Eddie Money never fails to deliver. This is the 6th time we have seen Eddie Money in recent years. Lots of fun singing along with his unforgettable classic songs. Eddie really gets the crowd going. The band is awesome too. Eddie spent so much time with his fans after the show and that means the world that after all the singing, joking around and moving all over the stage he did then to spend hours signing shirts and getting pictures. We go see him whenever he is in the area!!! Thanks Eddie and the band!!

While I realize Eddie Money will never be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, in the late \u201870 s and early \u201880 s, the man had a large handful of radio-ready pop-rock hits. Well, let s just say Eddie hasn t aged well, and be polite. In fairness, his voice is not the issue. Somehow he has been led to believe that pandering to the audience, by telling them, from the first song, how much he loves them, how much he loves being in state , how much he loves being in town (\u2018cause, folks he ain t playing cities!), is the way to go. Over and over and over! And this is while the band is playing! So folks, instead of hearing him sing, this is what you get. And this habit of not singing the chorus, but turning the microphone toward the audience? Well Eddie takes that to the next level. Look, thanks to being with a woman I truly adore, a venue in a hotel I love, and alcohol, I had fun. But by comparison to four other oldies acts we ve seen recently: Styx, Journey, Asia, and Tom Jones, Eddie was a disappointing, and distant, fifth.

I went to Eddie Money's concert July 11th. I love his music, but I was a little disappointed due to the fact that "HOLD ON" is my favorite song by him and he waited until the end to sing it. He was so tired, he didn't do a very good job of it and that hurts a wonderful memory of a song. I will continue to listen to my CD of him singing "HOLD ON". I think that is the song that made him famous. I was talking to another woman at the concert and she said the same thing..We thought he would Open the concert with "HOLD ON" instead of "TWO TICKETS TO PARADISE". "HOLD ON" is a Womans song..

Buying two tickets to an Eddie Money is buying two tickets to paradise for a 2 hour stay. The Money Man can work a crowd like no other and is actually quite the comedian too. His band can rip through the classics and Eddie can still work the sax like a champ! You'll be shakin'!

It was so much fun to watch Eddie Money on stage, and extra fun to watch and listen to his daughter, Jesse singing. One of the best parts was watching Eddie's son play drums on Shakin. The only disappointment was they did not play "Peace in our time", which is one of Eddie's best songs. Jeff

Night Ranger should have been the top bill for day two of the concert. Greg Kihn was amazing as always. Total high energy and lots of fun. The Turtles were great too. Loverboy was really great and as long as you didn't look at the stage and the lead singer being fat and old and totally out of shape - you remembered all the songs that they sang all those years ago! But Eddie Money was pathetic. He had no real power on stage - and he hardly played - and he handed his set over halfway through to his daughter! - and he demanded top bill! huh? he didn't even rate bottom bill. I hope all the other bands do return but especially Night Ranger and Greg Kihn.

What a great show! Eddie Money still has a unique and wonderful voice. He sang every one of his greatest songs, and an excellent new one, I think it was called One More Soldier Coming Home. The venue (Glass Catus, at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine) is completely stunning, though the drinks were very over-priced. But I would do this again every week if I could! I highly recommend seeing Eddie anywhere. We had a fantastic time!!

If you have not had the chance to see Eddie Money in concert, you must go! He puts on a great show - all his old tunes, some he borrows from Motown artists...he sings duets with his daughter Jessie. He talks to the crowd, tells jokes - he's a wonderful showman. After the concert last night he met with fans, signed autographs...he sells tshirts and the money goes to a childrens AIDs charity. Please put this on your 'must see' concert list!

Was excited to see Eddie Money. Missed him on his last trip through DFW area. He didn't disappoint. Played most of the old favorites. He sounded pretty good considering he's been doing it for 30+ years. He could use a few more trips to the gym (couldn't we all?)! He did a tribute for the men and women in service that was very classy (played 'Peace In Our Time). His band was really good too.

The Eddie Money Concert I attended on 28 Jun 2018 at Tioga Downs Casino & Resort was an excellent concert and ticket prices were not excessive. I have attended other concerts at this venue and all have been a good entertainment value.

