There's nothing in this world like college basketball. This was a great game between two powerhouse teams, but the Gamecocks proved that they're more powerful in the end.

It was amazing. I cannot think of a better way to have spent my birthday.

It's always a good day when you get to watch your team win.

The basketball game at the CLA was awesome! Our seats were great and the price per ticket was resonable. We definatly look forward to going to many many more games!

The experience of this evening was unforgettable. The Gamecocks, unrated, pulled off an amazing upset victory against the #1 rated Kentucky Wildcats. GO COCKS !!! Purchasing the tickets on my blackberry, in a restaurant, the evening before was a little challenging for the first set. I purchased 2 sets of tickkets, first 6, then 2 more. The second 2 went flawlessly. Like the Ticketmaster Blackberry App. The "Will Call" booth person was perfect. She handled my special request without even batting an eye. Everything about the night was great. Thanks Ticketmaster for being there.

The game was great! The Colonial Life Arena was electric that night. The South Carolina fans were amped. Many Kentucky fans in the house. Overall, a good time!!

Due to weather conditions (sleet and snow) we were unable to make the trip to Columbia from the upstate. Regret we had to miss the game. I rated the event amazing because we won the game at the end. I would recommend basketball, football, and baseball games to a friend.

We braved icy roads to travel to Columbia to see the Gamecocks play the Georgia Bulldogs. The game was great (mainly because we won), but the point of the trip was for family members to see the Colonial Life Center. My husband and I had been there before, but not our grown sons. They were impressed with the decor, with a kindness and concern of the staff (we arrived early before the doors opened, but they let us in and invited us to get a warm drink and stay in the foyer until the official opening.) Our seats had a good view and were very comfortable...seemed to have extra padding and ample leg room. Concession offerings were varied, from ballgame staples to barbecue, Tai, etc. Prices were more than reasonable, considering some of the venues we've visited. Restrooms were clean and plentiful.

Great game! Gamecocks won in a nail biter. Facility was great. Food was not impressive but overall we had a great time.

My ears are still ringing from the '80s music they played all night. Nice venue; just can't believe I drove 500 miles for an L. Go Big Blue!

The venue staff were not able to control the fans, who in their zeal to rush the court and demean opposing fans, pushed even the elderly to the floor all the while screaming obscenities in their faces. I was ashamed to be there. I will be surprised if no one was injured that night.

Fan for 20 years, it was my first ever UK game in person. The venue was great, the place rocked, food was a decent price. Only thing that would have kept me from giving this 5 stars is that UNDEFEATED UK comes here and LAYS AN EGG! Good game nevertheless.

Excellent basketball game between South Carolina and Kentucky. Seats were in upper deck but still could see the game very well. Parking was relatively easy and egress in and out of the arena was good. Game was a sellout but was able to leave after the game relatively easy.

my seats where at the very top and i have to say that there is not a bad seat in there after those seats. I will be returning to watch many more games!!! GO COCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even with our sitting almost to the top of the arena you could still see the game well, but of course would have liked to been closer down in sitting, I thought the Gamecocks took advantage of the opportunity Kentucky gave them, and was glad to have been there to see a bit of history!

We had never been in this venue before, and are used to attending UNC basketball games in Chapel Hill but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the arena. Gamecocks are no Tar Heels but we cheered like they were, and it was a good 2nd half & large margin of victory. We will be back!

Colonial Life Arena is a great venue for sporting in South Carolina.

Enjoyable game. Auburn won a close game, and the facilities were definitely enjoyable.

Parking is close to venue. Easy to enter Colonial Life Arena. Enjoyed the game and crowd atmosphere.

I enjoyed the game in spite of the loss, but I did have to move to the lower level because it was too dark on the upper deck to read my roster.

The arena was great, the USC Band wonderful, the half-time show amazing, and HOW ABOUT THOSE GAMECOCKS?! It was a great win over Georgia!

A blue mist fell over the Colonial Life Center Saturday evening and Big Blue Nation struck loud and strong!

