Took our son and some of his friends for his 12 th birthday. First time for us going and we had a great time. Tickets were reasonable and seats were great. Good combination for adults and children. Would definitely recommend.

We just started going to the Rivermen games. and we love it!!! Its a great time for the whole family! They do all kinds of cool stuff during the games.Like trivia and dance offs! We plan on going to alot more games!!! You really need to check it out.

The event was very good. Enjoyed the hockey... not my first by far. Also the mini-concert afterwards by BMB. He is from my era and they displayed a lot of energy. Acoustics were a little lacking especially at center ice... but I somewhat expected that.

The hockey game was excellent. Very professional game and good play on both sides of the puck. Atmosphere and the arena were also great for a hockey game. The staff was exceptional and the food was great. Parking was convenient and easy access to enter and to exit. Leaving the game was easy. We will plan another trip.

Had a great time....traffic was a bit crazy....parking was mildly easy right in front of the Civic Center. Great venue for sporting events, this was my 5 year old's first game of any kind and this is a perfect place to do a first. Pretty low key compared to a big stadium or dome. Will definitely go again and may even buy season tickets. And we live 90 miles away. Well done.

Great spectator sport! First hockey game I've ever attended and I will definitely be going back! So much fun to watch, very fast paced so it doesn't get boring; I would recommend reading up on some of the rules before attending tho so you have an idea of what's going on. Tons of giveaways and crowd involvement. Definitely a good experience and would be a great family activity!

We have recently moved here from Chicago, so to see one of our teams felt like home on a smaller basis. The staff at the Civic Center were found to be kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. When our children come in town, our outing will be the last game here against the Chicago Wolves and we will all be in attendance.

This was my second visit to the Peoria Rivermen at the Civic Center in Peoria Illinois. It was as much fun as the first time. I am already planning my next trip. You see, I drive 2 hours to get there and stay overnight. My husband and I can do this weekend trip including hockey tickets and hotel for about the price of one Blackhawks ticket. The game is just as fast and the skill level reasonably close to NHL caliber. A good time and a great value.

Took my 8 year old daughter to her first hockey game. Even though Rivermen played a lousy game(lost 1-3) we did enjoy ourselves. The band Need To Breathe that followed was really good .

We got good seats in the upper bowl at center ice. Game had lots of action, scoring, an exciting finish, and best of all, the Rivermen WON!! Go Rivermen !! Food, drink, and bathrooms very accessible - we had a great time!

As a St. Louis Blues season ticket holder I'm a huge hockey fan. A group of us decided at the end of last season that we we're going to make our way to Peoria, IL to see our future Blues play at the minor league level. This past weekend we made the trip and had a great time. Peoria is a smaller town, but with plenty to do. The game was action packed and very economical. For $20 a seat we sat 8 rows off the ice and on the red line. Couldn't even get into a Blues game on a weekend for $20. Ticketmaster held our tickets at will call and we picked them up about an hour before the game. Everything was great and I would recommend taking in a Rivermen's game to anyone.

I attend at least one Rivermen game each year. The fans can be crazy and unforgiving, but that is always part of the fun. The people I go with are of varying degrees of hockey knowledge, but we all have a good time.

I purchased tickets to this game for my teenage daughter and her friend. The reason for them attending the game was due to Kellan Lutz from Twilight being at the facility to sign autographs. As it turned out, he was not there. We were not aware of this; until they were at the game. Needless to say, they were very disappointed. To be honest, they were not that interested in the game at all.

I had never been to a hockey game prior to this event and was so pleased I chose to go. The game was awesome! My reason for selecting this particular game was the appearance of Kellan Lutz, which was canceled and someone else I didn't know replaced him so that was disappointing since we didn't know until we got there and we could have gone a bit later instead of getting there so early. I would definitely recommend a rivermen game (or an Icehogs game for that matter) to anyone. Both teams were great to watch and I plan on going back for another game soon!

I thought the Rivermen played a great game, plus it was good to see them play against a friend's team. It made it more interesting. The security did a great job having Chaske Spencer there as a special guest as well. Things were very well handled and I'd recommend anyone to go!

The evening started with my granddaughters being able to climb "ice mountain" in the parking lot. This was the left over plowed "SNOW". Very exciting to them, since they were born & raised (all their 8 & 9 years) in Florida. We had wonderful seats, which really held their attention. We truly enjoyed the interaction of the side acitvities with the audiance. Of course the dippin dots were a great hit.!

This was our (me and my husband) first hockey game. WE LOVED IT. I have already purchased a 4-game package from the Rivermen. the only complaint I have is that the seats are not big enough. My and husband and I are not small people so we didn't fit comfortably in them. Other than that, we had so much fun!

The game itself was a lot of fun. My purse and my carry bag was not checked. With media coverage of shootings lately, a more secure entrance would have made me feel better. Would suggest more than one Paw Patrol Character for next time. Many kids were turned away when Marshall's time was up. Stood in line for over an hour and then never did get to see him.

The Riverman Game was so Fun!!! I Loved watching all the people enjoying themselves. There were so many entertaining things to do, I'm not sure how much of the Game I saw. I feel lucky to have been at the Game where the First Responders to the Columbus, GA Bus Crash were honored. I Love the Music, Noise Meter and watching the Jumbo Cam. The Rivermen games are Great Family Fun and Very Affordable.

I try to go to as many games as possible and the Rivermen never disappoint. The games are a great time and it seems like most of the players in the SPHL want to show the fans a good time. Segal from the Pensacola Iceflyers flipped a puck over the glass to my friend's youngest son which made his first hockey game even more memorable. I really can't say enough about how much fun the game was.

