Traveled two hours to attend this concert and while we enjoyed hearing all the musicians --the section where we were sitting had the BRIGHT stage lights blinding us for the entire show. My daughter has a medical condition that causes light sensitivity but even wearing glasses the lights were so bright that we could not see any musicians on the stage unless they moved over to the left or right. The section was 120 -- row L. Perhaps in the future Jingle Ball should place the lighting so it is not blinding people sitting in sections right next to the stage especially when paying over $200 a ticket. (See attached photos). We left early because my daughter could not take looking at the stage.

I enjoyed it more than my teen son, there were a lot of teenie boppers. There were a couple of artists we wanted to see and they were great! Our last minute seats were on section 431, totally not buying there again, we could only see the back of the heads of the artists, backstage and the back of the big screens :( Next time we'll stick to one big artist and better seats $$$. The bathrooms at the venue could definitely use some cleaning DURING the events not just before and after.

I was a little nervous taking my 10 year old and 3 of her friends to this event, with the line up this year....But I am glad we went it was AMAZING...Kid friendly to say the least. We will be going again next year to kick off the the season again!!!!

My previous review I submitted was amazing performance. However, after viewing my pictures and video I recorded, Patriot Center really needs to improve the lighting. Some artist I could see in the pictures and some I could not.

Excellent show. Wonderful line up. I was singing and dancing for 4 1/2 hours. AMAZING! Sad that Justin Bieber did not sing a x-mas song :-) It was a Jingle Ball and he is the only artist with an xmas album. Did enjoy the acoustic 2 songs, fall and be alright

I honestly don't even know where to begin... I hadn't heard about this show until probably late October, and looked at tickets, and thought that it would be great. Well, it was. It was the most mind-blowing experience in my life, as a whole. It was a perfect collaboration of artists. They flowed so well together. Ke$ha was amazing... Justin Bieber was as gorgeous as ever. I loved the concert. I took my 11 year old to it and she loved it. It could have been better if it was on a Friday or a weekend, kids had to school the next day and 4 hours was too much. , we had to hear 20 min of music/dj until the last singer (Justin Bieber) showed up. I do not know why!!!!!!!It would have been nice to finish the show at 10.

Great show. suggest during transitions to exclude local commercials on the tv screens. Have something more interesting. You are paying good money for the show so dont make customers feel they are just sitting at home watchin tv. Hope to see hte show next year.

I took my daughter for her 14th birthday and had an amazing time!!! All acts were incredible, but I think my favorite was Flo-Rida. He got the crowd super pumped up and you could feel the excitement in the air with him on stage.

Jingle ball was a great show! Everyones performance was filled with energy with the exception of bieber who was feeling sick. Overall it was an excellent event! Loved seeing psy and florida and enrique had the crowd pumped!enjoyed jingle ball!

Took my daughter to Justin Biebers Believe tour in DC and he was blah....wouldn't even wave to the kids when he left in the tour bus. Then we want to New York, MSG, and he was on fire! Just went back to JingleBall DC and he started an hour late, did NO Xmas songs, and again bolted out without even a wave! Seriously, all the money we DC parents spend to see this kid, show a little love Bieber!!! Will NOT spend another dime on him in DC for sure!

The bands were OK, generally only playing the songs they are known for- this was good. The volume was excessively loud. Long beaks between bands caused the event to run very late. Skip the DJ before Justin Beiber- wasn't very well liked. Between bands the volume could be lowered to help save the hearing of the audience.

Great concert, bad venue. Accessing Patriot Center during rush hour is always a nightmare and not recommended if you're coming from MD or DC on a weeknight. Headliners were great, but Justin Beiber took 40 minutes to come on stage and then wouldn't start because of some photographers. A lot of tweens/teens attend these shows (with these particular artists) and artists should be more mindful on school nights. My kids had to leave by 11pm and missed most of Justin since he ended at 1130ish.

The concert was awesome! All of the artists were great and most of them performed 3 or 4 songs. Our seats weren't all that great since there was a large screen partially blocking our view but I still had a great time and would go again if I could!

I feel so ripped off by the jingle ball concert. so much hype for nothing. All I got out of it were thousands of screaming teen age girls and mostly canned music. it was worse than annoying to say the least. the best part of the concert was the One Republic group and Trainor. the rest of the artist were to full of themselves to enjoy them. I had to watch most of the show on the t.v.s because of the tween age girls standing and screaming throughout most of the shows.

It was like a massive greatest hits album performed live. With one artist after another performing their top hits, the show moved quickly. All of the artists gave great performances. One Republic, Lil John, Calvin Harris, and Iggy Azalea really had the place rockin.

