Celtic Woman

They have made some slight changes to the show this year. They incorporate the band and the dancers more and it's very well done. Tara also plays the harp more this time. Otherwise all of the performances are spectacular. A Celtic Woman show is a visual and audio masterpiece and if they tour anywhere near you, go. This was my 4th Celtic Woman show.

Comparisons to Celine Dion are fair! These three ladies are consummate professionals and the variety of songs sung is incredible. Highly recommend!

Very good show,really injoyed the music and on stage presents

Having seen Celtic Woman on PBS, my husband and I were anxious to see them in person. We were not disappointed. The three-hour roundtrip drive and money spent were well worth it. The music was magical and all the ladies were very talented not only as a group but individually. I would gladly see them again.

I went to see this with an old friend and we loved it! Everyone around us was also having a great time and that really added to the fun. Wonderful music!!

I know this is a short review but they were fantastic! That is coming from a guy you never likes to go to these types of shows. I had bought them for my girlfriend for Christmas and her and I were not dissappointed!

The concert itself was spectacular!! The musicians, the instruments, the dancers, the singers were all awesome. Even in the seats that I had you could feel the passion. The only thing that was not so great was the lighting. Some of the spot lights were blinding especially to those in the middle of the theater. All in all a GREAT concert!!!!

I got tickets for this performance for my mother and me for a belated Mother's Day present. The seating was grand, location was wonderful, and singing was impeccable. However, I was disappointed that there were so few new songs. I have never heard Celtic Woman perform before, but by listening to their CDs and sitting through all the specials on PBS, I had gotten to know their repertoire quite well. Unfortunately, so much of this concert was taken from the previous performances, and the parts that weren't were not much to speak of, that I was a little disappointed. I must say, on the other hand, that my mother, who was not initially a fan, seemed to enjoy it wholeheartedly. Thus, my conclusion is that, as an introduction, the concert is ideal.

It was worth the time the only thing that I would say needs to be improved is the sound system. We had seats in the first 3 rows of the balcony and a lot of the time you could not make out the words of the songs. The music was great but I like to understand the singing.

The show and the crowd were very energetic and into it.

The show as wonderful. It didn't have the full orchestra like on the PBS shows, but the band and the musicians were still wonderful. It would have been nice if someone introduced the ladies, as they change from the PBS shows to traveling concerts. Overal, it was excellent!

Everyhting I expected and more, will go again next year

From the selection of songs, to the staging, the costumes, and the sheer beauty of these women, "Celtic Woman:Isle of Hope" was a treat for the ears and the eyes.

It was a wonderful experience seeing Celtic Women live. My only reservation was that the Isle of Hope is a lot of American Songs sung by them. Not quite what I had in mind. I enjoy the Celtic music. Over all the show was entertaining and beautifully done.

Voices melding in perfection, orchestrated beautifully, the performance was a treat for eye and ear.

This was my third concert and the show at The Paramount was great.I had been eagerly awaiting the return of Lisa as her voice alone is worth the price of admission.Crowd was very enthusiastic as usual.The band and choral members were on top of their game.Incredible experience!

This was one of the most amazing concerts I have ever been to - and I have been to a lot in all genres. The voices and talent these women have is breathtaking!

Celtic Women is an excellent production with very talented people. I would suggest you bring the show back of an annual basis. We were very impressed with every aspect of the show . This is a production that can be enjoyed by all ages, the price range was reasonable and I have highly recommended it to my friends.

Celtic Woman was amazing. I went for my anniversary with my husband of 15 years. I was just amazed at these women who sang and danced. I cryed because I was thrilled to be there seeming them in real life. My favorite moment was when they sang the song Isle of Hope. It gives me goose bumps. Just to think of the freedom we as a country have and to here the story of a young Irish woman sung who came her to have her freedom and to live a dream is breath taking.

