Colbie Caillat

She makes you feel as though you could knock on her door and she would welcome you in!

This was our sixth concert, at the same place as our first. We always enjoy Colbie's songs. She is friendly and talks to the audience, explaining why she wrote each song. Justin Young opened the concert with a half hour of his songs. He was alone on stage the entire time. He was friendly and entertaining, though not as talkative as Colbie. For the tenth anniversary of "Coco," Colbie went with a progression of songs, in release order, from "Coco" up to "Malibu Sessions." She opened with "Bubbly" and ended with "Brighter than the Sun," as most people stood and sang along or danced. The only "negative?" There was no Meet and Greet.

This sold out concert was awesome i have never seen her before and was very happy that I went to it.

Loved her show! Very good band and I loved how she interacted with the audience and her band.

The entire show was so much fun. Howie Day did not have much to say and was a little awkward but it actually came off as charming and comical. He voice is amazing so there really was no need for small talk. Colbie was insanely good! She was relatable, cute and extremely talented. She played new and old songs and had an awesome band! It made me want to go buy her new cd. I went to this concert on a whim and am so happy that I made the decision to go. She is amazing and I cannot wait to see her play again.

I thought the Colbie Caillat concert was one of the best I've ever been to. Her voice is amazing, and she's such a positive person. I would definitely go again!

Colbie is gorgeous! She walked on stage and im pretty sure my jaw dropped and by the end of the show i was close to proposing... howie day was good... and andy davis, hes a no name, but he really knows how to play the crowd and i thought he was really sick. Maybe even would have bought a cd if i didnt think i was gonna have to fight through 500 girls to get one. Colbie really impressed me with the fact that shes kinda shy but when the music starts playing, she completely opens up and makes sure theres never a dull moment. She really uses her music as a way to express herself...Overall unreal show, best show ive been to and id highly recommend it... Colbie marry me

Colbie had an opening act which was good. He played for about a half hour. Then Howie Day came out next to perform for about 45 min and he was good too. At 9 pm Colbie came out and sang her first song off the Breakthrough album. She is really talented, pleasant, and a great performer. All in all she played about 9 songs from her Coco album and about 7 songs from her new one. She wasn't going to play Lucky but she did with Justin and no disrespect to Jason but the performance with Justin was better. Colbie is fantastic! A must see!

Lots of fun and a great experience. The band was very entertaining and had amazing talent. The music was flawless. Go see Colbie Caillat live you will enjoy the concert.

Colbie Calliat was such a great performer. She sounded exactly like she does on her CD. She is such a positive person and a joy to watch.

Went to the show because I liked some of Colbie's music and I actually used to work with her a few years back. Went not really knowing what to expect and was quite pleasantly surprised. After ironing out a few sound problems she sounded very good and appeared very relaxed on stage. All in all, a very pleasant evening.

Had the best time. She is an amazing singer. Totally enjoyed Howie Day. Nice combination with those two.

Colbie Caillat did not disappoint me one bit. I had high expectations and the show was phenomenal. Her voice sounds even better live. If she is comes around again, I'll definitely be there.

I was so happy to meet Andy Davis - he definitely has a new fan! He was entertaining and his music is great. Howie Day amazed the crowd with his music! But Colbie stole the show! Her natural beauty and siren voice were captivating! She works the crowd like no other. I've never seen a performer speak to the crowd like she does. She treats the crowd like they're old friends! Amazing performance. COLBIE COME BACK TO SAN DIEGO!

Colbie's performance was great but I felt bad when 1/2way thru 2nd song the fire alarm went off! She really was amazing. Acoustics are horrible @ HOB and SRO is a nightmare on the concrete floors with no A/C. She would have been much better @ Humphrey's outside with seating. I will definitely see her & Howie Day again, just not @ HOB.

Andy Davis is an outstanding new talent Howie Day was excellent. Colbie Caillat is also a great talent, however, her band overwhelmed her voice the entire night. Even when an attempt was made to raise her level it failed to create a proper mix. Disappointing.

It was sad that the performance of Colbie and most of her band was excellent, but was hampered by a sound guy who has a bass guitar fetish. It was nearly impossible to hear the vocals (which when you could were excellent) over the bass guitar that the guy running the board had pegged at the top for most of the night. Don't get me wrong, the bass player is excellent, I just wanted to hear more of the melodies. Colbie is an excellent live performer, and her band is talented. There was a lot of great music happening, just too bad that for most of the night it got swamped under the heavy wet blanket of the bass. If she had a guy who wasn't tone deaf running the board, I would have rated the concert amazing (5 stars).

