I thought it was a very nice facility. The parking accommodations were good yet in my opinion it really makes it not worth paying for parking. They have a pretty efficient trolley system to take you to the stadium though this can be uncertain in high volume attendance because the attendance was only half to what stadium accommodated. The concessions are good but like all ball park its never cheap. Slice of pizza $5 and a Gatorade 2$. + the cheapest ticket was ($17.40 x 2)= $41.80 Overall not bad. Would go again if FIU schedules FAU. FAU 24 FIU 34!

Spectacular venue....too bad it was so poorly attended. Great idea but you need to bring in a bigger draw than FAU to fill the house.

All was well with the game however, when I purchased the tickets I also purchased a parking permit in the Ford Field ramp. I was unable to find the printable pass when I printed my seat tickets, so I assumed it was coded into the printable event ticket that I printed from my computer. When I got to the event I was told that the parking pass was not part of the printable ticket and therefore I had to pay an extra $20 to be admitted to the event.

Game was good, but never did find our seats. Club level sections are poorly marked and the usher was no help at all. Not a big deal, we moved to an empty row up higher.

Great event and the tickets were very easy to purchase and print. The seats were great and no issues.

Overpriced college game in a pro stadium. $12 burgers, $8.50 beers, $6 slice of pizza.

Fantastic !!!!! Super seats (Sec 124 row 9).....Didn't miss a thing ! The venue for this game was great ! Easy parking.......(except for making u go left and unto xpressway).... Ford Field is beautiful.....Will return for a Lions' game for sure...hopefully verses the Rams..... The Spartans' were great ! Maybe a tad overwhelmed, few mistakes , overall, GREAT day.......

Stadium was very nice, clean, the attendants and ushers very helpful and courteous. Food was on the expensive side but there was a large selection. Restrooms clean and bright.

More people should attend FAU football games. Yes, FAU needs a stadium on their Boca campus, but going to watch a game at Lockhart Stadium is always fun. The tickets and parking are cheap and the atmosphere is very family friendly. The stadium isn't great, but the seats are close to the action. Hopefully the team will be much improved this coming season. GO OWLS!!

I went to every FAU football game this year and had a blast. The team was not as good as the past two seasons, but the games are always fun. The stadium is older and small, but it will have to do until the new one is built on campus in a couple of years. . I can't wait until next season. Go OWLS!

My entire family had an amazing time at the FAU vs Wyoming game! College football is awesome and so much fun... and the FAU Owls Rock! I strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun day of college football action! GO Owls!

The game vs. Wyoming was an awesome family experience! I'd recommend buying a family four pack, what a great value this was for me and my children. We will be back this coming season for some more FAU Owl football action!

I'm not going to live in South Florida long enough for this to really matter but Lockhart Stadium was a total dump pretending to be a Div-I stadium. The Owls need a new stadium to recruit because no quality athlete is going to be enamored with the facilities.

I recommend going to an FAU football game. College football is fun even though my team lost.

The new stadium was terrific, and the game was alot of fun. The only problem was that the parking was confusing, and the cops directing traffic did not have a clue.

Darn! I wanted everything to be perfect on our 1st day/opening of the new stadium. There were many good things about the experience: restrooms were plentiful/awesome! Thanks for paper towels! Staff were friendly/helpful. Customers were a great & patient group. The big screen, seats, & sound system were breath-taking. But, Boo-hoo, many very slow-moving long lines...for parking, standing for Will Call tickets, for all food/drink. The parking lot attendants taking money to park were inefficient/slow. Will Call ticket booth wait was an hour. Forget even thinking about getting a drink or snack...those lines were sooo long/clogged the walkways. Heck, the food is half the fun of it all! There were great food choices, but not worth another hour of standing in line. The stadium would have been full if we weren't all waiting in a line somewhere! I'll go back, for sure...after some of the kinks are worked out. FAU events are always so organized & this will be, also in pretty short time.

The stadium is very nice. They did a good job with the venue. Would love to go back to another gameand later in yr. View was great.

Great new stadium! The only bad part is that you have to sit in club level seating to buy beer.

Overall, I thought the event was well-handled considering it was the very first game in the new stadium. The stadium is beautiful and accessible, however, one area that definitely needs improvement is traffic flow and parking. My Priority ticket ($95) stated that I was to park in Zone 1, however, once on campus traffic came to a standstill, there were no signs, nor did the cops or other personnel have any idea where Zone 1 was. I was also charged an exorbitant fee of $15 for parking - which I thought was included in the ticket price. I did appreciate that the beer and other refreshments were fairly priced and served relatively quickly. 16 oz. bottled beer was just $5.00!

