Country 102.5's Street Party

The concert was great. The weather was perfect. Drake White was my favorite!! I'll come back to see him again for sure!!!

I was super excited to go...and so were my friends. The idea of the event is great but Unless you got right in and right up to the stage it wasn t worth it. We tried to work our way up but didn t work. And only seeing the back of people s heads was a downer. We worked out way back up the street grabbed some food...In hopes that we could hear the music. Yeah that was a no go too. Possibly having speakers up and down the street so everyone could hear the music would make it worth it. Also. The down time in between sets was a lot with nothing else going on. Maybe a side band or something a little more exciting inside The House of Blues or outdoor activities. I guess I was just expects better time.

102.5's street party was a blast! I would definitely go again. I think it would be better tho if the music started at noon.

This sounded like it was going to be so cool, but it was the lamest concert ever. First of all, the performers that were listed on the site I bought the tickets were no longer the performers shortly after on the radio station's website. I never even heard of any of them except for Kip Moore who wasn't going to be playing until 7:15 when it started at 12:30. Then to make it even worse, they only sell Bud and Bud Light for beer anywhere at the event. I get they were sponsoring the event, but still, Anheuser Busch makes other better beer! We ended up going into the Landsdowne Pub to get good beer and hung out there watching the Patriots game. We did go outside for about an hour later but the music wasn't anything great and we left. I would never go again.

The music was hard to hear and you couldn't see unless you pushed all the way to the front of landsdown street. Also there was long breaks between acts making it drag out.

I think the facility folks could step up their game to make this a better experience: include TVs that show the artist, higher stage, more restrooms, more drink options. Also, they should let us know about rules at the event: as in, no food, and certain bars give out wristbands if you want to be on their patio (first come, first serve)

I was pretty excited to see the lineup of great country stars and purchased six tickets for a group of friends. It turned out to be a gorgeous day and we headed into Landsdowne Street. A great recommendation would have been to let everyone know which END of Landsdowne Street to enter on. We ended up having to walk all the way around. Just a thought. I was pretty disappointed with the state of many people at the street party. So drunk. This made up for quite a time trying to maneuver around people as they fell over and stumbled around. You simply couldn't get very close to the stage without having to be completely squished in. I get it though; it's a street party. Maybe I'm just too old for this. Another suggestion: I had to go to three different beer stands before I could find WATER for sale. That's absurd. Bad enough the limited option of drinks were NINE dollars, you should be serving water at ALL stands. Shame on you. I guess I'll just check this one off my list as "one and done". This isn't for real country music fans; it's for drunks. Sorry but on a scale of 1 to 10? I give this a 3. p.s. We didn't even stay for Billy, who I really wanted to see. We grabbed a bite to eat at Boston Beer Works instead.

Great event as always! Needs to be more beverage vendors outside of the bars though. Limes are way to long at all times

First time at the street party but not my last! This was a great time. Landsdowne was closed to traffic and open to ticket holders. General admission show with hit artists along with upcoming artists. Probably not as fun if it were raining but it's a chance you take.

WOULD HAVE REALLY ENJOYED THIS SHOW IF WE DIDNT WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR IN LINE TO GET INTO THE CONCERT. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS !!!

This was our 3rd year going to the Street Party. It will probably be our last. When he got there (2 hours after gate opened) we had to stand in line for over a half hour to get in. This has never happened before. Seemed to be no reason. The line up this year was also a little disappointing. Less acts than in past years.

The admittance lines were not well thought out. There could've been a "bags" and "no bags" line. Multiple people should have been checking IDs. Those people could've moved out into the lines and started ahead of time. Took over 45 minutes of waiting in line just to get in. There was only one screen at the far end of the street showing the stage, yet the entire street was part of the event. Multiple screens at different sections of the street should've been installed. HOB was open for seating and bathrooms, yet none of the TV's in the HOB we're broadcasting the show. If you were down at the end near Brookline Ave, you wouldn't be able to hear or see the stage. Too long of an event and too much time between sets. This is not the first year 102.5 has done this event and it's as though it's getting worse

The event was awesome! If you like country music, this event was for you! It was crowded, but what country concert isn't. We went with a group of 5, and had a ball! There were so many pubs open on Lansdowne Street, we had just as much fun listening to Timmy Brown and The Black Diamond Country Band in between artists! We landed at Loretta's Last Call, and had a nice dinner. We met some friends and were able to see up close and personal all of the artists before they went on. My daughter had a full blown conversation with Eric Paslay, didn't even know it as him until his security escorted him away to the stage! It was a long day traveling into Boston via the T, but it was fun! A great inexpensive, all day outing! The artists were up close and personal and took time out to pose for pictures with us as they walked around. We got a great shot of us all with Cassadee Pope's band! We ended up right in front for the Chris Young concert, who I had seen about 5 times over the last several years. He is one of my favorites! It was a magical day I was able to share with my college daughters and friends. We will be going back next year!

My sister and I went to this Street Party.We were 10 feet away from the stage. I must say out of all the artists that we seen the BEST was LoCash!!! They did amazing. What a show they put on. They interacted with the crowd. The person that performed my least favorite was Casady Pope. She was too boring. I like her and her songs but the ones she chosen for the Concert was too dingy. I was so bored because the songs were too sad and slow. You need to pick songs that will get the audience pumped. I think they should've put her last and not Chris Young. I would def go to this next year if they have it. What an amazing time! Thank you 102.5!

The weather was horrible. Rainy and cold. If tents had been set up, this event would have been much better. Also, people should have been able to leave and re-enter in order to get out of the weather for a bit or get some dry clothes.

