Brandon Flowers

You're in for an amazing show if you ever go to Brandon's concert. Not only is he an amazing and true performer, Brandon makes you feel apart of his concert experience. Interacting with the crowd by telling stories as to how he created some of his songs, asking the crowd to vote for the cover they want to hear, to looking at you directly into your eyes and singing to you or smiling at you for that moment. Brandon also performed a new enterlude song for our show in Oakland, CA. He also performed my favorite songs from The Desired Effect and The Killers classic. Brandon Flowers has it all: outstanding talent, perfect stage presence and a heart melting smile. Brandon Flowers is worth every penny! Highly reccommend!

Brandon was amazing! Perfect song selection, sprinkling in 3 Killers songs (an amazing totally different rendition of Jenny Was A Friend of Mine, Human and Can You Read My Mind), but he really blew away the crowd with his solo work singing all of the Desired Effect and sprinkling in songs from Flamingo. High energy, great small venue, great crowd, family safe show, great conversation with the audience and it doesn't hurt that I have a HUGE crush on the man. He is amazing. Such a showman. I'll never miss him live again. I do know that it was announced that he's cancelled the rest of his tour indefinitely. I hope it's nothing too serious, but I'm afraid it's family related. Love and light to Brandon and family.

This is my sixth time seeing Brandon perform live (the other five times were with The Killers). Obviously, being a Killers mega-fan for 11 years makes me a little biased, but Brandon's energy and enthusiasm when he sings is completely contagious! He really gets the crowd going. He is funny, charming, and an all around great guy. After the show, he even let some of us on his tour bus to take pics and get autographs. It's a night I will never forget. My best friend came with me and she didn't know any of his songs, but she still had a great time as well!

A brilliant show; Flowers was in peak voice, and his band was really tight. Only flaws were a couple of times the backup singers were off-key, but that was minor compared to the rest of the show.

Brandon Flowers is an amazing artist... The Killers are amazing ..but his SOLO work Has been by far one of the best solo shows I've seen in a while! Great energy and selection of songs!

Brandon put on fantastic show. Only one complaint: NO general admission when it is a theater with seats! Hard to find an empty seat!!!!! I would gladly have paid more to have an assigned seat! I recommend his show, not the theater if no assigned seat.

Brandon Flowers put his whole heart into the evening's performance. The sound was full and awe inspiring. I would recommend this to anyone that loves to see the big performers bring it back to the small performance home welcoming feel.

This guy can sing for sure!!! Other than being extremely hot he is extremely talented and definitely puts a good show ;)<3

The fox theater was the perfect venue for these two amazing artists! The sound, lighting set the mood for there songs. Not to big, but not too small either, perfect intimate setting with om prices on the alki;) Fran was hillarious talking to the crowd with little funny intro stories about the song he was preforming. I loved how he said it was "single mens night" since both were lead singers of other bands( his band is travis). Brandon was full of energy, sounded exactly like his cd. Can't wait to see these guys again whether it be solo or with there bands!!! :)

im literally the biggest fan of the killers and have been to their show every time they played in la or san diego. i already knew that this show would be amazing because brandon flowers is just such a great artist. fran healy opened up for him, and he was a great opener. i usually like the bands they pick for their opening acts. he also went single from a band he had so it was a cool single man tour (: he was very entertaining and sweet, and his songs were really good, he played acoustic. then brandon flowers came on, the crowd went wild! i was SO EXCITED! he played his songs so well, and his voice was even better than the cd and i was just in awe the whole time. he played a few "cover" songs of the killers, which was cool but the sound was obviously different but it was weird cos ronnie dave and mark weren't behind him playing. but brandon was very happy, and energetic, and smiling the whole time. it was such a great show to see! always worth it (: brandon flowers is the reason why i am so in love with music.