Great forum for watching football. Energetic crowd and beautiful facilities. Safe place to take your family too. In time..... the quality of play will increase dramatically once the recruits begin to see the opportunity to play against extremely good football teams and have a very nice place to play home games for an up and coming program. I was very disappointed with the team. I wanted so bad for FAU to win their first home game at the Stadium.

I was going to Coral Springs to visit Daughter and suggested and ordered ticket for will call pick up for a great Saturday of football. Waited 2 hours in will call line because the alumni football players had priority.... sorry took priority. Great Staduium and atmosphere for my 13 and 3 year who love football. Halftime? we left at 7:42 left till halftime to beat the rush, 45 mins later the wife came down to get the daughters so they would not miss the halftime show. 1hour and 3 peope till I got to the window, and we have no pretzels of which i needed 3. I got my soda went back up to watch the end of the 3rd quarter... yes the last 4 mins of 3rd quarter. 2.5 years to prepare for this event, it will take you 2.5 years at least to get me to ever come back.

Great game. Good seats. Event was easy in and easy out with handling of the crowd. Would go back again.

Poor atmosphere for a college game. Official attendance was reported at 36000. It wasn't even close to that.

MSU won......that was great. Owlie, the Mascot for FAU was the most exciting thing there. I laughed so hard watching it, my gut hurt.

Enjoyed visiting Ford Field for the first time. Although food was a little pricey, the experience was great!

first time I saw a football game at Ford Field - the facilities were excellent. Please stick to football though - cannot say the same about basketball games held there!

It was a great day at Ford Field, the seats were great and it wasn't too crowded which always makes it nice! MSU won and that's all that matters! Loved having the Spartan Marching Band there also! :-)

The tickets were overpriced for this game and drove away a lot of fans. I enjoyed the event but it was not worth the price I paid.

After taking my wife and family downtown, felt like once again I was let down by an MSU game at Ford Field. The attendance was weak and the game was extremely uneventful. Got downtown about 2 hours before game time and was deserted. Went to Hockeytown expecting a decent crowd, and we were the only ones there. The crowd eventually rolled in, but couldn't be what anyone expected. I guess the bottom line is that I felt I overpaid($50/ticket) for a game that was boring, OK seats, and a crowd that didn't even compare to the high school playoffs!

Good game. Florida played a good, smart game. Right up until the last three minutes. With a 4th and goal from the 1, FAU went for it and was stopped. But a flag pushed the ball back 5 yards and gave them another chance. Rather than go for it on 4th and 6, they settled for a FG instead. That cost them any chance of winning. Then they didn't try the on-side kick, and didn't use any of their time outs during the next drive. It's like they just gave up after not making the 4th and 1 (that penalty certainly didn't help). Still it was a good game and FAU came a lot closer than the "experts" called.

Unless this is a HUUGE game - of great significance -- Ford Field is not the best place for college sports- especially football. The game I attended MSU vs FAU.. was not a BIG draw -- so the stands were pretty empty and the ""college" atmosphere was definately lost!!!. Lotta people brought their 'younger' kids -- and they had NO INTEREST in the game -- just getting UPnDown -- and eating and talking. The seats were sold off line(obviously) and the randomness gave us verrry poor seats for viewing and enjoying the game. The concessions were overpriced and the closeness of the seats made it an uncomfortable day.

We had a great time at the MSU game. We had great seats position wise but being our first time at Ford Field I was SHOCKED how narrow the seats are. Unless you are a small build, 100 pound female, you will get to know your neighbor really well. Shoulder to shoulder has new meaning there. I would never go to a Lions game and pay what they want for Level 1 seats to be that uncomfortable.

Game was great I'm a Michigan State fan. First time to Ford Field great facility.

This was my 5th time at Ford Field - 1st for football. The game was a little disappointing for several reasons: Spartans played poorly, the size of the crowd, and the sound system. Overall, we enjoyed our day in Detroit, especially going out for dinner.

Great game! Ford Field was a great venue - not too bad getting in or out, concessions were good, though a little pricey. I would go there again for a game.

The new stadium is great, seats are pretty comfortable, unfortunately the team needs some work.

This was a great event at Ford Field in Detroit, It has been since 1944 since State has played football here. I was very happy to be here and would go again in a heartbeat if they came back. Plus FAU was able to have this buliding as their homefield. They both played a great game but victorious MSU wins the game!!! Thanks for the good times!!!

The weather is hot, but the environment and game was great. From the check in point until I got to my seat, the experience was easy and the staff was friendly.

