Reventon Super Estrella

So the only reason why i gave this event 4 stars is because i got a little ahead of myself and don't remember %60 of the concert! But according to my friends I had a blast! The lineup was more than I could have asked for! Superestrella really went all this year and I can't imagine it any better.... Actually, now that it's over I find myself kinda bummed because I now have nothing that compares (concert wise) to look forward to.. : ( Bottom line! AMAZING!!!

MUSIC WAS AMAZING BECAUSE ALL THE BANDS WERE DEAR TO MY HEART. HOWEVER THE SOUND QUALITY WAS AWEFUL! IF IT WASN'T BECAUSE I ALREADY KNEW THE LYRICS I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO UNDERTAND ONE THING. WHEN THEY WOULD SPEAK, IT SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE BABBLING...TRUST ME IT WASN'T THE MARGARITAS BECUASE FRIENDS THAT WERE NOT DRINKING HAD THE SAME COMPLAINT! ALSO, MY WHOLE GROUP OF 10 THOUGHT THAT REVENTON COULD HAVE MADE THIS SHOW A BIT MORE SPECTACULAR. IT DIDN'T SEEM THAT MUCH PLANNING WENT INTO IT. IF IT WASN'T BECAUSE THE BANDS ARE AWESOME AND I WAS WITH MY BEST FRIENDS, IT WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN MUCH OF A SHOW! OVERALL, I HAD A GREAT TIME AND THE MUSIC WAS UNFORGETTABLE!

Reventon was the best, Staple was a good place to have the Reventon, drinks were alittle pricy, but I we had no choice.

I have to say that I am very proud of been Latino. Last night was a amazing night with many amazing different type of Artist like Daddy Yanke with his amazing music who make the complet Staples Center get in their feet and what about Enrique Iglesias with his Romantic music and his humble personality just amazing. Don't forget the King of the Acordion, Ramon Ayala, that make everybody have a drink of even water.

What can i say , i being waiting to go to this event like forever i and finally decided to go, it was amazing, even the singers i dont like , i this event i love them !!!!!

Great show, loved most bands, great vibe. Since there were so many bands they would play short sets, no encores. I'll still take it. I had a great time singing and dancing the night away.

The concert was great. Just that I really wanted to have more of Ramon Ayala. Daddy Yankee, Alejandra Guzman, Enrique Iglesias, and Belinda were really good. Ivy Queen had the best dancers and I could hear her really well. I still think that last year was bit better. I guess because Banda el Recodo played longer. Maybe another banda or duranguense would great. Also sometimes, the sound was ba. Overall, I had lots of fun.

The event was wonderful! i had lots of fun. Of coarse i liked some artists better than others but i had fun, which is what counts. Although i have to say that Enrique (to me) made it to the top! His performance was GREAT! Something i was a bit sad about, was that i didnt get a poster with all the artists that went. I have one of last years and i wanted one of this year but i sadly didnt get one :/ other than that i had fun!

As soon as Daddy Yankee came out everybody went crazy, the whole staples center was dancing.. He made the NIGHT for everyone!! His show was the BOMB!!!!

Julieta Venegas should'nt have been the opening act. She is too good for that.

I was really excited about this concert. Was looking forward to Cafe Tacvba closing up the show with its amazing energy! I feel like the order the bands were put in to play was bad. I mean don't get me wrong, I love Enanitos Verdes, but they don't really seem to me to be the appropriate band to close with. Their songs are slower and sad, and so the vibe for the end of the night was far too mellow, and honestly, the concert would have been better had it ended with Cafe Tacvba! Plus, it totally seemed, through ads and concert paraphernalia that Cafe Tacvba was the main act.

The sets had enough time. All the bands were really good and energetic! This was my first Reventon and it was memorable!

It was great and i luv that it was old rock . All the bands played good music and took me to memory lane... The only bad thing they didnt have event shirts for females ........

The line up was super! Best Reventon ever! However, the event started too early. A lot of people arrived after six. I imagine because of work. Although I enjoyed all of the artists that performed, the event was too long.

This event was awesome. I loved all the performers. But, especially Cafe Tacuva.

It was incredible! The crowd was pumped by each artist it was terrific!

I've been in this event before , but this time it wasn't that good. I paid a lot of money for my ticket and it didn't worth it. worse seats ever .