Great game, always fun to watch Kentucky play, particularly when they are playing well. Carolina was not on their game but they are not doing well overall this year. Carolina fans were lacking in attendance, the game was sold out but not all the seats were filled. The ones that were were taken by mostly Kentucky fans (more blue shirts than burgundy)...the chant of "Go Big Blue" in Carolina country was unbelievable-like being in Rupp Arena instead of Columbia SC. We had a great time and will make this an annual tradition...

This game was amazing. I kind of feel bad for the Game Cocks team. The Game Cocks fans finally got to see a real basketball team in action. It was nice getting to see five or six pros on the floor. Even better witnessing history as Anthony Davis passed Shaqs block record.

Ease in obtaining ticket: excellent, seat was as expected from diagram. The only problem was the wrong basketball team won. Can you correct this? ha

My team lost, but the event was great. Great seats and a great environment. Got right in and right out at will call. Sufficient parking close to the arena. I'd recommend this event to others.

O.M.G. Ohio State fans took over Gamecocks arena 12/17. It was like a home game for the buckeyes. The prices and arena were great, even parking was only 5 dollars. They didn't rip you off at the game. Getting tickets on line was very easy and conveniant.

Our family loves the Buckeyes, so when we found their basketball team would be playing near to Charlotte, we bought tix for family at the game in Columbia, SC. We could not believe the turnout of Bucks fans; probably 2:1 or 3:1. Must've been intimidating for USC fans. Talked to the Buckeye team afterwards at the team bus, our kids got autographs, and the Buck Players said the fan support made it feel like a home game. The bucks won too, which is nice. The nosebleed seats weren't fantastic but the lower level seats are great. Acoustics are nicer than a lot of arenas which are more like barns. The SC pep band was hot. Loved their arrangement of Chicago's "25 or 6 to 4." Nice scoreboard with video screen. Good hospitality. Good parking. The French Fries were awesome. The Philly cheesecake was OK. (bread a little stale). Service was slow. Coke was semi-flat. Several attendants said that this was the highest attendance they had ever seen for any event at the arena, so I'm sure the food service crew was overwhelmed. See, the Buckeyes aren't so bad, for all of you haters, even though we beat your team. You guys did well, keeping it close. Look at how much money we brought in to an SEC school, just because of our great fans.

Great crowd. About half of the crowd were Ohio State fans. We were very vocal.

Had a good time, game was competitive, think the Gamecocks will score a few upsets in the SEC if they play like they did Saturday.

The Buckeye fans showed why they are the greatest in the world!! There were more Ohio State fans at this game then SC. The predominant color was SCARLET - the O - H - I - O rocked the Colonial Center. Saw license plates from MD, NC, GA, FL, and VA!

The game was great, the venue was adequate. Go Bucks!

The game was great, i ended up getting a free seat upgrade and moving to section 101, behind the basket. We could see everything and it was a great family atmosphere. Will definitely be back again.

I thought it was a great event. I had my tickets held at will call and I would recommend everyone to do that. I did not have to worry wether or not I brought my tickets with me. Also I was able to walk straight to will call and recieve my tickets without waiting in a long line

Excellent to see the sea of KY Blue on the streets of Columbia, in the stands and having so much to cheer about--the #1 team made it look sooooo easy. Colonial Life Arena tickets through Ticketmaster worked out very well--reasonable price plus a small fee...no huge mark-ups or scalping necessary.

Me, My Wife and Our Two Girl's went to see Kentucky Wildcats play and to see Anthony Davis make history. We absolutely had a Blast, Wonderful seats, Wonderful atmosphere, very friendly staff. So many Kentucky fans that we thought this was Lexington instead of Columbia. The Hampton Inn that we stayed at was Wonderful and was within walking distance to the Coliseum. Very nice folks in Columbia and it was so nice to see our "Wildcat" family everywhere. Overall experience was off the scales. Thank you so much to Randy and his Buddy for making our night one that we will never forget. GO BIG BLUE!!!!!

Concession prices reasonable. Lots of good choices. From big name vendors like Little Caesars Pizza, to the lady selling slices of cake and brownies....we thought that was a cool idea. Restrooms clean. Event staff very friendly and helpful. Temperature in arena was comfortable, not too hot, not too cold. We were in 109. Carolina fans very fun, yet they mind their manners even during tense game moments. We did not hear any profanity whatsoever from the Carolina fans or students. Very family friendly and a great place to take kids to see USC in action.

