LA Kiss

I took my 13yr old Grandson to the game and it was the 1st time either of us had attended an Arena Football Game. My grandson enjoyed the game with the exception of the loud bang after each goal was scored and I would have to agree I did not like it either. Along those same lines I might add that there was a family of 5 close to us with three young children and the noise scared the two youngest to the point the family left. Other than the noise issue I would probably go back to see another game from a different seat along the side lines to see if it were something I might want to get season tickets for and to see if I could deal with the noise issue.

It was our first time at an arena football game and I must say that we had a very great time. Everyone that worked there from that LA Kiss Girls to the ushers, to the people working at the concession stands were so nice and friendly. The prices for food we also surprisingly very reasonable. The MC really gets the crowd engaged and the game is very fun to watch. We are definitely coming back for more.

We fought traffic for over 3 hours to get to Honda Center but it was worth it! A lifelong KISS fan, and 2nd of 3 generations following the best band in the world. The game was exciting. The fans all around us were having a GREAT time! It was our first arena football experience. The stadium was well designed with plenty of choices for food and drink, and parking was easy. And then there was KISS at halftime! Even though they only played 2 songs, it was worth coming. They could play 2 days and we'd still want more. We actually just saw Paul Stanley do his solo gig with Soul Station a few weeks prior. Thank you to KISS for being there to entertain us lifer fans. We appreciate you!

WHAT A PERFECT WAY TO MIX A CONCERT AND FOOTBALL GAME.THE EYE CANDY WASN'T BAD EITHER....WHOOYAA

I love Gene Simmons however this was not what I had expected. Football cannot be played on a field the size of a hockey rink!! No matter how many bands, girls in cages, etc... this was a disappointment.

The football was fun, very exciting. The problem is every few minutes they bring out dancers or bmx bikes and completely kill the excitement! Cut out the lag and I'll be a regular at the games. Don't and this team will be 1 season and gone. Fix it LA Kiss!!!

I thought the girls hanging off the floor in cages was a little "cheesy". Also, game seemed to lag because of all the lengthy time-outs. All in all though, enjoyed it.

this was my first time attending an arena football game and I loved it!! I went mainly as a Steel Panther fan, but left an LA Kiss fan, as well. I live in Vegas and traveled only for the day to attend the game and I'd definitely do it again. my main complaint would be that the sound during Steel Panther's performance was less than stellar during the first song. it was rectified, however.

I would recommend everyone attend at least once. My family and I had a great time.

This was the first area football game I have gone to and I have to say I had a great time. The action was non stop and the side entertainment of rock and roll and girls in dancing cages was fun as well. And you can't beat the drink service at your seat so you don't miss a second of the action.

I went to the LA KISS vs Cleveland game on 4/12/14 and had a great time. From start to finish, the action on and off the field is non stop. At the game the crowd was entertained by the band Vintage Trouble before and during half time. The play on the field is very fast paced and entertaining. The AFL rules take a little getting used to, but the game was a blast. And with KISS being the owners the noise is at a rock concert level. I hope the team lasts more than a just a few seasons. Season tickets start at $99. Give them a chance and you won't be disappointed. I will definitely be back.

2 words overall "Freaking Awesome" Me and my gf had such a great time, everything was great, i have no complains about it. i would definitely wanna go see another LA Kiss game and i will. the event in general was perfectly laid out, Steel Panther performance (i love it), the game, shows, etc.

Football, Beer , Women, all in Honda Center, what more you want..LOL

Do yourself a favor. Go see one Arena Game. Leave your ego at the door and have fun. It is not the NFL and honestly that is a good thing. The players enteract with the fans and most of the players appreciate you watching them (unlike the NFL). It's loud and fast paced. If u don't like having a good time and getting value for your entertainment dollars then this is not for you.

Fun game to see if you want to get a little football action. Honda Center is a great place to go to. The biggest problem is that if you bought upper level tickets you may have to go down to the lower levels to get food because they did not open any of the food stops up there when we went and that was very frustrating to have to do that. So that cost them the five star rating and I gave it only 3 stars.

This was the BEST time! If you like football, and loud 80's rock, this is the place to be! Not a ton of people, so the crowd and parking were doable.

I would recommend going to at least one of the home games before the season is over. My son and I sat 4 rows behind the Kiss bench. It was a great experience. They had a Live band playing after each touchdown and at half time. The LA Kiss girls are much better than the Laker Girls. With their dance routine their vibe and best of all they were all good looking. Their was a lot of Player/Fan interaction. Which my son was kind of happy about. Overall a Great Experience. It's not the NFL it's Arena Football. But Football is Football.