Well being a giant fan of Fran I was starstruck when I got to actually meet and take pictures with the legendary (at least in Europe) songwriter! Brandon was alright with about 2 songs that I did like. But his levels were way out of wack. The bass shook the floor and was louder than any other instrument. But overall Fran's amazing performance. Made up for any pitfalls Brandon had.

Concert itself was great. The place, not so much. Bathrooms were far away, drinks over priced for such a small place. The sound was perfect and Brandon flowers delivers a show like no one else.

Great experience in an intimate and quaint setting at the FOX Theater in Pomona ,CA.

I had never heard of Fran Healy before this concert, but he is AMAZING! I immediately went online and bought his CD. Of course, Brandon was spectacular as well!

I like Brandon Flowers but he definitely does not enjoy interacting with the crowd beyond performing his songs. I am not used to this but having seen The Killers in concert I was aware of his silence. While many of his songs sound the same, the light show was pretty cool.

GREAT VENUE. VERY INTIMATE AND COZY. TOOK MY GIRL TO THE SHOW FOR A DATE AND WE HAD A BLAST.

Tons of energy and a great voice. Fantastic venue with free parking. Would have loved to stay afterwards and check out the merchandise and get a CD signed by the opening act the but it was chaotic by the merch counter. They might need to come up with another lay out. Also, the venue makes you toss your lipsticks, lipgloss, pens, and gum or take them back to your car. If only someone would have come and told us that when we stood in the long line that wrapped around the venue. How much damange can one girl do with a shimmery pink lipgloss?

Love to listen to Brandon, but he seemed awkward on stage this time; looks like the pointy boots were going to trip him up. DITCH them! It doesn't mean that you are longer because of them. His voice lessons have really paid off; he can sing acoustically!! Love you Brandon. 07/14

i can never get enough of this guy. his voice is the best. he is a great performer. at this show, i loved that he did some of his solo songs and some killers songs. it was absolutely fabulous!!

Brandon Flowers performed a variety of songs from both solo albums as well as the Killers. His performance was high energy filled. It was a great surprise when Neil Tennant of the 1980's New Wave / Alternative band the Pet Shop Boys performed his song "Rent" and Killers "Human" with Brandon Flowers. Outstanding show.

Brandon Flowers was at the top of his game but more Killers songs were played than I expected. I had hoped to hear more of his solo material and was, therefore, a little disappointed.

This was my first time seeing Brandon Flowers live and it's something I've been dreaming of for so long and he definitely didn't disappoint. His energy, charisma, charm, and of course voice all pulled me in. He is amazing love in every way. I loved the audience participation and his stories/personality as well. I also enjoyed how he sang a few Killers's songs. It truly was a great show and a dream come true(pun intended). :)

We've had the PLEASURE of seeing Brandon Flowers twice now at the Fox Theater, the 1st time he was awesome....but this time AMAZING and the sound was the best ever!!! Thanks for doing it again Brandon and please don't wait 5 years to come back to the BAY AREA!

He brought tons of energy and life to his songs. He's an incredible performer and there wasn't a dull moment after he came on. Most of the songs he played were from his new album but he also brought back some stuff from the Killers and his first album.

Great venue, super nice staff, great opening band and of course Brandon flowers was amazing.

The Brandon Flowers concert at 'The National' was absolutely terrific! When he first comes onstage, you know it's going to be a great show with all of the electricity he creates. He relates so well to the audience and includes them throughout the show. He combines songs from 'The Killers' and his past solo album 'Flamingo' in with songs from 'The Desired Effect'. I would definitely recommend his show to anyone b/c it is just truly amazing!

Brandon Flowers is a showman, hands down. My wife and I catch him or the killers anytime they are close. Great show!

I love Brandon Flowers but this was kinda sucky because the electricity went out so we had to wait around an hour. The music sounds just as food in person which is awesome but he didn't do an encore. When bands don't do an encore I find it very rude. Like they thing they're better. Also I don't think it will hurt for an artist to sign some CDs or something. It cost 175$ for a meet and greet. Give me a break, I would never pay that much to meet anyone. I should meet ur fans. Without fans u are just another person in the world. Remember that and do meet and greets for free...def do an encore, after all we waited in the dark an hour. Peace

Great setlist with a mix of solo and Killers songs. He was extremely engaging with the audience and seemed like he was really enjoying himself. The crowd was as well.