The Florida Gators put it to the Gamecocks at their own house by completely manhandling them in both offense and defense. It could have been worst if the gators had a better offensive team. Love it, GO GATORS!!!!!

SEC basketball for a good value. We are Florida Gator fans so try and make it to Columbia to see the Gators play South Carolina when they are in town. Easy to get to, good parking options, and great value. Venue rarely sells out so you can pick and choose where you want to sit depending on budget and how close you want to get to the court. Folks working the arena are pleasant as well. If interested in seeing major college basketball, at a good value and fun time, consider South Carolina Gamecock basketball at Colonial Life Arena.

The home crowd at USC Basketball games is crazy, in a good way. Even as a fan of the visiting team, I had a great time with the crowd. I had no negative experiences with any of the fans. The stadium is somewhat small, but it's nicer than what I had expected from a college basketball arena.

We sat on the front row of the upper level and the view was still great! Close game but the Gamecocks came out with the win!

My Boyfriend and I took my Grandson who is 8 and is playing Church Basketball. It was his and my first college BB game and we had so much fun and the game score was so close from start to finish. Our team won! Go Cocks!!! Great time!!! I think it sold out :)

We had a group of 6 attending the USC- Texas A and M game. We enjoyed the atmosphere, and the enthusiasm of the crowd. It was good to see Carolina play and win! The second half was especially good.

Seating is great with awesome views. Very nice area with the bars and restaurants North, the campus East, and the main traffic arteries South and West. The proximity to The Vista makes for a great night out. Go grab some good eats and some beers in The Vista, and go watch the Gamecocks play.

My son loved it! My wife and I enjoyed it as well! I wish there had been more pizza vendors but that is a small detail. Overall, great game and a great win!

It was a great game however the seats were in the nosebleed sedction. I saw many empty seats through the entire Colonial Life Center. It would have been nice to be upgraded by Ticketmaster to closer seats.

This was our first experience at the Colonial Life Arena. We were quite impressed with the venue--well done!

My wife and daughters drove down from Kannapolis, NC and really enjoyed the UK vs SC basketball game. The SC fans were excellent to the visiting UK fans of which I'm an alumni of UK. The arena seats were comfortable and don't believe there would be a bad seat in the house. This is the third time I've visited this arena and each time has been great. We noticed a lot of construction around the arena which probably took up most of the parking I remember from previous games so we parked in the parking deck. We really took our time leaving the arena after the game and it still took 30 minutes before we could move out of our parking space. However, the fan experience made up for the parking situation. Many thanks go out to the home team and fans for how welcoming you were to the visiting fans!

We really enjoyed the game and SC has a nice arena. Even with a sellout, everything was handled very efficiently.

Great game. Venue is good for viewing no matter where you have seats.

Seats were good despite the tall handrail at the end of the stairs. The game was and entertainment were terrific. Of course my Gators won so I liked it more than the home team. My friend and I attend this game nearly every year and despite those few seasons where were able to get seats in a box this was another great experience. I highly recommend sporting events and concerts (saw Jimmy Buffett a number of years ago) at Colonial Life Area.

This was a great game. Colonial Life Arena was very lively. Almost seemed like the Frank McQuire days.

Only issue was it was too hot inside. They needed to address the thermostat.

This is the first KY basketball game we have been to when KY lost. This freshman class has a lot of maturing to do...team sport guys!!! KY never showed up to play and the coach left early...technicals cost KY 6 points and USC won by 5. With poor free throw shooting and technicals, KY lost with lack of coaching, just saying!!! One and done is NOT working. Changing my wardrobe to Cardinal RED!!!

Colonial Life Arena is a state of the art collegiate basketball venue. The sight lines are great from every seat and the gameday atmosphere is very good considering the poor competitive nature of the USC men's basketball team.

The games are great and the crowd is always enthusiastic - it's fun to be a part of the live action - everyone should try it!

Great surprise to see the USC football team as well as USC basketball players from the past 60 years - just thrilling!

Great seats - good crowd in regards that it was not rowdy. Sat next to a nice family - very sociable. Good Time