I had low expectations about Colbie Caillat and Howie Day prior to the show. It was great, amazing surprise that Howie Day was great opening act and that Colbie had an awesome band and show for the main event. The sound was pretty fuzzy in the beginning and wasn't sure it was HOB issue or the band but they seemed to figure that out and she put on a great show and encore songs. Glad that we made it out!

If I could give her 10 stars I would! This concert (especially at the House of Blues) is awesome. I've been to a ton of concerts and no one sounds as great live as she does. Colbie's voice is just amazing and her band is so in sync. The music just flows...GO TO THIS SHOW! And buy her new cd :)

I'm so glad I went to this show! Both Colbie and Andy were amazing! Abdy even came out after his set and signed things for people!! Very patient also!

My husband and I celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary at the concert and we had a wonderful time. I loved that we got to be so close to the stage and really get to see the singers. Andy did a great job at getting the crowd ready, and man is he talented!! He can sing and play multiple instruments. Then came Colbie. I didn't realize how beautiful she was. I think I could go to her concert every night if asked to. I LOVE her music and her calm demeanor. My husband is a Worship pastor and loves seeing all the technical sides of things. If Colbie ever needs help on the road we would love to join her!! Thanks for a great show.

This was the second time I'd seen Colbie live (the first was her CoCo tour when she came to the Canal Club) and it was just as good, if not better. She sounded awesome, as always! My only complaint was that sometimes the electric guitar would drown her out... but it might have been because we were standing front row on the same side of the stage as the amp. It may have sounded more balanced from farther back.

Very talented! had a great time at the show, make time to check her out if she is performing near your town. You've gotta go out and buy her CD's!

I attended my first colbie caillat on sept 17th with my best friend. She put on such a great performance i had to see her again before her she ended her tour. So i immediately went home and found out her last stop of her tour was oct 28th at the house of blues in los angeles! i was sooo excited to see her again! she puts on a great show!! anyone who hasnt seen her live... you are missing out!! The opening act trevor hall i wasnt too fond of when i first heard him. but once i saw him live... he was great.!! My overall experience was amazing!!

I loved her entire show. And the thing i loved the most was she was sooo real. She has an amazing voice. The entire show was great. Want to do it again.

she was awesome her personallity matched the way she sang her songs. she got close with her fans even took there camara and took a picture of her for them i thaught that was awesome i love her. she is amazing so much more beauf=tiful in real life her alubm covers dont do her justice

Most amazing concert i have been to!!! drove from Miami to then be back the next day at 8am in my nursing class!!!! Well worth the drive shes awesome

My Husband and I went to see Colbie for our Wedding Anniversary. It will definitely be one that we will never forget. She is such a GREAT performer. Also the way that her and her band interact with each other. It was so much more than a concert........It was GREAT!

After waiting through 2 opening acts, which began at 7:05, Colbie came onstage 2 hours later. Her set was about 80 minutes long and the band was dialed up WAY too loud (especially the bass and drums) for her vocal style. She was frankly overwhelmed by the volume and many songs/words were not audible. She did have a great moment when she sang accompanied only by an acoustic guitar for a song later in the set, and her voice and lyrics were pure. Colbie must be getting some terrible advice regarding how to present herself on stage, as she is not a "rock star" type performer. Her voice and lyrics are much more important than the music accompanying her; she would be much better off just coming out with a guitarist and trusting her voice to carry the day. No one came to the concert to hear her backing band, or 2 opening acts, however talented they may be. The Dove videos online show her at her best, the concert at her worst. Colbie needs to trust her voice and material.

Colbie is great artist and her concert was cute and great...I am glad she sings pussycat doll (don't ya) so I could go to the bathroom, but when i GOT THERE was a line...so thats mean all the people there didn't like the music or are glad she did this mistake, but thats fine...she is learning and she can sings what ever she wants...congratulations to her she did great on the stage! love her songs.... bella

This show was great! Howie Day and Colbie Caillat are awesome singers live! The appearance of the stage was beautiful, and the background singers/bands were nothing short of awesome! The only negative I have is that the time between each band was excrutiatingly long!

