Chante' sings her face off. The beauty and grace are unparalleled. The connection with the audience. A band on fire. And such a wonderful time spent listening to an iconic voice.

I had the Great pleasure to be at Howard Theatre the last appearances that Ms Chante Moore performed there. I loved her both times and each show has been better than the last, would go again without a second thought.

My wife and I went to see Chante' Moore last year at the Howard Theatre - the show was amazing! We decided to go back this year and expected to see pretty much the same. Although Chante' did some of the same routine, she added much more to the show, let the band jam, and sang as incredibly as ever. After the show, she signed her new book for us and took pictures. I even convinced a good friend of mine to compete with other guys to go on the stage with Chante'. Of course he won and we videotaped the entire moment. He was completely stunned - I don't think he (Ed) will ever be the same again! Chante' Moore is an incredible singer, entertainer and great person. I actually think she is alien - nobody can sing those high notes that she does! (smile) We really appreciate her and will ALWAYS go see her whenever she's in the area. Chante' - thank you for being relevant in our lives. We also want to thank her manager (Cheryl) for bringing her back to us. Sincerely, Clarence and Kathy Parker

Chante's got a man and a whole lot more!!! Her performance at the Howard Theater on July 27 was full of energy and fun. Her voice is still wonderful as ever. I can't wait for her to swing through Washington, DC again.

I went to the Howard Theater to see Chante and even though I was not impressed with the service there. I calmed down once she came on and I enjoyed the show . She is so sassy and very energetic and kept up wanting more the only thing I wish she did not sing other peoples song I would've loved to here more of her stuff. At least I got to hear some of my favorites. Come to the Birchmere I like it there better as far as service.

Chante open the show performing one of Beyonce song souding better then Beyonce. She performed all her memorable songs and even forgot some words to her song...who cares She was entertaining throughout the entire show, she showed the audience her venerable side which in itself refreshing. She's a sensitive artist and had moments that we all relate to. She help me think about my relationship and how to feel good ABOUT yourself. Im 50 years old and never seen an artist go outside of her vocal range without missing a beat. She is a crowd pleaser come back on stage and peformed one more song.

I have enjoyed listening to her music for 20 years; however, this performance seemed to be simply a money grab. I understand everyone needs to work (make a living); however, the lack of professionalism and the lack of knowing her set-list or truly preparing showed. I was very disappointed.

I'm a huge fan of Chanta and she looked good and still sounds amazing. The Howard Theater is very nice but the food is horrible and too expensive. We ordered our food at 7:45 and it didn't get to our table until 9 and then it had the nerve to be cold.

Her performance was wonderful! She is so talented and her voice is still beautiful. She can still reach extremely high octaves that are impossible for most. During "It's Alright", she performed a 10 min + section of the song, no words, just high notes that simulated a flute or piccolo. At some points during the performance, she'd streamline from whistling and singing and you couldn't tell she wasn't still whistling. Very high energy and she sang every song in her repertoire, including "Bitter" - unedited! I'd go see her again in a heartbeat.

She is very down to earth and sweet. She's beautiful and has a personality to match. To us she is the BEST female singer ever. Please continue to bless us with your beautiful voice and great music. Chante was extraordinary! She hit the stage with a burst of amazing energy. She took requests from the audience and song them acapella. She song It s Alright and spent about 15 minutes singing in a perfect 5 octive range that moved her to tears. She was uplifting and very funny.

Chante Moore, at the newly renovated Howard Theater, exceeded my expectations. She's a tremendous performer and definitely was borned to entertain. Her talent is undeniable and really an untapped treasure. She sang all her favorite hits. I had forgotten how well she sings live. It's been over 15 years since I last saw her. If given the chance, I'm sure she would have universal appear equal to Beyonce. I'd see her again.

The performance was incredible. Chante gave her audience a mix of older and newer material, took requests, and demonstrated both an emotional and vocal range that left me and my friends simply awestruck. Ms. Moore's accessibility, humor, and depth of emotion made the evening one not soon to be forgotten. She clearly had a strong fan base in DC when the show began. By the time she ended it, I think everyone was even more loyal and just waiting for the next record to hit stores.

I've been a fan since her first release, but had never seen her live. She performed many of her classics and a lot of great covers. She is an engaging, funny and open performer. She freely interacted with the audience. Most importantly of course is that she sang her a** off. Really great show!!

The modern-day Minnie Riperton and still pin-up beautiful. This is a must-see show and I look forward to her upcoming album. My uncle used to tell me about seeing Ella, Billie, and Lena at the Howard Theater when he was young--I can now relate. She is still the total package.

It's funny. I mainly came out to see Tony, Toni, Tone but based on what I heard and witnessed, Chante Moore should have been the headliner and Tony, Toni, Tone should have .... well.... been in the audience. I had NO idea that Raphael Saadiq is no longer with the group. No disrespect to the remaining members but this alone was a huge disappointment for me. Chante; however, was a pleasant surprise. She delighted my ears, opened up my soul and made me see her and appreciate her on a whole nother level. She is raw, uncut, amazing and aging like fine wine.

Chante did great. I wish her time on stage was longer so she could sing more of her songs. Tony, Toni, Tone performance was not good at all. I love their music but Dwayne messed up my favorite song, "Whatever You Want" I don't know if he forgot the words, re-wrote the song or what but I didn't know the version he was singing. Too much guitar/drum playing and not enough singing. Dwayne was horrible but his cousin that replaced Rapheal as lead singer did a good job.