Brandon Flowers was amazing! Loved watching him perform, and he sounds just as good live as he does on recording. He is a very entertaining, and energetic performer. I do wish he sang all the songs off of the Desired Effect, but that's alright (he did do some songs from Flamingo, and from the Killers). There was a power outage, but that was not their fault. The show was going to continue, it just took longer to set up for. Then the power came back on so they had to reset the stage again. I think the stage crew deserved a round of applause, or at least a beer. Brandon Flowers was on his A game though. I will definitely see him perform again!

Brandons show was great. He played some oldies which was fun. The opening band was a hot mess. Each of the EIGHT songs sounded the same. Yes. The opening act ran for a half hour. It was the worst. It actually put a damper on the show.

This was my second time seeing Brandon live and it was just as great (if not better) as the first time! He's a fantastic artist and you can tell he genuinely loves putting on the shows. He also talks to the crowd and tells stories of songs which makes the whole experience just that little bit more amazing. He incorporates some Killers songs into the set too, which the crowd really loves. He went on a bit later than scheduled due to a power outage at the venue during the opener, but it was well worth the wait. It was definitely an amazing concert and I'd recommend everyone to go see him live. Even though I had seen Brandon play at HOB Cleveland only a week and a half earlier, it didn't feel like I was going to to see the same show again, and overall it was a fantastic concert! I'll definitely be going to another show in the future!

Brandon Flowers is awesome. He sang a lot from the new album and a couple of Killers tunes. Also a couple of great covers. I like that he interacted a lot with the audience and seemed like a stand up guy in addition to a great singer/songwriter. I found it funny that the t shirts were 30 which was 5 bucks over the actual ticket. But I bought one anyway.

Brandon's voice and song writing just keeps getting better and better! He is great on stage and loves audience participation. He is all about the music and his passion really shows thru.

Brandon was so amazing! I saw him 5 years ago also at the Electric Factory. And he was even better the second time around.

I recently discovered Brandon Flowers, the solo artist, just by seeing his new album cover (Desired Effect) on iTunes. I bought the CD when it first came out and have pretty much been listening to nothing else since. When I saw that he was coming to Cleveland, I purchased a ticket. I already knew that Brandon was instantly a favorite. Desired Effect spoke volumes to me and has become one of my favorite CDs, which is amazing considering my love of music. The concert itself was like a dream - Brandon is the consummate performer - engaging and endearing his audience from the first song to the last. Whether he returns to the Killers, or continues on his solo journey, Brandon has found a new and loyal fan in me. Good luck Brandon - you are a true artist and I hope to see you perform live again soon!

HE SINGS SO AMAZING. LITERALLY BLEW MY MIND AWAY. HE HITS EVERY SINGLE DAMNED NOTE.

I've seen Brandon Flowers more than once, and he consistently ranks amongst the best performers I've seen (including the likes of Springsteen, Clapton, U2, Dave Matthews Band). Each time you watch him, it seems as if he's constantly surprised by and truly grateful for how much his fans enjoy his music, and he seeks to reciprocate by engaging them and putting everything he has into it.

Brandon Flowers sings live as if you are listening to him on your ipod. He picked a thoughtful playlist from flamingo, desired effect and even threw in song throwback killer songs with a twist to them. I loved the show, felt very private at the electric factory. Felt bad the keyboard wouldn't work at the end for only the young but Brandon's strong, clear vocals saved the song! Hope he comes back to Philly in the future.

As always, Brandon Flowers was entertaining, great and NEVER a disappoint! The audience was singing and dancing along with him the entire night. He and the band were fantastic.