Should have been moved into the House of Blues or done something to offset the weather. It was far to rainy and cold to be enjoyable, and majority of guests left before seeing their moneys-worth

Show should have been postponed due to weather. The sound acoustics are horrible. To hear the music you have to be close to the stage. There should be speakers every 200 ft along the whole roadway for everyone to hear that attends. Re-entry should have been allowed for people that were not able to go into bars during the rainstorm. Very poorly planned and very unsatisfied.

I attended the past two years with friends and this year it just poured. There was no rain date which can be somewhat understandable with many artists coming but needs tents or something set up for people to get under. Bars were full with lines down the side walk waiting. Our jackets and coats were soaked through even with umbrellas. Couldn't even stay for the entire concert we were shivering so badly and left before the artists we actually wanted to see. They also never told anyone before the concert that no backpacks were allowed. I had brought the same bag as the previous year and they wouldn't let it in, and they weren't holding bags for people (we came from over an hour away by the train). I had to buy a daily membership at a gym down the street to rent a locker. Will not be going to this concert again.

Rain or shine, this concert is so much fun! Lots of up and coming country artist worth seeing!

Far too many people crammed into a small area. People constantly pushing past you. We ended up going to sit in a bar for the entire thing until Kane Brown came out but then you just watched him on the screen anyway. Much prefer a different venue!!

The place was way too packed, I could barely move, everyone was pushing and shoving and getting no where. I went to the back so I could actually breathe and move- could barely hear the music.

Great show!! They did a great job managing the crowd. I've been to many concerts in a wide variety of venues and this is one of my top 10 shows. The line up was great, everything moved along smoothly. I didn't see any issues throughout the day. I would definitely go again!

I had a blast. Cant wait to attend another one. All of the singer's were great. But my favorite was Kane Brown!

You should consider putting speakers all down Lansdowne, at least enough where the people who don't want to be sandwiched against each other want to stand to watch the show. I was a bit disappointed, I was really excited to see these bands play but because we couldn't see or hear we left even before Kane Brown and had a better time at the bar down the street.

Great show but the farther from the stage you get the sound is not that great. Overall i loved it!

The venue made it impossible to even see the stage.

This was definitely not my favorite venue. It is a lot of standing and a lot of downtime between acts makes for a very long day by the final act you were waiting for your spent. A lot of people left early. But it was only $30 so just ok.

The staff at Street Party were the most unprofesssional people I have ever met. They ruined the event for my friend and I. I want a full refund.

Great venue, atmosphere is awesome. Everything you need is right there.

Too many people, not enough space. Small price for a ticket but a major waste of time.

I thought the experience was amazing! However, the sound quality wasn t the greatest, I couldn t hear the artists halfway up Lansdowne st. Which stunk! Plus, the tv screens could ve been bigger. I thought the artists and the vip sections were amazing!!!

We really enjoyed the street party..What was cool about it (besides being that close to great acts) is that there are bars along the street you can watch from as well. Pretty crowded and hard to get back where you were if you leave to hit the port a pot but that s to be expected. They also ran out of TP in them which was a bummer but overall it was a laid back, great time and we ll probably go again.

Local performer Tim Brown did a nice \u2018Sweet Caroline . Music was all good, but venue like a mob scene.

Overcrowded, overserved people, could not hear the music. I would never attend another Street Party again

have gone previous years but this year was reduculously crowded. couldnt even move. they let way too many people into this event and this years lineup was not great eithet. lineup was average at best

This event was poorly planned- there were too many people in a small area. The venders were in the middle of the crowd, causing the lines for beverages to converge with the crowds enjoying the concert. It was uncomfortable and I ended up leaving early because I was so unhappy.

I could not enjoy the show because I was afraid of someone throwing up on me due to their alcohol content or couldn't breathe due to the marijuana smoking that was going on. Too bad because I work 2 jobs and don't have much time off and would really like to have had the opportunity to relax and listen to good music.

Every year the early acts get worse and worse. They keep selling more tickets because of the location so the small area is way too packed. They have never improved the stage from year 1. I don t get why they still have a stage that looks like it s for a high school talent show.

Been to a few now, they don t sell h2o? They don t have any other snacks besides sausages and they pack you in that seems a bit of a fire hazard

It was a great show. All performers were amazing, the staff of country 102.5 were fantastic, energetic.

This show used to be better. It never used to be so crowded. You used to actually be able to see the stage and performer and acts used to be more well known. They sell too many tickets now.

I ve been to this event many tines but this time was the worst. They added sectioned off areas of VIP only so you couldn t go close anymore and as a result the general area was very crowded. So crowded that you couldn t move. Only way to have space and be able to breathe was to stand near the back where you couldn t see the people and could barely hear.

This event was the country 102.5 street party held 9n lansdown street every year. This is my 5th one I have attended and it's so fun. Well besides the people that get stupid drunk.

I had such an amazing time at Street Party! We got there early and managed to get to the front of the stage. Kane Brown, Cam and Lanco as well as the local talent put on a hell of a show and the weather was perfect.

Very crowded and was hard to actually enjoy the show with people bumping into you and people on each others shoulders blocking views of the stage. Kane and the other people were great but I think the venue needs to change. The security guards that were working were rude and told people to move when there was no room to move to.

Could use more speakers to be able to hear further from the stage

First and last time I will attend. Way to crowded for the area. Sound was awful. Not enough speakers.

Could not hear or see anything. I was only about 1/3 - 1/2 way back from the stage and the acoustics were worse than any concert I d ever been to. Understand not everyone can be close to the stage and will be able to see the stage but venue desperately needed some big screens or something. Oh and like I said you couldn t even hear the artists.