The women's voices had a dream-like quality. They were so professional that each number transitioned into the next without a flaw. Each woman had their own unique quality. Their dresses were beautiful and the sets and music mesmerizing. The musicians kept the beat with their drums and whistles while the women moved around the stage gracefully and with percision. I couldn't get enough of the music or singing. I would attend again in a heart beat!!

I took my daughter to this concert for her 18th birthday. We were both blown away with the wonderful music and performances of these remarkable women. We look forward to seeing them again when they return to Seattle.

I would recommend this to anyone as it was amazing to watch and listen to. I felt immersed in the whole experience. It was something that can't be explained you just have to be there. I absolutely loved it.

I enjoyed the variety of songs and different personalities of each performer. The fiddle player was awesome and added a unique aspect to the show. This was my third time seeing Celtic Woman at the Paramount in Seattle and this last performance seemed to have an amazing energy and was very "spiritual" for me this time.

May 16 was our daughter's 16TH birthday so we surprised her with the event. Chloe has really improved her stage presence since we first saw her. Our seats were in a good location and the acoustics were very clear. The presence of the percussion team on each side of the stage made the experience something we will never forget. We would go see them again!!!!

The show was an excellent choice! I would love to see and hear this production with the full orchestra and back up singers such as those you see on the TV specials but my guest and I enjoyed the music, costumes, and set design very much. We had excellent seats and were able to focus on the performers without stretching and straining. It was memorable and I would be tempted to watch it again, should it return to Seattle.

We had seen them on TV, but were blown away by their energy and amazing show!! This was a great time and can't wait to see them again!

This is the 3rd time I have seen these women in concert, and while this is a new venue for me it was as always an awesome show. I enjoy seeing them as they never fail to give you nothing but an amazing experience.

This tour group is hard to explain, they are a very special part of the art of music. They represent their heritage in music and joy this is one of the best most memorable music events with joy, laughs and songs sung so beautifully that I often find a tear running down my face. This tour group must be and should be so proud of what that do and to bring this to so very many over the world.

The concert was great. If you are near one of their concerts, buy a ticket and go... worth every penny!!!!

Overall this was a really fun and entertaining concert. The show was well orchestrated and planned. Everyone was well rehearsed. The flow of the show never wavered. It appeared that most of the performers were well under the age of 30, but this group actually spent their youth practicing and learning their craft. They played a few non-secular hymns to sweeten the mix. The venue was originally constructed and opened in 1921, and is known as the "Jewel of the South". It has that turn of the century charm with its architecture and design. All seats have perfect acoustics as well. We loved it! A really impressive group of musicians and performers.

I ve watched and enjoyed televised performances of this show, but live is even better. It s worth every penny(aka $) to see this awesome show with singing and dancing. One of my favorites was Amazing Grace on the bagpipes. The entire show was very professional with so much talent.

I have seen Celtic Woman performances eight times now, over a period of almost 12 years. I thought this was one of the best. The music was flawless, and the choreography was excellent. Every movement was coordinated. I have seen changes in the performances though the years, and of course many changes in personnel. I must say that I did enjoy them more when they had four singers rather than the present three, and when they had more backup singers. However the performances now are livelier and there is now more interaction with the audience. It was a delightful evening.

Celtic Woman is an amazing show. First the voices and violin talent within the group is simply amazing. The women are all lovely, well spoken and humble to a fault. I have attended live concerts before many times but I have never heard a live performance like this. In many live concerts the live performance is different and doesn't sound as rich as the studio versions one has in their head. Not so with Celtic Woman. The soaring voices, never one note missed and the visual beauty of the 4 ladies moving around the stage and their talented band/dancers were simply perfect, period. The blend of traditional Celtic songs, Irish pub tunes with other more contemporary songs made this a memorable night indeed. The NJPAC venue, our first time there, was beautiful, safe and had excellent acoustics. Entry and exit was fast and easy.

This was a great performance, the energy on the stage and the great voices. The songs touched you in a way words can't explain. I loved it. Must see.