We paid over $200 for two front row tickets in the balcony (Section 6W seats 5 and 6). When we arrived there were only 4 seats in the front row! Several other folks showed up and had the same issue, including a couple with the same seats as ours on their tickets. When I asked the usher for assistance he just shrugged it off and walked away! I will never buy tickets through Ticket Master again and will tell all of my friends and family to do the same. Foghat's set was great, although a little short and Blue Oyster Cult rocked the house. Eddie Money on the other hand was tired and showing his age. His daughter came out and sang back up to fill in the notes he can no longer hit. We left after his third song. Fortunately there are plenty of great restaurants in Mizner Park. I give both Foghat and BOC 4 stars and Eddie Money 2.

I love Eddie Money and have seen him several times and have always been entertained. However, I think it's time that Eddie stops touring. He really looked like the whole thing was too much for him. Now, of course I don't know, he could have been dealing with some kind of health issue and Soldiered on, but if not, Eddie, enjoy all you have done. He's a good Man and is always behind good causes, so it pains me to write a negative review, but it is what it is. Foghat was pretty good. They probably have more hits than what the casual fan thought. Blue Oyster Cult played their hits, but also long periods of just jamming. If you are into that, more power to you, but for me that gets a little boring. Mizner Park is a great place to see a concert, but they really need to get up with the times and have more quality Beer offerings. South Florida has a huge Craft Beer community, use them!

When I bought the ticket, I already asked myself, how is Eddie Money put forward as the top act in this combination? The concert confirmed it: Foghat was great, BOC were a class on their own, Eddie Money was a flop. Half of the audience left after half time Money. BOC had only 40 minutes for their show. Everybody would have liked to see more. Why was Eddie Money the headliner? Otherwise great venue, open air, good sound. Will go back to the venue.

He gives it everything he has. It is not a big production. Just some lights. Band sounds good. When the tickets are reasonably priced, it is a nice evening to remember some of the old hits. He brings his daughter to help out with some of the backing vocals.

Wow, where did Blue Oyster Cult come up with that play list? Foghat had the crowd rocking and then there was a huge let down when Blue Oyster Cult came out. It took Eddie Money half the show to get the crowd back into the festive mood.

It was a great concert. I have seen Eddie many times, but he seemed to be having a lot more fun than usual. Maybe because 3 of his children were with him. They were great. Wouldn't have know they haven't been playing the songs for ever. The sound, the harmony, and overall concert was just awesome.

Eddie hit the stage with "Baby Hold On To Me" and kept it rocking the whole show! His band is super tight and spot on, Eddie's voice sounds great, and he put a TON of effort into making sure everyone was having fun. Highlights were "Two Tickets To Paradise", "Take Me Home Tonight", "Gimme Some Water", and his last encore "Shakin'". After the show Eddie signed shirts in the lobby and was happy to hang out a little with the crowd. A top notch performer, a down to earth guy, and a fantastic show- can't wait for a return visit! HIGHLY recommended!!

I was very hesitant to go to a concert at a casino. I was not disappointed. He was awesome and it was great that his daughter was with him on stage. His mom is from Indiana, so he really poured on the "God's country" - beautiful place. The only thing that I did not care for was the sing along to "Two Tickets to Paradise." He was worth the money - the concert venue lacked, but the hotel, restaurant and getting away made up for it!

Eddie Money isn t out of his league he s WAY out of his league! He tried like hell to give a great performance but he s just past his prime. The band was fantastic and his daughter was incredible and she s beautiful! Eddie occasionally shouted out a mumbled word or two leaving the lions share of the work to the band and backup singers. It s was kinda strange that he was trying to do a standup routine inbetween songs, it was strange because he didn t speak very clear and you couldn t tell what he s trying say? All in all I had a great time and would do it again but be realistic in your expectations! For $25 it was a great time with my wife and another couple.

Outstanding show! The Money Man rocked Gimme Some Water, We Should Be Sleeping, Think I m In Love, and gave a flawless performance of Endless Nights. He was spot on in the popular Take Me Home Tonight and in his encore which started with Shakin . My 11-yr old son and 17-yr old daughter went with us and had tons of fun. I didn t see anyone else under age 35. Stupid people sat behind me who were talking amongst themselves arguing over whether Shakin came out in 1996 or sooner. [Roll eyes here.] My family and I are going to see Two Tickets To Paradise the musical in Rochester NY next month. Hopefully the kids can meet The Money Man then and snag an autograph.