The show was great from start to finish. Our seats should have said OBSTRUCTED view when purchasing though. We sat to the left of the stage and the speakers were blocking everyone and then you can barely see the screen they have because it is sideways. I thought it was very unfair considering it said nothing when purchasing tickets. We were very unhappy about that. Other then that, they all put on a very good performance and seemed to have fun while doing so.

My 11, 12 & 13 year olds were beside themselves. They sang and danced to nearly every song. 5 Seconds of Summer are their favorites and they were not disappointed. The two older ones told me it was their best day ever! They are already asking about going again next year! I also enjoyed myself. What a great group of not just singers but entertainers. All crowd pleasers!

The whole event was amazing. I bought tickets for my two nieces for christmas gift . They were in love with the whole venue. They just wish they were taller on the floor seats or got closer tickets. Overall I would recommend this concert to everyone young or old. We had so much fun. Thank u for a great concert and we hope to see u all next year!!! This was a great way to hear some of your favorite pop songs from a lot of different artists. You may not like or know enough of each artist's songs to want to go to a full concert featuring them, so this is the perfect way to get a sampling. I loved Miley Cyrus as anticipated, and was surprised at just how good Enrique Iglesias was in concert. Would love to relive that night!

Bought 3 tix to see The Jingle Ball that I always hear so much about. It was myself, my 19 year old college attending daughter (thank goodness finals were last week!), and my 13 year old middle school son. The website said starts at 7pm SHARP, and they were not kidding! The lights went down and I checked my phone...7:00 exactly! All the acts were fantastic! So much talent on one stage! The transitions were short & entertaining. I love being able to hear a couple songs from each artist, then another one comes out. It's hit after hit after hit! Because of the target age group, there is no foul language at all. I may be a young-at-heart hip mom, but I cannot stand hear a constant stream of curse words. My only complaints are not from the show, but from the venue. There was no pizza at the Papa Johns stand! And the sound was so loud it was distorted. But since they were all popular songs, we knew what they were saying.

We had fun, but I think I liked this year the least of the ones we have seen. I thought Fall Out Boy was fantastic. The others looked like they were lip syncing. I like that you get a 10% discount on food and drink if you use your Capital One card.

This is my second jingle ball and I really do enjoy the concert series. Same stage and variety of music, same quality and entertainment, great turn around in between sets to keep the concert going, and good venue for the event. On issue was that two performers were noticably drunk, and that one performance was not as good as the artist can perform. One of the local headliners came out and had the flu, admitted it, and still put on a damn good show, yet two performers can come out very drunk and it definitely hurt my image of those artists

The show was great and I had so much fun. The only negative part was, there was a guy in my section, yelling at a bunch of 14 year olds for standing up and having fun. Don t attend a concert- especially one that a lot of teens will be at, and expect them not to stand. Minus that, great experience! It was definitely weird being at capital one arena and not seeing ice haha.

I'm so glad I paid the extra for great seats. It was SO worth it to see so many acts in one night! It was just enough to give everyone a little taste of their music and then it was on to the next one. Having been to a stadium concert over the summer, it was great to be in a venue like the Verizon Center because everything was closer and more cozy. Well done! I look forward to the next Jingle Ball!

This event was PHENOMENAL. Every artist was ON POINT. It was almost a week ago and I'm still reeling! I would go back in a heartbeat! It was almost 4 hours long, the set changes were very efficient, the sound quality was great, the screens were super clear, etc. The only complaint I have about the show was that we saw very little of the "host," Nick Jonas. The venue took the bottle caps off of our drinks. I'm an adult. I can take care of my bottle cap and not throw it at someone. That was ridiculous.

The show was incredible! the artists were amazing and super energetic! of the entire show, there were only three things that I would alter or change to make the show even better. one: I'd have more signs for seating. we went up an extra floor not realizing each floor had a name as opposed to saying "second floor" or something to that effect two: there were too many you gsters (not the shows fault). and three: while nick Jonas was advertised as a host, he was only on stage for about two minutes total for the entire show, while there were about five other cohorts who came on stage between every artist. other than that I loved it! I would certainly make this an annual thing!! :)

The Hot 99.5 Jingle Ball was awesome! We had incredible seats and I loved how the stage was set up to rotate so the next act was able to come on with not a lot of time in between. It was great! Would love to go again next year-

Let's start with the fact that Nick Jonas should be present every year... And he should sing. I was balling my eyes out when he came out on stage. OneRepublic was amazing! Demi omg she is queen! And Jessie J, Jason Derulo, Meghan Trainor, Ariana Grande, Iggy Azalea, Charli XCX were all so amazing and great and I'll be going next year too! OH AND OMFG 5SOS!