We set them every time they return! Stunning performance!!! Mezmerizing, Grace, beauty, elegance, style!! Spellbinding music!! Would go every night if possible!!! Love them!!!

What a great way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. The venue is awesome, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The show was fantastic, shame it didn't last longer but after 2 hours and 10 minutes, what more could you ask. I'm glad that I got tickets, it was a very special way to celebrate the holiday with my partner, I know Joe enjoyed it as well.

3rd time seeing Celtic Woman and the entire ensemble is fabulous even with personnel changes.

I took my 14 year old daughter to see Celtic Woman for the second year in a row. Last year was in Rochester, so I was thrilled to have a venue closer to home. We purchased 3rd row Orchestra Pit seats and was very happy with our view of the entire concert. Everyone's onstage performance was excellent!

This was the best of the 14 Celtic Woman concerts that I have seen over the past 3 years. Everything was absolutely perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed their concert! The beautiful singing and also dancing by the gentleman. I loved the video screen that was behind them and even down to the steps. Call my review "Repeat" because a lot of the songs I heard in a previous concert in Minneapolis or on their "Believe" CD. Although I loved it all!

Great Concert as usual, this was my 13th Celtic Woman concert. It just keeps getting better and better.

This was my 4th Celtic Woman concert, and my first in the Reno Event Center. Celtic Woman puts on an awesome performance every time. The music is beautiful, the singing angelic. The musicians top notch ! Do yourself a favor and go see them, when they are in your area. You will not be disappointed.

This is my second time to see Celtic Women live in concert. It was just as good as the first time. These ladies have incredible voices and the class to go with it. Their music touches me in a way that is hard to describe. And they don't crank up the volume so much you would need earplugs. It was set just right.

The show, at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza was excellent. The perfomances were charming and delightful. The production was sharp and professional. And, the venue was excellent, with flawless lighting and sound. For anyone who has enjoyed Celtic Woman, on television, I recommend the live event. It has an entirely new level of joy.

Celtic Women was inspiring. Loved every minute of it

This was our fourth time to see them live. They never disappoint. Saw them on my birthday. What a nice gift!

Harmony, showmanship, a mix of the old (Danny Boy; Amazing Grace; My Gallant Star), and the new (My Heart Will Go On, Time to Say Goodbye), instrumentals (For the Love of a Princess).

My granddaughter and I have listened to Celtic Woman since they first formed. When they came to Montgomery, Alabama, I was able to make my granddaughter's dream of seeing them in concert come true. They are amazing singers with such beautiful harmonies.

I've seen them 4 times now and they are amazing! I recommend their show to everyone! Great for the family and come on they are gorgeous!

Their Voices of Angels show was astounding. We enjoyed every moment.

Bought these tickets for my girlfriend's birthday, I had never heard of them before meeting her. Listened to some of their more popular songs before the show and was blown away with their performance. Girlfriend ended up crying twice. The supporting band was extremely talented.

Took the family to Celtic Woman as a Christmas gift to my daughter. Worth the money and worth the wait.

This was my 9th Celtic Woman concert, once again the Concert was unforgettable. I highly recommend that Celtic Woman be experienced in person to get the full effect of these amazing performers.

Everything about this show was great: they started right on time, the singers and musicians sounded incredible, and there wasn't a single dull moment in the entire show. You dont realize how good these women are until you actually see them. Am already waiting for the next time they are in town!

We have seen Celtic Woman before in another city aand were so impressed with the magic of the performance. The venue was larger there and afforded greater space room for their more elaborate numbers, but the acoustics in The Peabody are very good. These performers are so amazing on their own that if they performed in a wooden box I would sit, mesmerized by their talent! Thank you for a wonderful evening and for not disappointing. Please never leave Danny Boy out of the show. It was a lovely performance. Thank you! The bagpipes and Amazing Grace were the highlight of the evening. We love the Peabody.

The music was angelic. The lighting and background scenes were beautiful. Our seats, although at balcony level, we're perfect! We were perfectly centered to the stage and could see everything. We were in seats F207 and F208.