I took a buddy of mine to go see this game. Thinking it was Arena Football not to get too excited but this was Awesome. It was a Football game/Rock concert. I couldn't believe it. I highly recommend going. I will definitely go again in the near future

Took advantage of the free tickets giveaway for May 9th game against Portland and it was great. Seats had a good view of the field so we could see everything. Team won big against Portland and plenty of entertainment in between. Never a dull moment. Kudos to Gene and Paul for ticket promotion. Go KIss!

What a fun experience watching the game and enjoying the music. Halftime was amazing they had a BMX bike show. Crowd was fun and announcements made the crowd cheer. I would so go back again.

A friend of ours bought my son a ticket for his bday two weeks ago and we couldn't get enough so I went back..

Exciting sport. Football meets Hockey!! Amazing and family friendly as well. And they let you keep the footballs when they are thrown into the crowd!!!

LA KISS was boring . They tried but they should have more interactions with fans. They were taking themselves too seriously. House band was wack too.

I actually had more fun than I thought I would. Crazy to see these guys do stuff NFL guys wouldnt do. Like throwing themselves into the stands to catch a ball. I would do it again since it did give me a fix for NFL's off season and kid loved it so that is a bonus

This was the first time seeing the L.A. Kiss and it was GREAT. They have a stud in Captain Morgan. It was very exciting with the pyro and a "live" house band. I have never seen that before. Our seats were great

I have never been to a professional football game and so this was a blast, hope to make it to some Rams games...

Love these games. Get a little closer and hear the hits. Music plays alot and makes the game funner. Fans were a blast around us too.

The game was great and competitive. The entertainment was great in between breaks. The promotional handouts sucked. And ice cooler bag? You are better off sticking with an ice chest for your cold beverages. A backpack, or a gym bag would of been way better.

The family and I had a great time and great seats.

Ok if you're looking for something to try once, but not really worth a repeat viewing.

Tickets to see the Kiss play are fairly priced, but the team isn't that good. The games are fun to watch.

The team was not very good but the whole experience was very entertaining. Would definitely recommend it!

La Kiss puts on a great show, the only thing I would have to say is it was way to load to the point my family and I were not enjoying ourselves. We also most left early because of it but we wanted to see the game. We had perfect seats. We had handicap seating and it was perfect and mom was able to get right to her seat. The only reason I give it a 4 star is the sound.

Everything you could ask for in a football game and KISS experience. The players interacted with the crowd and seemed like genuine all around great guys. Thanks for the amazing night!

Going to see LA Kiss Arena Football at the Honda Center is a lot of fun. They didn't have the greatest first season, but where else can you see dancers in cages, a BMX bike show, a dog who catches frisbees, appearances from Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, wacky cover bands with bad wigs, a hot female guitar player, Kiss dancers and junior dancers, oh, and a little something called a FOOTBALL GAME!

Loved it! Loved it so much we got season tickets for next season!! Go LA Kiss!!!

i have been a KISS fan since 1975 when it was not cool to be a KISS fan. It is wonderful that Paul and Gene have sort of let us in their lives with shows and extra side projects. The LA KISS needs some work but it is a fun event to go to, and you can even get a glimpse of Paul or Gene too!

Very entertaining. Everyone involved really take care of the fans. 1st experience and my kids got autographs from the cheerleaders. In between plays were was to win something. So much fun!

The team should maybe spend more on improving their game instead of the absurd cage dancers and live band. It did not add to the experience but made us uncomfortable.l. We are sports fans. Not pole dancer fans. All we could think about was how uncomfortable they must have been for such a long period of time. Too much going on and not enough focus on the play itself.

I had a day to kill and decided to hit an Arena Football game in Anaheim. I've seen many in my years in the Bay Area, but I wanted to see what Kiss leader Gene Simmons would bring to the table. Well folk, like you would expect, The LA Kiss was all flash and little else. The stink of the Simmons money making machine was all over the production from the scary looking dancers skimpy pleather outfits, to 4 women pole dancing in cages above the arena during the game. The team tried, but that really aren't any good, so to cover up the loss of entertainment on the field, Simmons and company try to make up for it by slathering on misogynistic "entertainment" including a guest appearance by the Playmate of the Year for no apparent reason other to cross promote the Playboy Channel. Some year, The Kiss will put a better product on the field and maybe the rest of the "experience" will be a bit more family friendly and less of a Kiss Kommericial.