No complaints whatsoever. Brandon puts on a phenominal show and the views from Terminal 5 are first rate.

Brandon Flowers might be the best live performer since Iggy Pop, minus the drugs. Brandon's voice is always flawless and his jumping acrobatics always gets the audience involved.

I surprised my fiancé with tickets at a small venue to see Brandon Flowers. Totally reasonable price for an amazing show. This man is a true artist, has amazing stage presence, and sounds better live than on his albums. He played our small venue as hard and awesome as when we saw him with The Killers as the closer at Firefly (90k in the crowd). If he is near you, go see him. Absolutely 100% worth it.

The venue was the best I've been to in a while. It allowed us to get close to the stage and it was big and clean. Also very well air conditioned which was great since it was a hot summer night. The lighting for the show and the sound was also really good.

I had only seen Brandon Flowers once before at a Killers show, so seeing him solo was something I could not pass up. Brandon performed 10 tracks from his "Flamingo" CD, while also incorporating covers of "Viva Las Vegas" and "Bette Davis Eyes." He pleased The Killers fans in the crowd by doing justice to the band's songs: "Read My Mind", "Losing Touch" and a great acoustic version of "When You Were Young." Brandon was singing his heart out during the whole show, while obviously enjoying himself with all the smiles he had that night. All of his "Flamingo" songs were even better live. His energy was fantastic from beginning to end, while his accompanying band provided solid back-up. Nervous Wreckords did a decent job of warming up the crowd. Would totally recommend recommend a Brandon Flowers show to anyone, though seeing how great a performer he is just reminds me how much I miss him with The Killers.

I've been to a few great shows but this one ranks near the top. First, I'm a huge Fran Healy fan, so I really loved the opening set he performed. He mixed in a couple of classic Travis songs along with many from his new solo album. He also turned out to be a pleasant contrast to what was yet to come. Fran also made a point to hang out after the show and meet and greet with fans. I got to have a brief conversation with him and even had him singing part of the chorus to the Elvis Costello song Allison while he signed his album cover for my niece by the same name. He also spoke to me about how Brandon and The Killers saw he and Travis open for Oasis during their tour together prior to the official forming of The Killers. He's a real, genuine artist that you can really admire. Brandon Flowers came on and blew off the roof. If I had one issue with anything it was that the venue was maybe just too small for his performance. Brandon came out there with a huge presence that I never expected having only seen him previously on album photos. He came out and put on a dramatic and aggressive performance that emphasized and accentuated the great music from his newly released solo album Flamingo. At times he beat his chest with the song and got up on the set playing to the crowd. He performed I believe all but one of the songs from Flamingo plus a couple classic Killer hits including Mr. Brightside and also a cover of the Kim Carnes classic Bette Davis Eyes! It was an exhilarating show that everyone who can should attend. He's definitely taken note from another outstanding live act and group he's been known to admire, Oasis. I will see Brandon Flowers anytime I have the opportunity and would even consider making a special trip to Las Vegas to see a home performance which I think may be the only time I would see a better one than I saw here.

Brandon put on a strong show in Philadelphia. Dude is a showman. His voice was as true and his clothes were as tight as I ever could have hoped for. I didn't know if Philadelphia was ready for a "glam rock" superstar like Brandon, but I was. Thanks BF.

Brandon Flowers. Wow. I knew he was extremely talented, and that he would be a great live performer, but I had no idea how spectacular he really is. I can honestly say it was one of the best and most enjoyable concerts I've have been to. And trust me, I have seen many, Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Elton John, Jonas Brothers, Honor Society, Maroon 5, Bon Jovi, etc. His show left me wanting more! The only thing I can complain about is having to wait till the next time he is on tour to see him live! Definitely worth seeing.

I had seen the killers a long time ago when they were promoting Hot Fuss - Brandon has just got better and better! I love his solo album and was very excited to hear he would be going on tour. I got my tickets right away! He did not disappoint! He was great and so was his back up band/singers! The crowd loved him! ^_^ (only downside was tall ppl getting in the way at moments!!!! no offense to tall ppl!)