I saw Eddie 5 times, but the last time was mid-80's. He's older now, and moves a little slower, but was still fun to see. He chose a great selection of hits, and for under $40, sitting 7 rows from the stage, dead center, it was a great night.

Eddie played "we should be sleeping", one of his many hits that i love. I have seen him perform 6 times in my life and he had never played this at any show i went to. I asked him if he would play this on his website and the guy did it and he commented on reading my request that morning! His show was great and took us back to my good days with hits like "i think i'm in love" " baby hold on to me" "shakin" "no control". He is a legend and i hope we can see him get into the rock n roll hall of fame SOON!

I love the venue at the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek...this was my first time and our seat was fantastic. Eddie Money was awesome and really engaged the concert goers of all ages. The best thing that I have NEVER seen at any concert was that Eddie signed autographs after the concert. Eddie signed my 8 track tape also. Eddie you rock!!!

Back up band Josh Wheathers did a great job, And Eddie Money put on a great show. The best part was the venue (Casa Manana-Fort Worth), very intimate setting. All seats were close enough to see the performers and no need for a big screen as other venues. Eddie sounded the same as did 30+ years ago and played all the hits.

Eddie money has been performing a long time and he still knows how to make his fans enjoy his shows. He seems to put all of himself into his performance because it shows while he is on, and off the stage. I think that anyone who likes his music, and for people who have never heard of Eddie Money, but like that kind of music, would really like his shows. I would recommend to my friends and family to go and see him...and as a matter of fact, I took my wife, my sister and my sisters date, we all said that it was a great show!

So personable and kind to the audience. Band was tight, guitars were a treat to see. Drummer having a blast. Whole band was having fun. Loved all the fan participation. Signed & personilized "One More Soldier Coming Home" t-shirt for duaghter being deployed to Afganastan and thanked her for her service. Played every song I wanted to hear, suprised by his mouth organ and sax palying. Crowd was easy going and freindly. Fun concert!!!

While Eddie looked tired and worn out... he was very comical. His daughter was back-up singer on stage and his son played the drums. They were impressive. The show was about 1.5 hours. Shakin' was his only encore. A pretty good show, but likely wouldn't go see it again.

My husband and I really enjoyed seeing Eddie Money at the Lawrenceburg Event Center, there is not a bad seat in the house. And Eddie is a real entertainer and his music is from the era my husband and I grew up in. It was a nice trip back to the past for us. Was a pretty good bit of travel time for us to the venue but it was well worth it. Look forward to checking out the upcoming shows and if the dates work for us we will definitely be going back for more shows at Lawrenceburg. The ticket process was easy and the trip was a nice little get away for us and we really enjoyed the event center and Eddies concert was well worth seeing. Once we got there we parked and a shuttle took us to the show, the whole process was easy and stress-free. Turned out to make a great weekend for us.

One attended Eddie Money's concert on Saturday January 13, 2018. Eddie engaged the audience in conversation with his awesome talents, musical portfolio hits accompanied with his saxophone and remarkable son and daughter. He dedicated a song to Veterans donating money from souvenirs to the cause. The venue 's staff were friendly and respectful to fans. Every seat was great. Thanks!

The venue itself wasn't bad, small but nice. Staff was friendly. The reason for 3 stars not 4 or 5 was the ridiculous concession prices! $7 for a 12oz CAN of beer and $5 for a bottle of water. Eddie is definitely showing is age! He was hard to understand because he mumbles. Show was supposed to start at 8 but didn't start until about 8:35 and was over by 9:30.

Eddie sure took his Time to come out on stage,suppose to start at 8 but started almost at 830, Concert was ok, you can tell Age is getting to him, but he was funny and still got it on the Saxophone. Seats were a little tight on the Floor which were our seats.

This was THE biggest let down in my concert life. I was looking forward to this concert for weeks, soooooo excited to finally be getting to see him and it was horrible. I am not just saying that either. He screamed and yelled into the microphone every time he decided he wanted to make an attempt to sing, which was not very often. I definitely paid to hear the audience and his daughter sing the entire concert!! If you want to hear Eddie Money, save your money and just listen to his cd's, I promise it will be the best decision you make. Some people just shouldn't tour anymore

You know the phrase, "I went to a fight the other night and a hockey game broke out" ? Well, I went to a burlesque show the other night and Eddie Money came out and sang. His daughter (which looks like his granddaughter) was jumping around the entire show dressed in thigh high go-go boots and a skin tight mini dress that came up several times and showed everyone what God gave her. Yes, she is a beautiful young lady but it is a shame that Eddie Money couldn't play on his own merit. It was a little embarrassing and disappointing. On the positive side, we loved the venue and the hotel was excellent.