Every person to perform on that stage, including all instrumentalists and opening acts, were so talented. Colbie's vocals along with her entire band really performed and lived up to my expectations. I am an inspiring singer and it was a beautiful experience for me because I could see how much they loved their music. That's what it's all about. They definitely delivered. :)

She did an excellent job, not to mention she was gorgeous and her personality shined through during the whole concert! Her voice was amazing-- she is extremely talented. Definitely worth every cent and I would recommend her to anyone! :) The venue was great, I've never been to First Avenue for a concert and I absolutely loved it! Great, great concert!

This concert was at a fantastic venue with an incredible performer. She charmed us with her laid back attitude and witty conversation and wow'd us with her stellar singing. She is truly the songbird of her generation.

Colbie has the most beautiful voice, even just speaking. She has the power to change a mood instantly with only a few notes. Colbie's music gave me strength in the hardest of times and being able to see her on stage and see how much she loves her music is incredible. I definitely recommend going to see her if you have the chance because you won't regret it! :)

Golden-haired CA girl charmed the audience and sounded pretty good. Sometimes it was hard to hear her though. Band sounded good. She seemed to be having fun onstage dancing around and flirting with her band. Fun concert experience. I wish I hadn't asked for her autograph when I ran into her later though. Kind of put a damper on the evening. She signed but not overly friendly. Hopefully, she was just tired.

It wasn't one of my first concerts, but I enjoyed like nothing else!!! She is an amazing singer!!! There were so many incredible and fun moments during the show!!! I loved it!!!!

SAW HER ONCE WHEN SHE WENT ON TOUR WITH JOHN MAYER AND I HAVE BEEN DYING TO SEE HER IN CONCERT EVER SINCE!! AND WELL I FINALLY GOT THAT OPPORTUNITY ON SEPT. 17!!=) YAY! IT WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY YEAR BESIDE MY BDAY.LOL. SHE IS SUCH A SWEET PERSON & SO DOWN TO EARTH. VERY TALENTED MUSICIAN!! SHE REALLY APPRECIATES THE FANS... SHE INTERACTS VERY WELL WITH THE CROWD. OPENING ACTS ANDY DAVIS WHOM WHICH I NEVER HEARD OF UNTIL THAT NIGHT, WELL HE WAS GREAT!! LOVE THE ACOUSTIC SET UP!! AMAZING PIANIST!! HOWIE DAY WAS GOOD WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THOUGH OH WELL HE MADE IT UP BY SINGING "COLLIDE"=). IF THE OPPORTUNITY EVER PRESENTS ITSELF AGAIN TO SEE HER IN CONCERT I WILL BE IN THE CROWD HAND DOWN. ANYONE WHO HASNT SEEN HER IN CONCERT... WELL YOUR MISSING OUT! SHE IS AMAZING!! MUST SEE HER!

A great show. Colbie played songs from all of her album. She provided a history of many of the songs. The show couldn't have been better. Fantastic!

Voice is still very special, but her stage energy lacked some tonight. The California native was almost too subdued. Still enjoyed the evening though.

Wow! I had no idea what I was in for when I booked a concert at a theatre. But I have wanted to see Colbie for a while and said whatever let's do it. Wow, just wow. I will never forget this concert. It was so intimate, unlike any concert experience I've ever had and I go to a lot of concerts. Her interaction with the crowd was very entertaining and the way her and the band went through the new album was so much fun. And to be able to experience the music, especially the percussionist, in this way was such a treat. Truly an unforgettable night. I will nothing but the best for Colbie and her team and I will be checking in on future concerts at the Riffe Center.

To begin with, the openers were wonderful (and come to find out most all of them were in her band). There was a lot of interaction with the audience. She played most of he songs from her new album, "The Malibu Sessions", then some older stuff. For a time the band left the stage, and she played solo. She was just wonderful. It was one of the best concerts I've gone to and I go to a lot. In fact, I've seen her twice already, once with Christina Perri. I was really impressed overall, from the openers to the end, where they brought out 2 of their dogs. Loved it!!!

This was my daughters' (ages 8 and 10) first concert...and we couldn't be more excited with their / our experience. They danced and sang along the entire time! Thank you Colbie for being such a wonderful role model for our young girls and for sharing your true self with all of us!

I appreciate live music, that is, artists that sing live and can actually play an instrument. I've been a fan of Colbies since she first came out. This was the "Girls night out but boys can come too" tour. There were a lot of children there and I get that, they fit her demographic but all 3 singers that night did "sing alongs" and while fans will just do that anyway knowing the lyrics, it felt very "Disneyish" chit chatting before the song and planning the parts the crowd would sing. I LOVED CHRISTINA PERRI'S PERFORMANCE. That woman can sing, she's talented, personable and her story is inspiring. Colbie was the headliner, but she didn't play as long as Christina did. Was disappointed a little. Had good seats, overall it was a great show and I would recommend.