My BF & I had a great time! Our first arena football game experience & to make it better, it's Kiss Football! My BF's first concert ever was a Kiss concert! He was super excited! Definitely going again!

Complete action, always. This was just pure fun. It was football, cheerleading, BMX, and a lot of circus action. Strangely enough, lots of families were in the audience. The seats are inexpensive, which is great for L.A. football--We paid over $300 for seats only at a San Diego Chargers game. The Charger game cost almost $500, with gas from L.A., etc. It's great to see football in L.A. (Anaheim) again. We want to go again.

Even before we arrived it was great, right off the freeway exit. Two lefts and we were there at the Pond. There were four dancers hanging in open cages from the ceiling during the whole game, half time show featured trick bikers. During the entire game the Owners(Kiss band) was there interacting with the fans. It was my first time at an Arena football game and I totally enjoyed the entire night. We even stuck around to get signatures from the Players and Cheerleaders.

They really try to make the game as sensational as possible. And there were go go dances in cages next to the uprights the entire game.

The LA Kiss organization definitely tries to put on a show! Gene Simmons is very involved with the team and fans which is very cool! They actually had a live Van Halen tribute band in concert that night. I do feel that if they are billing these events as "family friendly" that they are pushing the envelope to far with the cage dancers and their "cheerleaders" outfits. They actually look more like showgirl costumes than cheerleader uniforms! Besides....we never saw them with pom poms??? The Honda Center is a beautiful venue and the employees there are very friendly. (Especially since we were there for the opposing team!)

After the first quarter I thought I was watching a WWF match. I was truly disappointed. Scantily clad dancers suspended from metal pods over the field doing their routines during the entire game? Live rock music in the end zone...during the game? The background music was much too loud...songs from the 80's...I couldn't even talk to my friend about the game. And the on-field action looked staged...nothing like a real game. Effortless, silly and and all glitz...no real plays and tackling. The L.A. KISS was horrendous. Every other pass thrown into the crowd...almost as if they were doing it to give away footballs (the fans got to keep them). Final score Spokane 70, KISS 21. It was a joke. It was an insult to my professional sports intelligence. I've been there and done that...never again. I'm sure there are those that will enjoy this environment, but not me. Extremely unintelligible...more like watching the Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus.

You wont ever be board between quarters, there is entertainment going on every minute! The team didnt win the game I went to but it was exciting.

The LA KISS AFL game was phenomenal! The entertainment between plays and at halftime was high energy and captivating. There was always something happening to keep you entertained. The game itself is high-energy. The players were close enough go interact with the fans. After the game the players, dancers, and team owners were on the field to sign autographs. The LA KISS really do a great job! I highly recommend checking out a game or even becoming a season ticket holder for $99.

I had an extremely good time with my family at this event. My kids are already asking to go back.

The football team was awesome and the energy on the field was great. My husband, son and I enjoyed a fun filled evening that included a rock concert,BMX bike stunts, dancers and trapeze artists.My ten year old son can't wait to go back.

So great to have a REAL football team in southern CA... because, let's face it, the Chargers suck. Paul, Gene--we are forever in your debt. LET'S GO, KISS!!!

Very fun evening. The Kiss did everything they could to make the game and evening enjoyable.

This was the first home game for the LA KISS. The energy level and the spectacle of the event did not disappoint. Heavy doses of music, KISS, and of course arena football. This was my first Arena Football Event and the high energy, fast pace and in your face style of the game made for a great time. I hope all games are as fun as the opener. I would not have gone if it weren't for the tie in to the band KISS, but if each game and event can be at the same caliber as opening day then LA might have a football team worth seeing. The event was very family friendly, and Steel Panther a notoriously raunchy band evem cleaned up their performance for all the kids in the house.

They really put on a cool show for everyone down there. From the Flashpots to the football to the metal music to the dancing girls. It was cool

Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons promised football, KISS-style and they were right! The game was exciting, as were the Steel Panther Concert, light show, BMX tricks, stadium guitarist, dancers in cages above the four corner of the field, etc... Just a great evening!

First let me start by saying, I am an average Kiss fan. I appreciate good rock and roll. But I also appreciate football. And this was anything but a football game. Sorry, if i wanted to see a circus i would go to the bigtop. Not for me.