The Show Celtic Woman was great, I love these folks from Ireland. I have been to two other performances, every time it is great. They will not let you down.

Having been a Celtic Woman fan for a number of years, I do not hesitate to purchase tickets as the next tour is announced. I have loved the show's styling, the musical arrangements, the wonderful voices, the skilled musicianship, and of course the dynamic Mairead Nesbitt on violin. This was the eighth time I have been blessed to see one of their tours. So one could say I'm a bit seasoned with their show. However, this tour breaks new ground for Celtic Woman. The show has taken a fresh turn with different music arrangements, many new faces, and a stronger grasp on its Irish roots. The new music of Destiny has elevated Celtic Woman to the next level. Long time fans will still enjoy the performance style, staging, beautiful dresses, and remarkable performances. This new song selection celebrates Ireland at a grass roots level. There is much more Gaelic in the songs and a real connection to heritage, the land, family, etc. Mairead Carlin is sensational on "I See Fire", "Like an Angel Passing Through My Room", "Ride On". Mairead brings such emotion and sensitivity to her performances. Truly touching. Newcomer Eabha McMahon showcases her rich tones with a wonderful Irish trill to the new favorites "How Can I Keep From Singing" and "Walk Beside Me." Susan McFadden takes ownership of the soaring "Whole Of The Moon" and inspiring "Sometimes a Prayer Will Do." The group is so good together as well. New songs "When You Go", "Westering Home", and "My Land" whisk you away to the Emerald Isle. The 1916 Centenary Tribute is a highlight of this tour! There are not enough positive adjectives in the English language to adequately praise Mairead Nesbitt and what she brings to the stage. Such energy, joy, exuberance, professionalism, etc. is unmatched in anyone I've seen before. One must see her live! The supporting band is excellent. Anthony Byrne, "Celtic Piper", is back on bagpipes and some percussion. Ray and Eoghan continue as original band members. Many new faces in both choir and band bring more freshness to the show. We even get a little surprise from Glenn and Ronan! (Sorry for not calling all out, I am still learning names.) So, to make a long story longer, this is an excellent show worth your time. Come ready to clap along, sing a bit, celebrate Ireland, and maybe shed a tear or two.

My wife was ecstatic and the next day shared her experience with all her friends. Now I am happy too.

What a great concert! It started on time and the music was amazing, as expected. They all have such beautiful voices. Their energy was contagious and they definitely keep you entertained and mesmerized. My only complaint is that the concert did not last long enough - I could have sat there listening to and watching them all night... I plan to attend their next concert in my area. Definitely recommend seeing them!

I've taken my wife to Ireland for the last three years as an anniversary present but could not do so this year due to circumstances. What a joy to have Ireland brought to us in this marvelous show! Amazing voices and imagery.

Máiréad Nesbitt opened the fantastic show with her energizing fiddle playing, and the eloquent singing of Susan McFadden, Éabha McMahon, & the lovely Máiréad Carlin was simply beyond mortal. Their band and back up vocalists were truly amazing as well. Their costumes and stage production was first class in every regard. I am AMAZED that as MANY venues they are performing at on this tour- yet they Appear to put forth their very BEST effort- such a FIRST CLASS production! We were fortunate enough to have been able to purchase third row seats- and being up close to the stage was a new experience. Thank you to the entire cast and crew of Celtic Woman Destiny tour for bringing your best to Indy- my entire family hopes your tour brings added success and warm smiles and heartfelt gratitude for sharing your gifts with this audience!! "May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand."

Amazing show! Only negative was that they didnt play a lot of the popular songs. Besides that, the show was incredible and performers were top notch!

Awesome! Spirited & Sacred! A very moving & inspirational experience!

While this is the 3rd time my husband had seen Celtic Woman, the first two with the original vocalists, this was no less fantastic! Strong vocals, a great bagpiper, and great video of Ireland. We had a side box seat, we were thrilled when the bagpiper went into the box directly in front of us and began piping "Amazing Grace"!!! While this version had fewer background vocalists, and a much smaller band, and didn't perform some of the songs we loved, they were great. Would see them again.