The Brandon Flowers concert was amazing! He played all the songs off of his solo album, Flamingo, 3 Killers songs (Losing Touch, Read my Mind, Mr. Brightside), and a cover. It was so awesome and I'm so glad I went!

Most amazing show I've been to. Sound was great and lighting. One of my favorite artists. I would see this show everyday for the rest of my life if it were possible.

The concert was very good. Also enjoyed Fran Healy, just wasn't impressed with the group of ladies beside me, they were being obnoxious and bothering everyone around us. But the show itself was great. Fran and Brandon did a very nice job.

I absolutely LOVED the Brandon Flowers concert. Would it be enough to say that I cryed during the first song? Well, if not...it was totally awesome. I could feel the sound, and had to jump up and down to the beats. The atmosphere was perfect and so was the opening act. I am now a new fan. Everything about the show was wonderful. What a great show. The lighting and lighting effects were phenomenol. The second section that the theatre was divided into was a perfect distance; didn't have to look up the whole time and not too far from the stage.

I went "liking" Brandon's solo cd, and left LOVING it! He brought every song to life, showed how much each one of them meant to him, and gave us everything he had...awesome performance!

This was undoubtedly one of the best concerts I have ever been to. First Ave. was the perfect venue, not to big but not too small. Being front and center made the concert, I was so close to him! He sounded just as good, if not better, live as compared to his album. He also sang a few Killers songs. Overall, such an amazing experience.

Brandon Flowers can flat out sing. This show was fantastic, his voice is amazing, everything just rocked. Every time I've seen The Killers they blow me away and Brandon did all that and more. Will for sure being seeing him again.

Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I was about 10-15 feet from the stage. Every song had people going, jumping, dancing, clapping, singing, screaming and having a great time. He played 14 songs but it only seemed like 5. When they did their last song, an acoustic cover of his band's[The Killers] song When You Were Young and it was all over everyone still wanted more. I'd highly recommend this to anyone. Overall, I'd much rather listen to him live than I would his actual album, which is great, but not as great as it is live.

Brandon Flowers definitely knows how to put on a show! His band, The Killers, always do an outstanding job, so I went to see Brandon's solo show which was just as good. He gets into the music and has a good time. :D

Since the first day that I ever heard The Killers...I knew they were somthing special. Brandon Flowers' voice is uncomparable. He is such a major influence on me, and has touched me emotionally on so many different levels. He is an abosolutely AMAZING artist and has so much to offer.

It was amazing amazing amazing. Not extremely crowded, and the crowd was calm enough to where you could be comfortable and not hitting you in the face. I could see it all and have a phenomenal time. Fran Healy was also excellent! Love him. Brandon Flowers was so great as usual. Another plus, him and his band came out about an hour afterwards and those who stayed got a chance for pictures and autographs. :D

The concert was very enjoyable. Aside from some obvious sound problems on the venue's end with the first few songs, the group sounded great. Since we were in Pacific NW, I was a little disappointed that we didn't get a surprise guest appearance from Jenny Lewis, but the backup singers on tour sounded good too.

Seeing Brandon Flowers in such an intimate setting was worth it... I've never seen The Killers, but I can only imagine the behemoth of venues that they play in. But here at the Fox Theatre, there really isn't a bad seat in the house. As for Brandon himself, he looked and sounded great. The band looked and sounded great. There really isn't anything I can say that is negative. It was one of the best shows I've seen in quite some time. Fran Healy was amazing as well. Just him and his guitar, and the whole crowd was really into it...

The show being Brandon Flowers first one of his tour. It was a little bit rocky, I felt the vibe you usually get at a show from the artist but i knew their was more in there. I recommended it to anybody who is a fan of his and I know now it is going to get a lot better.