The venue was gorgeous and we had excellent seats! All three performers exceeded expectations! Definitely worth the price of admission! Couldn't tell that Colbie was under the weather. Still can't believe how good it was.

Christina Perri was excellent...so enjoyable. I could have listened to her all night. She was so personable, her voice was fantastic and strong throughout her range and the songs were heartfelt and relatable and memorable. Her energy was unending. I was disappointed somewhat with Colbie Calliat. Maybe it was just her style and she did say she was recovering from a cold. She had a softer voice and her songs were not as heartfelt or vibrant as Christina. Colbie should have gone on before Christina. Christina would have awakened everyone in the audience. Either way, Christina left everyone wanting more. As usual, the sound guy screwed up and the drums and base were overbearing, and sometimes it was difficult to hear the melody...this seems normal for most concerts these days and one of the reasons I don't attend as many as I used to.

It was a great combination of talent. It was a great family event.

This was an amazing concert! Rachel Platten started out the night and she was fabulous. Christina Perri blew me away. She stole the show. Collie Caillat was also good. My whole family enjoyed the entire night. There is nothing bad to say about this concert. If your are a fan of any of these 3 women you should go see this concert.

Great venue! Both Colbie and Christina sounded amazing! Nice to have the performers tell their story/explain songs, etc, like when Christina told us about writing Jar of Hearts in her pi's at 19, showing her mom and her saying "That's nice honey."

I took my daughter (15) and the gal who babysat for us for 6 years to see Colbie Caillat, Christina Perri and Rachel Platten! The girls all killed it! The venue shape was a little wonky but bring on the Hudson at a pier was cool. Backdrop of stage with the NYC skyline behind was surreal as sun set which added to the drama of the night.

We did the meet and greet with Colbie. It was short and get your pic taken with her. We had amazing seats 5 rows back. Colbie was amazing and definitely recommend her and the venue. Parking was cheap $8. Plan on a 2 hr drive from north OC to the venue.

Colbie is an amazingly talent women with not only beautiful but fun music and with a wonderful message! My 11 year old daughter even loved it and Colbie took the time after the show to meet her and sign autographs. Very kind of her. The stage show and electronic light displays were awesome too!

Colbie Caillat is just nice in a good way, like a best friend or a sister. She sang all of her hits and a few new songs. She sounded like she might have been fighting a slight cold or allergies but she plowed on. An enjoyable show in a convenient venue. My only complaint, the lighting often had her face in shadow.

Okay. Negatives out of the way first: There were some issues with the venue. * Before they even let us in the door, the sound setup was running behind. * The attendants dropped the ball on directing the crowd, pushing them back from the stage and then leaving with no indication of whether we needed to stay back for the whole show or not. This allowed the people who showed up after I did to sneak in front of me to the exact spot where I had already been standing for half an hour. * There was a pretty long delay between the opener and the headliner, with no real indication of when the latter was supposed to start. * There were some issues setting up the piano mid-show, as well as a hiccup with the recording on the display at the beginning of "Lucky." ...Suffice it to say there were some frustrations. All of that being said, I have absolutely no regrets about attending. The lighting and effects enhanced the already spectacular experience of the show. Colbie was charming and attentive to the crowd, and she played a very satisfying mix of new music and old favorites. I strive to be objective and assess things in a straightforward manner, but it's very difficult not to gush over the whole thing. The inviting atmosphere and upbeat musical bouquet put me into such a blissful, enchanted state of mind that the thought of returning to real life and leaving the show behind was almost physically painful. If you ever get a chance to see Colbie live, take it. Also, show up two hour early to grab a good spot on the floor. You'll thank me later. (I tried to take a picture of the setlist from the front of the crowd, but the first page didn't turn out at all. I'll piece what was written on it together as best I can below. I'm sure about most of them, have a strong feeling about a couple of others, and have no idea about the last few.)

Colbie Caillat was unbelievable! I was in the 2nd row and I had such an amazing time! Her voice is so naturally beautiful and if you love her music then you will definitely love her show! I was so happy I got to see her, definitely a great time!

Colbie Caillat was Great. It was like getting your own personal show. She is very down to earth. I really liked how she explained all her songs, when, where and why she wrote the song.

I laughed cried sang along. Her songs have such Strong lyrics. I started listening to Colbie when the only way to hear her was on myspace. I'm a huge fan!!