I ve seen many of the artists that I grew up listening to, and they have been great. The Stones, The Eagles and Elton John are just a few. I was excited to see Eddie and bought front row. He was 30 minutes late starting, appeared unkept and spent more time spinning how tambourine on his finger and telling jokes than he did singing. Disappointed. Extremely. It would have been even more disastrous had husband daughter not been there to help him keep up. Wasted money. Rating is for venue. It s an average space but has a school gym feel.

This was one of those concerts where you know every song and can't believe how your youth comes back to you. I couldn't believe how good Dennis sounds at 70 year old. They were both really funny and appreciative of the crowd. Just wish we could have had a chance at a meet and greet.

Dennis DeYoung and his band were totally awesome. The two lead guitarist were phenomenal! It was as if the original Styx band was performing their best hits of all time in their prime. Dennis, at age 70, is still the showman and was very entertaining. It didn't appear that he has lost anything. Eddie Money on the other hand was very disappointing. He has been one of my favorite singers/performers since I was a teenager. Unfortunately, time has not been good to him. Hard living and age have taken their toll. The other down side of his performance was his daughter. The sound control guys should have shut her mic off. She was very distracting (especially that crazy thing she does with her hair!) I went to watch and listen to The Money Man and she totally ruined the show for me. Eddie, I know it was your daughter, but leave her at home next time! Your show would have been so much better without her. Dennis DeYoung was worth the price of the ticket and Eddie should have been warming up the crowd for him.

My wife and I traveled 500 miles to see this show and it was worth every mile! I went for the Dennis DeYoung Band, wife went for Eddie Money. We seen Eddie not to long ago with Boston so I knew what we were in for. But Dennis, I had no idea he would be that good! He can still sing great. Band that he has is great also. The guitar player August that plays with him carries a big load. I think he's a Tommy Shaw clone! Him singing Renegade was my highlight of my evening! Still singing the song in my head! If you get the chance to see Dennis go. You won't be disappointed!

Having not followed Styx much, I didn't know what to expect with Dennis De Young. WOWZA!!! he still has the pipes, the moves the wit and a great band. I was thoroughly impressed all the way around, and I hadn't even seen Eddie Money yet! He was also very fun and energetic. Great band-his daughter Jesse was with him on stage. all in all, great combo package. Highly recommended!

The concert was supposed to start at 7 with Eddie Money according to the info on the ticket and on the website. Got there at 7:30 expecting to see the tail end of Eddie Money open for Dennis DeYoung but there was no Eddie Money and Dennis was half way done with his show. I worked in the music industry for 8 years and I never worked a concert that listed an artist that didnt show up. Shame on me for not being there at 7, but what the heck? I paid for Eddie Money AND Dennis DeYoung and didn't get both.

I was disappointed with Eddie Money. It seemed like his health was not good. Some people might guess that he was drunk. He skipped out on a lot of the singing. The singing he did do was so on and off. Paid too much for so-called better seating when I was way far to the right of the stage. Concert a lot shorter than I thought. I think Dennis Deyoung should have been headliner.

The show was great. At seventy Dennis Deyoung sounds as good if not better than he he did in 1977 when I saw him last. He blew Eddie Money out of the water. Eddie's daughter is Eddie's show now. She is not only a great performer but easy on the eyes!

Eddie Money has still got it! You would think that an act such as this would save all of the big hits for later in the show, but Eddie came out guns blazing opening up with the hit "Baby Hold On To Me," and it just got better from there. To add to the fun aspect of the show, he has two of his children, Desmond and Jesse, performing with him, and they are both great in their own right; he sings and plays guitar, and she handles backing and featured vocals with ease. She absolutely nailed Ronnie Spectre's part on "Take Me Home Tonight." Outside of the musical aspect, Eddie donates some of the merchandise proceeds to wounded military. He specifically mentioned head injuries, but it may be wider than that; a noble cause, in my opinion. His children--Desmond, Jesse, and Julien--performed a great opening set. There is much talent in the Money family. I would highly recommend seeing this show when it heads your way.