Bought the tickets off my ticket master app and then they scanned it right off of my phone so there was 0 hassle with worrying about losing tickets or scalpers and all that jazz. We had great seats a couple rows up from the ice. It was also my fiancés first hockey game and she had a blast!

Bought glass tickets in section 2 for my BF for his birthday. WE BOTH had a blast. Lots of interaction between mascots and the crowd. So much fun. Rivermen did lose unfortunately but it was still a great experience!! CONGRATULATIONS to the couple that got ENGAGED on center ice!!

I've been a Rivermen fan for years, so the game was excellent, as always. What I'm disappointed in is the way you order tickets through Ticketmaster. I didn't want to use the 'will call' window, so I was trying to choose the option to print them from home. I chose my seats that I wanted with no trouble. The trouble came when I couldn't figure out how to print them. The choice that you are given makes it sound like it's going to show up only on your smart phone. As I don't have a smart phone, this feature becomes very confusing resulting in me losing out on the seats I had orginally wanted due it to taking way too long to try to figure the whole process out. I'm extrememly disappointed in how the website is layed out. It needs to be way more clear for at home printing.

Great value for the price paid. Would recommend glass seat tickets. Warning, though, not for the faint of heart, or those easily offended. As a matter of fact, if you are easily offended, may I suggest minor league hockey may not be the best choice for your outing. However, if beer, fighting, screaming, and an occasional moment of good hockey in between some rather questionable officiating, then Rivermen Hockey is for you!!!

Attended my first Peoria Rivermen game and I was really impressed with the level of hockey I saw. I've attended a lot of minor league hockey games, and these guys were really good! The venue is great for watching a game and tickets are very reasonably priced. The food offerings are pretty slim (hot dog, hamburgers, nachos, popcorn) compared to most other arenas I've been to. My biggest complaint was the number of 'glass-bangers' (those cretinous individuals who feel compelled to bang on the glass every time the opposing team skates by); these folks are really annoying and I wish the ushers would discourage the practice.

I attended my first Riverman hockey game and I was not disappointed. The whole experience was positive, good food and tickets at a reasonable price. And some exciting hockey too. The Civic Center is clean and inviting. I recommend anyone who loves hockey to come and take in a game. Peoria is lucky to have such a hockey tradition with the Rivermen. I visit from out of town on business and I'm definitely going to another game. Come check it out, a great experience.

The Rivermen were on and they were very exciting to watch. Only bad thing is they only sold Budweiser, so my friend and I had to go somewhere else for our beers. They use to sell all brands, so it was a great disappointment not to have a beer while watching the game. Was excited to once again see the Rivermen playing.

The Peoria Civic Center is a nice stadium to watch the game in. It was clean and well staffed. We were able to park within a 100 yards of the entrance. The location is right in the middle of downtown Peoria. It was St.Patrick's Day, so we saw part of a parade that was held 2blocks away. The stadium is also only two blocks from the riverfront which has many bars and restaurants as well as nice views to take in. The Peoria Riverfront museum/Caterpillar museum is also right there, along with 2 or 3 college campuses. It was dollar hot dog, chip and pop day so the food ended up being a bargain. Our seats were at the end of the aisle and actually formed the end of the staircase. Had there been a bigger crowd, our view would have been obstructed by people ascending and descending the staircase. As it was almost empty (about 4,000 people), we had room to lounge. The Rivermen won the game in OT, so it was an exciting game to watch.

We had a great time. The Rivermen won 30 seconds into the 5-minute overtime period after the game was tied after the three regulation periods. This was an excellent brand of hockey. I wish we lived near Peoria because I would attend Rivermen games often.

We drove four hours to see this hockey game and were not disappointed, although a little bummed we lost in overtime. The standout of the trip was the employees of the Peoria Civic Center. Starting with the parking attendant, the ticket takers, the beer vendors, security, and our most helpful usher, they were amazing, friendly, helpful and fun. We will be back!!!

The game started out on an exciting note with a fight breaking out before all of the players were even on the ice; however that was the only fight and only three goals were made during the game (sadly two of the three were the opposing teams...). All told, the game could have been better, but our seats were on the glass and we still had a really good time.

The game was great: Riv's went down early 3 to 0, then fought back to tie it, and then lost it with 10 seconds left on a breakaway one-on-one. Even though the home town team lost, it was still a great deal of fun. I would like to go back some time next season when its not 'free food' night, because the concessions were outrageously backed up. Hopefully on a regular night the access to concessions isn't so slammed. We had seats in the upper deck but right in the center of the ice, so we had pretty much the same angle as the TV cameras. Will definitely go again.

This was my first time attending a riverman game as well as a hockey. My boys and I really enjoyed this event. We really liked getting a game puck that came over the plexiglass during the game. We already have tickets for another game.

My husband and I had an awesome time at the game. The atmosphere was amazing! The ticket takers, vendors and Rivermen Girls were all so sweet, kind and helpful. The game was outstanding and the intermission time between periods were very entertaining! My husband and I are hoping to make going to Rivermen's game an annual event for us. It was well worth the 2 hour drive and money! Keep up the great work Rivermen!

We took the family to see the Riverman vs. Ice Hogs game and it was great!! We had amazing seats on the glass and got up close and personal with some of the players when they crashed into the boards right in front of our seats, This was a great bargain and we will definitely do it again!

The Riverman game experience was great. I took my kids and we had a good time. Plenty of good music, fun intermission activities, great food and oh yeah the game was a lot of fun also.