I had never been to a Reventon until this one came around. The lineup was great, the bands were great, the crowd was great. Glad that Super Estrella avoided the pop acts they normally play and went with an all rock en espanol lineup.

BEST CONCERT!!! CANT WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR... SOME OF THE BEST BANDS ALL NIGHT!!

...but they were not the headliners. Enanitos Verdes were the headliners. It didn't make sense that they advertised Cafe Tacuba as the biggest band on the flyer and had them play a short set and not close the show. A lot of people were leaving after Cafe Tacuba performed...

I enjoyed seeing Enanitos Verdes and Hombres G for the first time but I adore Cafe Tacuba among them all. The promo gave people the impression that Cafe Tacuba was closing the event and it wasnt the case, I know i wasnt the only one that thought that considering they received the largest amount of love for the longest time periods than all other bands combined. At one point the crowd paused Cafe Tacubas set because they couldnt stop cheering. The promo also seemed to insinuate that Julieta Venegas would be one of the headliners and she wasnt. I wasnt able to show up at the beginning of the show but didnt think much of it because i didnt mind missing some of the smaller headliners, i never thought i would miss Julieta Venegas. Even though i was caught up thinking whether their promo was in a subtle way false advertising, It was still a FABULOUS show and i loved this new STRICTLY rock en espanol at Reventon trend.

I loved the bands, Hombres G, Cafe Tacuba, and Enanitos Verdes! Early performers where onstage for less than 30 minutes???? Im not much of an drinker (alcohol) but, after a 30 minutes wait only 1 drink per person??? It could have been better with different seats. We had end seats and people didnt stop going up and down all night long!

Being a part of a sold-out event is always significant because you're experiencing those priceless moments. This was the ultimate spanish rock concert! Everyone was singing out loud, dancing, and the energy at the Staples center was incredible. Cafe Tacvba was and is AMAZING! I also enjoyed Mikel's performance with special guest Beto Cuevas singing together.

The artists were good. I wish they would have played more of their memorable hits. Super Estrella didn't seem to be very involved during the show. They could have done more. Overall it was okay.

concert overall was a great expierence, but because it was many bands performing limited time for each band. I would have enjoyed less bands and more playing time.

Reventon, please have less ridiculous "commercials", people are actually paying good money to watch these great bands play, not to hear your commentaries about what's going to happen in "El Capo", no one really cares- let's focus more on what Reventon is debuting to begin with. Less commercials/intermissions, more time for the bands to play - that's what the rotating platform is for. Concert was great, a lot of surprises and definitely good music from Hombres G and Mikel. Enanitos Verdes were great as always and they definitely put on a great show. Cafe Tacuba could have played plenty more songs, having less commercials would definitely help.

This concert was GREAT!!! 6 hours of great music and drinks!!!

The best OLD time favorite bands...the best ever Hombres G, Cafe Tacvba, and more,,,then the new El Conjunto Nueva Ola---bring back the oldie but goodies Cumbias.

One of the est concerts i have been too loved all of the bands and moderato you stole the show with that amazing tribute to rock en espanol!!!!

loved the band on the side...conjunto nueva ola. They were awesome! I even got to dance with the guitar player when he went into the crowd. My favorite was Cafe Tacuba.

The snake bar service was bad, theconcert was fun.

This concert was great and it had a good selection of bands. The only bad things was that Hombres G didn't play last and they put on the best show. This is the second time I see both Hombres G and Enanitos Verdes and both times Hombres G was a lot more entertaining and kept the crowd going.

sound was bad too much base. Seats to close to each other no room to dance.

Bad visibility- seats were way to far and the screens were blocked by speakers and all sorts of shinanigans! The sound quality was also poor! First singer was impossible to understand what she was singing. The best part of the show was Cafe Tacuba, would pay just to see them!

This was an awesome concert! I had a great time and the seats that I got where great. Well worth the $$$ I spent. Can't wait till next year.

The bands were amazing!!!! I would definately go see those bands again!!!! Just the sound needs to be better.. The mic wasnt on when they start singing.. At one point the beginning of the song u couldnt hear the guitar after a few minutes of playing..

All the great spanish rock bands in one same concert! this was amazing!!

