I travel to NY for business usually once a year. I haven t had the chance so I jumped at the chance to see this touring version at the DeVos Performance Hall. I m super happy we did. We had dress circle seats which gave us an amazing view of everything. I was amiss about one thing. The rest of the performances were sold out so I couldn t see it again!

All your dreams will come true while you see this show. When you see this show, you cannot help, but smile. The cast is clearly giving it their all and the singing has such heart it truly warms the heart to hear and see. It was so good the first time, I went a second time to see it again. Second time around for me. And it's STILL the Best show I've seen!!! Took my daughter and her little sister to see it 07/20, After a wonderful day around Boston. The Boston Opera House is a incredible venue, Always a pleasure to visit. Things couldn't have been any better, the Show was Amazing!! They loved the flying monkeys and the "Popular" song and scene. They Haven't stopped singing it since!! Shaylee as a member of the thespian society she can appreciate the dedication and work that goes in to such a intricate production. As the cast sets the scene the show sucks you in and keeps you on the edge of your seat. Both the girls had a wonderful time and we all want to see it again!!!

I knew very little about this show (I know...I do live under a rock) but my 19 yr old daughter wanted to see it so I surprised her with tickets on her birthday. The performance was extremely high caliber. From the costumes to the set design to the acting, everything was top quality. And the singing!! We were blown away by "Defying Gravity".

WICKED! Was fantastic! I wish I had tickets for an additional show! It was funny, the music was excellent and the show was entertaining. Easy to follow the story even if you have not read the book!

This show blew my expectations out of the water. I couldn't believe how incredible the actors were. Gaaaaalinda was hilarious and Elphaba was amazing. I love how this story gives you another side to the original Wizzard of Oz.

We saw Wicked at the Boston Opera House on July 5th. Great seats and great show! Lots of laughs and wonderful singing! The actors were all superb!

Great show, cast was awesome. Boston opera house it self is a beautiful place. The users were very friendly and helpful even took photo of us with the stage in the background. We would do this again.

Wow! This was my first musical and It was perfect! Everything I imagined it would be and more. The pure talent of the cast alone, is unbelievable. The script and storyline is so clever, deep and funny. The tickets are pricey but so worth it!

Took my daughter and decided to spring for good tickets, so we were in the 7th row. I didn't want to be too close as I thought there would be a lot of smoke and there was. (I'm sensitive to it with bad asthma.) The costumes were awesome, so good that looking at them pulled me away from the singing. I didn't know what the real plot was so all the twists and turns kept me riveted to the stage. The 2 lead actors had voices that were so outstanding I got goosebumps a lot. So glad I finally got to see this!.

This is my fourth time seeing Wicked and if I lived closer to a metropolitan area, I would see it more often! But I live four hours from Mpls.... such a wonderful show. Gives me goose bumps and tears of joy every time I see it! Don't miss Wicked!

I was lucky enough to experience opening night in Minneapolis from the front row. It was a wonderful production. I especially enjoyed seeing from my seat the incredible work of not only the performers, but the fantastic conductor and the hard work of the team inn the wings! Thanks cast and crew for making it an unforgettable night!