She is so sweet and talented! Beautiful voice... lovely melodies. Arrived hoping to buy snacks, but there was NO FOOD! Drinks only. By the time we left, we were famished!

since we're hard rockers, hinder was the only band the we loved; the others were good, and andy grammer actually made us fans! for the price, you couldn't beat it, but...5 songs per band was really too few! the show was over before 9...the last 2 bands should've played 45 minutes each, like they normally do for shows.

A great evening starting with a private meet and greet with Colbie. Seated in the front row, Colbie was quite engaging, I felt like I had been invited to a private show. Her voice was beautiful and Andy got the show started with great energy. This was my first Caillat performance, it won't be my last. I had driven almost 4 hours and every mile was worthwhile. A young artist definately deserving of the attention of music lovers. The venue is quite nice appointed in traditional Saenger fashion.

Justin Young brought a good opening act to set the mood and get the crowd moving, and Andy Grammer was as amazing live as I thought he would be. He seemed so genuine and really had a great time up on stage. Colbie Caillat was even better than I expected her to be live. She sang many of her new songs and simply made the crowd have an amazing time. And when Jason Mraz made a guest appearance I about died from happiness. Best surprise of my life.

I really enjoyed the background information she gave to all the songs. She's a great live singer and overall, feel good concert. It was really nice the concert I went to at the Wiltern because her whole family and friends were there and Jason Mraz made a special appearance during the encore, but he was hardly recognizable with his afro. HE sang well too though. Overall, if you like her music, you'll like the concert.

She was refreshing! My husband even liked her, That was pushing the envelope to have him come.

She's a very simple, lovely, talented, down to earth beach girl. Her voice is wonderful! Has a song for every moment and every mood. The show was really good! Don't go expecting a show where you jump to every song played, it's not that kind. It's a very soothing, luau-like show, meant to relax and have fun. I wasn't fond of the band that opened for her, but the crowd enjoyed them.

She sounds just like what you would hear on the radio. Her voice was amazing.

Colbie was even better live than her album! Awesome amount of storytelling and music! Great venue too.

This was the 3rd time I have seen her in concert, and she gets better each time. Colbie is so personable and down to earth. I love her music!

Concert started with Justin Young, he played 30 minutes. We waited another 30 minutes for Colbie to start. Her music is amazing. She did a lot of talking between songs which really cut into her time. It was advertised to last until 1030. Pretty bummed that it ended at 1000. Considering all the talking she may have sang 45 minutes.

Went with my hubby, 2 adult children, my mother and our 11 year old. Pretty cool that despite our varying ages we all really enjoyed it and had so much fun!

So glad she has returned to the west coast ! Best concert we attended all year! Love her new albums.

This concert was a lot of fun! Colbie's fiancé Justin Young had an amazing voice & is very good on the guitar! It was really fun to hear Colbie's story of how she came to be where she is now & hear the songs she made along the way!

It was an excellent show and I enjoyed every aspect of it - the music, storytelling, her relationship with Justin, etc. Would love to see you again sometime.

She went over a plethora of songs from various albums. Super chill show as always. Justin Young is always amazing at vocals.

We were able to get seats at the last minute and we're very pleased with how well the sound was from where we were seated. Her voice is amazing live and the serene manner in which she presented herself and her music was wonderful.

Love Colbie's voice and many of her songs, and the band was tight and sounded good. But, because of her anecdotes before each song, she really only performed 70 minutes of music. Typically, a band will play at least 90 minutes of music. I enjoyed the anecdotes but feel she should still perform 90 minutes worth of music. I saw her in 2015 and when people left the venue, most faces looked happy, inspired, and/or uplifted; she performed for over 90 minutes and even had a slight cold. This time, though, many faces looked like: "She's done already? No encore?" So, hopefully, she'll take this to heart and make sure her fans leave completely satisfied.

She sang effortlessly and beautifully from beginning to current of her albums, hitting all the key songs that made her ever so popular. In between, she would describe for the audience how or why the song came about & what it meant to her. Even when she was asked about her new ring, she took time to tell the audience that her partner on stage, playing the guitar, was her new fiance, and how long they've date & known each other. What a breath of fresh air...wholesome, successful, but just down to earth for her fans. I'd go see her again

This concert was excellent as always! I recommend that people go see it next time it's in Reno at GSR. Colbie Caillat always does a wonderful concert, and her music fits all age groups from young teens to older adults!