Outstanding performance as usual. Beautiful music, entertaining & overall outstanding. Would go again in a minute! They can come back to Pensacola, FL anytime. They are coming to Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, FL in 2016. This had better be a complete sellout as it will be a cherished performance.

This was a great show. I was surprised at how many people in the cast. It was very entertaining.

This was my tenth time to see Celtic Woman in concert. There's a reason I keep coming back: they are consistently awesome. The live sound is always incredible--never any glitches. This tour has several new musicians and singers. As always the vocal quality is over the top, including backup singers. Máiréad Nesbitt is consistently the best! The addition of two Irish dancers was superb. And, of course, the bagpiper is used to perfection--very dramatic. This is one concert experience I will continue to see as long as they are performing. It is not to be missed--a great show for all ages.

I did not really know what to expect, but was completely blown away. The opening act was tremendous and started off the show in a fabulous fashion. The Celtic Women were not only very energetic, great voices, but also pleasant on the eyes. I would recommend this to anyone.

I loved it! It was just relaxing sweet and amazing. There voices where like listening to Angels. The background was spectacular, as well as there instrumental band just a real great and entertaining show to watch. And I loved the Celtic tenors who sung I can't wait to hear them again at Christmas. I even broke my shoes and walked around in socks to see that's just good they are.

Great music, Great show, could not have been better for the size of the stage. Celtic Woman, cast and crew put on an amazing show. The show was a good length, not too short or too long. It was obvious that this group is all Pros!

Still a great show, but the flash, especially the lights shining into the audience,were more distracting than enhancing. The fiddler is a bit over the top with her posings.

Celtic Woman is an awesome show! Unfortunately, my seat wasn't so great. I got my tickets 4 months in advance so I could get a seat in the lower section. Paying more and sitting closer means you sit in a folding chair. Not that comfortable. Plus there happened to be a railing next to me blocking the far right side of the stage. I had to lean forward a lot. But the Celtic Woman performance itself was great. I was not as thrilled with their opening act, the Celtic Tenors. They were so-so. The singers in Celtic Woman have changed over the years, but they always sing so beautifully, I felt a part of my heart open up that doesn't open very often. I especially am enthralled with Máiréad, the fiddler. When I see her on stage and hear her playing, I think to myself "that must be what an angel looks like".

Got these tickets for my Dad's Birthday, he told me it was the best show he has ever seen !

We found Celtic Woman to be a spectacular, high-energy performance. Incredible talent.

These beautiful woman from Ireland are majestic with voices from the heavens. Anyone who enjoys both talented men and woman you must see this show. The singing alone is worth the experience, but it also includes traditional Irish dancers, percussionists and Celtic bagpipes. Celtic Woman is a show for all ages. It was a beautiful sight to see some of our senior community standing up and dancing to time traditional songs. Celtic Woman will make the old feel young and the young feel like there is more to appreciate. If you enjoy Irish/Celtic music this is a show for you.

Magnificent and flawless performance by musicians, singers, dancers and bagpiper. I was delighted with every aspect of their show. The music and happiness stayed with me long after the show was over.

This isn't your typical concert.I took my mom as a Christmas present.We both had a great time.I would suggest it for both women and men.

THIS WAS THE BEST SHOW I'VE EVER SEEN. IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOD, I PURCHASED TICKETS AND WENT BACK TO SEE THE SHOW AGAIN THE VERY NEXT NIGHT. THE PERFORMERS WERE AWESOME!!!!!

This was another incredible performance and show by the Celtic Woman and the team. More features were added that I have not seen in previous concerts such as the dancers and more solos from the drummers. I have gone 3 previous times with my younger sister as a tradition, but it was the first year I also brought along my fiancé and she absolutely LOVED every moment!! We can't wait to go to it again!!