Very good show although if you were on the bottom floor and the back row of a section it was impossible to see. Thank god we were able to get to the pit which was pretty open. Watching the concert made me fall in love with the album. He ended the concert with an acoustic version of "When you were young" which was the great way to end. He also did an awesome remake of Betty Davis Eyes.

This was such an amazing show for a Great performer!! Not only was the opening act funny but was way talented !!! Brandon flowers sang almost every song from his record , he sound better live!! such a great entertainer but all around guy! he even came back out sing a killer song to end the night! Brandon Flowers put on a great show, just him and his band no gimmicks or flashy set up. This show was all about the music in a great venue.

Another amazing show from Brandon Flowers. I wish he played a little longer, I felt like the show was short. Also, even though I have seen him many times and usually do not enjoy his music, I did enjoy Donald Cummings this time around. He usually plays alone, but he had some added musicians and I think that made a difference.

I have seen him perform in a different venue, with The Killers, but this solo performance was pure high energy. His voice sounded amazing and he definitely engaged with the crowd. Great show!

He put in an incredible show, playing some of the Killer's hits as well as many of his own. He was really in tune with the audience and drew them into the show, telling stories about the songs he was about to perform. I would see him every night if I could.

Once again Brandon Flowers rocked the stage - just an amazing show - such a strong voice and really rocked the venue! Loved especially how he engaged the audience into some of songs and took the time to talk to the crowd! Only disappointment was the ending - he has the house all fired up and then said "this will be my last song" brought the crowd back down and then sang his last lyrics - gave a bow and walked away - disappointing. Expected a bigger wave and couple thank you Boston's and for him to go to each side of the stage with a bow and thank you - but instead he just vanished! Until next time!

Brandon Flowers is awesome whether he is performing with the Killers or solo! He has such an amazing voice and commanding presence, he immediately gets the crowd involved and singing along. He is the consummate performer! I really love his new music too, it builds on his first solo album and gives him a concert full of great songs, including classic Killer hits. I hope he comes back to Boston soon!

The show rocked and the House of Blues did a real nice job accomodating the sold-out crowd. Kudos to the band and awesome job done by downtown Cleveland to make it a good time.

Solo Brandon was as great as when I saw the who band (The Killers) play Madison Square Gardens. Certainly a show to see. Despite his fame and experience, you can tell he is still having a fun time singing and playing for the crowd, and he created an awesome show. Certainly worth seeing.

My only complaint is that I wish he would've played more shows in DC! Excellent show!

My biggest surprise and beef was that the show was short. It was maybe an hour and 15 minutes, and that's generous. We were out of the venue by 10:30, when he could have played until 11. He has a big repertoire and I expected more variety and a longer show. Otherwise, Brandon Flowers is a showman. He sounds great live, the band was awesome, and the sound quality was one of the best I've seen. He played some of his classic songs in a different tempo, totally changing the message, which was awesome.

This show was amazing, no other way to put it. Brandon did a beautiful job. He sounds PHENOMENAL live! He has a perfect stage presence, he sings with such passion, and his whole band was on point. Everyone on stage looked like they were having a blast. Because the Electric Factory is such a small venue, it really felt intimate; even if you stood in the very back of the room, you would have had a terrific experience. I will be seeing Brandon Flowers the next time he comes around for sure!

This concert was one of the best concerts I've been to ever. Brandon's energy was on point and his style on fleek. Obviously his music was fantastic and he sounded amazing live. 10/10 would see again.

Brandon is one of my favorite artists. I love The Killers and I love his solo work so seeing him was a must. The Electric Factory was a great place to see him live because only so many people can be in the venue, making it an intimate and special time. I stood on the first floor in around the center and I still felt close to Brandon. He has the voice of an angel and what you hear on his albums is what you hear live. The performance was spectacular and I WILL make effort to see him in the future.

I loved every minute of this concert. Brandon Flowers was smiling the entire time which really made the show. I love the Killers and was surprised at how many of the bands songs he played.