Decent food. Place holds a lot but only 14,000 fans and the lines were still too long. Place is made of cheap bleacher seats. Could have been a location for a great venue.

Seats were misrepresented on the seat map when I purchased them. They were handicap seats and the view was completely instructed by a tent in the field. Luckily I m not in a wheelchair and was able to move to seats of same value. Game as great, parking is easy and traffic flows nicely into stadium.

I wish more went to the game...we paid $12/each and had a great time. our 6th FAU game this year.

THe FAU vs FIU football game was awesome. FAU Owls played an amazing game. Both Offense and Defense played wonderfully with great plays. I really enjoyed the laterals and trick plays. After the game, when the FAU Owl student section jumped the fences and went onto the flied to congratulate the team was so heart warming. Glad the police did not try to stop them from celebrating. BEST GAME Ever.

Loved the venue but the parking crew was clearly overwhelmed. Once I got in line to park, it was 90 min before I pulled in to a spot. All avoidable--the parking folks acted like they had all the time in the world (i.e., like they do when 4000 show up) & it slowed things to a crawl. By the time I got there--after the game had started--they had given up. I bought a pre-paid parking pass that no one ever asked to see. The weather delay was unnecessary too. Anyone with a phone could see that the storm was far away and moving in another direction.

The stadium is very nice, however getting in and out is a complete nightmare. Maybe the FAU security and parking staff werent ready for a large crowd but parking took ridiculously long and employees had no idea what was going on.

The stadium at FAU is fantastic. From the section of beach which included sand and chairs to every seat having a back, this is a great stadium to watch a football game.

Great seats that were reasonable price. Perfect weather for a football at an outdoors stadium. Only bad part was FIU having a horrible season.

The stadium was not a very good experience. Even t hough we bought tickets online with reserved seats, we were informed by the usher that we could sit where ever we could find seats. Someone else was sitting in our seats. Also, we learned that if we wanted to buy alcoholic beverages, we would have to upgrade our tickets, which were $23/each, by $40 each! What a rip off! This is a very poorly organized and run stadium.

Game was great. Kids had fun and seats were awesome!

The FAU football team gave us a memorable homecoming game. Everyone was on their feet in the last seconds of the game to watch FAU pull off the game winning touchdown. It was an exciting game to watch.

Perfect, cheap (when you get the $13 seats) night out. Nice stadium, parking is $15 though. There is a subway in the stadium but be prepared to spend $15 on a footlong sub

This was a birthday present for my husband. We both loved the venue, nice clean brand new stadium. When I booked the seats, I asked for "best available". That it was! Row A was practically at field level on the 20 yard line. That is where you feel like a part of the action. My husband and I had never had much interest in the Florida Atlantic University Owls in spite of the fact that we live in Boca Raton where they are located. WE ARE NOW FANS because of this terrific ticket purchase experience. (And, it helped that they won.)

Went to watch my daughter in the colorguard/band. The new field is fantastic.

No problems at the gate...This is a great way to purchase tickets and I will use this site in the future

It was a great evening. Would have been better if the Owls would have won of course. Great view from the seats. Great weather. Only thing I would have changed would have been an earlier start time.

iT WAS A TOUGH DEFEAT, HOWEVER, WE MUST KEEP THE FAITH IN OUR OWLS. THEY DESERVE THAT FROM US FOR THEIR EFFORT. THEY HAVE THE HEART THAT IT TAKES TO COMPETE , EVEN IN THE MOST CHALLENGING OF TIMES. NO MATTER WHAT THE SCOREBOARD READS, THEY ALL HAVE THE HEART OF CHAMPIONS.

The stadium is beautiful however the team is not very good.

In my opinion, F.A.U has everything it needs to lure in a big named head coach. Florida has lots of talent and the Owls shouldn't let them get away. Instead of going out of state to recruit players they should gather all the local talent because we all know Florida has the most talent of any other state. The campus is beautiful, the stadium is beautiful, all thats needed now is for a coach like Mike Leach,Butch Davis,or Randy Shannon to transform this team and school into a well known Powerhouse.

Very memorable occasion! Very forgettable game . Enjoyed the atmosphere and the band, the defense was very good. Had a great time with our FAU student, but the team has mo offense!

The FAU Stadium is impressive! They have a few kinks to work out but since it was their first game I'm hoping they will improve. I waited for nearly an hour to get a water and soda. They should have more people working the concession stands and more people going around selling drinks. I missed so much of the game just to get a drink. The bathrooms were nice, clean and they had plenty of them so no lines. Our seats were great. Parking and traffic were a mess but again hopefully this will improve. We definitely hope to go again before the end of the season.