This concert was one of the best concerts I have attended. I had the best time, all the bands and singers were awesome!!! I can't believe I got to see all of them play live. It was amazing, if there's another Reventon next year I will be attending again I wouldn't miss it for anything. The next day I completely lost my voice and my body ache from all the screaming/ singing and dancing I did that night. Best concert!!!! Awesomeeeee!!!!! All the bands were AWESOME!!!

Definitely the best concert I've been to in my life!! I felt I was transported back 15 years to the time in my youth when these bands were all I listened to (and I still do!). If this exact concert would repeat itself 100 times I would repeat it 100 times!

The concert was great! The only bad part was that the concert had a start time of 6 and it had actually started at 430. Missed one part of the show.

Best event ever, so much fun loved the artist would definitely go again and would pay even more money to sit up front, so worth it and looking forward to another one of these events. Definitely had a blast and will be adding unforgettable moments/memories to my book. Wish I was going again!!!!! Does who didn't go Most Definitely have to go watch!!

From start to finish it was AMAZING!! Can't wait to see who will be here next year at Reventonit was definitely worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat!! Even the bands I was not familiar with were great!

I wish I would have sold my tickets. Cafe Tacuba should have headlined the show and Julieta Venegas should not have gone on first. I personally think Kinky, and Moderrato should have gone on before Julieta.

I thought the show was okay. They should've had Julieta Venegas perform at a later time, not as an early act. I wonder whose idea that was? Also, she only performed a few songs. Her group came all the way from Mexico just for a few songs! The other groups should've been opening acts before her. But the good thing is that I got exposed to other Latin artists! At least I had the chance to see different styles of artists! Listening to various types of musicians is always a great thing!

I got to admit this concert was much better than what i expected Daddy yankee, E#nrique iglesias, Alejandra Guzman all in the same venue an the same day sure had fun

One of the best well put concerts of the year...move over WangoTango...El Reventon has been and will be here to stay. Great performances by all.

OMG enrique iglesias killed it, daddy yankee was incredible and alejandra guzman was great, nelly furtado fantastic, i would totally go again, this was our first time going and i would totally recomend it to everybody, vamos raza!!!!!

comparing it to last years reventon i have to say this one was a bit disorganized and the order of the artists was as well.it was super hot outside and they had everyone wait till past 4 until they opened the doors.everybody loves a great opening act and jose maria did a great job, she put so much energy in her opening act.reik sang their classic hits, so it was so nice to sing along to 'noviembre sin ti' and 'inolvidable'. beto cuevas was a total hottie and performed good songs. belinda was a bit to dramatic, we all know she was reffering to giovanni dos santos when she sang her last song.lol.nelly furtado was okay, not her best, i seriously fell asleep and just hearing alejandra guzmans name woke me up.la reina de corazones put an amazing show, and her humor was hilarious.the best performances i thought were the best are: ENRIQUE IGLESIAS.not only did he look super gorgeous, but he sang his big hits 'baby i like it', cuando me enamoro, dimelo and nunca te olvidare .i thought it was super nice that he took a fan up and sang to her 'hero', what girl wouldnt want enrique to sing to her be hugging her and kissing her, i was so jealous and wanted to cry.and DADDY YANKEE got the crowd dancing and singing to his upbeat music. and for the closing act, i think it should be the best, unfortuantly nacho and chino closed it and fans were walking out even before they began.i think it wouldve been wayyyy better if daddy yankee or enrique iglesias had closed it.last year WISIN y YANDEL closed and that was awesome. it was a great concert, but it could use some fixing up in certain areas.in between interchanges the music played by the dj's was cool, and when the locutores such as keven and issac came out made it more exciting because they announced the next performer and got the crowd going.again this concert was amazing, i kinda perform reventon 2009 better tho, but i cant wait till next year.hopefully again great artists and an awesome event.thanks superestrella for creating such a great summer concert!!!

well i personally thought enrique iglesias stold the show, daddy yankie was next. alejandra guzman the worst. but anyways next year for sure i will go again. i will buy closer ticket it was worth the price that i had paid. this was the first time i had gone my husband has gone every year. i also think they should have kids prices my doughter loves enrique iglesias when she saw her videosn on you tube she even cried i would of liked to had taken her.