The most stunning artist of all time, both vocally and physically! She just killed it! Two parts to the set with her classics ("It's Alright, "Chante's Got a Man") and a few new songs from her upcoming album. The second part started with a great 80's/90's medley of cover songs. It was my 3rd time seeing Chanté Moore. She opened and sang 2 songs, and then proceeded to have a 45 minute sound check on stage. Once that was done, she sang 6 more songs and was done. The show was over by 9:48. In my opinion it was inexcusable of her to only sing 6 more songs after making the audience suffer through her Diva antics, and then to add insult to injury end the show so early. While her talent is undeniable, it is very doubtful that I will ever pay to see her again.

Performer kept complaining about the audio/sound equipment having problems but we (the audience) could hear her fine. WOW!!! I'm no Cathy Bates, but I AM Chante's #1 fan! LOL!!! She is an absolutely AMAZING performer who gave her audience at The Howard Theater an intimate...and melodic glimpse into her own personal trials and triumphs!!! With her smooth jazz undertones, Chante's hypnotic voice took us on a journey from the early songs that put her on the map...to the seasoned sounds and lyrics that have been birthed out of adversity and heartache. Through it all, her voice has withstood the test of time, and shines as brilliantly as metal from the refiners fire. An artist that thrives on audience engagement, Chante' aptly transformed the sizable venue into what seemed like a fire-side sing-a-long.

The Chante Moore concert at The Howard Theater was excellent. First, The Howard Theater is a great venue to see artists. It is small enough so that you are up close and personal with the performers, and it has all of the luxuries of a nice dinner club. Chante Moore, who I have seen in concert a few times, was in rare form. She hit an amazing number of high notes, was very personable, and entertained the crowd from beginning to end. I took a friend who did not know one Chante Moore song, and my friend left a fan. Bravo!

She is a professional performer, excellent voice. Great personality and absolutely beautiful to look at (and I'm a straight woman). She's like a beautiful piece of art and her voice is like music. **i wish the backup friends were not there, threee were okay minus the Latina singer, but it was annoying, it was like an irritating interruption. The dancers were weird and overall laughable. I felt like I was watching a Hoghschool dance troupe routine. Man we need to stop trying to have diversity and get real talent. Watching the Chinese guy, white girl and Latina guy try to move their hips was painful. Lol.

OK, this was my 3rd (or 4th time) seeing Chante' Moore at the Howard Theatre in Washington, D.C. As I have said before, Chante' Moore is an ABSOLUTE class A entertainer! She sang, danced and entertained us like she always does. I will always go to see her when she comes to town. The band with her this time was ABSOLUTELY "Slamming!" I'm a musician myself and let me just say The Band, BG Singers and Dancers were all GREAT! There was another act following Ms. Chante' so her show seemed relatively short compared to shows in the past. Ended toooooo soon! :-) As for the venue itself, that's another story. Here are my thoughts: - The doors were supposed to open at 6 P.M. They didn't open until after 6:30 P.M. - The Howard Theatre doesn't sell food anymore! Bummer if you planned to eat dinner, which my wife and I had planned to do as we have done in the past. Hungry patrons tend to get aggravated very easily! - Some "Marine" guy in skin tight clothing working at the venue yelled at the top of his lungs to clear us all out at the end of the show! Seriously, he announced that he was a Marine. I'm retired Air Force and would usually go out of my way to thank ALL Military members for their service. However, I think this young idiot was more interested in showing us his muscles and lung capacity than appreciating the fact that we were paying customers that paid his salary for the event! Hopefully, he will be at his base next time working on his muscles rather than interacting with other people. Next time, maybe he can say, "Hey folks, we thank you all for coming. There is another show starting soon so we need you all to clear out or leave as quickly as possibly. Thanks again!" Just a thought!

Chante Moore show was very entertaining. She song her old songs and introduced two new ones from her new cd to be released on 17February2017 which is also her birthday. Voice on point and she playful engaged with the audience. Song happy birthday to Sonya, sonjia, no Tonya. Funny moment. As usual she brought a brother on stage and duet with him on Baby Can I Touch Your Body off the Moore is More cd. .Stage left the crowd was hyped up to infinite and beyond As she sang. Listen to My Song, the stage left fans made her laugh as they yea yea yea the chorus, she laughed and lost it for a moment and then finished. She dropped pearls of wisdom on a young brother celebrating his birthday, sing from the spirit. As always Chante Got a Man and Alright, had the whole theater singing and rocking. Long standing ovation for It's Alright. Last three song were covers but had the crowd up and dancing. She definitely left the crowd wanting more. Although they chanted more, she did not return. My opinion she should have ended with Time or the new single Real Love. Given the opportunity, check her out as a single act. I promise you will enjoy yourself.

I have been a fan since 1992! Chante Moore's voice was flawless! Although she was a little under the weather, you could not tell at all! Her voice was powerful, yet sweet! The girl can sing LIVE beautifully! Her personality and stage presence was on point as well. Lastly, she looked amazing!!! The only downside for me was that she didn't sing many of the songs I wanted to hear. I'm sure that's difficult when you have so many albums. Everyone has their favorites and she definitely sang quite a bit of those.
